By far, the BEST Country Inn & Suites we ever stayed in! All others should follow the Annapolis, MD. 's standard of the way a hotel should be. The lobby is beautiful, the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless clean and you could bounce a quarter off the sheets, seriously, they were tight, white and looked like they've been ironed! The location is great too.

It was EXACTLY what we wanted! A cozy, quiet getaway with a view of the Fall leaves!

Comfy beds, pillows and towels. However, too much water on the floor of the handicap shower. Also need to put adhesive strips on the shower floor to prevent people from potentially falling.

I had a great visit. Will stay again if I’m ever up that way. Great service. Very clean and comfy rooms.

Was a very comfy room. Very clean. Breakfast so yummy! Loved the fresh baked cookies at the desk and free coffee. All the guest of the hotel I met were very nice and friendly too. Definitely would come back!

I am staying here for over a month with my dog and they are pet friendly. I asked if I could use the hallway where they're redoing rooms to play ball with my dogs and they were absolutely okay with it. They also thanked me for asking ahead of time. I also asked if there was any way I could just have clean towels and a broom / dustpan to clean my own room and they said they would get it for me. They were okay with me taking care of my own room and just getting me clean supplies. This place is so friendly. Even though I have not used the pool yet they do have a lift chair for the handicapped which was wonderful. I definitely would recommend this place. My dog seem to enjoy it!

Old motel trying to pass off as modern suites. Walls are paper thin. You will hear your fellow travelers, above and to the sides. Lots of late night activity. The front desk person did her best to keep order. The the air conditioner worked and covered up the sound of other people but then would abruptly stop. Creating absolute silence, the better to hear the jet sounding cleaning truck at the mall next door. This was from 12 am to 1am. The pool was old and the wall was so tough that she brushed it and scrapped her knee. All in all a very tired motel/ hotel that needs major redo. Not a luxury suite by any means. Very dissappointing. Staff was fine.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The service staff is extremely pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Fresh baked cookies are available at the front desk. The breakfast is well appointed but not exceptional. I was unable to hear anyone in adjoining rooms while the hotel appeared to be packed, every parking space taken. The location is convenient to downtown and the massive mall.

The room was big with a semi-comfy bed. The shower had an undesirable showerhead, but the water pressure was nice. That being said, the location was great for my event.

My husband and I spent this past week there preparing for our daughter's wedding at the Naval Academy's Chapel. The motel was extremely comfortable and clean, but the thing I appreciated the most was how well-built it was. As a woman, I have a tendency to hear EVERYTHING, so I appreciated the quiet when I was ready to retire for the night. I highly recommend this motel. The staff is very friendly, and my husband loves the freshly-baked cookies they put out for the guests in the afternoon.

My family was in Annapolis for a family reunion at another hotel which was close but booked. I liked the free breakfast, complimentary cookies and coffee and the queen size beds. Good bang for our buck since we were staying an extra day. The room was clean and staff was helpful. The children visited the pool a couple of times and we all did the hot spa tub. It was noisy so I would probably skip that in the future but overall I would stay at the Country Inn again.

It definitely has a country feel and decor if that is what you want in your hotel stay. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for attending the Annapolis Sailboat show, not too far away and for a reasonable price. The nautical and country theming makes it a great place to stay. Great breakfast as well!

This is the only hotel that husband and I stay at when in Annapolis. We love the nautical decor and the fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby that greet you when you walk in the door. Things are always clean and comfortable and the staff is very pleasant, especially Kay and Courtney.

Terrible customer service! Country Inn told me they would reserve a block of rooms for my wedding but then reneged a week later when I had guests ready to book! Tried to bait and switch to the expensive suites for two nights, unbelievable. Don't believe what the salespeople tell you.

First impression: nice looking, friendly staff, clean rooms. You don't hear noise from other guests and they have better quality television.

Me and my family stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Employees were nice. Breakfast was good, 50/50 on the cookies, some were just to hard to eat.
Pool is small but was never crowded when we went, usually around 6-8pm. Overall a pretty good experience, though I would change the gravel-like lining in the pool. 2 out of 3 of my children came out with cuts on their knuckles from brushing up against it.

Clean friendly service. I like that they have a lifegaurd at the pool. Especially when people don't accompany their children always.

Decent hotel. Not luxury but certainly clean, safe and comfortable. Grocery store across the street. Historical Annapolis and Naval Academy an easy 15 minute drive. Parking was never a problem.

I come here every year for my family's holiday gathering. I enjoy the staff and accommodation. My favorite part is the breakfast and cookies, most hotels have stopped offering their guest quality food I'm glad country inn and suites is not one of them.

The king size suite large and nice size. Rooms very clean and nice amenities available. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Fresh coffee tea/coffe and fresh baked cookies all day. Full hot breakfast available 6:30-9 am every day. Could use update on furnishings-pull out coach a bit saggy and dated. King bed had nice fresh sheets, plenty of pillows and confirm. Small fridge and microwave nicely tucked away in cabinet with personal coffee maker. Tea and coffee in room. Highly recommend!

We checked out after only being there for a couple of hours, and were charged for the entire night. We were traveling with our dog, which is common for us, and the hotel required us to stay in a King Suit. The room had a musty smell, the door securty latch did not work, the shower curtain was dingy, and the curtains (which were stained) did not close — which was a problem since we were on the ground floor. The room was over priced for the quality we received.

Beautiful clean room. Easy to find the hotel. Got to the breakfast near the end but still good and plenty of options.

Nice little hotel but a little pricier than you'd expect. Great little breakfasts included and, theoretically, there's a pool, but I never saw it. Staff was nice. No interior shower curtain, which was wierd and led to a large puddle in the bathroom.

Very spacious and clean. Beds were a bit squeaky but comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

Place was nice and busy/active! Front desk attendendent was not very professional or hospitable even when she was not busy, or appeared not to be busy. Overall and nice place.

Overall quite pleased with our stay. We had a king suite which included a pullout, microwave, and refrigerator. The mattress of the pullout couch was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs through the mattress and they squeaked every time you moved. Sleeping on it as a couch was much more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was quick to restock any missing items.

What a nice hotel! We're touring from NY to Florida, so this was our third night in a hotel, and by far the nicest. Cheerful staff, a warm inviting lobby, a nice room at a fair price, and a great breakfast. A great stay!

Rooms was very clean and quite.! All the staff was very nice and helpful. They breakfast was a full meal buffet. Free fresh baked cookies at service desk serve yourself free for staying guests and coffee. Vending machines on 2 different floors fully stocked with not just treats and soda but many different types of meds and such for last minute needs or forgotten things. Does have elevator or stairs. Nice cozy front porch with rocking chairs we loved setting out in the evening! Inside pool with hot tub awesome way to relax after a long day! Full time adult life guard on duty at all times. We was there with family for my son's wedding had a suite and a 2nd room w/ 2 queen beds both with mini fridge and microwave also iron and board, hair dryer in room. We was very glad we stayed here it was very close to restaurants and shopping also they had a shuttle bus! It only took about 20 minutes to airport! Very pleased will stay here again! Best of all the price was very responsible!

Hotel room was nice and very clean. The breakfast area was big and the breakfast offered good options. The lobby was a nice nautical decor and smelled like fresh baked cookies that were offered upon arrival.

Great location! Hotel is very cute, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. It's not a fancy hotel but you definitely get your money's worth here. Would definitely stay there again.

We didn't have a very good experience. Our group was my wife and I, our toddler and our dog. My wife called in advance to confirm we could reserve a crib, and it was confirmed it would be in the room. It wasn't. When we asked about it the person was clearly annoyed about it, and then handed me a pack and play I could take to my room. We were given a room on level 1, which is actually more like the basement level. The room smelled like a dog, which makes me wonder what the steam cleaning fee I had to pay for my dog (which I don't have a problem with at all), was actually used for. The hot and cold water was backwards on the sink, and the faucet leaked out of the side and on to the counter. The air conditioner was so loud that it sounded like an airplane taking off when it turned on. Ive never seen anything like it, and wonder if they didn't put the wrong unit in, something designed for a much larger space. Bottom line, this was a bit more like a motel. It was fine, it just wasn't what we were expecting. Its not a place I would likely choose again.

I enjoy the Country Inn & Suites. This hotel delivered with the amenities I enjoy, however, the room was a little more run down than other Country Inn & Suites I have stayed at. Great location though.

The place was very nice and clean and I enjoyed the decorations. Our room was great except the site conditioner was very loud and the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall.

The pool was clean and very warm. Breakfast was amazing like last year. Front desk took the time to greet us everytime we passed. Everything was great. The only thing that could be improved is the parking. Maybe they could have designated family parking to help with the long walk after coming back to the hotel after dinner. Or if they added extra entrance for the one end of the building with a key card access only. Other than the parking we plan on using this same hotel next year for the SIDS walk.

The suitenwas clean and well laid out. Noise was at a minimum considering its proximity to major streets. The pool room was really warm, as was the pool. Breakfast was pretty decent for hotel fare. I would recommend to others and even stay here again myself. We were treated well.

Annapolis, MD. I stay here for my job. I've stayed her multiple times a year for the past 9 years. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, and breakfast is great.

Loved it here. The staff was very friendly and helpful with me checking in late and needing an extra room key at 4am. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfortable — I slept GREAT. And they had fresh cookies on the guest counter even at 1am! Only complaint I had was that the shower needed to be grouted because the existing stuff was a bit cracked with some mildew showing on the wall beneath, which bothers me a little.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend. The hotel staff was helpful friendly everything u should expect. Got to our room and wow we were amazed it had a door to separate from bedroom to living room! It was very clean! Hot tub was huge and my daughter loved the pool. The breakfast was so delicious and km not a breakfast person. It's perfect. You can take shuttle to mostly anywhere u needed to go. The mall was walking distance. My family and I highly recommend this particular hotel! Can't wait to go back :)
