I think the layout of the room was a little strange. It kind of looked like the renovated and just has to deal with the old floor plan. Overall though, we had a good experience. The rooms were tidy and the beds were comfy. The hotel is also close to a number of fast — food restaurants and stores making it easy to pick up a bite to eat or anything else you might need during your trip. I'd probably stay here again.

Mostly clean room. Carpet needs cleaned and the sliding bathroom door wasn't working. Breakfast is minimal with few options. Rate was equal to what services were got. The front counter personnel were very helpful.

Good service, simple, clean hotel. Nothing noteworthy and nothing bad. Just a good basic roadtrip hotel.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was quite basic, but room was good enough and clean. For the price paid, I would say this is a good deal.

This is a great place. The beds were comfortable and the Breakfast in the morning was very good.

Good location near some restaraunts, well conditioned and clean rooms, free breakfast with enough options to make anyone happy.

The overall experience was pretty good. The room was clean, the continental breakfast was standard fare. The late-night desk employee was curt nearly to the point of being rude, however. I was greeted with "ID and credit card" when I said I had a reservation. Not a hello or any other pleasantry. After waiting for a couple minutes, he tossed the keycards across the desk and said "upstairs" as he turned away from the front desk. No other words, even as I struggled to climb the stairs with multiple bags and a small child. He could have at least mentioned the elevator around the corner since it wasn't visible from the lobby. If you're looking for good hospitality, make sure you check in during normal business hours.

Beautiful contemporary motel. Moderate priced. Gorgeous rooms, great service. Large inside pool and hot tub breakfast served 10. Pet and child friendly. Best place in Ontario OR to stay.

If you want a no frills hotel that is in need of some updating. If you do not want any communication with the staff, not even a hello. Then this is where you should go. I travel a lot and Sleep Inns are always near the top of the list for me when it comes time to choose places to stay. I chose this one because the price was right. I guess you get what you pay for. There is nothing here that makes me want to jump up and down to say stay here, stay here, and there is nothing here that makes me say stay away. This is just a mediocre hotel.

Great reasonably priced hotel. Take puppies. We have stayed there a number of times and always found the rooms clean flip flop waffles tasty and the staff accommodating.

Beautiful amenities, clean hotel, and courteous staff. During our stay, we were treated with a warm welcome, and made to feel like we were at home. Great prices helped out as well.

Love! Love! Love! We were treated so kind by all the employees. My 7 year old had so much fun swimming and I like that it has an exercise room. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. I liked that the hotel is close to many places for shopping and dining. The breakfast was nice. I highly recommend the sleep Inn.

Plan and simple. Absolutely love this place. Hands down one of the best hotels I stay with on a regular basis. They have awesome employees, quiet, Wingers right next door and THEY HAVE TRUCK PARKING.

Nice, affordable clean room and quick and friendly front desk. Lots of shopping nearby. Basic breakfast was a nice plus.

Comfortable, clean, very nice front desk person, good place to eat right next door, would stay again for sure. Four stars because it shows signs of ageing but is worth more than the price. Nov 27, 2017

Nice clean quality room, friendly staff, great breakfast with a wide variety of choices. TV channel list did not match & the remote was not user friendly. The ONLY way to change channels was to input the channel number, finally gave up. Shower was barely warm. 1 person — $90 — frustrating TV & no hot shower — not a great deal in my book.

Average hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's quiet, not a lot of noise. A nice restaurant, sports car next door. There's a pool and hot tub. Satellite TV with a microwave and fridge. Convenient trolley to take luggage to your room in one trip. Normal Continental breakfast with warm eggs and sausage as well. Sink and mirrow separated from stand up shower and toilet by a pocket door.

Very nice room. Clean, quiet, and affordable. Internet is a little slow at times, but still usable. Would stay again.

The room was very nice & updated. Great location. We liked being able to walk to Wingers and have dinner. The downside was the air conditioner didn't work. The room got a bit warm & a bit uncomfortable to sleep. We should have told someone & maybe changed rooms.

We use Sleep Inn for accommodating guests. The office staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Our guests all seem to enjoy their stay at Sleep Inn and we plan on using them in the future. The Sleep Inn in Ontario is conveniently located near stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. It is also close enough to the freeway to provide easy access but not too close to cause undo noise for guests.

Looked decent from the outside, we were traveling and it was very late… the bed was okay. The shower was terrible (think of taking a shower in a rest stop sink kind or terrible) … it was not clean, there were hairs from the previous customers left all over in the shower. I would only recommend this place as a last resort.

Good price, helpful and friendly staff. However, they ran my card before check out and slid the receipt under my door in the middle of the night. Never seen this happen anywhere else before, was not told it was going to be done that way. Planned on paying cash, but my card on file had already been run without my permission.

Friendly on the phone, Friendly in person and great looking rooms! Can't wait for breakfast in the morning! Great resturant next door and she gave us 10% off because we were staying next door.

The rooms were very clean. We had to get 2 rooms to accommodate our large family. When I first called to reserve, they said they couldn't guarantee connecting rooms until the day of, but when I called later, a different person said they could reserve the 2 connected rooms for us. The indoor pool was cold, but we still had fun. Breakfast was pretty good, but they could have had a few more options.

It's a really good value for the money. The beds are comfy, rooms are newly remodeled, there is a pool, hot tub, and exercise room. They also offer a free hot breakfast. Nice place.

Poor air conditioning system in the room. Kept getting too hot and not turning on. Was in a room directly behind the elevator and it was loud late into the night which made it difficult to sleep. When I informed staff the next morning he just said that's unfortunate and that this hotel really needs an elevator.

Very friendly staff, and good amenities. The Wi-Fi dropped frequently, but overall a good experience. Had a nice pool, hot tub, and fitness room, and breakfast was good. All of the Choice Hotels have excellent coffee.

A bit basic but clean. Included breakfast features scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and the usual selection of breads and pastry. Coffee was very good and hot as well! AC unit in the room was fairly quite on low and was able to keep room okay cool. Good value for the price.

Wish I could give them no stars by far worst hotel I have stayed in and travel frequently. Booked one night then decided to stay a second night but was using a different card when they charged for second night charged for both nights so was billed for 3 nights then after speaking to several employees and manager was told issue was resolved as driving home hrs later another two nights charge on card for a total of 5 nights. Still no response from manager and continued to be blown off filling formal complaint with corporate when I get home. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay here holiday inn much better.

We've stayed at the "Sleep Inn" a total of three times including this last week end of April, first two occasions were GREAT but Friday night when we arrived to check in was different an employee by the name of "Roy" was fast asleep at the counter it took to rings of the counter bell to wake him, he stumbled and couldn't function, he clicked away at the computer yet he never even asked for my name! Therefore what was he clicking for ten minutes? He literately fell asleep on the counter AGAIN I tapped at the counter to wake him and offered my NAME to please give me the keys to a room that I had reserved a day earlier… To my surprised he dosed off at the counter AGAIN WTF? I was in shock! It took 25 minutes to get this ROY guy to check us in, when I had a confirmation number to a room from three other employees ROBBIE, KELSY & LUIS… We almost stayed at the "Best Western" across the street but they didn't pick up their phone when I called… The SLEEP INN is great that's why I rated it four stars, but ROY needs to not work graveyard… Hope never to see that kid.

Room was clean, and was quite. I had a similar experience as others with the the room getting quite hot at night, my wife doesn't like having a fan on when sleeping. The breakfast was standard for continental. Overall a good place to stop over on the way someplace else.

I lost my card on the way back to Alaska while traveling with my 2 dogs. My husband called to book me a room without him present. The staff was so willing to work with us and after a few exchanges, to understandably cover their back ends and protect the card holder, I got a room.
The room was nice and clean and conveniently close to the pet area. Will look for the same hotel when I reach Bellingham.

The front desk was nice and breakfast was good but the room smelled like a sewer! In the bathroom it stunk so bad like a sewer and same with the shower! Also the pool/spa had so much chlorine in it that we couldn't even stand it! Also felt like something kept biting me in bed but never could see anything. Definitely won't be staying at this hotel again! The worst was the sewer smell!

So clean an nice, very friendly customer service. Very comfortable beds.

A great place to stay they are have super hospitality and are very clean an awesome place for family fun!

My family came and stayed and everyone was very nice and had a good time.

BED BUGS The room seamed nice, it was very presentable we had a good night but awoke to strange bites on our arms and legs we thought it was just a spider or some thing but after returning home every night we received more and more bites we changes our bedding every night but they persisted we searched on the internet for the what could be causing it and everything we found pointed to bed bugs and the only other place we had stayed for the past year was this hotel I called to inform them they had bed bugs and we now have them as a result. The manager said he would inspect the room but it took him a week and a half to get one and when I called for the results he said they inspected the wrong room so he would have to scheduled an other inspection it took a few more days to get the second then he informed me they do not have them. Just a warning the the "non existent" bed bugs you get from them really suck and is costing me hundreds of dollars and a huge inconvenience to exterminate. They may not have them now but I wont be risking it in the future.

I just called to book a reservation. At first, the guy who answered they had availability for me and my dog for a 30 night stay. Then he spoke with his manager. After listening to the less than welcoming conversation for a guest to overhear in the background for a couple of minutes (I don't think they realized that I could hear them…), the manager told his front desk guy to tell me that they couldn't handle availability of an extended stay like that for a dog because they would get bookings from Expedia for pet rooms that wouldn't be available. Having worked for the former CFO of Expedia and having been given instruction on how the site works from him, I have a pretty good idea of how Expedia works and know that they would be able to prevent a double booking for a pet room from happening. The whole experience was ridiculous, and the excuse given to me was lame. No worries, every other hotel in town is happy to assist me with accommodations for as long as I wish to stay.
