Heater did not work and substitute heater was not efficient. Needed to ask for towels and other basic items.

It is run down, not clean, not well stocked but maybe that's why they had a room when everything else was booled or sold out.

Have anyone tried calling their phone number? I keep calling for more than 10 times in two different days but no one answers and never response to email either. Not trustworthy place to stay at. I would highly recommend to syay at other place BUT NOT HERE.

One hundred & eighty dollars a night gets you a cabin with no air conditioning, no bathroom amenities such as a hair dryer, but your kids will probably love it. Rustic decor includes the bed and furnishings. Most rooms have a kitchenette so if you're into making your own meals this would be a good fit.

Quaint, clean and perfectly priced outside of yellowstone. I didn't love it from the outside but the charm grew on me when we walked into our cabin and it was spotless! Even the window sills are cleaned. The bed was comfy and soft (just the way I like it) and having a little mini kitchen saved us some money. The direct TV had lots of channels, Wi-Fi worked fine, and we are only a mile from the west yellowstone entrance. Parking is tight but each cabin has its own spot so no problems getting in and out. All in all if you're looking for a good price, close to food.

Wi-Fi is there but you cannot connect to it, it looks pretty run down, and should be priced like $90/night. Just really tiny and not taken care of, too bad on the no cancellation policy :)

Last Resort. No free internet, no grills. Trash strewn about the grounds including an abandoned truck. Owner/manager not friendly at all. Bathtub faucet handle fell off. Botched bathroom tile work. Was refused a full refund. The heater worked, except there was no heat in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the motels outside the park have you by the balls.

The perfect little get-a-way spot! Their little rustic cabin was the perfect place to stay for our woodsy vacation, it had such a personality with it's log cabin warmth and charm. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean and well stocked, albeit a little dated. The beds were comfy and the linens were high quality and freshly laundered. The location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the wonders of yellowstone, and it truly had the comforts of home with an old forest feel to it!

The Lodge phone voice mail is full. I did reach a person one time. I needed to request a refund and was incorrectly told to contact a booking site for my refund. I had booked DIRECTLY with the LODGE by CC and am calling in adequate time (over 60 days in advance) I am unable to follow up or get adequate information despite calling several times over several days. Apparently there is new ownership, and hopefully it will be straightened out soon. But beware, call first and get all details!

The hotel took more money from my credit card than it should and refuses to return them. Office closed permanently. No iron in the room.

Rip off, plain and simple. The already high price at the time of reservation was again raised by 20% at check in. Cabin is old and direly needs renovation. Dirty grounds, dirty kitchen. Cleaning must be done by guests. Shower has no head. Bath window falling out. Cobwebs in the corners. Not even a complimentary coffee package in the cabin. Some lights not working. All in all ridiculous at that price (nearly 200$ per night in late season). Worst lodging in our 16 days in the US.

Stayed a few nights in Cabin 9, loved it! Kitchen well supplied with icy frig, gas stove, good pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Clean linens for kitchen daily, wonderful fluffy towels for bath. No air but you do not need it, ceiling and tabletop fan. Be sure to get up to the continental breakfast for visiting, great folks. Perfect little down home getaway in the middle of commercialism. Would stay again.
