This place is way better than most comfort suites that I have stayed at. Walking into the room its smelled so clean and looked immaculate. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. But hey dudes, yall should do some kind of muffin and fruit and maybe a juice box rotation. It was the same exact bag stuff every single day we were there for six days. And today the day we left, they put out yogurt. So I was sad that wasnt out on the other days too. But every other part of it was good. Very nice stay.

I stayed this past Saturday and was not pleased at all. The front desk was rude, the room was dirty, the pool was hard to access with key, the breakfast was disgusting, the surrounding area is less than desirable, etc.

Stayed last weekend. Didn't feel comfortable. People living there! Kids Tossing football in entrance way doors. Unsupervised children at breakfast buffet in morning monopolized breakfast buffet. Kids laying on furniture in lobby. Slang words we don't agree with being used back and forth. Wont go back!

We got a suite, it is so roomy, super clean. Heart shape jacuzzi in the room.

Great hotel. Room was nice and cozy. Its convenient to everything. They have a loyal customer for every summer breeze I attend.

This hotel is amazing. The customer service is great. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean, new and comfortable. Very specious. Breakfast is amazing. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

No complaints. Stay was great. Clean room and welcoming staff. Breakfast was good and a cool do it yourself waffle maker as well.

After having issue with my first reservation@another hotel. I found this hotel oh my what a great pick. Even being tucked away, this was one of the best stays I had at a hotel. This will be added to my favorites when visiting this area.

I promise you I would never make a reservation at the hotel ever again. I canceled my reservation 24 hours before I was supposed to stay and they still took my money. When I called about the money deducted from my account without me staying at this location. The young lady who answered the phone stated she sorry but there is no supervisor so I don’t think you’ll be refunded. Absolutely not I want my money back. Check y’all bank accounts this place isn’t right. I won’t stop contacting people until I get it back.

Nice hotel with a few issues. It’s located in a residential area which is weird and not easy to get to. The hotel desk person argued and cursed at a guest who he could not provide for and several curse words were used as well as racial slurs (both were black), but I do say the customer was way out of line and pushed the employee till he couldn’t take anymore. The pool area and pool itself was filthy and water was yellowish and cloudy. The room was perfect, perfect sleeping bed, great space, and very clean. The hallway smelt of “skunk” most the time we were there so something was being smoked on the floor we were on. Although it sounds horrible, it really wasn’t that bad. When I spoke to the ownership after my reviews to their site they insisted on crediting me a nights stay, I insisted I wasn’t looking for that nor did I expect it. They insisted and promised my concerns would be addressed and I’m confident they have. I will try it again.

Breakfast is on and off. 1 great day, 1 very poor day with burnt eggs, no milk. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Had to go get my own coffee and tissues since none were left for 2 days. Overall experience was average at best.

Stayed here about a month ago. Very good stay, would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good. Definitely better than some of the wyndham hotels I've stayed at. Staff was nice and room was clean. Would recommend.

We stayed in a suite. It was very spacious. Service was fast and friendly. A little tricky to get to but not too difficult.

Staff is very welcoming & professional, super quiet & clean throughout the hotel. Located in the back of townhomes, but very secluded and even though it’s a highway behind the hotel you don’t hear any traffic. My Fiancé & I love this hotel & go every chance we get Book one of the whirlpool rooms, it’s worth the price.

The hotel is back in the cut so not noticeable from the streets, but once you find it you will always want to stay here whenever you're in town. The best thing for me is that it is very quiet. I love that because I've been to many hotels where you are constantly hearing the slamming of doors, the conversations of other guest through the walls, etc. But not here. Plus, for the most part the staff is friendly and aware of their regular guest. There was one staff member who should change her profession because for being the Sales Manager, she is not suited for the customer service industry.

Our stay way nice. Where the hotel is located is odd. The room was dated, but it was large and clean. I liked the bed, it was hard. I didn't like the pool hours. It opened at 10am.

It was a pleasant stay. There was plenty of room to move around. The paint and wallpaper needs a little attention but the room was nice. My kids were very disappointed that the pool didn't open until 10am, so we had to skip it.

I'd definitely reccomend anyone for a stay here. The decor was beautiful and very welcoming. The continental breakfast was delicious. The room itself was gorgeous. I'd stay there any day of the week.

Stayed here for 2 weeks because of work and it definitely made the work trip more stressful. The reception staff are nice, but the hotel is not. Old and outdated, extremely loud with the highway right next door, and also if anyone turns on their air conditioning you can hear it in other rooms. I never touched the breakfast as it was extremely unhealthy. The hotel also seemed very poor towards the environment; the rooms were stocked with plastic cups wrapped in plastic which the room staff would throw away every day, not allowing me to reuse. Put in some shirts for laundry, and one came back with a button completey destroyed. During the stay my credit card was charged multiple times, correctly, but very annoyingly in terms of reconciling accounts afterwards. The rooms were nice and big, but that was the only redeeming feature. My bed had a stain on it when the top sheet was changed, and it took room service 6 days until they changed the sheet again. The shower bathtub was also marked quite badly and was never fun stepping into it. The "fitness centre" would be more accurately described as "small room with a treadmill". This could only be a good hotel for a one night stop on a long drive, because you have no other choice. Just don't expect to get too much sleep.

My stay was alright the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Maybe not the best for a romantic getaway since the weekend I stayed they had a bunch of kids doing laser tag in the hallway must have came in a bunch doing a birthday party thing at the hotel but its kinda hard when you drop your kids off with family and plan on having a weekend getaway with your wife and all you hear is a bunch of screaming kids in the hallway but other than that my stay was ok.

Facilities were clean. Pool needs a surface cleaning… Very stained. Jacuzzi suite was nice except that the jacuzzi was hooked up so that the temperature of the water was tepid at best. The Jets are cracked and broken. A bit disappointing… Coffee sucked.

I love this place. The stuff are very friendly and the place is beautiful place the parkings are always available it doesn't matter what time you come back from shpping. I would love to come back again in the future. I will recommend all my friends as well, and families. It was a great experience for me.

This hotel was very nice they provided a play pen for my 8 month old baby. For a great price I got a suite setting. This room was absolutely beautiful.

Building and rooms were nice enough. Great breakfast. My problem was the the rooms on the front of the building faced the highway and the constant traffic was loud. Also the window only had a mesh privacy curtain. There was no way to block out the sunlight. As a night worker who sleeps during the day that left me in a bright loud room. The hotel itself is only accessible by a series of side roads. There is no direct access from thr major roads. Not a problem unless its a freezing rain and the side streets are covered in ice. Slid into parking lot.

Good room and amenities. Breakfast was pretty good too. TV could've been HD. Would stay there again though.

Was a walk in on Christmas Eve around noon. The nice guy at the desk had a room ready for me early… the room is clean, private and has all amentities you need and best of all very cheap!

Great staff who were all very polite. The room we were in could use some updating though. Had some peeling wallpaper, the shower didn't drain very fast, the couch had noticeable stains, and the shower rod was loose.

The room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The only downside was the layout of the room itself. The desk was facing away from the TV in the front room. Otherwise I really liked it.

Excellent place to stay between Washington and Baltimore. Hard to find the first time you stay. Off US 1 and not visible from the road. Staff very good. Rooms are excellent.

I travel a lot for my job and stay at a lot of hotels. I will never stay at this particular hotel again. I have stayed there several times and this is the first time I have experienced being charged for supposedly smoking in my room. I never once smoked in my room. I hope the $50 they charged me lasts them a life time because I will never stay here again and they will never get another dollar of mine. In a very poor location too. Right beside 2 very busy roadways and the road the hotel is on is an old road that has been closed off and you have to drive through a condo complex to finally get to the hotel.

Nice place to get rested after a hard day working. It is quite clean. Highly recommended.

I was greeted with a smile and friendly hospitality. My suite was fabulous, loved the jacuzzi. Yes, I wll most definitely recommend Comforts Suites when ever I seek comfort, rest, and a good breakfast. My weeks stay was with Comfort Suites Columbia Gateway.

Checked in went to room hallway smelled really bad a fan was blocking our room door. Management moved us then sprayed something strong in hall. Not sure how long it covered the smell up but I wasn't the only one who complained. Hot tub was the main reason to spend extra. It half worked and to small for tall and about 170 pound persons. " clover shape " Bathroom was small also. Parking lot small. What really bothered me was trash truck came at 2 a. M. My room was located by the dumpster so I could hear the truck very clear. What I did like wad the coffee.

Great place we enjoyed it. They did a wonderful job for our family. We had over 10 rooms and everything went perfect.

First impression of the room was WOW. Having a separate area to watch TV plus a TV in with the beds was tops. Everything was perfect. Clean and neat. Sleep was good, beds comfortable. Breakfast this morning was very good.

Loud music at the party going on at 130AM and the manager has no control over the issue. I've made 4 complaints and nothing has changed. Horrible experience. Long drive home tomorrow…

Mold on the shower head, held room charges on credit card I used to reserved the room with and card I presented at check-in causing an embarrassing moment in DC with a card decline, towel rack in bathroom held together by glue falling down when you try to use rack, front desk clerk wearing sweat pants and slippers helping themselves to breakfast, along with another employee looked like she rolled out of bed for breakfast, I thought I was staying at a Suite not a Motel.

The front desk clerk (Mexican young lady) was not very helpful at all. She's very disrespectful and doesn't seem to know the meaning of "Customer Service! ", … I can go on and on but the moral of the story is if u don't like your job do us a favor and don't come in. The other staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean…

Nice to have a suite at a price we'd normally pay for a standard room. Internet is decent — 4.5mb down and 1.5mb up. The hotel is quiet despite being right next to I-95. It's surrounded by new housing developments and feels relaxed.

Great price, modern rooms and friendly staff — kind of hard to get to but that is due to construction going on nearby and isn't their fault. Breakfast was also nice. Nothing crazy but it had everything I wanted and I left feeling satisfied.

They front desk woman was great & very friendly. Our room was big & very comfy! Breakfast was delicious. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi room for our anniversary getaway, needless to stay it was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. There was hair in the shower, when I unrolled one the towels it had hair in it, the jets did not work in the tub and last but not least there were freaking bugs in the bed after that I was done. We left! I spent all that money for two hours. I definitely will be calling someone one Monday! It ruined my anniversary.

Compleatly dissatisfied with my planned "staycation" booked room for a Saturday night. My room was NOT up to comfort suite standards maybe motel 6. Took my children to the pool and a child is conplearly unattended acting a fool. He threw up in the pool and guess the front desk and management could care less because it never got cleaned! Stayed here before and was very quite not no more. I have never repeat never called the police but I had to the night I stayed here 4 young children were outside my window fighting in the back of a pick up and running in road after alerting front desk multiple times decided for safety I would allow police to handle since front desk could care less and parents were parting on the first floor, allowing their children to run wild.

The couch was very uncomfortable and there was mold growing in the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good. It was a decent hotel just a few things needed to be fixed.

Hotel is very close to Baltimore and the D. C. Area. Room is very clean and stylish.

I love this place and the people. I booked the jacuzzi suite. And I did not want to check out. Nicely priced. Clean rooms. Oh yea wonder breakfast, that did not consist of just bread things.

We get here after driving 10 hours only to be told the pool is closed because "someone dropped something in it" and it would take a week to be cleaned. Really? A week? Then the room only has a wall unit A/C which was not on so the room is hot as hell and taking hours to cool down. It's in the middle of nowhere so no food or entertaining or even a convenience store to walk to if you need something. Never again.

Room was clean and comfortable! The staff did all possible to make me comfortable in the middle of a snow storm extra pillows blankets even cleaned the hot run at 11 at night just to please me I loved my stay and I will definitely revisit this esablisment! And the breakfast was amazing (no oatmeal) hot breakfast bar food was amazing.

Rude staff, parking lot over packed with Verizon employees. Right off the bat, I go to check in with a reservation I had made 4 hours prior, the front desk manager or lack of tells me I cannot stay in the hotel because it is full even though I had a valid reservation. He proceeded to tell me it was my fault for booking it online using choice hotels rather than calling. The worst customer service ive ever experienced in a hotel. They Also refused to refund my money for a reservation I was unable to use so I had to dispute with my bank for hours. To put icing on the cake, this hotel is actually on the bed bug registry website as a verified location with a bedbug problem. No way I'll ever consider staying hereally again. Save your money, go some where you feel comfortable, not at risk. I would not recommend this hotel. Avoid.

Picked this hotel in a hurry and stayed three nights of necessity. Parking lot is small for occupancy of hotel and when we arrived late on a Friday night there were two small moving vans, one motorhome and three pickup trucks with trailers attached in the lot. Each of these vehicles took 5 to 7 parking spaces, leaving only one space available in the whole lot. The unfortunate family that checked in right behind us had nowhere to legally park. Breakfast was ok if the only hot food you want is a waffle and coffee. The "eggs" and "meat" were nasty facsimiles thereof. Seating in the breakfast room was so limited that we had to wait for someone to leave before we could sit with our food. Didn't eat there again after first morning. Carpet in guest room looked clean but don't walk in socks. Their bottoms turn filthy dirty in a few steps. The lobby floor is glass smooth and we had a fall when the staff mopped it and the remaining moisture made it like wet ice. Won't go back.

Right off the bat with checking in early, the staff was pleasant. They were very kind and understanding, and it wasn't forced either. Our room was clean and presentable — whereas we've dealt with hotels that have absolute disgusting room settings. The only reason I even booked a hotel room was because my friends and I are competing in this international scavenger hunt called GISHWHES, and we needed an affordable, reputable hotel that was in between our locations. So, we needed to complete a certain item that involved the assitance of an employee, and they were 100% kind and cooperative. Over all, not only was the physical atmosphere welcoming and comfortable, the employees had to be the high light of our trip due to their sweet hospitality. Not to mention the AMAZING affordable rate! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for both short and long term travels.

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights with our 3 kids. The woman in charge of the hot breakfast was so kind. I've never had anyone make our hot FREE breakfast for us and pick up after our kids just to give me a break. She showed me were the coffee was and asked that I take a seat. Unbelievable. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was so friendly. I accidentally broke the handle on the toilet and maintenance fixed it quick. I would definitely stay again.
