The stay was good and the rooms were clean… breakfast was good!

I had banquet and overnight stay 1-12-19. Everything was great! The facilities were great. The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was helpful, friendly, eager to serve and. Amazing The breakfast was delicious. I will stay again and recommend to everyone.

No pillows, dirty bathrooms, poor customers service (rudeness)

DIRTY HOTEL, NOT CLEAN! Sub Par! Not recommended that you stay here. Stayed here for a reunion. Rooms have no locks, curtains and walls are dirty and the bathrooms have plumbing issues. We also had trouble getting basic necessities like towels (the hotel did not have enough for extra). Service from the front desk was horrible. We complained about the room and service and all the hotel was willing to refund was $30 from an already overpriced stay. The only positive part was the breakfast. For the money this place charges… go stay at a nicer hotel.

Here for a family reunion and stay was not great! No extra towels or blankets, pool is not big enough to accommodate large groups, and air conditioning did NOT cool the room. Keep in mind it is July and very hot outside so air conditioning is very important! The only thing great about this hotel is the location! Will not return for a 2nd stay and I do not recommend it to anyone unless the above mentioned details are not important to you.

I was very disappointed! The hotel was SO hot! Our room felt sticky/humid the entire stay and it had a funny smell. The floor outside the elevator was disgusting. Trash cans in hallway were overflowing and trash bags were sitting outside of rooms. One morning the lady at the front desk was screaming at guests eating breakfast because the waffle maker was beeping. She was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. A friend of mine was planning on coming to the hotel and I told her to change her plans… not worth the price!

Rented out the banquet room for my mother’s surprise birthday party and when I tell you the staff was more than outstanding. Everything was perfect from the time I arrived to set up and even to the break down of cleaning. If you looking for a small banquet room this is perfect.

We came to this hotel at 3:01 pm check-in time is at 3:00pm. Tell me why they have not gotten me N my husband's room done yet N it's 5:26 pm now. We’ve been waiting for this long. Freaking ridiculous! I would not have given them stars if I could choose no stars. We booked 8 days ahead of time for me n my husbands 8 year anniversary. They say the room is not clean yet. They had 3 hours 2 get the room clean. But soon as it hits 12pm or earlier housekeeping will be ready to kick us out with no hesitation. I’m so angry with this experience.

I am extremely upset that my family after traveling here… are just now getting in their rooms 2hrs AFTER check-in. Only to add insult to injury management (Kalyn) haven't any customer service skills to offer an apology. Only an smog explanation of, "yea room service has been busy. " While my family who are meeting and staying preparing for a long bus ride early morning. I know Comfort Suites to be better than this rude behavior of Front Desk Management. I will be reaching out to upper management/sales and marketing team because of the other reviews online about front desk issues. Clearly there is a severe training gap at this Comfort Suites.

Refrigerator in 1st room was broken so they changed us to another room. Room and beds were good. Facilities need work. Only 2 working ice machines in whole building and one was empty cause they used that machine for a meeting earlier. They authorized double charges on credit cards and when were asked about it two staff members were extremely rude. Location good, rooms okay, not much more.

First room they gave us had so many roaches and spiders and it looked like the room was not cleaned. Definitely will not be staying here again. The next room we moved into was a lot better.

You MIGHT be alright, IF you don’t have any problems that require any kind of service. The hotel was fine minus a couple service issues. BUT THEN we noticed a couple days later that we were over charged $250! When we called the hotel they admitted it was their error BUT STILL TOLD ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH MY BANK! REALLY?! Now it is a month later and still trying to get my money back! I SAY IT IS NIT WORTH THE RISK TO STAY HERE. If this is how they handle a situation like this, it is probably how they handle things in general.

Terrible. I cancelled before the deadline date and time and was still charged $89.49 for a room. Comfort Suites claims nothing was taking from my account yet my bank statement shows it taken out of my account. Choice Hotels claim it was taking out my account for an earlier stay three weeks prior. Three weeks prior. Yeah right I didn't. Can't keep doing business with crooks and thieves. Very disgusted. No longer doing business with them after stealing my money and lying about it.

I thought perhaps it was just a fluke, but it didn't happen to just me. There were roaches in our room. Big and baby. I called for another room, the woman at the front desk was pleasant enough and tried to accommodate. There wasn't a room the same size so we took a smaller one because I rather feel a bit at ease. On the way to verify if the new room was ok, another person came downstairs to make the same complaint. After that I noticed that the garbage cans in the common areas were overflowing with trash. I'm here with a large group. I plan to help them find alternate arrangements for their trip next year.

This was by far the WORST comfort inn and suites I have EVER stayed in. Rooms were disgusting. Breakfast was Awful. People next door was loud ass hell. Children in the hall, in the middle of the night playing, crying and running in hall. Roaches in bathroom… DISGUSTING, looks and feels like Fulton Industrial (Atlanta Native, you know what I mean) 0 stars… absolutely NONE. Never again! I had to give one or it wouldn’t let me post… RUN… don’t come here!

Super disappointed with my experience at this hotel. They called me at 7:30 am the morning I was supposed to check in to ask if I really needed 2 queen beds since we only have 2 people. Of course we do, or I would have booked a cheaper king room. Anyways, I go to check in and the front desk guy (who was pretty much whispering) explained to me they overbooked and they're moving us to a different hotel down the street. Super inconvenient, but whatever. I wish someone would have called and told me before having to get back into awful ATL traffic. Get to the "sister" hotel and they are all sold out of double queen rooms. So frustrating! Wtf!

Clean but needs a lot of work to do. Specially with the customer service. Manager at day time, that girl is really rude. The lady at night shift is so sweet though. Cloged bath tub. Leaking pipes. Room service is great.

I booked room (and paid) thru Priceline. After checkout, realized hotel charged me for the stay, as well. When I called to get this corrected (Saturday), I was informed to call back to speak to GM (Monday). The room did not have a remote and had previous guests belongings still in it. I would not classify as a 3 star. Watch your bank statement.

Made reservations online about an hour before arriving. Easy check-in and the gentleman at the front desk was great. He accommodated our request to have two rooms close together. Rooms recently renovated. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Well good effort at remodeling but this place has a long way to go. Roaches every where and bed sheets and comforters that are not changed between customers. Just not a place I would recommend.

The room was amazing. The front desk was sweet and professional. Will be back and recommend it to everyone I know.

Our church held a service at our Stone Mountain Georgia location on December 23rd. A group of us from NC all stayed at this hotel while in the area for church service. The general appearance of the hotel and it's accommodations is pretty good, but there were a few things that were not good. The closet device to hang clothing was actually broken from the wall. Our room was changed, because we couldn't use the closet. One church member is disabled and has to use a wheelchair he wasn't able to have access to a handicap accessible room which he and his care giver requested upon obtaining a reservation. Their room was infested with cockroaches and nobody's rooms were clean upon arrival. The free breakfast doesn't help anyone like us who abide in biblical food restrictions, because pork isn't an item we are able to eat without compromising our faith and practice as Bible Christians. The staff was ghetto fabulous, loud, rude, and very disrespectful to guests and I had to address a staff member that actually mocked my disabilities as I am a retired disabled veteran. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to an enemy let alone anyone else. We make periodic trips to the Stone Mountain Georgia church, but I have already let all our church family know not to use this hotel. I really don't like having to make this review, but the truth of this experience may help others. Not completely a bad hotel, but roaches and uncleanliness is not worth anybody's time or money!

My children and I were travelling around Atlanta and stayed here for the night. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows to accommodate the three of us. The breakfast was your typical hotel serve yourself breakfast. It was a great expirence for the price.

Excellent customer service! Kimberly checked us in and took care of all our needs. Recommended a good place for dinner, and extended our check out time as I wasn't feeling well. She was working the next morning as we left with a big smile and great humor! The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was the breakfast choices, and the hallways were messy. All in a all a good stay.

My family and I had such a great experience while staying at this hotel! We have 3 small children and the rooms were so spacious and more then enough room for our kiddos to spread out! Mr. Byron Kelly was amazing! He was very attentive to the needs of his guests. It was nice to see him out front greeting guests and lending a hand to the front desk when it got busy. Kimberly and Jasmine were so helpful, professional and made us feel like we were at a home away from home. The hotel was VERY clean. The lobby area was very welcoming and we were greeted by Kimberly when we arrived. We have only had one other experience with a Choice Hotel and it too was great! Thank you Comfort Suites Northlake! When we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying with you all!

This property I have used a few times, the rooms are decent but some of the staff especially one black ghetto female front desk agent Jasmine lacks in complete customer service skills, she doesn’t greet you, she is very rude and damn near obnoxious. She is the first face you see and what a spoiler she is… the other staff have been fine.

I am terribly disappointed. After 10 hours of travel, I just wanted to sit and relax. Upon arrival and getting into my room, I immediately smelled a strong cannabis odor. I called the front desk and asked if they can go up and spray something to eliminate the odor but no one showed. I really have no energy to deal with switching over to a different room, so I will just stay here for the night. I will probably blacklist this place and not stay here in the future. There are not enough parking spaces for all the guests as well.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean though the bathroom door was hard to close and Wi-Fi is mostly nonexistent. One thing I had an issue with is being charged $300 for a 2 night $82/night stay. When I asked for a detailed receipt, the computer is down. I called company line and was told it would be emailed. … still no receipt. And another $100 for a deposit I didn't see any notice about!

Awesome stay! Awesome staff! I can not remember the guy's name that works at night but his customer service is outstanding! I will definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jasmine was awesome. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Look forward to staying again soon.

After booking a lower than standard and unsafe appearing hotel, I booked this hotel. Met every expectation I Had. The night and morning clerk were so helpful. They even offered to pay for a coke (morning clerk) and Tylenol (night clerk). I deli ed but they insisted. So thoughtful. Will definitely stay again. Area safe, near interstate, Clean bathroom and Room, which was spacious. Bed and pillows were clean and SO comfortable, for this weary traveler, IT was much needed. Thanks Comfort Suites.

Nice hotel. They allowed me to check in early free of charge. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was also good with a decent variety including HOT food. One of the problems was that I had to go to the desk twice about my key not working. Also when I checked in they put me in a room that hadn't been cleaned up. Other than that my stay was comfortable.

Me and my fiance stayed here july 1-july 3rd. It was horrible. The cleaning crew didn't change the fitted sheet or anything on the bed. I had purposely placed a french fry on a table, when we returned it was still there. That would not have been so bad if I hadn't called the front desk and asked if it was customary to replace the sheets. Ariana advised me that it was suppose to be changed and suggested she would provide the blankets and I could change them (i don't fix bed at hotels). I think she sensed that I was completely appalled and advised me she would send someone immediately to change the bed covers. Nobody ever came. After $200+ for 2 nights, no view, Did I mention that the TV kept giving us an error. Cannot find signal or something similar, it was a horrible experience. Me and my fiance live right down the street, this was a night away from kids and family, that went horribly wrong.

Spacious room and fast Wi-Fi. The rooms are awesome and so are the staff. With the mall down the street I was able to relax shop and unwind. The fridge and microwave made it perfect. Nothing better than last nights takeout and liquor to start the morning.

Front desk ignored and played with phone… but very polite after our miscommunication upon greet. Customer service just isn't what it used to be. It seems that people just want to get paid just to do the bear minimum. There's no pride in one's work.

Hotel was clean but needs a refresh. Bathroom was just ok.

I stayed for 2 days and paid cash. I reserved a room with my debit card. When I got home I had been charged $540 and they haven't giving my money back to this day. A two night stay cost me $620… What a joke! Beware folks!

This hotel was disgusting, filthy, and customer service was lacking. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, you could feel the grime under your feet! There were pubic hairs on my towel — luckily I looked before I used it otherwise it would have been in my face, yuck! The walls were dirty and the appliance were pretty gross too! The internet didn't work at all and when I told them I couldn't get it t work they didn't try to fix it. They just told me to many people were on and to try again. We had work to do while we were there but couldn't because the internet wouldn't work. Only one elevator worked and when I had to go up holding my breakfast in the morning I had to wait 20 minutes since the staff was using it. They don't consider their guest and obviously don't know how to clean! I would stay somewhere else if I were you. Most Comfort Hotels are nice, but this one was nasty, even the pool was floating with bugs!

My room was clean, got a good night sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was kind & helpfull.
