We recently hosted an engagement party at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel Management team is awesome to work with. We had a memorable experience hosting our event at Parke Regency Hotel and Convention Center. 5

The venue is superb! Friendly staff, excellent parking, clean restrooms, beautiful scenery, and fair pricing.

Nice clean modern rooms, loved the shower excellent customer service and enjoyed the attached bar and outside patio. Our second time here will definitely come back.

Simple hotel with basic amenities and pool. Nothing was bad. Room was clean. Bed did have a large dip in the middle.

The hotel itself is very nice in the rooms are clean and big. I was very happy with a large bathroom and shower ironing board and roommate. There's a free breakfast which seems pretty nice and the location is about 6 minutes from anything. Only complaint would be the party going on outside my room till about 1 in the morning. Other than that we would come back.

Went in to town for a conference at the university. Took my stuff to the room and left to get a bite to eat. When came and got ready for bed I noticed the pillows smelled like men's cologne. I turned on all the lights carpet was dirty and there was some type of dead worms on the flood. I took pics and showed them to the front desk. I got another room. The 2nd room was the same. Carpet dirty. Blue and white gum all over the floor. Big stains on the pillows and sheets. Pillows smelled like b. O. Spoke to friends who also stayed they said their sheets had also stains. I was expecting better compared to the price, ratings and pictures online.

We were traveling through and needed a hotel room for a late arrival. It was a spacious room, comfortable temp and clean. There was no funky hotel smell. The shower was a real sized shower as well. The breakfast was average continental fare in a clean space. The staff was friendly.

On my trip this was one of the best hotels I stayed in. Very good breakfast and nice rooms. Wish more hotels were like this one.

Came here for the Mother's Day Brunch. Well stocked buffet. Good food. Friendly service. Also saw that they have a casual restaurant called Blaize that looks fun. Will keep that in mind if ever back this way.

The photos that I posted I found in my pictures from Feb. 2015. Sorry I didn't post them earlier. I was trying to bring this to the attention of the GM at the time, but nothing ever happened with it. I arrived during the evening of 2/26/2015 and these pictures are the condition of the hotel at that time. Everything from the front door presentation, to the closed pool having breakfast bagels out & towels laying around, to the arrival in my bedroom that hadn't been properly made & a glass of something (looks like apple juice, but could have been a beer? ) on the air conditioner, to the bathroom with much needed maintenance in the shower areas & towels that aren't up to standards, etc. Etc. Hope these pictures will help you make a decision on whether or not to stay here.

Enjoyed the be content senior expo. It was vlean, good service and nice atmosphere. Would recomend.

The rooms were a decent size. The front desk lady was amazing and helped us with our crazy requests of the night. The pool was down (and they should've told us that when we reserved the room) and the toilet flooded, but she still did such a great job handling all the issues we had. The doors were also a little confusing, becysse one side is the conference center. And you can't get to the hotel from the conference side.

The staff was incredibly helpful in getting our convention to meet its needs. We worked easily with them for months leading up to the event, and everything worked out well when the weekend came. The food was delicious, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the restaurant was available for us to stay into the late hours. I would recommend this location for any convention that will host between a 100 and a 150 people, as we had between two banquet halls.

I love Braize at its new location in Parke Regency Hotel. It's sandwiches are just great! I go any chance I have.

Everytime I have been to Braize the service has been slow. However they do have amazing food!

F you're looking to host a workshop and/or just stay overnight in the area I would highly reccommend the Parke Regency Hotel and Conference Center. To begin with and most importantly the staff is very freindly and easy to get a hold of whenever needed. The sleeping/guest rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. On top of that the Ballroom has a very modern and up to date feel as it was recenty renovations and re-carpeted. The Foyer/Pre-Function area is large enough to host your registration comfortably and the condition of the rest of the Banquet Items i. E. Tables, chairs, linen, easels, etc… were all in very good condition. The location is to find, get to and is surrounded by local eateries and fast food restaurants for anyone staying over and/or on their own for meals. However, if you'd rather not go anywhere to eat or you're too tired when you arrive they do have both room service and an onsite restaurant. Parking was complimentary and eaily accessible and there were plenty of spaces so you don't have to worry about driving around and end up late for your meeting. This helps A LOT when you are hosting over 200 people at a location. Overall I would say this is just a great location to do business with exceptional service.

Very contemporary and clean design of this million dollar renovation. We liked that the lights were on when we arrived in the room and that the staff went out of their way to be extra helpful. Excellent value for the money spent, included a full breakfast included in the room rate!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception held here, and for what the service charge was we did not receive what it was worth. Wedding started at 4pm and was told no one or a manager would be on duty till 330. When they eventually started decorating linens were turned up side down and did not match the napkins. The employees that made this day special were Andre, Kim, front desk staff and the bar tenders. The staff that was in charge with setting up and the event planner were extremely worthless and rude and didn’t do anything that I asked for. The two girls who did the switch from ceremony to reception had attitudes and very rude to my guest and one of them was handicapped. We asked to have a meeting with the Manager terry and he told me they were probably short staffed (again not my damn problem on my wedding day) only two people helping with food, we wanted to have two buffet lines which they completely ignored. My guest had to wait for food and plates. It was ridiculous. Also in the meeting he promised he would follow up, it’s been over 3 weeks, and still have no response. I would have at least given four stars if he had the decency to follow up with me.

The rooms were really nice and clean. Very friendly service. Location seemed out of the way from most areas but with quick access to reach said areas.

I had my wedding reception at the Parke Regency Hotel last month. Overall I have to say it was an amazing experience minus a few hiccups with one of the sales managers. What made this such a highly successful experience was the banquet service! Michael, the banquet manager, was hands down amazing! He seized the moment and delivered! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of throughout the evening. The food and service was excellent! The banquet and bar staff was enthusiastic and fun. They even told me and my wife throughout the night that they were having a good time working our event. Not a single person felt a dull moment. The party continued on after the reception in the hotel's new bar and restaurant Braize. Their bar staff also made it fun for everyone! The hotel has recently been renovated and looks beautiful with lots of upgrades. My wife and I stayed in the Master suite and it too looked nicely updated and clean. Also, the front desk staff was quite enthusiastic and professional! From start to finish everyone treated us like family! If it weren't for my experience with the sales manager, this place would get a perfect score, but all in all, I can't say this enough: Thank you to the wonderful front desk staff, banquet staff, GM Terry and very special thanks to Michael for all of your hard work in making our night the best wedding reception ever!

Great value for the $. They recently renovated and the place looks very nice, but still a little more work needs to be done. New bar restaurant opened and has a great atmosphere. Well worth the stay!

Every day how well you pass.

I attended a social event and the place was amazing it was beautiful and a lot of the work was done by the workers that work at the Park Hotel if I ever have an event I would definitely get this place because they did all the cleaning and or people that hosted the party did not have to worry about anything.

Service was nice and fast. There was live music playing. Nice craft beer selection. They do have video gambling.

Rooms where good and the price was good. All the people there where very helpful and friendly. We did order room service kinda of late so some of the food items where unavailable.

It is located well off the highway, which we didn't expect. The TV's are a good size but it's definitely low-definition. Room was very clean and spacious! Definitely will return.

Wonderfully kind staff, room was nice and clean, and it's very close to the Bloomington airport. We missed breakfast, but someone I'm assuming is the manager took it upon himself to bring out muffins and cereals to make sure we didn't go hungry. This was after we checked out, even. Very good experience!

We stopped by the hotel to meet friends for wings and beer and watch the basketball game. Unfortunately, they didn't have chicken wings so we went to buffalo wild wings instead. Not a bad experience, just wasn't what we were looking for.

I attended the Be Content Senior Expo at Parke Regency and was very pleased with the facility and the staff. What a great place to have any event!

Visited the Tavern. Good happy hour beer specials. Ordered the chicken nachos and they were above average. I'd recommend.

Great location, good setup for our churches services.

Mediocre room quality. Very uncomfortable bed and chairs. Cheap stay though.

Friendly staff. The restaurant inside has really good eats, if you like to eat hardy. The dish I got was served up right! Definitely worth it, the Farmhouse. The cooks are about their trade.

Spoke with Shelby regarding reservations for an up and coming wedding event and she was very informative, professional, but more importantly an excellent listener to my family needs. Shelby helped me to identify the best solutions and alternatives should I need a "Plan B". Employees like this will surely keep this hotel at the top of my list… Thanks again Shelby!

So nice room and clean and luxury furnitures and bathroom materials. The staffs are friendly helpful. She printed out the directions for our Asian restaurant trip and she made sure we had good time there.

Great, new building, very helpful staff and very roomy and comfortable room! We had an enjoyable evening, quiet throughout the night and very comfy bed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are passing through this area. It's close to the airport and not too far from the central shopping and restaurant area of Bloominton-Normal.
