I haven’ stayed in a Red Roof Inn in quite some time and I was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and efficient and all was in great working order. The font desk staff was cordial and quick. I really enjoyed the lamps directly above the beds. Each room had a super impressive bag of complimentary candies, snacks and bottled water. This property is in a good location with plenty of restaurants and such in walking distance. Heating and a/c were perfect for the size of the room. Bathroom had plenty of water pressure and steaming hot water. Fresh complimentary coffee available at the front counter. Always great to have an in-room microwave and refrigerator as well. We got the pleasant and peaceful rest we needed to make to the next gig. Thanks for the great stay.

Great hotel. Very clean. Everything in working order. Comfy beds. More than adequate for a few days stay!

Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and close to just about anything and everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Clean nice place. Some guests seem a bit shady. Some young guys asked me if I knew where they could buy weed. Not a good look. No Airport Shuttle!

The place was nice, especially for the price. It was a deal. They didn't have breakfast but they had a coffee station. They did have Wi-Fi and a fridge and microwave in their deluxe rooms. It was a motel so all the rooms faced outward.

Newpy renovated hotel as of 2017. Nice rooms and very close to a minimall if you want something to eat.

The staff was very rude and unapologetic and even though we got smoke free rooms the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and pot regardless. I will never recommend this place to any one.

So cozy affordable. Hubby drives 18 wheels and Red Roof is less than a five minute drive from the TA. CLEAN FRESH love the way the bath is set up. The king bed is awesome.

Called the local number and they had a good price but wouldn't reserve room w out a credit card. Walk in rate was more then 2x the amount and they wouldn't budge. Had to go somewhere else.

Clean! Decent rate at 62$ a night call corporate for reservations before you get there and they give you 15%off! Not bad for price. Some younger people who frequent the third floor are shady characters but overall not bad for price at all!

Stayed for one night. The room was nice and had no problems. I did notice that 2 walls had outlets out, but that didn't bother me. The hotel was near fast food places, a gas station, and a liquor store. So that was a plus.

Had an excellent stay, super friendly front desk and room was spot on and clean. Also honored my military and gave me a discount. Didn't even ask, they just saw my ID in my wallet. Thank you for a great night!

Good place to stay. Not so expensive. Nice location and ample parking space.

This place was really clean and so nice and cheap. Do the online booking first in the lobby they don't mind. Pet friendly too no extra charge I'm a fan! But the room was really huge. They give you to go kleenex packs for your purse. There is a whole work center set up in there too. Micro fridge and the place is updated not a dump by any means. I was just doing a quick stop but I'd of been here for a week I would be happy great place.

The rooms are small and they have no microwaves in them. The heat doesn't really work so good… It took three to 4 hours for the room to actually get warm. I will not b staying at this particular location anymore.

Room was clean and spacious. Good price, polite staff. If you get a room in the front, the traffic is loud, making it kind of tough to sleep. It's a major road, so emergency vehicles frequent it. Aside from that, no issues.

Enjoyed the larger size room and extra chair in the room. Check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast bar was clean and we'll stocked. We were surprised at the amount of dog poop that was around the property. This was really not a problem for the hotel management, what was the fault of the customers with dogs.

Great place for a short stay, this hotel is about 45 minutes from Washington DC, the Wi-Fi is good enough and it has elevators. Next door there is a diner and that's about the only place to eat within a walk in distance, staff is friendly. This hotel is ubicated in a very centric position in relation to mayor highways, shopping centers, bars, restaurants and liquor stores, however I had to travel a quite few miles in order to find a nice supermarket, pharmacys are everywhere. Love this hotel!

Clean rooms. Great heating system. Friendly staff and best of all, its affordable. Bananas.

(Red roof located at Washington blvd, Jessup) Dirty, plus bad customer service. I was so angry today (11/10/17) (around 4pm) with the two ladies who are suppose to be good attendants and not rude attendants. Story cut short, I ended up going to another hotel.

When we arrived at Red Roof Inn in Washington DC. The clerk gave me and my family a Key to the wrong room. Which was already occupied. Red Roof Corporate sent me a email and said they apologized and would look into it and NEVER got back to me. This is poor Business. I should have gotten a REFUND but we got nothing. So I would not recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone. I am planning on putting my Experience with Red Roof Inn on Social Media /Network. Very Disturbing my experience not only my family and me. But the family. That we walk in on. One of the Lady's was getting ready to take a shower. Very Disturbing.

It's really RARE that I rate hotels 5 stars, but in this case I have to say that Kendra is AMAZING! Her customer service is beyond 5 stars. My family had to evacuate from Florida in the wake of hurricane Irma. I simply didn't have the space for them on such short notice so I had to set them up for a couple of days at a nearby motel. Check in was fast, and Kendra took care of ALL my needs as best as possible. As a worried mother, this was a HUGE relief. A few other incidents took place that Kendra quickly resolved and rectified to my satisfaction. I plan to contact her superiors and let them know they have a VERY wonderful manager handling their business and she should be rewarded appropriately! If you are visiting the area, this is a GREAT location. Clean rooms, conveniently located and staff is amazing.

Well a hotel is a hotel and some are average and some are upscale. You get what you pay for. Hey I slept good that's all that matters. 2.5 out of 5 I give it.

Glad we got the larger room with setting area. Will stay here a few days again when we come back.

I did not like anything about it … Its the worst place ever … During my stay someone tried to rob the office the cops were here they had snipers on each floor, there is nothing but drug addicts here. Everyone here in some has relation with drugs, do not come to this hotel … Especially if you have a family.

"It's ok. It's old toilet". — quote from manager when our second room flooded with water from a broken toilet. My group and I stayed here for two nights. During this time we ended up staying in three rooms. The first was full of mold and mildew, the second had a toilet that broke and flooded the floor that had our luggage on it with toilet water, and the third had towels with hair on them. The door locks work, most of the time, which is good because the location is horrible. We normally arrived at our rooms around midnight each night only to find the parking lot full of trucks that fill multiple parking spots and people lurking about in the shadows. If you're staying here to save a few bucks, don't. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere where you will be safe and can sleep without hearing shady people walking down the hallways.

I should have looked further into what the rooms amenities had to offer; however, the basic room had no appliances. No mini fridge, no microwave, not even a hair dryer or iron. The internet had such a terrible connection that I'm actually at the Starbucks down the street writing this review. It takes forever for 1 page to load. Definitely only stay here if all you're looking for is a roof over your head. Also, even though the chain's policy is that they are pet friendly it seems this particular location doesn't seem to like animals. They requested I not leave my pet alone in the room at all and do whatever I could to ensure that she was quiet at all times.
