Stopped here after I made a mistake in my reservation at super 8. It was 3 AM. My room was so damp and musty everything felt wet, from the blankets to the carpet. It was so late, I was traveling with my 2 kids, I decided to just suck it up and deal with it. I also got a room for my father in law. Come to find out in the morning that he had a coffee maker and no coffee and his TV didn't work. Spent $95 on each room, if it hadn't been so late I would have left. Hotel common areas are dated. Pool looks nice but we didn't use it. Night clerk was friendly, but day guy was grumpy.

One star only because I can’t give half of a star. Our room stunk like mold and was just nasty. We febreezed the hell out of the room just to be livable. The lady that is in charge of breakfast was the ONLY joy to my stay. Will never stay here again. Such a disappointment to this hotel chain.

Housekeeping stole my brand new bathing suit that still had the tags on it, while I was out at this facility. The front desk person Melissa tried to make it seem as if it was my fault very rude! The only resolution they could come up with is offering me 25% off of one night stay which totaled $19 when my suit was $30. I decline that offer! The front desk person and the general manager was very rude! I am waiting for an investigation with customer relations, corporate office and the choice general managers office I am very pissed! I would not recommend this hotel! If you do come here please don't let housekeeping clean your room!

The staff was very nice and the service was outstanding. They allowed us to check in early which was so helpful since we were going to a wedding. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good Nice hotel for the rates charged.

Enjoyed the stay. Pool was clean, yet highly chlorinated. Affordable stay as always with Choice Hotels/Suites.

Walked in with an already paid for room. Was greeted by a rude rude girl who did not want to do anything until 3 PM so with a completely empty hotel. She turns to me and says checkin is not until 3 I have been driving all night I already paid for the room. Really I just wanted to sleep guess that was out of the question.

It seemed to be an older property but has been well maintained. The beds and pillows were so comfy.

Location near many restaurants and nearby shopping. The room was clean. Hair dryer did not work. Toilet barely flushed. Elevator was out of order. Price was good for a late night stop and a clean bed.

We pulled in late and the only 2 bed room was a suite. We agreed go to the room and it was decorated beautifully… I go to shower and find yellow marks in the bottom of the tub near the drain, I assume it was rust. I look down and there is pubic hairs everywhere and the running water made the “yellow” marks disappear. The pullout couch was stained with yellow and red stains and had no linens. Also the room was never vacuumed and I have broken glass in my foot. Never again!

The whole crew there was very warm and friendly, shout out to Brittney working at the desk and breakfast lady very special.

Rooms were very nice! Had a couple of minor issues but were quick to rectify! Staff friendly, Michelle & Ray were helpful!

Nice location. Close proximity to the highway, local eateries and shops. Cozy rooms with an indoor pool.

This place was very dated. Old toilet that did not flush well. Tub was worn. Electrical outlets didn't work. The heating/cooling unit was filthy. The only positive thing was that the beds were comfortable.

I guess for the price it’s a good spot to sleep! But definitely run down and not the cleanest!

A tired old hotel in need of updating. Staff is somewhat lackadaisical but very kind. We had a problem with the smoke detector low battery alarm going off overnight which, when the staff was informed, they offered to give me a battery that I could replace in the smoke detector myself which of course is on the ceiling. Luckily the beeping stopped but our reporting at checkout was responded to with no particular interest. There are a lot of properties near this on the freeway that are in better shape and give you just as much value for the dollar. Unless the others are at full occupancy, I’d skip this one.

Stayed here as a cheap overnight stop. The women at the front desk were nice, but the hotel is a dump. Our room smelled and felt damp. The carpet was stained, and dirty absolutely everywhere. The doors didn't have strike plates in the frames so latches were loose. AC was very noisy. I would not stay here again even in a "just need a bed for a few hours" situation.

Great hotel. Beautiful renovations. Great staff. Lovely pool. Nice breakfast. Fantastic location. Very clean and well maintained.

A few of my friends and I stayed at the Stockbridge GA Quality Inn for a local music festival for the duration of 3 days. Not only was the hotel clean and accommodating, but the staff was beyond expectations. Mr. Wynn was an extremely helpful and friendly gentleman and I did not catch the name of the woman who worked the breakfast shift that weekend but she was such a delight to see in the mornings. Her demeanor and excitement was contagious and she always went above and beyond — my entire group adore her. Georgia is known for their friendliness and these two staff members demonstrated just that. Thanks for having us!

Checked not on Monday & checked out Thursday… Luv the rooms… The heated pool… Will definitely stay there again…

Interior door to lobby was locked until 6 had to walk around building to get to car. Understood outside door but inside doors? Hot tub not working. Room was comfy. Bed nice but overall appearance needs some work.

I will most likely not stay here ever again. First, I had a horrid time on the phone with their front desk before I even arrived. Second, there wasn't a manager on site to help with my troubles each time I called, (what business doesn't have a manager or an assistant manager on site at all times? ). Third, the room was so hot it was smothering. I called the front desk to have our a/c fixed, and it's still hot as Satan's breath in here. Visited my friend's room that are staying here as well and their a/c worked perfect. I'm just very disappointed with my experience. I've stayed at many, many hotels, and this is the only time I've had issues with customer service or the amenities.

Quick check in at a great price! While the rooms could use some upgrades, they were very clean and the beds and pillows were awesome. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool was perfect!

This well-comfortable and the pool this well I hope to come back some other day and the breakfast is good.

I understand now why this hotel is named after what they offer… Quality! Great rooms… great location… feels like heaven, since the beds feels as if you're sleeping on a cloud! Thank you!

Save your money stay at the Super 8 across the highway. Much better! The door doesn't secure to the room whole building smells like smoke. Past due for cleaning and remodel.

They have made a ton of updates which makes it look good. But they need to do some finishing touches. Shower update would be good. The green chair in our room had a hole on the arm and looked gross. There was no smoke alarm. It had been removed. Water was barely warm. Outlets on lamps didn't work. Cigarette burns on bath tub. A new toilet wouldnt hurt. The pool looked very nice but we checked in at 9:30 pm and it closed at 10:00pm. So we didn't mess with taking kids down at that point.

I was fortunate enough to enjoy my stay here in a king suite and let's just say "Enjoy I did! " The staff was pleasant, the room was comfortable (2 person hot tub in suites), nice balcony overlooking pool and a hot breakfast with lots of variety. If youre in the area… try them out!

The price was a great value! The bed was extremely comfortable, very clean room, fresh paint, and you can tell they have recently updated a lot. The hot tub wasn't working which was a big reason we wanted to go there. But, at that time of night and having an early flight, we weren't going to find a different hotel. Great breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and we could walk to some restaurants within a couple minutes. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Ok place. We have stayed a more than a few times over the last month because of location to hospital. Place needs an update. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and that makes up for some of what the hotel is lacking. Some of the doors and lights do not function properly. Our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. There are not chain locks on all the doors. Once there was food left in the microwave but management cleaned room right away. Breakfast is good. Eggs sausage patties banana oranges cereal oatmeal pancakes and some danish type things. I'm sure I left a few of the food items out. Pool was clean temperatures were fine.

Very very very dissatisfied. I'm covered in bedbug bites from room 228. AFTER being moved from 227. Because I found blood on my sheets. On both beds n room 228 sink leaked black mold behind the toliet. And n air vent. The room was gross after u got n n settled. They were burning up too. I WENT TO ER upon leaving there due to bites. The customer service girl was SO VERY NICE n tried help but it's out her control upon many many phone calls to them Ray Patel won't return my calls. Now I have hospital bill from there lost 62$ due to CRAPPY ROOM. They tried give me 50% to help but I wouldn't stay there again if my room was FREE. N thank god I didn't have my children with me. I'm very upset about this and have decided I will take the next step.

Rooms need to be checked to make sure items working properly for guest. My family stayed and had to move from one room to another. Room ac unit not working, shower had no pressure, electric socket where microwave was plugged up stop working. Front desk refused to exchange out because she could not get in touch with management. I thought the guest satisfaction was what was important, I guess not. Prices need to match the accommodation.

Stayed for two weeks while waiting on my house to get ready! Exceptional staff, and very clean hotel at a amazing rate I couldn't ask for better. They even were sweet to my dog.

I was ther with my family there last week this plase is under new managment and room vas very nice and clean also pool was great its indoer heated to.

Blood on the walls… Locks broken, Baby Cockroaches infested… Did not stay asked for refund.
