First of all I never do review on line but I see some review and I couldn't tolerate so I decide to do review. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are cool. Specially owner is very friendly with us. Whenever I have something I will stay in this hotel. Even I am going to recommend my family too to stay.

Simple and clean. Beautiful location. You must need a vehicle for commute.

Stayed here on and off for months for company training owner and staff are very friendly and helpful room was clean every time.

The refrigerator knob was broken, so everything was freezing. The microwave plate wouldn't spin. The place needs a lot of work. Affordability was the only plus.

Clean rooms, good price I just wish they had an elevator.

Wonderful caring staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, elevator, cheap vending, cheap laundry, fixed an appliance immediately for us. Great service overall. Would stay again. Very kind helpful owner, and all other employees we dealt with as well.

Great staff seemed concerned with our being comfortable and accommodated, loved our stay here. Room was clean, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and again, staff and owner and house keeping were very accommodating.

I had booked a room with a Jacuzzi, but it wasn't clean so, they offered a free night and use of the suite. I needed to unwind, as my home is under construction, I'm just 2.7 miles away. Upon checkout… the original offer was rescinded and I was charged for all 3 nights, after my understanding that the first night was comped. The rooms are often cleaned by the owner and his wife and their attention to detail is lacking. The interior needs some TLC and updates. I would never recommend staying here… they lost my business.

The staff was friendly and helpful however the rooms were not very clean. The shower walls had hair on them and the shower curtain had mold on it. One of the towels still had eye makeup on it. The handle to turn the shower on was coming out of the wall which made it hard to turn on. Good location.

Beds are a tad bit small but hotel is clean and staff is courteous. Continental breakfast is better at the beginning of serving time than later…

Gave me a dirty room with stained sheets and pubes all over the place and denied me a refund. Fantastic place!

Not a bad place but the breakfast was a little underwhelming and the room was kind of small. Not a bad value for your money but not overly exciting.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very impressed with the room. Clean and very neat with all amenities. Good breakfast bar. Very quiet. Shopping mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from close by.

An incredibly poor experience. Do not stay here. Items stolen from rooms by cleaning staff; incredibly unclean rooms and linens; inept staff and belligerent owner/management; Wi-Fi doesn't work in rooms.

I have stayed here a lot over the last year, the staff always make me feel at home, and the hotel is situated in the heart of all the local shopping and eateries, yet still peaceful and quiet, well done to all the staff.

The online pictures presented an image of a clean, modern hotel room, but this hotel is well past its prime. The hotel and room are old and show it. The room we had received only rudimentary cleaning and preparation, everything about it was old and well used. I had hoped that I had booked a nice place for our weekend getaway, but this hotel just meets the shelter from the storm category. The breakfast bar is crammed into a tiny, crowed, uncomfortable space and the food is pretty basic. A trip to McDonalds would have been nicer, and the food better…

Counter guy was great. The rest sucked. Dirty and disgusting. Side door was propped open, big cut out in hallway ceiling (4 foot by 4 foot).

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was very good and welcoming. Hotel was clean and tidy. Things were taken care of within few mins of asking. Overall I liked the experience staying at Quality inn :).

The people were nice. It was clean and quiet and close to the expressway.

Room was OK, kind of smelled when I cam in, but turned the a/c on and it was fine.

Located in Aurora, IL. Started with no internet when we checked in. Not directly the fault of the hotel itself, but the provider has such a bad reputation that it should have not been used in the first place. At breakfast made a fresh waffle which tasted horrible. Had a strong tang to it and it glued itself to the plate. Seriously, how can you screw up waffle mix?

I had a great nights sleep! The hotel seemed older but my room was clean. Only problem back door was open… didn't need my key card to get in and they were men standing around outside it made me a little uncomfortable.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in. The mattress cover on one of the beds was nasty. If it wasn't such a pain to go to another hotel I would have left.

There was not any compensation given for the room not being up to standard as it should have been. If you advertise a working Jacuzzi tub and charge more for the suite because of that it should be working or I should not be charged. I also had to ask for linens for the pull out bed and was handed them rather than the bed being made. I was not given fresh towels and wash cloths after being told they would be brought to my room. The key did not work properly. I had to ask twice for new ones. Then only one of the two worked. The rooms are very outdated. To be charged $184 for a suite in that condition is ridiculous.

Okay, I've never rated or talked about a hotel before in my life, but this one deserves it. The room was clean when we arrived and not muggy or hot despite the weather. The beds were comfortable and I slept really well. However the TV guide showed a bunch of channels, but 5 came in. Not a problem since bobs burgers was on one of them, but still annoying. In the middle of the night however, it was storming really hard and the room started to feel… damp? And you could smell the rain. In the morning we went for breakfast and it was really nice, they even had waffle batter and a waffle maker which my fiancé enjoyed. The only other problem was the staff. They weren't friendly only because they didn't really interact with us at all. Not a huge deal, but it is a hospitality job so I expected more. Another thing was that a group of people down the hall from us were smoking weed, and ordered pizza. The pizza guy told the front desk person, who called the police, who knocked on doors asking questions after realizing the group bailed (which I witnessed them do). This was actually quite funny and possibly the highlight of my stay. If I'm ever back in aurora, this is where I'll be staying!

I think the rooms are nice size, however the rooms and facility could be updated and maintained better.

I highly recommend for people NOT to go here. The photos on this website are very deceiving to what this place actually look like from the inside and out. The front lobby was sooo unsanitary. The front desk receptionist was very rude (I don't even know how she still even had her job! ). I made a reservation for a queen size bed room and when I checked in and I saw that I had got a full size bed. Reported this problem to the rude receptionist and she had the audacity to try and have me pay extra for a "king" size bed which is actually a queen. So to them a queen size bed is a full, and their full size bed is a twin! Talk about trying to insult my intelligence. I wind up canceling my reservation here and going over to the Super 8 motel with an ACTUAL queen size bed and saving myself $15 per night. This place is a straight rip off!

Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Liked that they had a refrigerator in the room, and microwave. We ordered a pizza, and most of it was left over, and we didn't have to throw it away (plus we could heat it up for later! ) Also, free Wi-Fi without having to sign in to anything and entering a password, cuz ain't nobody got time for that!

Love the staff and location, if you have air allergies bring your antihistamines. The night staff whom is always kind and great conservationist made me feel like im at home and made freash coffee to allow me finish my work. We had minor issues staying here but they were able to fix.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a good experience. Our room was clean and everyone was polite. The breakfast was also good. They have a lot of options. The floor lamp in our room was broken however and the TV sound would get quiet then louder and the picture would cut out every now and then. It only happened twice and we informed them of that. We also took the binder of hotel info down with us bc someone wrote offensive things in it. They were very apologetic and took care of it. I loved the shower head bc of the settings. We had a nice, relaxing stay. We'll be back.

Hotel staff did not do anything to stop the children from running and screaming up and down the hall at 6 am.
