Very nice, clean, friendly and just a great place to spend the night! We had a fantastic breakfast the next morning. And we were shocked at how big the room was. Definitely a good stop on our journey!

We recently stayed at a few Hampton Inn’s on a road trip to Chicago. This one in particular was a five star because of Theresa. She was beyond kind and welcoming. She was so personable, and went out of her way to make sure we were comforatable. One morning she even whipped up a fresh batch of sausage for us when we were late for breakfast. She really went the extra mile. Thank you again!

The hotel rooms were very clean but the toilets did not seem to function properly.

Got the hot tub room, which I've gotten several time before. For some reason this time the jets worked intermitently.

It's way better than the Fairfield inn across the street. Cleaner. More modern. Has accessible plug points. And I really like the space in the room much better.

I've stayed at many places for the MAGIE show. This place is by far one of the nicest. I'm always impressed how clean Hampton inns are.

Expectations met at the Illinois Bloomington West Hampton Inn. We stayed at a pricey hotel in the middle of Minneapolis this week, and at this Hampton Inn on the way back home. The Hampton Inn was so much better for our needs. Yes, the Hampton staff did not wear ties and pant-suits, offer to valet parking our car, and reserve a spot at the bar, but that's not what our family needs when we travel. The staff were great. The room clean and ready when we arrived, the breakfast was decent and part of the cost of the room, and the Wi-Fi was easy to sign on to. We choose Hampton because we know what we will get when we arrive, and we're not making a hotel our destination. We book a hotel to allow us to sleep, shower, and breakfast before we do what we traveled to do. August 2017

I've always had great experiences with the staff here and never surprised by anything during my stays. It's your typical standard Hampton room, not a lot of flash, but consistent and a good value for the price. Near the interstate and restaurants is also a plus if you're traveling through the area.

The shower nice with great water pressure. It also had a soft, comfy bed. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was tasty! We'd gladly stay here on the future.

Stayed here with my wife and two young kids during a cross-country road trip. Room was clean, and the rate I booked ahead of time was very affordable. Two queen beds and a pullout couch with fridge and microwave was around $100. Breakfast area was nice and clean, staff was friendly, and the pool was OK, although the concrete pool deck was extremely slippery! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was wonderful and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We took luggage down and ate breakfast, when we went back to our room, the maids were already cleaning at 8:45. That was disappointing.

Pretty nice place. Far enough from expressway to stay quiet. Walking distance to number of retail, restaurants and even movie theater. One issue is the new but shabby construction… The floors squeak.

After a horrible experience at a holiday inn in Fultondale Al it was absolutely refreshing to experience this level of customer service! Even when it wasn't their fault, the manager went out of her way to make it right! Absolutely the best service and hotel experience ever despite the soccer team… Thanks again!

Was just there for a quick overnight stay. Beds were super comfortable & rooms were clean.

Staff was courteous, even with a large student group in the hotel. Tub curved to the middle and uncomfortable to stand in!

Was there for only one night but what a good sleep I had! The beds are so comfy, the new divuets are great and I loved the pillows. Which is important to me! Best sleep I've had in a motel in a long time. The comp breakfast is much better and larger than other places. Good options. Fruits, eggs, meat, cereals, on and on. Was very impressed.

The only thing I was unhappy with was the Wi-Fi and internet speed. Other than that perfect stay.

Dirty rooms, unmentionables under beds and chairs. Manager/owner — rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone to stay at.

The good: Nice workout room, with updated equipment and a full set of dumbells. The workers were very nice and check in was quick. The rate was under $100, so good value. The bad: It really isn't near any good restaurants. You need to drive 15-20 minutes or go to Swinger's Grille, which I'd suggest. The hotel is not the most up to date of Hampton Inn's, but it is fairly well kept.
