Love this place good breakfast clean friendly we will be back in July.

Love this place very clean and nice people.

We stayed 11 days. Some friendly staff. One staff Anna always talked to and even read to our young daughter at breakfast. No major issues but many little ones. My car got scratched in two places and another dent on door sitting in the parking lot. Pets are permitted which caused my allergies to flare up and I had to take meds during stay. There are no covered areas to load or unload your items so we got wet in the rain as it is extended stay and people have lots of stuff including routinely grocery shopping as well. Rooms are adequate but dated carpets need replaced. I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean, staff is nice, its centrally located to stores and local attractions. Suites suited my needs. Free Breakfast was good and dinner available Monday through Thursday. Has a nice outdoor pool and small basketball court. Working outdoor grills. Great family value.

The location is decently placed. The rooms seem very tidy upon arrival. Even though their breakfast service was alright, I have only seen no more than 5 people working there.

I enjoy staying at this hotel every time I’m in town for a work meeting. Front desk staff is always extra pleasant. Breakfast is actually good and fresh. They serve free dinner. It feels more like a homey hotel. I only removed one star because I don’t like the lighting in bathroom and vanity area, there was a blood stain the size of a nickel on my carpet right where I needed to stand to use the sink, and I don’t feel like the rooms are the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. I usually walk around without shoes (yuck I know) but I feel kind of gross walking around without shoes in these rooms. Otherwise I do love it.

Room with 2 queens and sofa bed is good size with full kitchen. Kind of dated but comfy enough and pretty clean. Only had 3 towels in the room upon arrival. Only 3 pillows on the queen beds… was there a pillow shortage? Check in was smooth. Small parking lot so spaces fill up quickly. Breakfast was not great, pretty bland, most of the food was gone midway through, even the ice water ran out early… really? Oh, and the bathroom door didn't close properly so it couldn't be locked which was very annoying. Expected better accommodations for the money.

Not as up to date as some Hilton's but overall great stay. The way the rooms are designed the doors can get in the way. Would stay again if in the area.

Awesome stay I had a 2 Br king suite. It came with a small kitchen including cook and service ware. Nice free breakfast and clean comfortable room.

When I went to eat breakfast at the breakfast bar I found that they made omlets with peppers and onions. The attendant asked if I needed anything. With my diet plain eggs would be better. She said no problem and made me just plain scrambled eggs. Very nice. I definitely appreciated it. All the staff that my wife and I met were friendly and considerate. They are also pet friendly. A plus for sure in deciding where to stay.

Loved this hotel. Everyone was so gracious. Dee gave me some really nice places to visit.

Great room with full kitchen. Quiet location with plenty of on-site parking. Close to several restaurants and easy access from major highways.

Great service here. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast here is good, and the dinner/happy hour is a much appreciated bonus after a long day at work.

The front desk staff and maid staff are super friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The evening social is the treat of the stay. The gym suits fine for a short term stay but for a long term you will have to work out elsewhere.

Our stay was very good, the only thing I was disappointed in was when we checked in at approximately 5:00, I mentioned to the front desk staff that we were looking for somewhere to get something to eat, we didn’t want to get back in the car, they mentioned several restaurants in the area but failed to mention that they offered complimentary food and drinks in the dining room from 5:30-7:30. So I went ahead and ordered from Olive Garden, across the street, bought pizza, salad and breadsticks for $25! Could have had a nice meal right at the hotel! Such a shame.

Stayed at this hotel for a work event. It is a very nice hotel for the price, they have a military discount, they allow dogs up to 75lbs, very clean and quiet rooms. My only complaint about the stay is the incredibly over priced convenience counter (bring your own water) not a big deal considering how nice the hotel is I would love to stay again.

I typically do not write reviews but I felt that in this case one was needed. The rooms are a bit outdated and in need of some love. My bed was barely made each day. The sheets were not clean (gross) and the shower had hair in it — yuck. Another little lovely was that the wall in my bedroom had a hole in the wall. The staff at the desk and dining room area are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Decent spot nothing spectacular. Spacious rooms with kitchenette but has been a while since renovation and definitely could use a refresh. Worth staying at if in town on business and office is located nearby and want to accumulate Hilton points.

My mother in law had to move into this Homewood Suites while water damage was being repaired in her home. She, and we, could not have been more pleased with her stay. The staff treated her very kindly, her room was clean and bright, and everyone was very accommodating of her special requirements. She was safe, happy and comfortable — and we are truly thankful. The next time we have family coming into town, we will definitely bring them here!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The people there are Awesome; especially Robin & Daniel. They were helpful in every way. You don't find customer service like this in too many places.

Had my family's annual Christmas party and enjoyed the hospitality of the and the personal. We enjoy ourselves every time.

Great hotel for longer visits. Evening meals Monday through Friday and hot breakfasts 7 days a week. Coffee not too good, bitter and burnt tasting… advise bring your own, but really not a single other complaint. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I would have rated them five star but the front desk attendant lacked good customer service. She basically has no knowledge of her job and her communications skills under rate what Hilton chain stands for. I have stayed in thus same Homewood suites branch in the past and the receptionists were professional. Please give her more training on how to do her job because she definitely lacks required skills.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! My husband I booked our Bridal party there at a group rate. The manager there Elisa, took care of our every need including helping us create our own personal website for our guests that were attending the wedding! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the next best thing to being at home! Their complimentary breakfast was a very nice perk in the morning. You can’t go wrong by staying here! We stayed there from 9/16-9/18 20 17. Veronica.

Our favorite place to stay in Maryland. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Just amazing. Hotel is clean and full of fun places to explore. We truly cannot wait to go back.

We have a family event here every year in September, the staff is always friendly and accommodating and the event room is spacious and airy. There are basketball court facilities for the kids. Some guests get rooms but I have not stayed overnight at this hotel.

Amazing staff! Everyone was nice and went above and beyond thier duties to help. The breakfast was huge, and the evening social was pretty much a meal… Plus you can never beat free beer and wine.

This place is adequate. The air conditioning works great. The breakfast and dinner are standard for this type of hotel. Beds are firm, I prefer softer and the pillows are too soft. My bathroom was also not completely clean as there was home built up around the vent of the tub.

Not into the fact that they except pets, but the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. Rooms have lots of space. Good location because there is a plaza with Trader Joe's and Costco nearby.

The room was fairly nice, lots of space and a comfortable bed. However, the room learly smelled like someone had smoked in it previous to me, and then the staff just sprayed a whole ton of fragrance to cover it up… But it still smelled. The bathtub had rust in it, but I don't care a whole lot about that. The staff was nice, and attentive.

Beautiful hotel with an outdoor pool and free breakfast. The rooms come with a small kitchen equipped with microwave mounted over the stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker and a kitchen table with 2 chairs. There is a sofa bed, Olive Garden, Bob Evans restaurant across the street and next door is a Friday's. Also there is an Asian buffet across the street. Close access to Rt 95.

We really liked this hotel. It was super clean. The pool was great and my kids loved the basketball court. The breakfast was exceptional for a free breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. We liked it so much we are staying here again next weekend. We would recommend this hotel.

Great experience! Ideal location for a quiet stay on route to a destination. Quiet, clean, and great customer service. Rooms are well laid out and thought out. Pool and basketball court are very nice. Walking access to five restaurants (I highly reccomend Bob Evans for a kid friendly meal! ). Will definitely use again.

Warm reception and incredible cleanliness.

Great base for us at the start of our holiday last summer. Ideally located between Dc and Baltimore, and also convenient for meeting family in Columbia before we moved on to Ohio. Close to great road links. Good room, and breakfast choices were adequate. Pool facilities ideal for cooling down after busy days. Restaurant options just across the road, where we enjoyed a lovely Italian meal with family.

They were remodeling the lobby no carts available had to lug luggage up and after check out down a bit of an inconvenience but good location of hotel and good sized rooms.

It's 2am and I was just greeted with "you'll have to wait at least another 30 minutes or more to be checked in. I am doing an audit". The employee seemed very annoyed when I asked for clarification of what this audit was and why I exactly That I couldn't get into my paid for room in hopes of obtaining a very few precious hours of sleep. Not happy with the customer service thus far!

Lot of construction going on now but the staff made sure I was taken care of. Consctuction should be finished by July 30 — Closest Hilton property to BWI airport.

Individual at check-in was very rude, and complained about other guests in front of me. The suite was lovely, which made up for it. But definitely had a bad introduction.

I stayed here four nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and fresh. I only had the provided dinner/welcome home reception one night, but it was good.

A larger room fully stocked with necessary supplies. Breakfast was fully stocked and diverse. Clean and comfortable while being convenient to points of interest as well as nearby stores.

Homeqood suites Columbia was great. Vustomer setvice was spectacular, the room was great. My family and I felt wrlcome.

Room is clean and spacious. I've stayed here over 14 times in the past two years for work very convenient to get to major shopping areas and restaurants. Very close to major highways. Over the years I've noticed rowdy guests who are left unchecked. Mostly teenagers on school or family trips. Have caused some disturbance in the few stays over the last couple months.

My favorite hotel to stay in in Columbia. I travel for work, and normally spend 1 in 4 weeks in Columbia. This is my preferred hotel, but it's popular and isn't always available. I prefer this hotel over others for 2 reasons, the kitchen, and the separate bedroom. Having a full kitchen is great, I can buy cereal for breakfast and having a full fridge means i've got somewhere to store leftovers. Also having a separate bedroom is great, being able to close the door and not hear people in the corridor or doors slamming is great. Love the free dinner Mon-Thur, to be honest haven't tried the breakfast. I normally start work super early from my room, and it's more convenient to make breakfast in the room while I work. If my boss was to review this hotel he wouldn't be so kind. He's had many issues at this hotel, including AC not working, or the TV being broken), and prefers to stay at the Homewood in Hanover.

Wish they had free Wi-Fi.

Check in was smooth (10:00PM). Room very clean. Everything worked. Well appointed. Breakfast was ample. Recommend showing at 6:15AM or later since all breakfast items were not available right at 6:00AM each day. Social hour and food was OK. Wi-Fi was fast and always on. Business center had all needed services but the computers were slow. Probably need to be re-imaged. Plenty of parking available. Located near 3 decent restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Checkout was OK but a bit slow. Overall good experience. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This is what happen to our staff please read below I had the worst experience of my life last night when I got to a Hilton Garden in Columbia Maryland, close to midnight. This place was close to the location that I had to make a presentation at 8:00 AM. I found the door locked, I pushed the button in order to get the attention of the attendance several times, after fifteen minuets, a attendee shows up at the takes a look at me and my two colleges, goes away, and picks up the phone. This is while we are standing outside with freezing temperature. After another fifteen minuets, we noticed that the attendee is not paying attention to us, then we drove away and checked at the Residence Inn by Marit. We had reservation for all three of us for late arrival at Hilton, but we did not have reservation at the Marit. We have a new project with local utility company for the next three years. This experience gave me the lessen not book with Hilton again. Thank You, Taghi Alereza, D Sc, P. E. President.

I've stayed at this hotel five or six times for business and for pleasure. Always I've had a great experience. Except for this time. It was super-packed over Memorial weekend, and the front desk staff seemed a bit harried. The vent in our room rattled when the AC came on. They weren't able to or didn't fix it (I don't know which) when I notified the front desk our first night, and so we had 2 bad nights of sleep. We were able to move rooms our third night, which helped substantially. But, the girl at the front desk was not especially sympathetic or helpful in trying to make sure we had a good stay. I think I will take my business elsewhere on my next trip to Columbia.

One of the nicer Homewood Suites I have stayed it. The room was big and the bed was super comfy. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning. Two things kept this from a 5 start rating; I did not receive a wake call as scheduled one morning and my room did not get cleaned one day. Aaron at the front desk was very nice and was a big help getting a billing issue taken care of for me.

I was very impressed with the room and how it was arranged. I loved the full size kitchen and the size of the bedroom. It is very well worth the price for the weekend.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, staff is very friendly, rooms are great, nice pool, breakfast was included, and there are numerous places right across the street too. We walked to Olive Garden for dinner. We had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel! Breakfast AND Dinner are included and they hotel is super clean and has a very friendly staff. Great location for access to Baltimore area, DC area, and the BWI Airport! LOVED IT.
