They have nice blankets and even have some towels you can wipe yourself off with. There is a pool with an elevator. The woman on the TV is showing me how to cook shrimp which is nice.

Nice place, very quiet and restful. Nice facilities, very good restaurant next door with a good wine list (the best reserves off the list, ask). Right by the airport, so its convenient as well.

Great clean hotel, remodeled fairly recently. Good near by dining options, including one attached restaurant. Also right across the street from the airport.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to food, highways, universities, and companies. The rooms are large, well maintained, and clean. The hotel staff are happy to help with whatever you need forgotten toothpaste, extra shampoo, lotion, ear plugs, suggestions on where to run in the area. The breakfast team ensure you have whatever you need before you realize you wanted it. Plenty of parking and walking access to three restaurants (many more short drive down the road). Afternoon popcorn in the lobby is a fun touch.

This is the nicest place I have EVER stayed. I will travel out of my way to stay here rather than another hotel. Great job staff!

Nice clean and spacious rooms. Mattress was very comfortable. One thing that bothered me immensely was that another couple was given my room later that night. I just got out of the shower and here comes this elderly couple. Anyways, I got a free breakfast put of it.

I truly enjoyed my stay during the special Olympics. The place was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the fruit was truly fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids loved thebpool and I was excited For The hot tub. I recommend the place for any visiting family to the area. And the kids suite was the perfect room for us with 2 boys. Cannot complain I loved it!

Food was good, but not great. During our meeting, staff came into the room to pick up serving dishes a few times, which was distracting.

The staff is very attentive. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and a Buffalo Wild Wings next door. Parking is never a problem. Since this Holiday Inn property is located across the street from an airport, it can get very windy.

A new Holiday Inn that is clean and modern with all the typical Holiday Inn amenities. Hardwood in all the rooms, nice pool and fitness area, and some ballrooms for events. 3 stars for the overpriced breakfast buffet (for what it is) and the staff that, although showing improvement, could use a little warmth. I've stayed here a number of times and the staff can sometimes be super cold, not even lifting their head unless you say "excuse me". On the last visit I at least got a 'hello' when I walked in the door which was nice.

Pool area was a little small but the kids enjoyed anyway. Friendly service and nice rooms. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Went for a thanksgiving dinner. Banquet hall size/setup were great. Only problem I had was the very unprofessional receptionist. I get it was a holiday but you're at work…

I was hear for a user conference (as a vendor representative) and stayed overnight 2 nights. The location was convenient and the accommodations were more than I needed, but very nice. The meeting rooms were above average. I'll also add that the hotel restaurant (Baxter's) was excellent, as was the bar. I would definitely be happy to stay there again and to host a work event there.

Large room and comfortable conference setting. At the hotel for a work conference. The staff took good care of us.

Hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. Meal provided was very good. Sound system for the event was very good and could hear well throughout the room.

Very clean hotel with nice modern rooms. We were upgraded to a king suite a IHG reward members which was a very nice surprise. The pool was clean and cool, hot tub was not quite hot enough but still nice. I just wish the breakfast was free like holiday inn Express… But still a great hotel.

Very clean and up-to-date. Was there for a conference so didn't stay on a room. Was surprised that there was no ice water provided.

Very happy with our room although there it got a little noisy due to a wedding they had but all in all we were pleased!

While at a family reunion we stayed here. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast (yes, you pay) offerings and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. We'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room and bathroom were clean. Loved the tile floor. More used to carpet, but the tile was a nice change. Only problem with tile is you hear the people above you walking around. The hot water was extremely hot so guests need to be careful not to get scalded. Front desk was friendly and quick. The free bottles of water they give you is a nice touch. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Great meetings center and restaurant on a newer Holiday Inn Express, located right across the street from the airport. It doesn't get better than this!

I was there for a graduation party. The space was great. Very clean and modern look. The one interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant and warm. I did use the men's restroom, and that was a bit of a let down. One faucet had little pressure and that corresponding soap dispenser was our. The waste baskets were over flowing with used paper towels as well. That is why there is only 4 stars to the review. Other wise it was a very fine hotel from my limited interaction.

Nice, new hotel. The room is comfortable, pool is nice, couple restaurants nearby. One issue was the staff wasn't super friendly. They weren't directly rude, just not friendly. I almost never was greeted by the desk clerk when I would walk in. A big storm came through one morning and knocked the power out in the whole hotel and as we're leaving there were 4 employees hanging out in the lobby talking to each other. We walked right passed them, made eye contact, but they never said anything, no "good morning", no "sorry the power is out", nothing. I asked the front desk lady a question once and she treated me like I should have gotten all my answers online and was bothering her with an easy question. Stuff like that. Lastly, breakfast isn't free like at other holiday inns in town. So… accommodations are nice, staff could be friendlier, breakfast should be free.

Rooms were nice, nice bed linen. Hotel was under construction during our stay. Did not like the way breakfast "buffet" was setup.

Renovated rooms have an earthy, but modern feel. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are tiny and lacking water pressure, making for an unpleasant start to your day.

Everything was very nice there. The rooms were clean, the banquet hall looked great, and the food was amazing. I went for a wedding and would highly recommend this place to others for their wedding reception. Even while they were doing some renovations, everything was still clean and well decorated.

This experience actually started out pretty good and would have gotten 3 stars had it not been for their lack of communication and service. I had one of my employee's stay at this hotel the last week in May of 2014. Knowing that a credit card authorization form would need to be sent to the hotel since I wasn't the guest but was paying for the room I faxed that over, twice. After my employee checked into the hotel what started as minor issues just seemed to snowball becuase of their lack of response. I'm writing this review on Google becuase we attempted several times to contact the hotel by phone then by writing a review on their system only to either be locked out of their review process or needing some magical password to get into it. I'll let my employee do the talking below. To whom this may concern: Your “write a review” function was not working: I stayed at your hotel Tuesday, May 27th, I was attending the ABRC training. My employer made the reservation, called on the Saturday before my stay and had the room switched to my name so that when I arrived, I would have no problems, so we thought. When I arrived I gave my credit card for incidentals. (normal thing to do) …. The room was to be charged to my employer, it was charged to me… we never did get anyone from Holiday Inn to call back. This was such a simple transaction. But to not get a call back is very bad customer service. And by the way. Your breakfast lacked quality also. Most of the food was cold.

HI&S is hanging better than the big boys. Go gettem Holiday Inn.

I had a cancelled flight and stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites. What a great hotel and wonderful staff. I will stay with this hotel in the future. Contemporary, clean and friendly.
