3x rooms all had bed bugs. They wanted us to remake the beds so they could resell them. They were fully aware. And had homeless people sleeping in the hallway. There was a couple fighting. Very bad place to stay.

Why is it that this is the only motel I stay at with my company, ABF that the front desk lady makes it her business to call and wake me and the other ABF drivers up to ask if we are ready to go back to the ABF terminal? I was literally called 32 minutes after ABF called me and I had just gotten back into a deep sleep. We are not little children in need of a babysitter or monitor. We get a 2 hour work call and sometimes I go over that when I need additional sleep. I told her to stop calling me, do not call me again and that I will be ready to go when I get to the lobby and hung up on her and then left the phone off the hook. I then find out that she wanted another employee there to knock on my door and wake me up. I cannot freaking believe the rude insensitivity. She does not work for ABF and it is not her job to be waking us up to go to work. We are grown adults and can make the determination if we need more rest or not. If we are not ready to go on the van back to the terminal then we can wait in the lobby for when the van is available to go back. It is hard to get more rest when a busy body like this woman is waking us up. I can understand that she wants to cram as many drivers into the van as possible to save a buck but when I tell her to stop bothering me and then wants someone else to wake me up that is beyond unacceptable.

Picked this hotel due to the price and the location is about half way between our home and our destination. The best thing that we can say is that the bed was very comfortable and the front desk employees were friendly. The showers were hot, but the remote on the television did not. The a/c was not turned on prior to our arrival (where as all other places do. ) Room was hard to get into also. The closet had no hangers if we needed them either. The flooring was all tile and there was no carpeting. Plus the free continental breakfast reminded us more like a "Brown Paper Bag" style lunch since it came in a paper sack. Otherwise, it did serve it's purpose as a one night stay over, but, we would not recommend staying past two.

The property was not well maintained… water damage in the ceiling, room door didn't lock from the inside, mold in the air conditioner, patchwork done on the wall but didn't smooth it out or paint over it. The rooms smelled dank and sour, the front office refused to move our room or refund me my money. I paid $90.00/night… there were roaches, earwigs and gnats. There was an animal trap outside near the pool area. Website was very misleading in regards to property description. Evidence of prostitution and other illegal activity. There was a pool noted on the property website… the pool had no water. The front desk clerk said the pool was closed due to the fact that it was raining but when you walk past the gate there was a sign that stated "closed for the winter". I was not pleased at all with this property. While walking to get something eat we notice the property owner living on the premises in the best rooms. I am a member of Wyndam Rewards and this property does not represent them in a good light at all. The property was well overpriced for the the quality and service provided and I would like to be refunded my money, I was very unhappy and the service was horrible. I honestly would like for Wyndam to remove this property from their list of available Wyndam properties for this area. As stated before it is not a good representation to the Wyndam brand. Absolutely disgusting, not for spending more than one night… water damage on the ceiling, roaches in rooms, doors don't lock, creaky unlevel stairs and steep walkways. Rooms with outdated air conditioning and cigarette odors but the facility does not permit smoking, patchy paint and drywall work and patchy tile work. Managment shows no concerns for room quality conditions. Merely accommodating, very deep pool and jacuzzi have little water (filled with algae) and overall looks unfit to stay in for extended periods of time. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. Management and staff are residing in the properties best accommodations while us paying customers are staying in squalor conditions.

The beds are wore out. The pillows are to flat. To pricey for what you get.

I loved it. For the price you get a really nice and clean room. My bf and I got there with no reservation and getting a room was fast and easy. They do courtesy knocks to remind you of check out time. Its conveniently located near several open late dine in or fast food places and it's quite. The hotel is maintained well. So you dont feel like your walking into a dump with hidden potential.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was impressively dirty. For the price, it was not worth changing rooms, and the other people we were with with their own room had a similar experience.

The people are very friendly and thoughtful thank you for serving us and making us feel welcome guest services and transportation ABF DRIVER.

Not bad. Staff is cool. Water pressure is low, but rooms are nice. Nice area with food and a corner store near by. Worth staying at again.

My first stay was great and then I went back again this weekend. I will never return to this hotel. The room was filthy and disgusting. They lady moved my room with no problem but it just the fact that a room could even look that bad.

I stayed here on Saturday night Oct. 13 the room was the worse I have ever been in comparing to the neighboring hotels this was really bad. I asked for a non smoking room but as soon as u entered the room, there was a smoke smell I called the front desk to let them know so that I would be charged a smoking fee of $250. The pillows were terrible The wood floors were sloping the walls near the floor ware bubbling and the draws and doors on the cabinet were off or loose about to fall off The sink area was dull and the faucet was loose and water didn’t flow well if u had just flushed the toilet which was so low they must have gotten them from a daycare center for children that was renavating. The adjoining room door was being blocked by a table that was dirty. For it to be affiliated with Holiday Inn and express at that and charged me $75.00 and offered only coffee 24hrs Hard to get to the rooms parking was not the best so I guess that is why they ask you for your car info. While I was getting my things out of my bag I was stared at from 2 people that were smoking and in a room/Office that looked much better the front desk. I was going to ask for a refund but my son was tired and I didn’t want to trudge him anywhere else. I would still want my money back though.

We have spent about $1, 900 in this hotel so far and although it isn't a new hotel, It's very clean and comfortable in the suite. My husband and I have traveled to many, many places and have paid up to $375/night at hotels over the years. In the more expensive hotels we've experienced racism, theft from housekeepers, no parking, ignored complaints, disrespectful staff. At Express Inn & Suites the housekeeping is very friendly and helpful. The AC units work perfectly, plumbing works and doesn't run all night, Several garbage cans (they empty them often, sometimes a cat will jump out of the can), They have a landscaping company blow the walkway and someone cleaning the property (nothing like the pictures posted 2 months ago), coin laundry, change machine, full sized refridgerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 flat screens, new linen & washcloths/towels, comfy pillows, plenty of bright lamps, desk for your computer (I work from my pc), almost excellent Wi-Fi (until another guest plays with PS4), very quiet setting (others may complain about highway traffic but I'm from NY by LaGuardia Airport… doesn't bother me), pool with nice seating, 2 closets, nice breakfast table in room, classy futon couch, elegant window curtain, large floor tiles (no carpet), Lots of fast food (we shop at the grocery — Kroger 60 seconds away, we don't really eat fast food.

Good clean rooms. Quite area. Lots of parking. Safe area. All at a fair price.

Me and my husband stayed for a romantic evening and we loved it. The king suite was huge and very clean. I was nervous after looking at the pervious reviews online; but it was the complete opposite idk what room they had but our was perfect. We will be back again. Thanks.

Such a great place. The rates weren't the best but they sure do have really nice rooms. Location was sort of confusing but we got around to it. Service was alright only because we had to wait several hours for our room to be ready.

No coffee pot. Mold in the room. Gave me a two bed separated suite with a TV only on one side. Under Renovation and didn't state that on the website.

Health hazard, some creepy dude was just staring at us while we were walking into the room, these rooms are broke, they don't clean, my pillows had food on them and the refrigerator has a moldy soda. Furniture is definitely broken, the best think about it is probably the tv… these people deserve to be shut down not work a single dime. And I am reporting this place to the health deparyment. This place is a very suspicious place. You will see 70's pedophile, or someone that looks like a drug deal. The point is the place is probably the scene of die hard 2. But with place really disgusting.

The staff is rude we had the toilet over flow called the front desk and she sent the maintenance man to unclog the toilet. The maintenance man came and unclogged it the told me to call down to the front desk to get some towels to clean up the floor so my husband call down to the front desk and asked if the cleaning Lady could come mop the floor the girl at the front desk said I can send you up some towels we don't do that. My husband said okay well who cleans the floors she said you you made the mess you clean it up we don't. Well first of all we just flushed the toilet and it over flowed but I'm paying my money to clean your rooms she said ummmh we don't clean it up its your fault it overflowed and hung up on him. So my husband went down to the front desk and asked her why she hung up on him and she said she didn't have to deal with his rudeness ummhhh ma'am yo7 hung up on him and then she called the police on him needless to say he didn't go to jail and that was the last time we stayed there.

1 cup 1 bag of coffee, no Kleenex and no water pressure. Lobby coffee was very strong. Definitely not worth the $70.

Pretty decent place to stay one bad thing is they dont have breakfastother than that its fairly decent.

Left my ring at this hotel, called to ask if someone one found it and this rude little girl named Jordan picked up the phone. I asked her if anyone found my ring and JORDAN told me that if it isn't at the front desk then they through your stuff out! Which im sure there just keeping your belongings. First of all the rooms were ghetto I had no shower curtain in my bathroom, my door lock wasnt even working anyone could just walk in which someone attempted! roach hotel don't stay here! The employees are ghetto and so is the property! Never will I ever stay there again! Lost a costumer…
