This location was right off of I95 and was convenient for the time of night. It included a free breakfast in the morning as well, which was great for my daughter.

It was awful. The rooms smelled, the bathrooms were small, stained, and leaking, the breakfast area had 4 tables for all of the guests in the hotel. The night staff was awesome but the day shift was the absolute worst when it came to customer service. We actually left after the first night to go stay at Comfort Suites when they tried to add an additional $400 charge for our stay… which was retracted when we called corporate. Between the broken down rooms and terrible service I can definitely say that I would not recommend anyone else to stay here.

Rooms are kinda small but a very nice clean place… The lady at the front desk was very nice. Will definitely be back…

I would never stay at this Sleep Inn ever again! Customer service was awful! I was told how to fill out tax exempt forms incorrectly and I still haven’t been credited my taxes and I’m a state employee. The toilet paper dispenser was broken from the wall (not to mention it was painted while on the wall), beds old and top bedding was put on but was extremely soft, room had an odor to it, bedding was on both beds inside out, all breakfast drinks were watered down, pool didn’t have water in it and not enough parking to accommodate guest. I could have looked past all room issues had the customer service been more like going to Chick-fil-A instead of McDonald's!

Okay so you are going to read some rave reviews and some not good reviews. The floors in the lobby and top of the stairs are filthy. The carpet is stained and dirty. The tile by the elevator is sticky and looks like something was spilled on it. When we checked in there was a wet spot in the middle of the bed. We asked to move rooms and that room had a wet spot in the middle as well. It appears the cleaning team threw their wet cleaning rags in the middle of the beds. The sheets are full sized sheets stretched to fit on a queen bed. The beds are really bouncy so remember that when you go to bed. The shower head in our room leaked like a sieve in all of the joints. Also the desk chair in our room has seen better days and is just as dirty. The pool is empty and I dont know if they intend to fill it. It's only the first week in May so maybe they are waiting. The front desk staff is friendly, but the rooms need maintenance, carpet cleaning, and perhaps some bedding that fits the mattress. Side note: We all thought our TV remote wasn't working and asked about it at the front desk. You have to use the Aux input to change the channels, not heartbreaking but just annoying.

Disappointed in obvious aged accommodations. No closet door, short commode, tiny room, messy paint job. On the bright side, your staff was efficient and breakfast was satisfying.

I was booked to stasy for five nights but only stayed one night. I have 2 small dogs and the pet fee is $20 per pet per night. That was almost as much as I was paying for the room.

I would not stay here again… We were put in room 100 which is first floor next the back entry… The door slammed all night shaking our room. We should have asked to change room but were too exhausted from 12 hours on road driving. Room was not so clean and it smelled like a smoking room… kept shoes on until in bed then kept socks on… carpet looked like a catch all of fluids and stains. Bathroom had water damage on wall behind toilet with BLACK MOLD growing… Shower head was broken and sprayed some water while the rest poured out the bottom. The shower door leaked so bathroom floor would get wet when showering. The Smoke detector was broken and hanging on by one flap. We let the clerk know the room smelled like smoke because we were told we would be fined if we smoked in it (we do not smoke) … She said the entire first floor used to be smoking so those rooms still smell like it… WE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND MOVED BUT WE WERE EXHAUSTED. Breakfast and coffee were good … staff was good. One thing to mention is this town SMELLS horrible — there must be a transfer station or dump nearby that emits gases and smells… it comes and goes but I woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of rotting dump being pushed into our room through the AC unit Yes I know MY fault for staying at a 2 star hotel… I will not make that mistake again.

Excellent value for money, clean hotel, comfortable rooms. Breakfast in line with American standards, which prefers salty foods to sweets.

Definitely will be staying here next time I come through again! I’ve stayed here twice so far on my journey there and back and I am very impressed. Very inexpensive but the quality is way above what you pay! Shower is beautiful and room is nicely decorated — very modern. The staff is so polite and kind. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel like welcomed guests. Internet is OK, the speed can get a little slow — but it is free after all and no passcode! Can’t complain. Breakfast is good! Thank you to the ladies who have been so kind to us! You are awesome! It is refreshing to find people who enjoy their job!

This hotel is great at a fabulous price. The decor is updated and fresh. Bathrooms are roomy. The beds are very comfortable. Close to highway. Good selection of restaurants nearby too. I am a repeat customer when traveling that area.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Florida. Staff was friendly. Rooms were fairly clean. There was some pink toothpaste on the sink and we didn't have pink toothpaste. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Shower stall instead of a bathtub which was nice. Hot shower and powerful shower head. Good breakfast selection. Waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit and cereal. Would stay again.

This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very clean, and had really comfortable beds! The continental breakfast was the best ive ever had at a hotel. It was always fresh. The Girl at the desk, was really nice and helpful. She made sure all of our needs were met! I would definitely say she made our stay enjoyable!

I got a great deal on this hotel so I did not know what to expect. I really liked it. It was clean and modern. It had a huge mini fridge and a renovated bathroom at a great price. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

This is a surprising hotel with top class customer organizations. I will give full checks to their each and every organization whether it is room comfort, cleanliness or staff organizations they are essentially the best. Merry to recommend!

Amazing rooms services, I don’t have any complaints, got exactly what we wanted. In all my overall experience was good and I am pretty happy with my stay. Happy to recommend!

Up until now I've always thought that I had to stay at hotel with unreasonable prices to get five star services. The sleep inn deserves six. Lemonade was brought to me while at the pool. The cleanest outdoor pool I've ever seen. If a leaf blew into the pool Ashely, (a woman), Katrina (another woman) or the mantaince guy would be on top of it. Fresh towels were brought and at request he the maintenance guy even warmed them. Breakfast was great the overnight guy Bruce really could cook. The staff there doesn't treat you like a dollar sign they treat you with respect. Talk about getting my money worth with change. I actually told my girl that I was never leaving. Lol overall fantastic and unforgettable. To my sleep inn family I'll be back.

I’m very impressed with their service! Great beds, slept well. Clean. Continental breakfast available but did not take advantage of. Close to restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out was smooth, staff friendly.

Free delicious breakfast, coffee, Wi-Fi, weekday newspaper, Seasonal outdoor pool and great staff what else one can want. I totally loved this hotel, I will be more than happy to recommend this hotel.

Woman who works front desk till 10:00 pm is constantly on her cell phone, room was not cleaned today, bed not made. Not very friendly. Rooms are small… limited TV channels.

Front desk was nice, employees were nice. The beds were uncomfortable and the air didn't seem to cool off the room appropriately.

Breakfast sucks but the room was great. No bed bugs. I was in room 202. No elevator just steps. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Check in staff was great.

The bed seemed a little small for a queen. The restroom needs a better door lock, but other than that it was a nice hotel and I had good experience.

I would not recommend going to this hotel. We made reservations and made it clear we would not be in until 1 am. We had a reservation for a kingsize bed, they had given our room away when we arrived. So my wife and I got to squeeze on a full size bed. Also we were under the impression that it was a smoke free room, the worker insisted it was a non-smoking room. The window was left open to air out the smoke from the people before us. This makes it clear that the cleaners were aware of them smell. We could hardly breath in there but do to the time we were just going to wait until morning. We checked out bright and early because we could not handle the smell. That morning we found cigarette ashes all over the corners of the room and on the side of the bed. The employee said they would try and get in touch with manager for us. We called every day for 2 weeks and left messages and NEVER heard back from the manager. In conclusion stear clear from this hotel.

Bed bugs and more bed bugs! woke up to 5 big bed bugs in my bed. Told mgmt and they gave me a new room. While sitting on bed in new room saw small bed bug. Had mgmt come and search bed and there were more under mattress cover. Disgusting. Had to wait there for 2 hours while they washed all my clothes and had pleasure of folding and repacking all my clothes and my son's clothes underwear and all in the lobby! but they did not shut down infected rooms or room adjacent as protocol stipulates. Also told me they would not charge me for the night I stayed there as if they did something honorable. Did I mention I am 6mos pregnant and had to constantly walk back and forth to and fro hotel lobby and to my car and back n fourth to room to resolve issue. Informed them of bugs at 7am and finally got out of there at 11! worst hotel experience ever. Owner has allowed hotel to become infested instead of shutting down and exterminating when it was first reported. There is no way this is a first time issue becuz those bedbugs were big in the first room as if they have been there feeding for a while. Yuck! please do not take your family here. This place should be shut down. I feel so bad for the ppl who will be staying here and do not know.

For the price I paid, this hotel was pretty nice. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke/marijuana which was annoying since most if not all of the rooms on our floor were non-smoking, the pool was a little dirty, and our television remote didn't work but I don't think anyone comes to Savannah to watch TV anyway. The most annoying part of the stay was that when I arrived (I'd booked and paid online), the front desk clerk informed me that effective July 1st, 2015 there was a $5 per day "hotel fee. " Uh, okay. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to my stay rather than have it sprung on me when I showed up. All that aside, the rooms were pretty great. They were spacious and the beds were comfy. The A/C kept us cool. The showers were really large, too, and the continental breakfast had a lot of variety compared to other hotels. It was a comfortable weekend stay for the price.

Yes, the room is clean. The shower door did not close. We had to ask for extra towels for the bathroom floor so that we don't slip. The a/c did not keep the room cool. The free breakfast offered stall bread and english muffins. We were here for 3 days and they always had link sausage which were greasy. We have been to other Sleep Inns and the experience was much better then this motel in Savannah. We will not return to this Motel.

The rooms include microwaves and small refrigerators and they have plenty of convenient outlets for all your gadgets. However the shower doors don't seal at the bottom so you end up with a floor full of water. Also I could not recommend you stay anywhere in this building if you have any sensitivity to chemical smells. The place wreaks of fragrances. I'm not likely to return because of it.

Staff very nice. Room clean with no frills. Walls are a little thin. Can hear everyone outside of room.

Myself and wife are handicapped. We asked for downstairs. Due to handicaps. We were put upstairs. Upper floor had no other tenants, all hallway interior ventilators and AC'S were off. Temp was 122 degrees in halls and rooms upstairs. After moving twice to difference rooms in a 3 hour period. It was still too hot and unbearable to sleep. Refrigerator did not work in one room also. * WE GOT zero sleep while there and it took From May 12, 2014 until July 4th 2014 to reach Manager M. P. She had been lying having clerks say she was at conventions. After a special trip 60 miles to see the G. M. She had the clerk lie for her again. But we found her and voiced our complaint. She said the turned upper floor systems off to save money. But that older man clerk should not have put us upstairs. We asked why not return our calls she said she never got messages. Yet clerk said its all in log book and that GM had read messages. After asking her to comp room for next surgery date previous to surgery I had. She refused. Asked for refund, she refused. Then after mentioning court action and our attorney she refunded money and told clerk to put me on banned list for complaining. Don't waste time or money here.

I really had to search since my budget is low and after arrived to Sleep Inn I will not change. Price according to the room and the most import it's clean.

Not at all what my husband and I expected. I'd rate this place a 2 out of 10 from the room to the morning breakfast. Dark and dingy.

Is really good and u can save money! I love it s2 stay there is really good.
