Clean is a priority when we travel and our accommodations were. The offerings for breakfast could hardly be called continental. "Snack" would be more appropriate. Coffee, hot chocolate and hotel portion granola bars were their offerings.

Staff was standoffish but room was clean and spacious. Good internet speed. Location is great in terms of food and entertainment.

I was overall satisfied with my stay, though the tub was unpluggable in the rooms we reserved. The hotel was overbooked and they called to rearrange our room situation, despite the fact we booked several months in advance. Still, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds we're quite comfortable.

You have to ask for smallwares and pots and pans from the front desk which is a bit. Odd considering that most extended stays don't operate this way. The dishes weren't particularly clean as well. The rooms are clean but just a bit run down and older in decor. The staff was nice and friendly.

Staff was accommodating and some were nice. There was one girl who was pretty rude and just sat on her cell phone the whole time which I thought was weird but other than that pleasant experience. There was a really weird outputting smell in the main hallways when I was there, I don't know if it's because someone had cooked something gross but it didn't bother me in my room so that's good at least.

Stayed here for 3 days and not a good experience. Absolutely no room service, no housekeeping (charge extra if you ask). Night staff very rude. Front desk closed at 11 pm and the lady in night shift, even don't like to talk. If you need any thing after 11 p. M. Night, trust me, you will be in trouble. Extremely low quality soaps with weird smell are being provided. The only positive point is it's location and large room sizes, otherwise not recommended for a joyful stay. Advertised in expedia is not complying with the features actually exist. No continental breakfast! Just muffins, granola bars and coffee. Even no milk to add into coffee. Not recommended!

Pillows feel rough and AC doesn't work room was hot everything else was fine.

I will lay out the detailed criticisms, but I still had a good experience based on the people, the cost, and the utility of the room. The halls have a musty odor to them that made me a bit nervous when I first arrived; the room was free of any smell of smoke or other aromas. The room had a few minor issues such as a gap between the air conditioner and the outside wall, damage to the bathroom sink, and just a general state of being well-used, but not run-down. Furniture was practical and comfortable but not plush. All that said, it is exactly what you would hope for for a low cost option that gives you more space and amenities than a hotel room. The kitchen was complete with working microwave, stove / range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There was enough drawer and closet space to put away everything you would need for even a month or two of living for an individual or a couple. More than three people would probably feel too cramped after a few nights. The gym is little more than a treadmill and an elliptical machine. Half of the laundry machines didn't work, but that still left two washing machines and three dryers that did. Finally, the staff was extremely polite and helpful with good housekeeping services over the course of my 4-week stay.

They have bed bugs and they won't own up to it did not get an exterminator just had somebody from maintenance spray the room. In some of the rooms, rooms not updated need work on them some of the people are real Pleasant then some are real rude. Every time I post pictures about bed bugs it gets deleted it's okay because I spread the word and I put it on other website. I find that real funny they want you to tell the truth but they don't want you to tell the truth. Extended Stay does not have good chains in every area and this was one of them my first bad experience all around even with corporate.

Ok place the rooms were huge could use a little updating but not to bad … my experience was however a little strange stayed in room 124. Was sure I turned off all the lights before bed and when I woke in the middle of the night the bathroom light was on. Didn't think much of it and went back to sleep … woke back up again the light was off. Was a bit strange so my initial thought was maybe they have scencers so as I was checking out I asked the front desk are they running scencers and she said "no I'm not sure why it was doing that". Not to mention if you don't touch the TV for an hour that to just goes off on its own. Checked in the hotel a week late with another room and the lights didn't go off 1 time nor did the TV … strange right? If they give room 124 politely decline.

Rooms are terribly out of date. This includes the kitchen, carpet, bathroom, etc. In addition, the T. V. Channel selection is not comprehensive. No bravo!

Nice accommodation. The facilities are useful.

Rooms look little dated compared to the other Extended Stays in the area but the layout is easy to navigate, the room didn't smell like smoke and the staff was accommodating. Great budget hotel!

It would give it a 2 star thisis Hilary odutoye writing this and cards don't work that's my what I think.

They do not change your sheets you have too bring your own dirty towels down to get clean ones.

Was pretty nice. Keys kept not working though which was annoying.

I am not happy with this place. It has a serious flea problem.

Ok place to stay for one night… kitchen was nice but didn't have a chance to use it. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Breakfast was packaged muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal + coffee.

It is a nice hotel close to shopping and a lot of eating choices. Extremly nice, friendly and accommodating staff, however the hotel is a 3 star at the most. The kitchen need updating, the stove knobs were completely unreadable so you have to figure it out. The dishwashers are most certainly out dated. The seem to be doing some upgrades. However for the price we paid for the weekend I would not stay again.

It was great! Staff was very polite and room was huge! Room was also very clean!

Such a bad experience: as I was working on my macbook the cleaning person knocks on the door once (only once), and quickly opens the door not even a second after knocking, by the time I ran to the door the door was already halfway open. Keep in mind I'm in my private space, wearing only a bra and shorts (since AC was also bad) and this person doesn't even say sorry, just stands there for a moment and says 'umm… I need to come in and clean the room;' Now I'm not the type to be rude and shut the door on someone's face but at that point I was feeling embarrassed since I felt the eye gazing on me so at that point I just hid behind the door and said 'Can you just skip this room please. ' You're probably thinking 'Why didn't you just put the do not disturb sign? ' the thing is, they don't even give you one! As I was walking out of the hotel another person was asking for one on the front desk. I still feel violated and as if that wasn't bad enough the staff and mainly the manager were mean. Everything looks so outdated and I would even say ugly/cheap mainly the cabinets. Would not recommend this place.

My stay was surprisingly nice. I have stayed in other locations and was disappointed in the past. Not here. The room was clean and the service was great. For the money, it was well worth it. I would stay here again.

Rooms were spacious with full kitchen area. It's a budget hotel chain, so they have to save somewhere. It's in the cleaning service here. They only clean once every 3 to 7 days, which didn't bother us at all. For the price, we would stay there again.

Excellent Location, nice spacious rooms and Mahalia at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is muffins and granola bars but there is a IHOP nearby if a big breakfast is your thing.

Worst stay ever the Hotel did not come and clean the room change the linen and told me that you have to stay 3 to 7 days before they came in the room to change anything in the room that is not a clean thing to do for a hotel I have stay at other hotel and never had to call down to the front desk to tell them to come and clean to room.

Old but serviceable. When you check in, go ahead and ask for kitchen supplies: coffee maker, coffee, mugs, utensils, dish towels, etc, since there is nothing in the room. Also, bring ice or wait until the next morning to put food or milk in the fridge, since you have to turn it on.

Hotel is nice but a little outdated. Some of the paint and appliances can be updated.

Clean, simple, comfortable hotel room. Room has inside kitchen, so you can actually cook if you like.

Stayed here for two months while I was away from home and loved it. The rooms are big enough, the full kitchen is nice, no problems with the beds/bedding, TV has HDMI input, thermostat actually works, mostly quiet (a lot of contractors stay here so if someone is above you, you'll probably hear them in the morning. ) Has a very small gym which has a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and curl bar with about 50 pounds — not great but certainly better than nothing. The location is the best part though. Close to Wegman's, the Gateway has a nice 2.5-3 mile sidewalk loop around it that's great for running/walking and it's almost deserted on the weekends. Directly across from the hotel is a great Mediterranean restaurant (Rudy's), an ATM, and a barber. There's a rock climbing gym further down on Gateway. If you're looking for a luxury 5 star to live lavish for the weekend, this isn't it. If you're looking for a home away from home that you can actually live in and be comfortable — stay here. Oh and the price is great also.
