Mattress needs to be at least flipped. I kept sliding to the middle. Very nice room. Will look for Candlewood Suites again when away from home.

Decent place to stay. Close to restaurants and c stores. Not within walking distance though. Staff is friendly. No breakfast but you get a discount at IHOP down the street. Rates are good.

Stayed for a week and was pleased with the kind staff and cleanliness overall. Everything was in it's place and helped make me feel at home. They even leave popcorn for you!

Boy, I sure did like this place. It was crisp, clean, and bright on the inside. The front desk treated us well and got us to are rooms quickly so we could start to relax. It is so good to sit back and take a breath while running all over this hemisphere. This is a pleasant place to do it. Book here if you can… book early… this place fills up quick… travel safe… travel well.

I didn't really love it, just hit the wrong. Actually the hotel was very good and comfy, but then cane night and time for bed. We were on the second floor, two older people in our 60's and we can't sleep for the noise coming from above us at 1:30 am. I told the desk clerk about it and she said that they would alert them to the problem. The next night wasn't as loud as the 1st, but seem like they were walking or wrestling at 3:30 am. Other than that, I would stay again.

Queen bed studo sweet was nice and roomy with two people. Bathroom was updated and very spacious. Kichenette was nice with a large fridge and dishwasher. Comfy bed, but is certainly on the small side for a queen. They have no pool, but have a deal with the gym and spa next door so you can use theirs free. Nice patio area with grills as well.

Room size was good. Kitchenette was exceptional. Gym was a bit lackluster. The complimentary 20% off at IHOP made up for the lack of continental breakfast.

The front desk staff are awesome. We were there over Easter and they were nice and caring to help our little one hide Easter eggs in their lobby. They were very friendly and took the time to know her name and always said hello to her whenever they saw her.

Nice hotel to stay in this area for affordable cost. This hotel is neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night, not sure about the breakfast and other affinities. But room is very clean, rest rooms are clean. Good. Thank you.

Gorgeous room! Very comfortable and quiet… friendly staff. Only complaint was that my tub leaked.

Stay here every time I am in the aeria. Clean rooms and a very nice 24 hour gym nextdoor!

The front desk was very friendly and our room was spacious and clean! Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area. The hotel also offers a fitness center and laundry service, which is a plus.

They need to fix a noisy exit door on the first floor that slams and they need to be more clear about check out times. There was no notice on the inside of the room door but there was a flyer in the room that said check out was at noon. At 11:10 the front desk called and reminded us that check out time was 11:00. When I explained things to them they were very understanding and apologetic. They gave us all the time we needed.

Im from Michigan I'm living down in these hotels for schooling for pipefitters Austin the manager is great he is so delightful the rooms are spacious with all the amenities pool and hot tub gym are across the street and there are nice grills to cook on Wi-Fi is good for gaming.

Really nice hotel outside the city. We stayed here when we were coming through Chicago during rush hour. It was an excellent value and we saved hours of travel time by simply getting off the road during the evening and morning rush hours. They accept pets and there was a big open field for the dog to potty. It's not fenced in so you still need a leash.

People working here are so nice and friendly and the rooms are well decorated and fitted with modern amenities. They have the best rates in town.

The staff were very friendly. It was a nice touch to have popcorm avaiable inside the microwave. The room was very clean. However, the TV remote wouldn't turn in the TV and the mattress was indented and hard to sleep that way.

Make sure your room has working heat, It shouldn't be a issue customers must worry about. Maintenance should be done Daily to check that equipment works properly.

Studio "Suite" was a disaster. Single Queen bed was so close to wall only one person could enter the bed without moving it. "Green" heating system blew cold air half the time. Alarm clock did not work or even the radio function. Housekeeping was terrible;. Heavy dirt on top of refrigerator, someone else's trash in bathroom waste basket. Bed was not comfortable at all. All in all, one of the worst hotel stays I have had in years. I am done with IHG Hotels.

I enjoyed my stay here! Very friendly staff and warm, inviting environment. Spacious room was perfect for traveling with a baby. Lost one star because of outdated electronics and features.

The rooms were nice, but they only clean the rooms if you are staying one week which is very inconvenient! The customer service behind the desk wasn’t very good. The lady that checked us in was very snotty but the lady that checked us out was alright. The lady checking us out was nice but didn’t understand I had already paid for two rooms and tried charging me twice. We had a few people staying a day extra and I was told they could get a receipt when they check out but when they went to check out the lady wouldn’t give them one and told them they had my email and would send it over. I checked my email two hours later and hadn’t received anything. I called them and they said they didn’t have my email. The desk is very unorganized and the employees don’t seem to know what they are doing, but one lady was nice atleast. Isn’t a terrible hotel but they could use some improvement on customer service (cleaning rooms and at the desk).

I loved it! My stay was well worth it. Two thumbs up. Candlewood is a comfortable place. Then to top it all off, it was in such a convenient location.

Room was great, clean and fair pricing. The staff was uneducated in the hotel system which made for a painful check in.

Being a priority club member, I was supposed to get early check-in at 2 pm and late check out at 2 pm. At 5 pm the room was still not ready. I had to leave to make my prior engagement. I came back several hours later and finally got checked in, but they didn't want to honor my late check-out. After I complained, they gave me a late check-out at 1 pm.

Front desk people were actually helpful. Bed was comfy and the heater wasn't loud at all and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. These little suites are well stocked with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner stove, microwave, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There are enough plates and such for 2 people to eat at the same time. Water volume and pressure in the shower was a bit off, but still adequate. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're going to be staying for more than 1-2 nights. There is no included breakfast, but most of the items sold in the little store area are $1-3 (a hot pocket is $2, for example) … similar to truck stop prices and pretty decent selection.

Nice staff and a nice room could use a touch up here and there with the paint. Never have stayed in an extended stay type place before but find it nice to be able to cook a meal in the room if wanted. The bed is a little firm to me but sure others would like it. As nice as this place is there is still no place like home…

Our room was clean & ready for us when we arrived. We only stayed one night, but it was quiet & I slept well. The service was friendly & helpful. I would definitely go back.

The rooms looked great. Everything was new in the room. The room was super clean. The sundry shop had great selection of food items. The fitness center had awesome machines and looked really really good. Will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

Sheets were dirty. Otherwise very nice. Maybe just an oversight? We stay at Candlewood Suites all the time and they're usually very nice. So was this one except for the sheets on one bed.

If I could give no star I would… there 115$ a night with no housekeeping at all but once a week… the GM here is a a very arrogant person and has zero thought for anyones feelings using words like "you people" very rude guy… and all his made up company policies. When u finlly get housekeeping they dont show up and when u ask what happend they say sorry and things like would u like fresh towles and sheets… noooo what u think?!? did I mention the ants? every where! omg I have never been treated like this or stay in a hotel for this much and thought so lil of!

I didn't get a chance to stay at this property because they cancelled my reservation at 3:30 pm the day I was scheduled to check-in. When they notified me, they did not have another hotel selected for me to stay at and told me to make my own reservation. I contacted guest relations and they told me that the GM would contact me within 48 hours to discuss my issues. I never received a phone call back. I called Customer Relations to notify them of the lack of follow through and by said the manager would call me back shortly. The manager called me back and I was told on the phone I would be credited enough IHG points to be able to stay one night at any IHG property. (The points are in addition to their walkout policy of paying for your first night at another property. ) When I asked how many that was, the said 15, 000 which does not get you a night at any IHG property. He compared his property to a Staybridge Suites which in the past I have spent 30, 000 points for one night, so the GM's later argument of "comparable property" did not apply. I would never recommend staying at this hotel as they have proven incompetent to return a phone call within 48 hours and make promises that the result did not align with what was promised.

Wife and I stayed at the Candlewood suites in warrenville il and was the most unprofessional experience we ever had at any hotel. First we get there and the no ones at the service desk only a note saying use a phone to call the service person and the would come. Well we called and someone came in 5 min and I think she was doubling and a room maid also and told us our room was just done and were all set, when we got to our room which she gave us the wrong directions opened the door and the covers were on the floor pizza boxes scattered pop cans garbage all over so I went back down stairs had to call her again and she came in 5 min and said well they said the maids that it was clean she said I give you one thats done I said great, got to the room and the maids just started cleaning and the couldnt speak english except no! no! no! when they seen I was leaving.
