Great value for price. Clean, comfortable, and afforable. Two rooms and TVs, one for the kids and one with a king bed for Mom and Dad. Much more than I expected for the price in an area right outside of the west entrance of Yellowstone.

Wonderful hotel staff, great hot tub and indoor pool, FREE laundry and good exercise room. Contennial breakfast could use more variety. Within 10 minutes to Yellowstone Park entrance.

This was a nice hotel minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone national park. Amenities were great with a good size pool and hot tub. Staff was very knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions on places to go.

The hotel is best in town. All the amenities in the room are up to date and beds are comfortable. Overall it's worth the price.

Above and beyond what we expected :) friendly and helpful staff, neat facilities, actually hot spa, delicious breakfast. And absolutely amazing location: right by the park entrance, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend!

Bad 1. Toilet was clogged. 2. Hair dryer can only work for less than 1 min and needs to be cooled down for a while so that it can be used again, yes, u r hearing this correctly. First time I heard hair dryer needs to be cooled down. 3. Small room 4. Internet sucks. 5. Water flow from sink is really small, trying to save water? Good 1. Friendly staff, helped get rid of ice on windshield 2. Good fruit in free breakfast.

The hotel is fairly nice. A small but well-appointed lobby. The rooms are okay. Neither great nor bad. They have free laundry facilites including the soap. The staff are very good. Breakfast is free but really just toast, pastry, and oatmeal. Most places have bacon, eggs, etc. Not here.

The Yellowstone Park Hotel is a nice and mostly clean hotel with mostly hospitable staff. The rates aren't too bad, especially since it's close to a number of businesses and the west entrance of the Yellowstone National Park. The Wi-Fi, the pool, the gym and the continental breakfast were great. The young woman who worked the 9/10/17 breakfast shift was very kind and VERY attentive to the guests. The main thing I didn't like about the place is that some areas of the room weren't thoroughly cleaned. However, it was clean where it matters the most. So I'm not that upset. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone, solo travelers or those with family/friends.

I WOULDN'T recommend this hotel, they are using their proximity to the park and do not offer value for the money. The room was fairly old and there was such filth and garbage around the perimeter of the room that we didn't feel comfortable walking around without having on our shoes on at ALL times. Neither the air conditioner nor the refrigerator cooled. Then we get to the none stop flow of water into the toilet which would be nice if you like sound of a babbling brook at all times. My husband looked to see if it was just at chain issue, but he said that it was an issue for maintenance. Maintenance came and the guy said that he had fixed the problem. He didn't mention that was only if the lid to the tank was removed so the flushing lever could raise up high enough so that the water would stop running into the bowl. Unfortunately we next found out that solids would not flush down and yes you guessed it maintenance would not be back in until the next morning. So the only toilet (s) we could use was in the public restrooms down on the 1st floor. We did receive a small credit off the room price but overall it was still to high a price for such a gross experience.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The room was spacious, clean and we'll equipped. They have lots of little perks like free parking and Wi-Fi, a free laundry room, coffee in the lobby and in the room. They are close to shops and restaurants — about 5 minutes walk and about 5 minutes drive to the west entrance to the park. Check-in was quick. All staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast doesn't have many choices but we all found something to eat before starting the day. There's also a small swimming pool which we didn't try. I found the pictures in the hallways pretty entertaining. I will stay with them again.

It is as expected. A few things exceeded expectations and a few things were disappointing. The internet barely works in the evening when everyone is using it. If that is essential to you, look elsewhere.

Nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again. Deducting one star for the luke-warm breakfasts and the weak breakfast tea (Get some Twinings or something! ).

This hotel has been wonderful. They have Continental breakfast each day and leave a lot out through the day for guests. There is a nice pool and hot tub but the best quality of this hotel is the free bike rentals. We really enjoyed getting to bike through town and explore West Yellowstone in a different way! The hotel is in a great location, convenient to lots of shops and restaurants!

Pros: very close to the park, nice hot tub and pool, large rooms with good amenities, nice breakfast Cons: Front desk staff — we were originally in the cabins, we asked to extend for 1 day and they said no problem, another cabin is booked. Come back after a day in the park, and no cabin was free but a note on our file saying give any room "if any are free". They did not reserve our room like they said they did at first, and we ended up in the main hotel not the cabins. Big disappointment. Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff was not on top of things. When we were first in the cabins, there was a mat of the previous resident's hair clogging the shower drain. The staff also missed giving up our complimentary smores packages. Daily, they forgot to replenish things like coffee packs. The worst was when we went to the hotel though. Our room was propped open with no staff in sight, and the bed was completely unmade. No sheets, pillows, or duvet. Very unprofessional.

Solid hotel right outside the west gate of Yellowstone. Fit five of us right but with a full size rollaway.

My room was very comfortable and spacious enough, but it had several problems. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, hard to work with, and prone to failure of actually cooling the room. Also, the Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. Don't expect to be able to do almost anything. While the pool and hot tub complex was great, the breakfasts were lacking in good options. We ended up going to McDonald's on our last morning. Despite its faults, the hotel is a perfectly fine place to stay while visiting yellowstone park. It's located in a good place with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the park itself.

The staff may be nice and courteous, but the construction quality of this hotel is slipshod: noise carries through the walls, and there is about a 1.5cm gap between the bottom of the doors and frame making it possible to hear quiet private hallway conversations perfectly.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, my wife was a hotel housekeeping supervisor, this is one of the few she was happy with the cleanliness, pool regular, breakfast: I was expecting something else, with previous experiences in La Quinta and Days Inn, this is pricey. I will stay again if I come back to Yellowstone.

Hotel is okay but the staff is really bad now of the 3 staffs saus hello, even not at check-in. Just asked name, made us sign a paper and the gave key. That's it nothing more, breakfast time, room number or floor? Nope nothing. Breakfast was awful and service was about the same. The great thing about the room where the bathrobes. Rooms where also clean.

I would return back to this place. It was very nice. We stayed two nights. In October. So, it was not busy at all. Very nice to get towels for us for the pool. Nice free breakfast. Nice free hot drinks at night. TV worked. Room clean. Bed was fine. Very nicely priced I thought considering.

We stayed here for two nights before going into Yellowstone. Yes, the location was very nice, but the hotel itself was terrible! We got one of thier suites with king size bed and hot tub. First their front office staff was very unprofessional. They had casual conversations with what looked like family members walking through the loby while we were checking in. We got to our room and found out one of the lights didnt work. We talk to the staff and they said they would have maintenance come fix it the NEXT DAY, and of course they never did. There was no morning room service, unless you call taking out the dirty towels room service. Bed was still unmade and soad and shampoo had not been replenished. They ran out of toast and pancakes at their morning breakfast and just said sorry they ran out. What kind of service is that? For the money that we paid, this was for sure not worth it! Dont waste your time here.

Stayed here two nights in September. Facilities were clean enough, but quality and amenities were just average. Staff friendly but unprofessional at best. This was not the quality I expected for the money. I've stayed at better for less money in West Yellowstone.
