Clean nice and not slit if money.

I booked through choice hotels no where online does it say I have to pay to park. $17 plus $2.52 in tax which comes to $19.52 this is robbery on top of room cost. I stay at a lot of hotels and a lot of them go out of their way to please their customers. You guys just want to stick it to your customers. Shame on you. I will not be staying here ever again. I do a lot of work in Chicago. I will be staying somewhere else.

3 young adults had expedia confirmation and was denied a room at 1130 last night. 5 hours from home stranded in chicago at midnight! I called to speak with front desk and was hung up on! unacceptable to leave anyone stranded like that let along hanging up on me 5 hours away. Unacceptable!

Super convenient. Located in essentially a hotel strip mall (there are at least 6-8 hotels all with in walking distance that share a huge parking lot and one airport shuttle system). You can still walk to national chains or some of the local faves. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Definitely come back.

Nothing fancy but simple and clean. Great place if you need a bed for the night. Free shuttle to airport is also a nice perk.

Overall our experience was less than pleasant. They charged us $20 to park our car in the parking lot and couldn't give me a good reason why. The room was very small, the bed was hard, and there was no microwave or mini fridge. The hotel was pretty clean but there were more negatives than positives.

Awesome place. Last min reservation at 1130. Power went out in neighborhood. 87 and humid. Accommodated my 83 yr old mom and mentally disabled sister. The service was by far welcoming. Breakfast was pleasant for my mom an sister. Stayed here 5 yrs ago with my children visiting.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are very modern and clean. They have a shuttle that comes to pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel and vice versa the lobby isn't that big but it is nice they do have their breakfast at 6:30am, it's not a very complex breakfast but it does do the work. The air-conditioning in the room works great and they smell as new. Outside the have a couple of places to eat that are not as far, you can go on foot; you can find pizza, Chinese food and Dunkin Donuts as well. It does not have a pool but it does have a gym.

Clean room, nice size, but hallways smell bad. Breakfast is included which is nice, but eggs were round powdered kind and sausage patty tasted like it had 20% sausage and the rest filler/soy product. I wish there was an option to pay and get higher quality. Gym was small but clean. TGI Fridays next door acts as room service so that's nice. It's just a really lower quality hotel than what I am used to. If I were on a budget I'd choose it as it is a great value. Just not for me.

The rooms were a little small but cozy. I'm not a big fan of stand-up showers but this one was okay. The ladies at the front desk where awesome.

Great motel claen very good location lots of good restaurants and as far as give you eggs bacon sausage breakfast for free.

Everything is great here besides not having a fridge or tub. Everything else is excellent, unless you don't like hearing constant traffic outside your window. But I don't mind.

Very clean. We even interacted with the housekeeping lady's and they were really nice. Rooms are a little small but if you are just looking for a room to sleep In, it's perfect. Good breakfast and great customer service! The only thing I disliked is that the walls seemed a little thin and the neighbors weren't being obnoxiously loud. Overall it was a great nights stay!

Clean, All Staff went the extra mile to help with anything I needed which was much appreciated being I was out of state. Highly recommend.

Not brand new not outdated but Clean enjoyed my stay shuttled to the airport made it quick and easy will be back.

Convenient location to Midway Airport and orange train to locations throughout Chicago. Rooms are simple. Nice fitness room. Good included breakfast. Limited restaurant choices within walking distance; several within a short drive.

Ok the rooms themselves etc are ok, not terrible, it’s definitely just the basics. But if they have a manager and customer service team like they do right now, I highly recommend it! The lady at the front desk; Loshanda I believe; was excellent! Very patient helpful and gracious. It’s a good spot to crash for a night for sure, the free shuttle was perfect! The customer service agent Joey helped a great deal as well (the 877 number), great customer service team!

The rooms are very nice. The rates are reasonable. The shuttle to the airport is convenient. What else do I need?

While the hotel itself couldn't have been more beautiful, clean and comfortable (the bed was so comfortable it was heavenly), the service I got from the woman working the desk left a lot to be desired. She made checking in at such a late hour with my two tired and hungry infants as difficult as possible. Other than the service it would have been 5 stars!

This hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly! The room was pretty small, but stocked with the necessities and surprisingly clean. We were thrilled that there was a shuttle between The Sleep Inn and Midwway. It made our stay very easy. I was also very impressed with the kindness of the staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Not new, but kept up nicely. Like the color theme. Sort of apple green and brown tones. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was very nice. Breakfast was good. They offer an airport shuttle, which is great.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. We came to this area because it was easy to take public transportation to Soldier Field. (We drove here but didn't want to drive into the city everyday. ) The hotel is in a good, fairly safe area also. After checking reviews, I decided on this hotel as it wasn't as expensive as the others around but had the basic amenities we needed for the most part. (Most rooms don't have mini-fridges but we brought a cooler with us so we really didn't need one. ) The room was nice and clean. A/C worked well as did the shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Bed had comfy pillows and soft sheets. The breakfast was really good with make your own waffles, ready made eggs, sausage, good coffee, danishes, yogurt, fruit, and other items. The airport is about a mile away and the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. (We went to the airport to catch the CTA Orange Line. ) The down sides were minor in that we had problems with our room keys every day but the manager gave us a discount for the inconvenience which was acceptable. We were in the back of the hotel and you can hear the trains screeching but the A/C drowned it out and we were able to sleep with no problems. I think we may have gotten used to it by our second day anyway. You have to pay for parking but at least you know your car is safe and there if you need to go out for something. All in all, we really liked this hotel and will definitely be back.

I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the hotel was. The hotel staff was outstanding! The breakfast was awesome! Definitely recommend this hotel. The only Improvement at this hotel can make is he have a pool and a hot tub!

Its been renovated nicely, seemed pretty clean, and the staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that the walls were paper thin and so were the windows. Could hear neighbors and could hear outside traffic and sirens (heard an alarming number of sirens actually). Still, overall it was nice!

I got stranded in Chicago due to weather conditions in Houston caused by Hurricane Harvey, and the hotel staff was so nice to us throughout the entire stay. The room was comfy, the rate was reasonable, and the overall experience was good. Would definitely stay again!

This was a one night sleep stay but from what I saw, the room was super clean. Very nice shower (towels for shower was on the thin side for drying off) and very clean. I have it 3 stars because there was no fridge or microwave in the room and the parking fee charge was high. You would like the stay here, it's quiet, clean and I think it's free breakfast but I didn't stay long enough to try it; I had to catch a flight. Oh, the room did have a kinda weird smell, not foul but maybe someone smoked in it and they had to clean it out. A little Febreeze helped with that.

Just stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It's honestly beautiful. The rooms were clean & smelt very nice. The lady working at the front desk was very polite. The main lobby was nice and clean. I didn't see any bugs in this hotel which was surprising I'm a little surprised it's a "2star" hotel because it's honestly the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. Also recommended this hotel to a friend whom also ended up staying there 2 nights. It's close to shopping places and I felt very safe staying there. I will be going back everytime I come in town. Hope this helps you decide ❤ oh and it was me my son (4 y/o) and my daughter (6 mo) and my husband + my niece (11) and my nephew (13).

Excellent for short stay. Very nice front desk staff. Free shuttle service to and from airport is convenient to take Chicago transit to the loop. The breakfast is passable, but coffee is good! Good choice for the reasonable rates. I recommend for short stays.

Stayed here one night on a week night. Nice, clean room. Fairly priced. Let us check in very late (11 pm). Only issue was we were told by the front desk that we could stay in our room until 12:30 pm and it seemed like housekeeping was trying to rush us out of there. They started knocking at 9 am when we were still sleeping and kept knocking every half an hour, even though we repeatedly told them we were staying in the room until 12:30. One of the housekeepers barely even knocked one time and before I could tell her we were in fact still in the room she barged in and walked in on me changing. Very annoying.

So far good. Bathroom is massive with no sink. Parking cost extra sadly.

The best experience in sleep inn … We only had a little problem that's they didn't take cash so I had to go deposit But other than that it was wonderful the staff (Evelyn) is very polite and friendly and welcoming next trip to Chicago defently staying in sleep in.

The most irresponsible hotel. If you are in family trip, Do NOT use this hotel. I booked 2 beds. But they changed just 1 bed and no refunds. So I had to sleep on the floor. And I asked some blanket and towels. But the hotel has no worker so I had to bring them by myself.

The hotel was really a bit of a downgrade than what I was expecting. Not expecting a 5 star closer to 3, but it felt like a 1.5/2. Was pretty disappointing, just glad I only had to stay there a night.

Good price, and room was clean, but my room had obviously been smoked in. There was some type of air purifier unit in my room to help get rid of the smell. It was pretty gross. My bags smelled like smoke. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. It didn't run exactly on time, but I still made my flight. Limited restaurants in the area in you don't have a car, but very convenient for getting to the airport, especially if you have an early flight.

There is an ole saying, what a web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. The photos you've shown on your advertisement are very deceptive. These rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are tiny. You told me my bed would be a queen, however it's a full. Also, I was told over the phone the parking was 15 dollars but when I arrived I was told 17 dollars. You have a sign stating that you are not responsible for cars that are damaged or broken in. Also, you don't have secure parking but yet were being charged 17 dollars for parking, WHY. All night long all I heard was people in the hallways loud talking while their kids are running and screaming in the halls. Finally, your rooms were ok but they could be a little cleaner along with your hallway carpet… As someone who also runs a business and manages many, please remember you are surrounded by hotels/competition. I'm sure at least one of them are being truthful about what they are offering… I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I just pray that my credit card is charged the right amount… Lets consider changing the name too the, NO SLEEP INN. P. S. I am writing this at 1:00am in the morning… can you guess why im awake?

I have had better stays at this location. I am here for 4 nights, and have been unable to get a mini-fridge after numerous requests. My room faces 2 busy roads and a rail yard/track. The rooms while small are generally comfortable and clean. There is a workout facility and basic breakfast. There are a fair amount of places to eat within walking distance and the shuttle service has been good. The shuttle can drop you off, or it is a 1.1 mile walk to the Orange line to head downtown.

Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Excellent service. Everything was in order. Offered breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend it.

I was there for 3 weeks and they treated me like I was a v. I. P! Staff is awesome and very helpful…

Our flight was cancelled, and we ended up with 15 coaches and athletes in need of a place to stay. The staff here was friendly and accommodating. They helped us with room prices and even gave us an extra late check-out! When we had nowhere to go until our flight, they kept our luggage and didn't mind us hanging out in the lobby even. 10/10, they made what could've been a complete disaster into a much simpler experience! Thank you!

I've stayed here on two separate occasions for a week or more each while in town on business. Cannot say enough good things about it! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they really go above and beyond!

The rooms are actually very nice for the price, the problem I have is being lied to and having no cable service service during my stay. My room was reserved the weekend before Thanksgiving. No cable service. I told the lady at the front desk who informed me that they would try to find a maintenance man to take care of the issue. At the end of day 1 still no cable service. There was a winter storm that moved in to the city on day 2 which caused me to stay another night. Someone finally came about the cable later that night but by that time fixing the cable was pointless for my stay since I would have been leaving the next morning. My biggest complaint is that they never charged us for parking for the second day. The lady at the front desk told us not to worry about it so I checked out and went on my way. I wake up this morning… nearly a month and a half later to find they have charged my card! What the he'll? There are plenty of other hotels at the midway airport and after this, one of them will be getting my business going forward!

Very nice hotel good location great shuttle service great staff very good price if you're looking for a good night sleep decent breakfast in the morning this is the place it may seem small but the value that give you make it bigger than what it is I would recommend this place for any business partner family and those that just need a place to crash.

The staff is wonderful. I spent most of the night at the airport seeing my son off on his first deployment. Sleep Inn lt me check in early in the morning to be able to get some sleep before my busy day started. Thank you!

I love this hotel. From the moment I walked in the lobby was clean the air was fresh, front desk staff was extremely polite and great at their jobs. I went up to my room the halls was clean like someone is proud of this hotel and they should be. The elevators was clean no icky finger prints on the metal no sticky buttons all the lights in it worked. I arrived to my room and I was pleased it was a room on the end and even though it is just me I enjoy space. These rooms are large enough for two people to comfortably move around in. My beds both was pristine, all of the surfaces was clean even the top of the closet! what I mean is that I went threw and was searching for dust! there is none. The air and heat works properly and does not leak, the floors and carpet is clean and free of stains and or chips or broken. The fridge was cold and clean the bathroom was sparkling! I used to work as a housekeeper and breakfast person in a hotel at one time, I know how much work it takes to get a hotel clean to this point it is out standing! I always thoroughly look under toilet seat and even down the shower drain and there is nothing I swear this is the cleanest and best smelling hotel I have ever stayed in!
