Great Room I will come back again.

Our family stayed at the Microtel by Wyndham on our way to Florida and I would have to say that this was probably the worst hotel stay ever. We rented a room with a king bed and queen bed. My husband realized that one of the king bed legs was broken when he laid down. We decided that we were tired and just went to bed. The next morning he was looking under the beds for items that we may have dropped. He didn’t find anything we had left but he did find items that a four legged guest had left under the bed. When I called the GM he was not helpful at all. I would not recommend saying here ever.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are nasty and outdated. The rooms that are pictured online are not the rooms that they give you. I was going to stay for 1 night and after getting my room changed decided to go to another hotel. The door wasn't secure with the locks on it, someone put paper in the door peep hole so you can't see when someone is knocking on the door, matress had stains and looked older than me, light fixture over the bed had dust and other people's hair hanging from it, nasty stains on the walls and the room had a horrible musty odor to it. Upon checking out, I specifically asked the man (Jacob) at the desk if I would be charged for the night and he responded "there will be no charges. " Well apparently that was a lie! I was charged and when I called to find out about the refund he (Jacob) basically called me a liar and argued with me on the phone. I've called the corporate office to report the situation but not sure if anything will be done or not. Pictures are in comments…

I was not impressed with my room. There was a toothpick on my floor when I arrived and 4 days later the toothpick was still in the same spot it was when I arrived and that told me they do not clean the rooms like they are supposed too. The toothpick was in plain site. My heater did not work, I notified them and they so called fixed it. It was not fixed. After 2 days of telling them that it needed to be fixed. I asked for a refund and to be able to check out or give me another room. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Not what is pictured online! The room was disgusting, filthy to be exact. We were on our way to Savannah, and decided to stop here because we were exhausted. Pics online looked great and the price was good too, (for what we THOUGHT we were getting! ) We were on the 2nd floor, when we opened the door to the room, it smelled musty/ damp. The bathroom had hair & pubic hairs in the shower, and on the “CLEAN” FOLDED hand towel. The toilet base was covered in urine & what looked like puke chunks. The trim and floor in bathroom was also very dirty. I took pictures and went to the front desk to let them know. The gentleman was super helpful, understanding and said that he gets that complaint a lot, (that the room isn’t like what is pictured online or in their lobby on the TV screen upon check in) He told me to email the pics to their address and the manager would get back with me. 24 hrs went by and I Never heard from the manager, so I called them. The best they could do was $30 off. So originally $90 with tax (which is f’n outrageously overpriced! ) brought down to $60. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re desperate.

Efficient service and a first class 75

It was just nice no smoking but don't get a room next to someone that has a dog. Or you'll get woke up early. But good breakfast choice. Had exercise room, Ice ben snacks, salt pool. Bed slept good.

Imagine a herd of Minotaurs doing the Cupid shuffle for hours while intermittedly moving furniture. Just imagine having to call the front desk every 30 minutes to ask them to do something about THEIR STAFF making all sorts of ruckus at night. This is what I paid for… minotaurs playing soccer with the fridge as the ball. YES… it was THAT BAD. I've loved Microtel up until 4 hours ago.

It was a nice experience here at the Microtel where the staff were very courteous and the room was clean at very affordable rates. They also have free breakfast with 24 hr fitness center, game room etc. A good place to stay when on a budget and still get to enjoy the amenities.

Wow I wish I could no star this! I got a bad feeling when I walked in and the thing behind the counter was yelling at another customer but my whole family was exhausted from driving all day so I didn't pay to much attention, and we hauled all our stuff and two kids and two cats up to the room anyway. Now from outside the hotel looks okay, but then you get inside and it gets worse, and then you get of the elevator and it gets worse again, so you rush into your room and you just wish you were back outside! so we unload the luggage cart that I grabbed and my wife takes it back down to the desk (before we incur the $25 charge for not bringing it back in twenty mins) and ask the thing at the front desk where she should put it, and gets told "back where you got it from". Suffice to say we left right away and when we told the thing why we were leaving, she starts screaming to "get the F out". I payed for two hotels tonight but it's okay, we didn't have to sleep there. Who knows how much we would have had to pay for medical bills from the plethora of diseases that are floating around this place! And oh yeah, this may sound like a cheap hotel but it ended up costing nearly $200 for one night!

Not bad Microtel. The rooms were a unique design with kitchen in the middle and nice beds. Water was soft in the shower and the pool was a nice bath water feel at night. I was just a little disappointed that there was no spa and that the gravy for the breakfast biacuits was watery. Plus the juices couldve been better. The aroma of the halls could have been improved. Overall, good stay for less than 100 a night.

The room was nice, it the breakfast needs some work. Everything was cold and the gravy looked like cloudy water soup.

Rooms very crowded. Chose room with a queen size and king size bed. King size bed was barely larger than queen. You could not watch television but from one side of the room. Wet bar set up blocked the view. Breakfast was not as advertised… no pancakes. Fruit was old. Watermelon just sat in refrigerator… couldn't say how long. For someplace that is supposed to be newly remodels, bathtub had faulty drain that has been caulked around. Stains in tub… a child could have painted the walls.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There bed was not super comfortable but for the price paid, I didn't expect any more. Very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay in Stockbridge. We booked the Executive King Suite and it was clean, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The young man at the desk was helpful. I also saw him later with another clerk handling a difficult hotel guest. They provided good service in a professional manner. The location was great for us too. I would recommend you stay at this Microtel location.

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Good breakfast selection plus free lemonade and cookies. Very good experience for the price.

We have stayed there multiple times and were always charged about $70 a night. So has my daughter. Last week I sent a friend up there and the guy at the desk said $180 a night for a weeks stay! I was appauled and shocked. Either your employee is stealing money or you are charging people based on looks. Not cool at all.

The rooms are older, but are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. It is a very good value for the cost and is in a good location with a Chick-fil-A very close by. Again, a good hotel for the price.

The location was great and the breakfast was delicious. The workout room is 24 hours but bring your own towel and sanitizer. Will stay again.

My husband and I are on our way to Fl. Stopped at a few hotels. This one is probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever been at. Room was clean. The whole hotel seemed clean. And the guy who checked us in last night was very polite and nice!

Our suite was not what I consider a suite. Not very clean. However the restroom was clean. Trash under one of the beds. I believe a suite should have a comfortable place to sit and relax. Our suite had two beds and one table chair and a very uncomfortable office chair. The staff was friendly and polite. Would I stay here again? Not likely. Would I recommend microtel to a friend? No way.

I stayed for two nights. I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very nice. Especially Stephanie. The breakfast was so good. The room was well kept. I will definitely be going back.

Very new. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, waffels biscuits and sausage. Parking was good unless you have a 18 wheeler. Don't sleep be the back door. It will be slamming shut all night long.

I and my family were at the hotel, in the room 224, on 6 March. Entering the room I saw in it open chips and an open bottle of water. I immediately took them to the reception. I was asked the room number and apologized. I did not get new chips and water. After my departure from my credit card they took their cost. This is a mistake and I demand to return my money.

Wow much more than I expected super clean comfortable room, with fridge and microwave. Lots of amenities. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast options for the price with hot and cold on offer. Choice of coffee machines. Water and pink lemonade on tap all the time. Mini bar upgrade is available but price was not published. Easy access on and off I75.24hr Walmart 0.7 miles from the front door.

We booked this room through a third-party booking site/app. We did not expect much based on looking at the reviews after the reveal, but it was much better than the reviews. Perhaps we just got lucky, but we were pleased, especially after the very low price we got. Disappointments include: the lack of complentary fresh fruit as advertised, one towel was not clean, and the breakfast (while also more than expected) left some to be desired on taste (breakfast gravy was artificial tasting… if that makes sense: tasted like oily paste). Again though, seems like I'm writing a bad review, but we had a very good experience compared to other reviewers' and especially for our low price!

I will start with the postives. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice especially for their price and location. My first night there we had issues with our room. But the night auditor was very helpful with assisting us. I have yet to receive my deposit back for the incidentals and the regional manager is impossible to contact. I have been in a very crazy situation since moving here so every last one of my dollars matter and the fact that customer care is saying that it could take another week on top of the nearly 2 weeks let's me know this is not a business that truly cares about meeting the needs of their guests. I would appreciate if the manager could reach out so we can take care of this issue.

The hotel is nice and clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. They have items for sale if you forgot something such as toiletries and even cold and pain reliving medicine. The breakfast is better than most hotels. The pillows are not comfortable at all. A sandbag would have been better. The only other issue I had was how noisy this place is at all hours.

Hotel was clean. Pictures of room are what the rooms look like. However, not as fresh or new as pictures appear to look like. Indian owners/workers not knowledgeable, 30 minutes to check in. Key machine was down at 3pm, had to wait for night staff at 10pm to get room key, though original front desk person promised to bring key, but never did. Ok place for 1 night, no frills. Easy check out.

This is such a nice hotel. Neat and clean. Starting from front desk. She was so professional and quick to check us in. We stayed for 8 hours, just to spend the night on our way back to home. But the room was absolutely nice. Two queen size beds. Toilet is very nice. Exterior of the hotel as well as the interior are really good. It has microwave and refrigerator. Fantastic. We'll stay again.

My family and I Love Love Love this Hotel. It was a great experience. The front desk staff are extremely nice and their 24 hour Lemonade is soooooooooo FREAKING GOOD! WILL BE BACK. Happy new year 2018

I love it here. Every time I'm in the city, I'll drive far away just to stay a night. The staffs are nice, rooms are clean, atmosphere is very quiet, they make good hot breakfast and they're lemonade is on point lol.

They claimed to be newly renovated which the color of paint Yuck! The citrus bar they said they had was not there. The girl behind the counter gave us wrong information about where a restaurant was located. Gave us our keys to the room and wrote the wrong room number so we couldn't get in the room. We had to go back to find what room we were in. The location was Stockbridge Georgia.

Budget friendly, but weirdly designed and super cheap everything from soap, towels and sheets. $25 more a night somewhere else will go much further as far as comfort goes.

Wonderful stay. Clean rooms with a small kitchen facility with microwave. Morning breakfast was not dt great. But overall stay was comfortable.

Microtel Inn was very nice. Rooms were clean and at an appropriate temperature. The key card lock was a little different but the guest service workers were more than helpful.

Toilet ran during my entire stay. Minimal tissue and you let paper. No remote for the TV. Late check out virtually nonexistent. The bed was comfortable and the A. C. Is nice.

Stayed here a few times now. It is what it says it is — micro. The rooms are clean, it's quiet at night, and you get free toast and eggs in the morning. Don't come looking for absurd luxury. Don't expect it to be "exclusive" because it's not — this is a place where everyone is in attendance. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of the absurd Georgia taxes levied on us for daring to stay at a hotel in the peach pit state. Not Microtel's fault, but it's just dreadful — 30%. Same in any GA hotel. Microtel Stockbridge a good budget choice, would visit again.

It is a very cozy place it is clean the rooms comfortable the first attention.

This location has become very busy and the check — in process was way too long. You can hear your neighbors conversations and barking dogs, so if you want peace and quiet, bring earplugs or check around the area for something else. Note that there are numerous hotels in this area. It's a great area as there are all sorts of restaurants, grocery and fast food chains. That area does get pretty busy traffic wise.

I had a very nice stay at this Microtel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They also had a really nice breakfast selection. Thank you.

Older place, pet friendly. Good for a last minuet stay. Beds are super firm not very comfortable, but you get what you pay for.

We had an overnight stay at this hotel, the front desk staff were excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel was really nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Plenty of parking space, the pool was clean. Where you check in they have free coffee, water, juice, popcorn, etc. They have an arcade for kids. There was no smell of cigarette smoke in the room, in fact the hotel is 100% smoke free which was very much appreciated. Our booking was last minute on line and the price we paid was excellent. Would most definitely stay here again.

Nice front desk people. Colorful rooms. Clean rooms. No bugs. The pool was usable, they have an arcade room for kids, good breakfast with egg sausage and toast etc. Paid laundry machines, ice machines… We had a 16' trailer and they were still happy to have us and park there. The price was affordable comparatively to what else was around the city and for the cleanliness, you just wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else!

The room was large, beds were comfortable but there was a sink and bar in the middle of the room. The decor was dated and unfortunately the room smelled like cat pee. Glad we only stayed one night.

I come to Stockbridge for an overnight stay every 3 months to see my Doctor. I tried the Microtel Inn because there was a special on a website I used. I was glad I did. The location is fantastic. Minutes from the hospital, restaurants, supermarkets and hwy 75. It was kid friendly. I brought my 2 grandchildren and they enjoyed the clean swimming pool. Our room was very clean and had plenty of room. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. We will definitely stay again.

I was looking for somewhere near a soccer tournament and needed two beds. Due to the before mentioned tourney plus a baseball and softball tourney choices were slim on the ground. The staff were friendly enough but the place is dirty. There were hairs on the bed spread and the whole place was dingy. Strong smell of mildew was a permanent feature. Weirder yet, the aesthetics of the room were 60's Russian futurist plus color. For the money I paid, it was disappointing. I also forgot to mention that the power was out from 6 pm to 2 am. This was not their fault but it was the cherry on top.

Microtel has a reputation for basic accommodations done well. Unfortunately, while not bad, this falls a bit short. This was once a nicer hotel that was converted to a basic hotel, but was done so sloppily. For instance, when they repainted the handrails in the stairwells, they left paint splotches on the walls. The hotel seemed clean. But, there were a few places in hallways with funky smells, and there was a roach in my room. My room was in rough shape. The cold water faucet on the bar sink didn't work. There were burns on the carpet. The toilet lid was scratched and discolored. The door to the adjoining room was badly dented. While the bathroom sink had plenty of water pressure, the shower didn't. The internet worked, but seemed slow, even in the middle of the night. There were two access points with the name of the hotel; one was password protected and no key was provided; so I used the open AP and logged in with the provided credentials. They should change the name of the other AP to avoid confusion, or hunt down the evil twin and take it offline. Breakfast was mediocre. They had a waffle maker, but the batter dispenser was empty. The hot items were precooked and reheated, and while the sausage was good, the eggs weren't. The breakfast area wasn't laid out well, and even with only a few people, it was hard to get to things. The taxes were over 25% of the quoted room rate. That seems excessive, even by hotel tax standards.

I've been here 2 1/2 hours and I'm just appalled. First of all I got here and the power was out. Now I will say that it wasn't there fault, someone hit a pole understandable. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, once again not their fault. Second walking through the hallway was so uncomfortable. The people cleaning people left no room to walk past their cart and bags of trash. Me and my toddler son had to walk in between this at 3 different locations. Third they were working on some rooms; removing stove and fridge which were both left on the stairway. I also walked past two matresses in the hallway. All this and hasn't got to my room yet. Fourth get to the room which they say are all non-smoking which is great I'm allergic and get really sick. Open the door and it smells like cigarette and air freshener. So I walk back down and let them know she says she made a not of it Fifth my toddler goes to use the bathroom lifts the seat and there is blood. I further examine the room and There is also hair in the corners, And the floors are sticky and smell of urine. I went down stairs again, new front desk attendant he says he will send someone up to clean the whole bathroom again. I return and the only thing clean was the visible blood from the toilet. I'm suppose to be here 6 days I don't know if I can take. Worst place I've ever stayed very disappointed with Wyndham.

The new management is spectacular. Fresh baked cookies and Nacho's at checkin were very nice.

This hotel has a very fresh smell throughout. I travel at least 200 days out of the year and this hotel has become my to go place when business brings me to The ATL area. The staff are so very friendly. I really enjoy the business center being open late. Bedside candy is a nice touch. I always tip the cleaning staff because the rooms are so well taken care of. I called to make my reservation for June, and the front desk gal told me that all the rooms now have new beds. This was one thing that was desperately needed and I am very happy about this. Well I have not tried it out yet, but can't wait. One other thing I like about this hotel is the outdoor lighting that make me feel safe at night. The area is very quiet, but this is Atlanta and you can never be too afraid. All in all, I will be staying here unit I retire or get promoted work in Europe. I will be there soon!

Its 2:37 am and housekeeping is in my room in his pajamas making the bed because the linen was obviously not changed from the previous guest. It was covered in several types of hair and wrinkled from being slept on. Called owner who didnt answer and has a full mailbox. Called customer service and noone available to help me. Was my go to when visiting my family, but I will never stay here again.

Definetly a great stay. My family and I stayed in a handicap accessible room for my sister. The beds were soft and clean, the bathrooms were clean and the lights were timed so they turn off after an hour or so. All in all a great stay.

My room was horrible dry pee and hair on toilet carpet dirty not vacuumed dry coffee stain down front tub dirt speck in tub lousy towels so thin it took forever to dry off bed like a rock uncomfortable worst nite ever no sleep bed that bad. Complained to front desk got handed a card and said call the manager not a good way to run a hotel cheap Rentavations lay out of room crazy not a happy stay will say won't pay this kind of money for this when motel 6 cheaper and same quality caution staying here not great parking just overall not good.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. I blame Priceline just as much as the hotel. I booked a room online through Priceline. Got to the hotel and the man working the desk said the type of room I already paid for wasn't available. He said I'd have to pay an upgrade fee and I'd have to take it up with Priceline otherwise. I called Priceline, who ultimately puts me on hold and calls the hotel on my behalf (keep in mind it is 11:30 pm). The rep from Priceline returns to my call to tell me that I'll have to pay the upgrade fee based on a mistake that they made. The hotel extended no exception tobthe customer based on a mistake that a 3rd party made. Priceline accepted no responsibility for their mistake and just told me I had to pay the upgrade fee. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! The customer seevice at Microtel is the worst. The customer service at Priceline is even worse than that.

Me and my business associates booked two rooms for a two night stay and it was a very comfortable stay. We checked out and then ended up booking an additional night and the customer service was horrible, the first room 201 was completely filthy. The sheets had been used, the bathroom was dirty and it the smell was horrible. We went back downstairs to get another room and the next room 207 was even worse hairs all over the bathroom floor, their was a nasty rag that had a really bad odor on the floor, the table tops where dirty and the shower curtain was dirty with hair on it and the bed linen again was dirty. There was a confusion over changing room and the front desk clerk said she wasn't apologizing and was very rude and threatened to cancel our reservation and she offered to charge is for a upgrade.

Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, first room reeked of smoke. Second room was disgusting. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and around the window in bedroom. Walls had cracks and was dirty. Also found a curly pubic hair on a towel. Also they charged a "warrantee tax" of $3.00 that wasn't advertised. And when asked exactly that was they said "I don't know I don't ask questions. It's just a tax the hotel charges. "

They have BED BUGS! My daughter woke up with bites all over her upper body with BLOOD spots left on the sheet! Thoroughly disgusted & even more irritated that they asked if I wanted a different room! We CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY that morning! This is an outrage & the health department will be notified!

Horrible… I don't know what happened from October until know but please don't stay in this place. We stayed back in October we had a nice experience so my whole family was coming back in December so we recommend this hotel bad decision… First room they give us the door wouldn't lock so they move us to the second room the toilet had no handle room smell like someone smoke a pack of cigarettes in there… then my sister room had three rat traps in there yes RATS not mouse… DO NOT STAY THERE… YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…

I don't complain in reviews because I. Am a restaurAnt. Person and I th Ink it is rude but I used Google voice on my phone to record the conversation in the next room… I am not exaggerating at all. The other room wAs knocking on my wall for them. Yo quiet down on my other side! Worst part, they are not yelling or screaming, he is just a lould talker, it is like they framed the walls w no insulation. I have never heard anything so clear and awful in my life. Also pet fee is 20 dollars after he looked me up and down and sized me up. I felt that price was pulled out of his ass.

We stayed one night in this godforsaken establishment. The room stunk and was too small for all the items in it. The bed was HORRIBLE. We got no sleep. We were also overcharged. I do not recommend staying at this Microtel. You will sorry!

Poor quality beds, unfinished trim, electrical outlet hanging out of wall, pretty clean, but would not stay there again. Nistay there again.

Horrible stay… I have stayed in a microtel before and this was the worst experience… no parking spaces… the power and air conditioner went out for about 3 hours and the room was extremely hot, customer service was rude and ineffective.

Great stay! Good location with clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast had many good choices. Will stay here again.

This hotel was mostly what I expected for the price. Beds and furniture are worn out. Breakfast isn't worth waking up for.

If you have allergies. This is a horrible place. The third floor smells like smoke. The place is not clean.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting the Atlanta area. We enjoyed the short ride to town and the wonderful staff. During our stay I was able to enjoy the workout facility which was adequate for my needs during our stay. Although I'm not too into the sweets, we had enjoyed some freshly baked cookies in the evening. Breakfast was the normal but good for the price we payed. We will be back next time we are in town. Thanks guys we enjoyed our time.

Yes it is just a basic room, but the hotel is fairly new and very clean. John the manager is awesome, and the young lady that checked us in Wednesday night was very friendly and professional. I can't remember her name (maybe Britney) but she was very young and had long brown hair. They also allowed us to bring our two pekingese for only a $10 per night fee. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and the fact it is so clean and the staff is great.

This is by far the worst microtel ever. It had bed bugs in the room. I showed it to the manager in the morning he did nothing. He said he will look into it. Microtel stockbridge do not stay here, they do not care for there guest at all.
