Review of Motel 6 Stockbridge GA Hwy 138 W 2*

We have spent about $1, 900 in this hotel so far and although it isn't a new hotel, It's very clean and comfortable in the suite. My husband and I have traveled to many, many places and have paid up to $375/night at hotels over the years. In the more expensive hotels we've experienced racism, theft from housekeepers, no parking, ignored complaints, disrespectful staff. At Express Inn & Suites the housekeeping is very friendly and helpful. The AC units work perfectly, plumbing works and doesn't run all night, Several garbage cans (they empty them often, sometimes a cat will jump out of the can), They have a landscaping company blow the walkway and someone cleaning the property (nothing like the pictures posted 2 months ago), coin laundry, change machine, full sized refridgerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 flat screens, new linen & washcloths/towels, comfy pillows, plenty of bright lamps, desk for your computer (I work from my pc), almost excellent Wi-Fi (until another guest plays with PS4), very quiet setting (others may complain about highway traffic but I'm from NY by LaGuardia Airport… doesn't bother me), pool with nice seating, 2 closets, nice breakfast table in room, classy futon couch, elegant window curtain, large floor tiles (no carpet), Lots of fast food (we shop at the grocery — Kroger 60 seconds away, we don't really eat fast food. ), very nice bed spread, straight to the point front desk process and I saw law enforcement ride through the lot more than once (I feel safe that my car isn't being tampered with). Come to this hotel if you don't want to regret your visit to Stockbridge. We stopped at 5 other hotels in this area before finding this one… This hotel doesn't offer a weekly rate but they deserve the money for all they've invested into the comfort for the guests. I recommend 100% and lastly… I wonder if they have a workout room.
