Great location, friendly staff, big clean rooms and close to shops.

My husband and I stayed there from 2/15-2/17. We checked out around 10am, when I arrived home 3 hours later I realized I had left a grocery bag with mail and some things I had gotten for my daughter. I called comfort inn and the attendant at the desk went to check the closet where I'm 100% positive I left the bag and she said nothing was there but would get in touch with housekeeping and find out where the bag was put. I don't normally forget items but when I have, the hotel has called me and either shipped the items to me or if I was close I'd pick them up. I have never gone through something like this. I wasn't feeling well when I packed up to head out or I'm sure I would have grabbed the bag. There were important papers in the bag, a couple @ipsy makeup bags and items which are the highlight of my daughters second week of every month. I don't have alot of money but I signed her up for this. I'm questioning the integrity of the housekeeper who cleaned the room I stayed in. Also, I cleaned the room prior to leaving. Placed all the trash in the cans neatly. Left all the dirty towels and such in the tub. Fixed the bed up. It just amazes me how an individual can lie about things. Even the manager is taking up for her. I'm sure she tossed the important mail and kept the bags and makeup items. I hope she enjoys them and remember that Karma is a thing. We will not be returning to this hotel EVER AGAIN! I plan to call corporate and put a complaint on this hotel as well.

Very nice. Rooms clean and fresh… even the rooms that accept pets. Prices reasonable. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Continental breakfast was fine… most importantly, there was great coffee!

This place "works hard" for its 2 star ranking. The seat on the toilet (in 2 rooms) was broken. Housekeeping was unconscious — the rooms were dirty — hair and other debris — when we checked in. Was never touched during our stay. No receipt at checkout because the printer was broken. It was promised via email. I have called and still no receipt. Not on our list for future stays.

Great rooms at decent price! Maryland Sheep & Wool people should definitely stay here. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked. Staff is very helpful and lots of good restaurants and shopping in the vicinity.

Nice hotel. Hot breakfast with eggs bacon sausage, same breakfast every day. Decent gym. Right price. Good location.

The Comfort Inn (Frederick) has been wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are super-friendly, going above and beyond to make you comfortable.

The place had a quick remodel done on it so it looks good. For the price of these places I would not expect more. The beds are older and pretty stiff that is all I really care for in a hotel is a good bed and these are mediocre. Pretty close to the highway but enough out of the way that it's quiet Overall a good place to stay.

Very affordable and clean. Great location with delicious Texas Roadhouse right next door. There's a pool hall/bar across the street called Champions that has a great outdoor patio. The movie theater is located across the street. Beautiful mountain views and easy access to highways. Downtown Frederick is only a few miles away so you can grab an Uber and go explore the bars and restaurants.

We were very pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the hotel was. We had a great rate and they gave us a multi room discount without having to ask. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Rooms were very clean and plenty of hot water. We'll return next Christmas.

Our stay at this East side Frederick Comfort Inn was comfortable and convenient at a highly reasonable price. Check-in & check-out rapid and easy, room amply spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom ample, location near multiple stores & restaurants, multiplex cinema. The 2 individuals I saw at desk were pleasant & helpful. Young woman at desk saved me shivering fit by showing short route to the pool in next-door Mainstay Suites. Workout rm on-site, looked promising. Computing stations in common area. Advertised as "continental" breakfast was more substantial. Sausage patties, bacon, omelettes & a waffle station. Access to downtown via Crestview, thus avoiding horrible traffic snarl-ups heading N on Rte 85/East St. To sum up, this Comfort Inn worked great for our short stay (everything we needed without the fake elegant touches that make me break out in hivesI'd be very likely to make this Inn my base of operations longer-term during future trips to Frederick, and would unhesitatingly recommend it to others planning a Frederick area visit. Convenient place to stop overnight; large and well-appointed shopping center across the street with many dining options and close to I-270. Accommodates travel with a pet. Complimentary hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, bacon, DIY waffles, etc. Quiet and clean. Repeat customer on long distance holiday road trips.

Very friendly and a great price. Centrally located near a lot of shopping and movie theaters. Texas Steak house next door you can walk to. Ye ha.

Hotel room was large and clean. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were closed for renovations during our visit but the hotel website didn't note the lack of available amenities at booking. Breakfast area was well stocked but the bacon, sausage, and eggs had a strange consistency, maybe frozen at some point or microwaved?

We were booked to sTay at the Hilton Garden Inn when a pipe burst, the comfort Inn graciously accepted us as a guest and made our stay feel welcomed. Thank you.

Best stay I had the front desk was very helpful and everything I ask even helped me with my TV the beds are very comfortable and the rooms were clean and the bathrooms as well recommend staying here if you want a good night sleep.

Everything was great, except the Wifi or "High Speed Internet". It was barely able to play youtube videos on… As a person working remote I wont stay here again, because I need a stable connection and not a 0.5 MB/s Connection.

The person at the front desk was very friendly. Check in and out was incredibly smooth. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and quiet! Will stay again!

Worst Stay EVER… Runnnnnnnnnnnn! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the dog of a guest running loose in the parking lot. I was issued room 312 & it smelled of cigarette smoke. Advised front desk & she refused to change my room saying there were none available. I demanded management, so she called a manager whom instructed her to give another room being. The clerk tries to cover up her lie by saying they have rooms on hold that she's taking one to give to me & she didn't want to do that because it's unfair. The next morning my Uncle advised that "Amanda" (new front desk clerk) stopped him to tell him that our family received complaints about our children being noisy & it's better he tell us to control our children than her. First of all, Comfort Inn advertises kid friendly & family oriented. Second of all, we all arrived & checked in after 7pm, left for a family reunion event & didn't return until around 11pm. The kids took baths & went to bed. So this compliant was based on a crying baby — control my crying 1 yr. Old nephew! So I complained to management whom apologized but little miss Amanda continued to be nasty, make teeth sucking noises, roll her eyes, etc… After returning from my family reunion event, I noticed ants at random. They werent there before but being so tired, we went to bed. The next morning I discovered ants all over the table near the TV. I believe they only came out because my daughter left an open bag of marshmallows on the table.

Excellent hotel of this class. Renovations makes it look even better and is kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious. The best thing about the Hotel is definitely the location. It is great. Just few minutes walk from a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a supermarket just across the road, I would highly recommend to others when in the area.

Everything looks and smells like new. Obviously it was just remodeled. Best value. Plus great service. This will be my choice hotel for every trip to this area.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights for work. The room was clean and modern. The internet worked well and had a hot breakfast. Perfect for a few days stay.

Everything was clean and seemed new. The staff was friendly and it was an easy one-night stay. The rate was cheap too. As another noted, the curtains were a bit too transparent for my liking. I also could have benefited from a listing of the TV stations, instead of relying on the scrolling guide. Breakfast (continental) was about what you'd expect. Nothing glamorous but good enough (I had a bagel, yogurt, milk and an egg).

Room was clean and modern, rates were great when booked through their website. Staff was friendly. My only gripe was the lack of full curtains in the room. There was no way to block out all light, only gauze curtains.

Our room looked like it had just been remodeled. Everything was very clean and service was wonderful.

Remodeling but the upper floors are nice. Well kept and maintained. Definitely recommend.

It is an average hotel. The alarm clock didn't work and the hot water is temperamental. Didn't like the room cause of the door into the next room. Would have liked to ben in one without it.

Great place, looks new and the condition of the room was like we were the first people to ever stay there. Extra Clean! Good rates, great beds with extra pillows and a huge bright bathroom. No negatives here, would highly recommend this place and if we ever make it back up to Frederick we would be happy to stay here again.

Visited Frederick MD and needed a pet friendly hotel. Comfort Inn was the perfect choice! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially TyLyn. The hotel offered continental breakfast every morning that was prepared by the sweetest little old lady. We had access to free Wi-Fi, use of a computer and printer, an indoor pool, fitness center and we were right across the street from an amazing strip mall that had pretty much every shop, store, bank, movie theater and restaurant and if not just 5 minutes up the road was another. Our suite was awesome with amazing views of the mountains of Appalachia, flat screen tv, cable, microwave, eating table, desk and the most comfortable bed with plush down comforter. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again very soon.

Nice place. Was able to have our dog with us. Only problem was people above us stomping around all evening. Not motels fault, just rude guests.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was, without exception, friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. We particularly liked the A/C, which had a setting which maintained a constant level of background noise, not too loud, without coming on and off all night. One very minor issue was immediately corrected, and our requests for rooms close together and extra pillows were also immediately fulfilled. We have stayed there before and will certainly do so again.
