Rooms are nice staff is great. They even have an exercise room. And breakfast available in the morning.

Nice place and cheap hotel.

Will never stay here again got money stolen off my card by employees… and then I called about it and they almost refused to give me my money back and so I threatened them with the police and to go to headquarters and when I called the guy was very very rude and said if you would listen Overall experience was absolutely horrible.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I felt very unsafe and the rooms were revolting. We booked our hotel last minute, and this was all that was available. A word of advice, if this is the only hotel available look into an AirBNB… The guy at the front desk was nice though.

I literally never write reviews but this is more than necessary. Do not book with this hotel. I booked through hotels. Com for this hotel, this hotel was the most file gross place I’ve ever come across. There were stains all over the bed, the hotel smelled like rotting flesh, the paint on the wall was coming off, there were dead bugs on the floor, and to top it off there was a woman methed out on meth or some kind of drug passed out right outside of our hotel room on the concrete. I immediently went down & told the front desk I wanted my money refunded. He laughed at me and told me he would put me down as a “no show” I told him not to do this because I did indeed come and hotels. Com will still charge me if I’m a no show & that the place was DISGUSTING and not a place I needed to be staying with my boyfriend & his little sister. He told me that was his only option and I needed to call hotels. Com for my refund. He gave me a written note on a piece of paper as my “proof” I was there. Then we had to drive across Champaign looking for a different hotel to stay at at 3 in the morning. Thankfully we found another hotel, it was a lot more money than this days inn but I learned my lesson. Get the more expensive hotel because it’s worth it. This hotels pictures of EXTREMELY misleading & I highly recommend not booking with them. Thankfully I just got off the phone with hotels. Com & they were more than helpful & happy to give me my refund. Never again will I book with a days inn.

Bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little dirty in the corners. Overall, nice for the price.

Actually a nice place for the price. They have popcorn and cookies in the evening! Front desk staff were very nice.

Needs some cosmetic work but for the price it was a good place. We ordered domino's which is very close and food was there in under 15 minutes. The room was small but cheap so that is expected. I'd recommend this for a night or two.

Very comfy big new beds. All the amenities. Nice and clean. No drama. Breakfast? Yup they got it. Bathrooms are refurbished and great. Got nothing bad to say except the rooms a little small and was hoping for a pool but there's a nice courtyard with a grill. No big loss for 57 bucks after tax it's worth it.

Clean rooms. Easy access to parking lot. Well lit. Delicious breakfast.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decent to good work area with plenty of lighting. Midsize refrigerator, with a small microwave available. Great value for the price.

Minimally passable if on a budget. Bathrooms are badly rundown but clean. Lots of pillows on the beds. Free breakfast is a bonus.

Great breakfast! One of our phones wasn't working in our took, the bed was extra firm I woke up in pain. Hot water took awhile to heat up.

Rooms are old but nice. Not going to knock your socks off but a great 'through' motel.

Rooms need a little work. Maybe a paint job and work in the bathroom. Very nice and friendly staff. Above average breakfast. Good price. Would stay there again.

Served our needs. Friendly staff, hot shower and some food to start our day. Room was average size and bed was comfortable. I'd stay again.

Room was warm in — 20 degree weather. The clerk was very nice. We had an emergency that brought us into town. Room wasn't the best, but it had everythung we needed.

I like this place. This is my second stay. The price is right. The prepared old fashion oatmeal with all the fixings is my favorite. The staff is very kind and helpful. The beds are new and comfortable. My only complaint would be is the low water pressure and some channels have static but for less than $50 a night you get your moneys worth. P. S. On response to a previous post. My first stay was over a week and I saw no drug dealers or prostitutes!

Do not spend your money here. Your car is a luxurious option compared to this outdated moldy atrocious excuse for a business. At 2 AM I was awakened by other guests drunkenly yelling, slamming doors and stomping, SOMEONE EVEN TRIED TO GET INTO MY ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Called the desk at 5 am to ask for a later check out so I could sleep. By 7 am I STILL was not able to sleep so went to ask for my money back and the general manager Mr. Patel refused probably since I am an ex employee and he needs the money more than I do apparently. By the way the heater was ancient and didn’t even work, the carpet and bathroom floor were covered with water from the air in the room my socks became black and soaked, smelled like dust and other people. Dirt smudged everywhere, hair and a plastic razor cover found in bathroom, bathtub was black with dirt. Not a safe location whatsoever, popular drug dealing/prostitution spot. The management needs to learn what professionalism is and their housekeeping team needs to find a new “career”. Only put 1 star so I could post this and save y’all some money and trauma. Days Inn Champaign is a JOKE.

Great staff. Surprisingly clean! Decent room though a bit outdated. Still very pleased with my experince. Best experience ive had for a hotel under 100$ I will definitely stay here again when I make my yearly cross country trip! The breakfast was good. Not watered down!

Front desk has been friendly but keep having problems with door key, shower has no pressure. The fridge and microwave work well. It works for what we need it for.

This room is disgustingly gross. Paint is peeling in several places bed and blankets have tons of burnholes. Stinks, toilet paper holder is hanging out of wall and air conditioner is about to fall out, fridge and freezer are dirty and so are the carpets. Nit staying. Asking for a refund. Took pictures as proof. Doesnt deserve one star but cant post without at least 1

Rooms clean and in good shape. Breakfast normally doesn't start until 06:30 but there were several construction workers and groups getting up early and breakfast was out by 5:15. Front desk staff was cheerful and happy to help.

If I could give zero I would… I got a room being as I was out of town for work and stay in quite a few hotels… Looks rough from the outside but the lobby looked pretty clean and up to date. Before heading to our room we asked if the rooms were clean and were assured they were. We got to the room and started checking our beds like we do at every hotel. Under the first bed we found several bugs. Under my bed we found some glue on finger nails and A Crack Pipe! If I could upload photos I would… Informed the staff and left to another hotel.

Don't let the exterior fool you. It looks kind of run down on the outside, but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We slept really well. The staff are some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. My only complaint is that the bathroom smelled like smoke, which is really gross to nonsmokers.

We needed a place to sleep for the night on a long trip. We picked this hotel because of the location and price. I didn't expect a lot and we really only wanted to sleep and get breakfast before heading out right away. Upon entering our room we were concerned with the moisture. Not even humid outside and the entire room was soggy. The carpet and the bed were damp. The shower had an odd orange substance all over it. Whatever, we were exhausted, we checked for bedbugs (no signs of those thankfully! ) and went promptly to bed. We woke up and decided to go for breakfast, there was nowhere to sit with your food (only a few tables and they were all taken) and there were repeat Heath code violations on the wall, that makes you hungry. The pickings were slim, store bought donuts and rolls, cereal, strawberry vanilla yogurt, and a single waffle maker. There was also an oatmeal container but it appeared to be filled with water. Okay, whatever, grab a donut and head out. While packing my things I hear a noise from the ceiling and I turn to look and as I do the ceiling breaks and water starts pouring down to where I was just standing. The one thing I will say is that the cleaning crew really seemed to be doing the best with what they had and put genuine care into their work. (But they did throw away our cookies that were still sealed by the fridge). They were the only reason this wasn't a 1-star review.

Ceiling was hanging low. Food had a failed health inspection starting it was a repeat offense. Sheets were pretty stained and the room was damp to the point we're all the linens were damp. But was 50 a night.

This was way overpriced. We paid $220/night per room for what should have been $69/night per room. Price gouging at its finest.

The place was amazing the room had plenty of pillows and was comfy Ashleigh at the front desk is amazing and they had biscuits and gravy for breakfest.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floors were so dirty as if nobody has ever vacuumed them. One of the wash cloths was crusty and smelled like toothpaste so obviously they don't remove all towels after a guest leaves. The bottom of the door to our room was rusted. This place needs a good cleaning and some maintenance. We will not return.

Been here twice Same thing the desk clerk is rude didn't care about AC blowing warm air had to go to the front desk and demand a room with AC $60 a night Checked in last night $60 found pizza and drink in frig bugs in freezer carpet wasn't vacuumed. This hotel has parents or family members cleaning the rooms. Hair in tub. Daylight shines thru the bottom of the door. Cobwebs in corners. Charges for a safe that doesn't work. Soap corner eating on looks like a rat chewing on it. Trash on the floor. Wash cloth turned dark when wet. Burn marks around the room and on furniture.

Room as expected for inexpensive hotel — an outdated look. However, it was clean and offered an acceptable breakfast at no additional charge. Location was close to expressway and shopping but not noisy. Good for our functional stay-over — moving our daughter into the university.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It was very cheap, which is a plus, but the place was pretty run-down and filthy. We checked the sheets and had some suspicious crusty stuff on our blanket, which we returned for a "clean" one that came wadded up from a random closet. The in-ground pool is now a hopeless garden. There were lots of students that stayed up all night drinking with their doors open, but they didn't bother us. All-in-all, I would only stay here if you are trying to save money, but if this is the case don't expect much.
