The room was not as clean as I felt it should have been. The ice bucket was dirty. One of the utensil bags was open. The exterior doors are not locked, they are open 24, 7. Most hotels, one has to use the room card to gain access to the hotel. The room was very large (larger than normal) and very comfortable, with a large window for lots of light. It had a microwave and a mini fridge. The location is good. Staff friendly, very helpful. The hotel looks and seems like its new. There is plenty of parking.
I recently booked a room at DAYS INN WYNDHAM YELLOWSTONE this past July 2018. Unfortunately my flight got cancel 3 hours before I was supposed to leave. I was so mad with the airlines but I went online at 3 in the morning to cancel my room. Received my notice of cancellations I thought everything was fine next they try to bill my credit card. I immediately call the hotel and spoke to the manger Javier and explained to him that the airlines canceled my flight 3 hers before I was supposed to leave. I used your website to cancel at 3am. Javier said that I was still responsible for the room. I asked him how was I supposed to get there from Texas? This place needs better trained managers to deal with issues beyond the customer control I even offered to provide documention Javier was not listening I asked to speak to someone else Javier said he made the decisions. Please don't book here poor customer service.
