We really enjoyed our spacious room and the excellent hospitality. They have a wonderful evening guest reception with wine, cheese and nice snacks. This accommodation is on the quiet end of River Street so it's good for families. So many beautiful attractions to visit, plus tons of good restaurants, gift and candy shops in walking distance. We highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here for our baby moon with our dog and all three of us (baby makes 4) enjoyed it! The ice cream at night in the fridge was amazing, the cheese at night in the lounge amazing, and the puppy welcome bag so amazing! Great service and location all around!

Very well placed hotel for visiting the city center. Very quiet. Large Suites. Comfortable bedding. Nice view of the river.

My wife and I had a wonderfully experience at this hotel. Hotel is located right on the river front. Rooms are awesome with a king bed and a kitchen. Lots of storage for longer stays. Staff was always accomodating. We have plans on returning. Parking is by permit only but is provided by the hotel for free. They have a wine mixer at noon guy which was a good time. Don't forget your free ice cream Evey night. They love dogs and make great accomodations for the.

We recently stayed at Olde Harbour I'm for our honeymoon. It was by far the best trip we have made to Savannah yet. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were huge and gorgeously decorated. The view. Of the river was amazing. You can also. Walk to any food, shop, or park location you could imagine. It was in the perfect location. Above all, there was complimentary coffee on the lobby starting at 7 each day, tere was breakfast from 8-12 (did not partake), a wine and cheese social each night, and to end the day an ice cream bar. The only downside of the hotel were the super thin walls, but hey, whatever!

Very nice hotel. Unique, in a historic building. Very spacious room. Bathroom could use more shelf space, but not a big deal for us. Great, friendly service. Location was great, albeit a bit noisy at times being on River Street across from Joe's Crab Shack.

The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, the suite was gorgeous and comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. We planned to get a car but never did because the location was so great we could walk everywhere, or take the little free bus for slightly further excursions. We brought our kids and felt safe and comfortable there, and there was plenty of room, with the extra loft bedroom. What a great place!

This place was beautiful, when we walked in our room it was so spacious, it was actually a little apartment and decorated beautifully. We were very pleased and it was a pleasure staying here. We would definitely come again!

We just looked in, and the receptionist was very helpful and kind. The prices seemed reasonable for a hotel this nice, in this area. We would consider staying here in our next visit!

Room 206 — loved it. Down under the building — separate bedroom and living room — was very cool set up. Great modern colors, huge beams across the ceiling. I could look out my window and see huge cargo ships go by or the trolley. Sound machine in the room — a first for me and I loved having it. Very very comfy — wine 5:30-7 for everyone. Great very original surprise for turn down service — that will make you super happy. Can't tell you — but it was really cool. Great robes.

Very nice apartment type room next to river walk area. Staff very nice and accommodating. Pet friendly inn provides welcome bag for your dog.

What a beautiful hotel. I had a great experience! finding how to get to the parking space and front of hotel was a bit difficult but William the front desk attendant was extremely helpful. William stayed on the phone with us giving us better directions than Google Maps, he even walked out front of the hotel and waiting for us until he saw us then he was very nice greeting us. William helped us with our parking and he checked us in. After we got checked in William showed us to our room and helped us with our luggage. The room was beautiful. It's decorated with modern style. The room had a full living room with a pull out bed couch, in a separate room there's a mini kitchen, down the hall is a smaller bath room with shower/tub and the bedroom had a king bed with a television. The mattress slept like a cloud of pillows, so comfy. I would stay here again and refer to friends.

Historic hotel with amazing views of River Street and of the brick courtyards. Elegant shopping on the terrace. The rooms are rustic, modern, historic, shic. With a blend of both old and new. Comfortable beds and stylish roomy layouts. They have a top-notch staff. They offer evening minglings with champagne and hors d'oeuvres.

It was our first time visiting Savannah, and we picked the Olde Harbour Inn because it is a historic building, and we wanted to be close to the river. I did not take into consideration the noise of being on River Street or the entrance being on Factors Walk which is an alleyway. It was a little tricky to find initially. The small lobby and dining room is on the 3rd level. We reserved our room with two buffet breakfasts included. The buffet breakfast was well stocked, and we enjoyed it. All of the staff who helped us from the baggage to the buffet were helpful and kind. Our room however was a disappointment. We entered from the alleyway, walking down a few stairs to access the small suite which was a very narrow but long space. The bedroom was at the end. The sitting room had two narrow windows facing the alleyway which were below the alley, so the 'street view' was the bricks. Going down the hallway to the bathroom and kitchen, they were very basic, not updated. The kingsize bed was comfortable, but it almost filled the small room leaving little room to get around it. The window in the bedroom was narrow with a view of Joe's Crab House. Creeking noises from the floors above us and loud street noises from River Street until after 11pm made for a restless night. For a price of $256 for the room and the two buffet meals, not including the parking pass or the local, state and bed taxes and a transportation fee, whatever that is, tacked on, this hotel did not meet my expectations.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The suite was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient to all points of interest.

The staff at Olde Harbour was the first thing to impress me, they were very kind and were quick to assist in any way possible. The room was large with a full kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with sitting area and desk. There was some street noise but it would quiet by around 11 which never bothered us, and ear plugs were provided of it got too loud. Directly below the inn is River Street which was fun to explore, and the front of the inn was on vacation street with plenty of dining and shopping. Also Savannah provides a free bus around the city which has a stop near the inn entrance. It was a great experience!

It is necessary to live here, if with the Lady of heart, then doubly! Large rooms, tasty breakfast and wine with snacks in the evenings.

Absolutely beautiful historic room on the beautiful river street. We can see the river from our room, and have really enjoyed the easy access to all that Savannah has to offer. That being said there are a few nuances to being in such a popular area, we could occasionally hear noise off the street and from other rooms. They provide a white noise machine which was more than enough for us, but if you are an extra light sleeper I could see it being a problem! Breakfast was good (the average bacon/biscuits/eggs/cereal/yogurt), and we enjoyed the evening ice cream! The concierge also had great recommendations for dinner and events.

Absolutely magnificent architecture. Beams as old as the nation. History oozing from the floorboards. Gorgeous furniture and one of the more comfortable beds I've ever had on a trip. Location is right on river street so there's a little noise. But they provide a white noise machine that is highly effective. Nightly Klondike delivery takes the edge off the heat while you clean up for dinner. It's hot here! Loved our stay at the olde harbour inn.

This place used to be a whale oil house, so the rooms smell like whale oil. However the staff did bring over some disinfectant to help mask the smell. there are convenient stores right under the hotel, if you forgot anything you don't need to go far! Room was nice and big, with 2 flat screen tv's one in the living area and one in the room.

Hotel accommodations were adequate. Breakfast was awful. We arrived at 9:15 (breakfast ends at 10a). There were no clean plates, hot water for tea was lukewarm, no eggs, no coffee, no bacon and no sausage. Several couples and families came and left. One of the guests mentioned the lack of food and plate ware. Several minutes passed. More families came and went. After 15 minutes the eggs were replenished. Another 10 minutes later bacon and sausage was replenished. Underwhelming at best. "Happy Hour" was much of the same. One small plate of cheese, a small plate of cream puffs and a small plate of carrots/celery. We had an emergency requiring us to return home earlier than we anticipated. My husband had booked an overnight stay as a surprise. We decided to come to Savannah anyway and leave at the beginning of the week. He attempted to change the reservation from Wed to Sunday and was told his reservation was not refundable. The innkeeper was not available at the time for him to speak to. He booked another room for Sunday in the hopes that once we arrived the inn would take into acct that we stayed another night, at a larger more expensive room and offer some type of concession. After escalating to inn keeper in person. After much back and forth she offered us a partial credit towards a future night. I explained that we lived several states away and would not be returning anytime within the next year.

When we first drove up we couldn't find the lobby, but a staff member saw us and quickly showed us the way. Later we were brought ice cream that night. The room was absolutely amazing, exactly what you'd expect from a hotel on river street. Slightly nautical without over doing it. The breakfast was outstanding, the whole staff was the most polite I've ever come across. Only complaint was the pillows were flat. Outside of that I can't think of anything else. Will stay again.

Amazing experience with outstanding staff! Huge room with excellent amenities! Unbeatable location! Right in the heart of River Street. Received warm and friendly greeting upon arriving in lobby to check in, followed by very pleasant tour of the hotel and our room. The staff delivered ice cream treats to the room and hosted complimentary wine and cheese in the evening.

Our experience at OHI was excellent. The suites are the size of apartments, and the views of the river and city are spectacular. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for the same price another popular River Street hotel was charging for a standard room. We chose this place because it is pet friendly, and we were traveling with our cat. Here are a few tips to insure your stay will be as pleasant as ours. Please anticipate that other guests also bring pets, and dogs sometimes bark while their owners are out. The inconvenience of having no elevator is a minor one, but it may be a problem for handicapped guests. The parking spaces in the alley to the right of the hotel are for three hours only during the day. Designated parking spaces for the hotel are located in a separate parking lot behind the Hilton Homewood Suites. In summary, if you're looking for spaciousness, affordability, and convenience of location that happens to also be pet-friendly, this is the place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had a view of the river from our room. It was exquisite, and I liked that we parked the car upon arrival and did not need it the entire time we were there. We will always have fond memories of that first trip to Savannah Georgia.

I love this hotel! We felt very pampered. Our room was charming, with lots of historic character and a view of the water. We really enjoyed our ice cream treats and the wine and cheese reception in the evening (both included for free! ), where we got to meet some other guests and our daughter watched the big boats go by. We also appreciated that parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi are included, which makes this hotel very competitive compared to some other local hotels (which might look cheaper at first — look carefully at the amenities. ) The location is great, and the staff was wonderful.

For a great location in the middle of all of the excitement that Savannah has to offer, you have to choose this Inn. The Olde Harbour Inn isn't your typical hotel. Every room is a suite with all of the amenities of a $200+ a night hotel at a fraction of the price. Located on River Street, you are in the middle and within walking distance of the best that Savannah has to offer. The hotel has the old time feel with the elegance of a mega-tel. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that wants to visit the jewel of the south and experience all that it has to offer! Your stay includes a hot breakfast, wine and cheese reception in the afternoon and turndown service with ice cream treats in the evening. Also, every room has a separate bedroom, kitchenette with full size fridge w/ice maker and microwave, Comcast cable and free Wi-Fi. It simply can't be beat for the price.

My room was huge, the size of a decent 1-bedroom apartment. It is an old place that has the old southern charm, but is very nice. When I went it was the same price as everything else in the area, you can't go wrong. My girl loved it too which is always inportant. Even had a visit from Hank checking the smoke detector, but I can't remember what room I was in.
