Very nice, friendly & helpful staff. Nice hotel for the price. When we checked in and asked about places for dinner, the young lady at the front desk recommended The Blue Ribbon Cafe just 2 blocks from the hotel. Ate there both nights. The food was Outstanding. Would highly recommend if you stay at this Quality Inn. The chef makes outstanding food, a must try for dinner if you stay here! Nice people in this neighborhood!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and I just have to say that this Quality Inn is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff always makes me feel real welcome & glad that I came back. You can tell the staff cares about the property as they have upgraded several times over the years and continue to keep the property looking beautiful. I always look forward to seeing familiar faces, such as Alicia, Nick, & Mr. Mo, at the front desk. They have gotten me checked in very early in the morning when I have worked all night and did not give hesitate to get me right in, that is always a blessing. As a Choice Rewards member, I never have to worry if I need a late checkout, they always accommodate, which is greatly appreciated! I hold the staff & property in high regards and will continue to stay at this Quality Inn. The staff here give new meaning to "Q Service", as they exceed my guest expectations each & every stay!

I have been a Choice hotels rewards customer for 9 years. These people are rip off artists. We drove 7 hours from Tampa. After arriving at 2:30 am (you have until 7am to check in) I was told I could not have my room because my card doesn't have an RFID chip. Understably freaked out I asked what I was supposed to do. I was told by the MOD I don't know it's s free country. I was denied my room for no reasonable excuse. Them they charged my card for missed reservation. I was charged for a room I was denied because my credit doesn't have a chip. Be warned. There are plenty of other hotels right in the area.

Rooms smell damp, gap around door to the room big enough for bugs to walk in side by side, room refrigerator dirty. Power outlets old and loose so, you have to prop your phone charger up or watch your phone die slowly. Front desk staff nice enough but, no sense of urgency and the check computer was a major challenge for the guys on duty. It took near 30 minutes to get checked in. Maybe in the future if I was in an emergency situation I might return but, then again I do keep my bug out bag when road tripping so, scratch that.

The worker are always nice and friendly and they are there to help you out with what ever need to make your stay great.

Nice place for price. Have to battle employees to park next to room. Desk clerk a little slow with tasks. Maids excellent best part of hotel.

The accommodations were adequate. They did have a great HOT breakfast.

Great value and rooms. Breakfast wasn't great, but wasn't too bad either.

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. The hospitality gift was included. The continental breakfast AND the set-up was fantastic. ☕

I didnt know what to think. To be "low budget", it LOOKED clean… that is, until you REALLY look! The toilet in our room wasnt even clean. There was (literally) a buzzing " crack light" above the sink. There was a HUGE recliner chair thingy RIGHT in the way of the door and the AC unit. And the bath tub… it leaked all nite long. The continuous drip would drive anyone to nuts so ville. There was a stench of stale cigarette smoke in NON smoking rooms and buts E. V. E. R. Y. W. H. E. R. E! I was not impressed when we HAD to ask for a late check out due to a late meeting. The smartass lady up front said she could give us until twelve and that was it! Usually late check out is two hours past the original time. Its like as a guest, you are more of an inconvience and they let you know that! Freaking kids screamin everywhere (inside of room). And to top the cake was the guy who decided to smoke weed with his door open! It wreaked! And was not what someone wants or needs to see as SOON as they check in. I could continue because there literally was so much B. S. With this hotel that I WOULD NOT stay there again.

Nice place clean just needs some new bathroom fixtures and TVs fixed.

If zero stars was an options I would prefer to rate this establishment that. I stayed here twice. Accommodations are to be expected what was not was the that they continued to fradulently charge my card multiple times. They charged me hundreds of dollars for nights I never stayed. I went back to demand a refund on the over charges and the man at the front told me if I wanted my money back I would have to call the police. Instead I called my credit card. It took some time to go through the dispute however I would never stay here or trust this hotel with my credit card information again.

So far, so good. The bathroom counter needs a little more space. Water pressure is good. My bed slept well and the pillows were comfy.

Staff member gave my fiancee her phone number on Christmas eve. He left me Christmas day. I called to complain but she was never fired. It makes me sick to think about the whole thing. I'm devastated.

Good location, hotel and rooms were nice for a budget hotel. Key cards didn't work consistently. I always had to carry both cards in case one didnt work.

The stay was cool I was only in the room for about a total of 8 hours in two days but its the area that you really enjoy.

The room was average. Nothing special but it was clean. The best thing about the hotel is the location. There are many different options for shopping and eating in the area.

I have stayed here many times and I return because it is a well run hotel with very helpful staff that is reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has lots of choices.

Exhausted from 12 hr drive, friendly front desk man treated us by free yogurts and water. Comfy beds tho! Much appreciate.

It's ok, But not the best! The rooms and the bathrooms are too small, but clean, which is the most important thing, I would give them 5 stars rating, but I was barely could walk around the bed, The furniture is old but not too bad, Besides that, everything else was ok, I would recommend to a friend.

Our hotel dumped us on the street even though we drove from South Florida, more than 15 hours of treacherous driving and confirming the reservation twice. Quality Inn stepped up and when we called not only matched our discounted price gave us an additional discount for Quality Inn mdembers. They saved the day. And they didn't try to gouge us, in fact they did better. Now that's Quality Service.

Not a fancy place and breakfast was meh. But the room was very nice and clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The staff was pleasant and polite.

Breakfast was convenient and free. Really comfortable room and pool was super clean. Clean, crisp sheets. Very happy for they price I paid to stay 3 days and 2 nights.

The beds are very hard like a brick other than that is was nice clean and people there were friendly.

Handy to I 75 and restaurants. Disappointed all "coupon" rooms were taken. Gave us a little welcoming package — apple, orange, bottle of water and bag of chips. Room was very good.

Rooms are way too small. Hot water heater went out yesterday at 6pm. Didn't even get fixed til this morning. All they can say is we are sorry. No discounts offered. Not a free night stay. Nothing.

I really enjoyed my stay here! They are per-friendly, the pool was nice. The other patrons were friendly. Erbody loved my pitbull who is very friendly and not a mean puppy. It was very clean and classy. Idk what happened with erbody else, but I absolutely love this place! Oh yea… can we get some other type meat for breakfast, for all those who don't eat pork. Thanks! Muah.

A dated Motel in an industrial part of Atlanta does not make for high expectations, but the receptionists greeted me with a small basket (water bottle, orange, bag of chips) and the room was clean. The cramped room had a fridge, was cramped and dated but the bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was standard chain Hotel buffet. Why 3 stars? I consider going back but I don't want to get anybodies expectations too high by giving this place more than 3 stars.

Room was smelly and out dated. The guy who works at front desk in the morning is a racist, he made me and my son feel very uncomfortable. The only reason why we stayed at this hotel is because the holiday inn across the street was booked. A physical altercation broke out right in front of our door and my six year old son witnessed a man getting punched in his face. Never again will myself or my family stay at this hotel, the whole experience was awful. And bugs was on the breakfast that they serve.

Okay hotel for a quick in and out one night stay. An older hotel that has been renovated but has small rooms and shows signs of a tight budget. The thing I disliked most was the impersonal nature the two desk clerks displayed the 10 1/2 hours our senior tour group stayed.

Awesome place. Nice, clean and close to USCIS. Very reasonable too. Has cable TV, microwave, refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. Close to many restaurants and gas station.

Tiny little rooms, okay for just a night, maybe two, but if you like more room, don't expect it here. Water pressure was lacking and the "adjustable" shower head wouldn't adjust. Make sure your TV is on cable, not air, to get all the channels. Not super nice but adequate, clean, friendly, and a bargain. If you just want somewhere to sleep on a budget, it's perfect.

Room was a little smelly. Location was nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was super nice. I didn't care for all the men hanging around though. Breakfast was pretty good as well. It was a good stay for the price & I would stay here again if I absolutely had to. Wouldn't be a first choice though.

The rooms were pretty nice if u go on the 3rd floor you get nice rooms 2nd and 1st floor are ok.

Awesome staff are fantastic and friendly very helpful staff and the hotel is very safe and secured, perfect place to stay every thing is very near many shops and reataurants are just crossing road the rooms are clean and service is really wonderful.

Older hotel, yet it's been pretty well maintained. Front desk offered great service. Asked if you needed a wake up call and also gave a little welcome pack with some snacks and water. Not that fancy, but it was a nice touch.

We stayed at this motel twice. The first time in May 2015 we had no complaints. It wasn't fancy but was clean and a place to rest.
Two weeks later we stopped here again on our way home. We had a very different experience. On entering our room the air was stale as if someone had been in there smoking (in a non smoking room), we found what appeared to be cigarette burns on the bedspread, there were yellow stains on the sheets of the same bed that had an unpleasant odor. We called for new sheets and changed them ourselves. The refrigerator was plugged in, "turned"on. It did not work and had mold in it.
Outside safety issues were, the railing on the second floor outside of our room was totally loose. If our 3 yr old who due to an orthopedic problem trips over his feet had fallen on this railing he could have fallen to the ground. The pool had hoses running through the patio area and into the pool. It was unattended and turned off. A hand rail for the pool was completely loose and came out of the ground when one tried to use it.
When we notified the front desk of our concerns they did not seem surprised or overly concerned.
On a return trip to Atlanta we stayed elsewhere. We will not be returning to this motel, and we will encourage our friends and family to do the same.

It doesn't look great from the outside, but the rooms and lobby are very nice. The free breakfast was good too. I didn't try the pool or anything else. This is a pretty good value.

I reserved my room for my son's basketball tournament We checked in Friday about 12 pm. Once my wife and I entered the room we found old beer bottles and tops beside the nite stand, and they left out one big fact,,, THEY HAD NO RUNNING WATER.

This place was terrible. The rooms were old and looked as if it was a pay by the hour hotel. I also found it odd that you needed your room key to go down the elevator. I even saw a couple of hookers while I stayed there. However, the place across the street was awesome.

Best price and closest to the USCIS office that I could find.

Good internet for my netflix.

We stayed there 2 nights. At check in we were given a basket of snacks. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions where to eat. It was close to the mall, restaurants, gas stations and the interstate but very quiet. We will certainly stay there again when we are in the Atlanta area.

Great staff and friendly. The location is great in a nice area of atlanta. The price is awesome for such conditions. Loved it.
