This was terrible. Genuinely awful. We got two rooms to accommodate our family, one of which had two beds, one made and one unmade. It doesn't take a detective to see that they probably don't wash their sheets. When we did get another room, it was disgusting. Termites had eaten around the bathroom doorknob, the floor had obviously not been cleaned in so long that stuff would stick to your feet as you walked across, and I found a spiders in our bathtub and ice bucket. The bathtub was filthy, to the point that if you turned on the shower the water had turned a nice brown when it made it to the drain. I'm not very picky. I just want a shower and a bed to sleep in, but when the shower is filthy and the beds are probably not cleaned and have holes burned by cigarettes, I would rather just go sleep in the car. I am not here to bash all days inn, as usually it's a good experience for a cheap hotel. There are plenty of hotels in the area that you can choose to stay in, and spending the extra 10 or 20 is definitely worth it when you get the assurance of a clean hotel.

Special thanks to Valencia Allen for making our stay and experience outstanding. We had driven 8 hours and arrived earlier than expected and needed to store our stuff while we headed to the beach. Valencia went out of her way to find a room that could take us earlier than the check-in time, even after a fully booked night prior. She was patient, empathetic, and super helpful.

Good location, extremely clean rooms and great customer service. Our first room had a noisy dog next door and they changed our room out with no hesitation. Only question they had was whether or not we'd touched the bed so they knew if it needed cleaned. Also has a full bar that's open until 3.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and had a wonderful experience. We were actually booked at another hotel, but when we got there they could not find my reservations. The booking company set me up with this one and man am I glad they did. The grand kids loved the indoor pool. They thought that was the greatest thing! The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Next year this is where my reservations are going, the first time. Thanks for a great experience. See you all next year.

The elevator weren't working and we had an person with special necessity and we told the manager about to get a room in the first floor, but he didn't care about it and behaved like he had nothing to worry about. The room was so dirty the bathroom disgusting and I had to ask 4 times to get extra towels and sheets. Just stayed here because we booked with another company and I couldn't cancel. I do not recommend it at all.

My husband and I was having a rough day the front desk was especially nice considerate and very professional. Oliver the front desk made a bad day into a good day. The rooms are clean and the staff at the desk were amazing I would stay again and recommend this motel in a heart beat. Kid friendly pet friendly people friendly!

We are locals and booked this inexpensive room just to have a night away. Bed was comfy. Our room had laminate flooring instead of carpet, which looks nice but is very slippery when wet. Construction debris is everywhere. Renovations should have been started 10 years ago. We had to ask for shampoo and more towels the night we arrived and it was not the easiest process. Pool was gross but hottub was worse. Imagine 20 frat kids drinking 12 hours straight and never leaving the hottub for bathroom breaks… yeah that's how nasty it looked. I'm posting a photo so you can see for yourself. Best advice I can give is just don't stay here. Plenty of other options around. This property is not representative of a typical Days Inn.

You can just look at the photos I'm going to attempt to attach to just have a slight idea of how disgusting this place was. The pull out couch wasn't even a mattress. It was carpet padding. My 10month old was able to put his hand through a wall. Through a wall. What looked like mold on the carpets. Dental floss on the floor. The ceiling in the shower was falling apart. Cobwebs in the microwave. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Then. Then. The front office staff I spoke with on Saturday morning, after walking from my new hotel after having to spend an additional 270 to stay somewhere much more acceptable, TRIED TO REFUSE MY REFUND REQUEST. You can't make this up people. We never even went to sleep in this awful place and you want to tell me I can't have my money back. My kids weren't able to get to sleep til near 1am because we had to find a new hotel and load everything back into the car again, and unload it AGAIN. Don't waste your time here. They said the single rooms had been updated, but not the suites, yet we were never offered an opportunity to look at the single rooms to see if they were more acceptable. I will never be staying at a days inn again!

Filthy! Room we had reserved was not even ready! "Oops we forgot… " was the excuse, so we had to move to a room on the second floor! AND the elevator was out of order! Been out of order for months I am to understand… The only table in the room was disgusting! Sticky, dirty feeling, nasty! Will never ever stay here again!

$50 a night is about right for this place. Excercise room smelled of mildew. Spa was out of order. Trash laying all about the courtyard and around the parking lot. In room fridge out of order and smelled bad. Some lights didn't work and the bathroom floor was dirty. But the bed clothes and towels were clean, and staff was nice. No more than $50 a night, and no more than one night.

The bed was comfortable and clean which is the positive comment. There are many negatives! I should have read the reviews before I made non-refundable reservations. The curtains were nasty, the room was dusty, the commode had black streaks and a yellow ring around it, my towels smelled soured, a pillow smelled of smoke, the chair was nasty and broken, commode wouldn’t flush, and the furniture has missing parts. The lobby is so run down. Staff acted like they didn’t understand me and seemed uncaring about complaints. I would NOT recommend this place.

This place is a joke. The washers do not spin. The dryers take forever. Plan on spending at least$8.00 to dry. Skip the laundry room. The hot tub and pool are great. They were robbed the night before we got here. We didn't find out until the day after when the news reporter showed up and told us and wanted an interview. They have complimentary breakfast, here it is, the bananas are brown. You have eggs and waffles that you cook yourself. You cannot leave with any food. Coffee is strong if there is any. If you go to the desk and have a complaint or need assistance then don't waste your time, they act like they don't understand you. I'll never stay here again.

This was the most horrible experience I've had all summer I would not recommend this hotel stay for anyone. It was unsanitary and staff unfriendly. They were unwilling to make the repairs or even change my room. The bath tube had not been clean. I had to walk down ask for clean bedding, the was nasty filled with trash, the a/c was working properly. It finally started cooling down or working at 10pm, the phone in room didn't even work. I was. Told by staff quote Do you really need a phone in your room. So so unprofessional! Now I can't even speak to a manager! So I recommend that you pass this hotel motel up when you're coming to Savannah Georgia Gateway at the 204 Outlet our exit is horrible thank you I hope no one else has this experience!

Where do I start? The room was an incomplete renovation. The bathroom looked like it had been through a frat party. Brackets were on the wall for pics and walls busted up. No fire alarm but the wires were dangling. No coffee maker. When they did bring it, it was defective. Spit hot coffee straight out the front. Beds were crappy. Floor had not been mopped and did not mop it the 3 days we were there. Door security lock was busted. No chairs. NONE! No where to hang clothes. No courtesy amenities, such as The laundry bag, iron, etc. No hot water the first night and following morning. The girl at the front desk was rude and clueless on how to be a concierge. Construction crew had a trailer right outside the door. And construction trucks were in handicapped spots. But they never owned up to the fact that the room should have never been rented in the first place. Corporate was very apologetic and professional. While the local staff and management had very little to say. Im torn on whether to give a 1 or 3, because in the end, the manager saved face and discounted the rooms. I still feel he only did it because of corporate. They failed to understand that the customer comes first. And let me add they stood across the desk for a good 5 minutes completely ignoring us and speaking complete Hindu amongst each other. That is so completely RUDE! Next time, we are in Savannah, we will choose a different place to stay.

It could be a nice place but they shut the water off without telling us. When I called she was nice and told us approximately how long. My boyfriend and I woke up the following mornings with bites on both of our legs (It's not mosquito season) … the room had poor cleaning done. Mirrors had smears covering them and the bathtub didn't look good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a dump and a rip off! They have been charging us 60.00 a night for 3 months now because my husband works in Savannah. We went to pay for 2 nights Friday because my son's wife came down and he paid 120.00 for 2 nights like always. They didn't put he was in a room and a the young guy worker walked in on him and his family at 2 am and then told him he only paid for 1 night. 120.00!?!?! A night for this dump?!?! I think not! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Plenty of spacious rooms of all types. I always stay in one of the suites with the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and huge bathroom that comes with a jacuzzi style tub. Usually cost around 100 dollars but does have military discount as well as others. Decent breakfast or several places to eat all in walking distance. Also has a full bar area with billiards and darts. Don't need to leave the hotel until ready to check out.

Nice and quaint. It's not fancy, but our stay was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and bedding was clean. The room was clean, everything was in place. I was surprised that they had a Jacuzzi tub. The bar down stairs was fun. We met some fun people who we danced the night away with.

Days Inn & Suites off Gateway/I-95 in Savannah was adequate. That's about the extent of compliments I could give it. When we got to the room (119) the lights between the beds wouldn't work (they had been unplugged), the lock on the door was broke, the one side of the toilet seat was loose, and there was a black glove behind the end table meaning the room wasn't cleaned sufficiently. The beds were fairly comfortable, the TV got a decent amount of channels, and the bathroom was stocked fairly well with supplies. Overall, I was disappointed, which is a shame because we had stayed there in 2013 and 2016 and had much better experiences.

I was double charged for this hotel. Make sure you get a receipt at time of check in if you decide to stay here & pay cash! They ran my debit card 3 weeks later after accusing me of never paying at check in. They were not helpful at resolving this double billing & hung up on me when I said I would report this fraudulent action. Room was fair, hot tub and pool were barely heated and so over chlorinated that I was crying & my body burning immediately after entering. In general, I did not feel safe here. Trash was littering the property outside. Breakfast was overcrowded and chaotic. They would not permit anyone to take anything out of the breakfast area either. Overall, I felt terrible after staying here. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Just say NO! I needed an inexpensive place for the night and I definitely got inexpensive. Would rather have slept in my car! Scarry in the back, rooms not clean, TV did not work and hardly any guests. I will NOT be returning here; budget or no budget!

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. After an approximate check-in, I go into the assigned room and find some drops of urine on the toilet. I report it to the front desk who sends a maintainer to check it out. I change the room but even here, just within, I find the toilet dirty with urine. I'm Going to do this to the maintainer, who calls a cleaning lady. This Lady in front of me and he takes a tear of toilet paper and passes it on the toilet, and tells me that the toilet is clean (! ) I explain that the paper is not enough, but you do not understand the reason for my disappointment! I Went back to the front desk, cancelled the reservation and I literally ran away. Avoid this hotel.

Alright hotel for an alright price. The elevator wasn't working, the indoor pool area was not heated at all, and the pool was freezing. The rooms were clean enough, but we had to switch rooms because the door reader died. I've stayed in worse, and the price was right.

We got a smoking king. The tub was huge! It was a very nice place for the price. Exceeded our expectations. The hot tub wasn't super hot but pretty much everything else was good.

All I can is say is save your money! Awful service. Tub was dirty. Had to buy our own cleaning supples to just take a shower. Walls were dirty. We booked for 4 days… left after the first night.

1 wash rag for 3 people. Soap from last guess left in shower. Towels stuck in vent. In bathroom. Hole in wall behind bathroom door. Front desk attendant had hoodie over his head. Should of been 1 st sign of not so great place had hot water and beds appeared clean. 60.00 dollar room but would rather pay more. Hell 3 people use same wash cloth every was face, body then ass. The first problem was that we came at 2:40 and were told we couldn't check in until 3:30. Check in is suppose to be 3rd. Second, we took out room key to our room, opened the door and there were people already in that room. Went to get another key and discuss the issue, went to second room and yet again… there were already people assigned to that one! Third room we we're given was unoccupied but not very clean. The office personnel gave my husband 2 shots on the house to make up for all the trouble. I don't feel that was an acceptable way of apologizing. We booked 2 nights here and not real pleased about staying an additional night. Oh and lastly, jacuzzi is not working!

If I could give this place no stars I would. My wife and I entered the room and exited almost immediately due to the horrific odors. There was water damage (mold) around the shower/tub and dirty linens.

We arrived Saturday evening. First thing I saw when we walking into our room was a roach. The room was DISGUSTING, looked like the room has never been cleaned, they only made the bed. Their was period blood on the bathroom floor and the toilet. I specifically asked for the king suite with a jetted tub… for a reason. The tub didn't even work. They patched holes in the bathroom with toilet paper and painted over it. not worth 185 a night!

I have been here almost 3 weeks and I really feel at home. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping is diligent in making sure you have everything you need. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends. I would also stay here again!

My family and I was here this weekend. We did the double bed suit. I love it view but my problem was the front Air condition leak water on the carpet where the sofa bed was, it smell like someone who was in there last smoked, and the back air conditioning went out and by me being pregnant. My boyfriend had to go buy a fan from walmart Friday night. The breakfast was great. And I love that the pool was inside by the room. But they should have made the sound proof because I was watching TV and can hear some of the guess children screaming. For the price it was good.

Roaches and smelly dirty rooms. The hotel got out reservation wrong. Room was very smelly. Air conditioner was loud and noisy the bathroom floor hold water. There was a large roach on the floor and there was a nasty ring in the bathtub. This place is horrible and they charged me 182$ to stay here. I will never ever return. We actually left early because we were uncomfortable. They really need to update and clean this place. And there is yellow tape around the hot tub and the pool looks old and filthy just like the whole hotel. Very disappointing.

The only thing missing was an active crime scene and perhaps a drug raid. The cockroaches were plentiful. The lot lizards enjoyed "ladies night" and I'm actually afraid of sleeping. At least I have my Glock with me. I'd never bring my family to this place.

Well first lets say, the staff was very nice and understanding, that they let once really nice hotel fall into such disrepair. First, if you plan on swimming, the creek is your only hope or sneak into another hotel's pool. Second, the rooms have not been completely cleaned in some time, from what I saw, looked at about 10 of them. Third, in our room the a. C. Was not working properly, nor the hot tub either. Fourth, there was paint on the furniture to match the poorly patched over hole fixed in the ceiling. Too bad the paint did not cover the rust on the light fixtures. Fifth, getting a workout, not here with only 3 things in it unplugged. Had planned to ride the bike for 20 min or so. Getting kind of tired writing out a punch list of repairs for them, best bet is to gut and start over in our room. Because, the kicker for me was the toilet that tipped over when someone sat on it. Oh ya, need to add new wax seal, to the above list. If you need a quick hot sheets motel this is your place… cause they do give ya clean sheets. So if don't want to sleep in the car and have 5 min to wait for a warm shower, feel free to stay here, as I did.

The rooms were spacey, however, we stayed for 3 days and the pool was not open ALL 3 DAYS, they had NO COFFEE, roaches everywhere, dead bird left in walkway for all 3 days even after telling someone. Our truck would not start on day 2, and we asked for a jump and the lady (maybe 18 yrs old) at the front desk told us NO ONE COULD GIVE US A JUMP BECAUSE NO ONE HAD A CAR THAT WORKS HERE, and 3 hours later we saw her leave in her jeep THAT WAS PARKED DIRECTLY NEXT TO OUR TRUCK… customer service SUCKS. The pool was indoor, (One of the deciding factors for us) and they were repainting it inside with no circulation of fans and right outside our door, so the fumes were horrible. I rate this hotel 2 stars because of location and spacey rooms, but everything else about the place was sub-par. I wouldnt stay here again and charging over 100.00 a night is not worth it. Its a 69.99 hotel at best.

Honestly this place needs to be closed down… looks like it hasn't been maintance in years… had bloody paper towels in trash can when I checked in. Burn holes in bed sheets. Mold on pillow case. Didnt stay… went to econo lodge in Richmond Hill! Better price and clean.

Avoid at all cost. Why can't I go lower then 1*?! Anyways, where do I begin? Check-in and workers are fine. The services and conditions are just horrible. First the pool was closed, but had like 6" stagnant dirty water. The shower handle was almost broken and water coming out was almost boiling. Had to get moved to another room. There was cigarette burn holes on couch. There was stains on the chairs. The carpet, paint, walls, chairs, counters and bathroom look like they haven't been touched in 30 yrs. The silicone is falling off. Sheet rock is cracked and patch it's falling. Stained sinks and lose wall outlets. Then there's the pests. I ran into 3 dead cockroaches outside room and another one on my bathroom. Had to make sure my luggage was closed at all times. I'm glad there was no visible bed bugs. The AC units worked but didn't work well. It's like they were missing refrigerant. Then breakfast was a joke. Coffee, milk, oj, Waffle batter, one serving cereal box and toast. The milk on fridge was frozen, the waffle batter was tick and wouldn't pour. They ran out of cereal and told me that's all they had. Another person noticed another dead cockroach in the breakfast area. Just simply a very very crappy environment that it's short of living on an abandoned house. Do not go to this location!

This is our third time staying here, we stay here when traveling through. The prices are fairly reasonable and rooms have been clean. But, for the third time the pool and hot tub are closed for so called maintenance We stopped here in December, and now June (on a very hot day) my husband asked if the pool was open before booking the room and was told it was open we get in the room and my grand-son and I get ready to head the pool and were told the pool would be closed until June 22nd it was the 4th of June when we stayed.

The pool was closed. Not family oriented with a bar undernearth near the front lobby other guests were walking around drunk and doing indecent things in public where my children could see. I did not appreciate it one bit. The room was very clean and decent. We got a room on the back side of the hotel which was better than the front side. If the guest staying were more monitered when going to the bar maybe it would have been different but I wouldn't advise for a family stay.

This is by far the nastiest hotel/motel more like DIRTTEL place ive ever been. Would be better off sleeping in your car. Nothing was clean. Luckily I had a sleeping bag. Mold all over the shower and inside fridge as well as microwave. The sheets were not clean. Phone didnt work every TV channel was fuzzy.

I know this was the worst experience I have ever had, please do not go there, my husband and I thought it looked creepy and notice that there was alot vacancies and we found out why because they have alot of the Roaches. They came out as soon as we arrived. Horrible just horrible do not go there!

WOOOOOOW, this place sucks… my family and I were just passing through but the experience was horrible… they put us up in a room that smelled like mold, the phone didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, the room didn't have a coffee machine, the TV didn't work, the shower squirted water everywhere except on the person standing under it, the microwave didn't work… (the only thing that actually worked in that place was the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi was outstanding…) so I decided to go to the front desk and talk to someone and the person said maintenance went home for the day we can't don anything LOL EFFING LOLING… my family and I will NEVER, Ever EVEREVEREVEREVER EVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I SUGGEST IT YOU SHOULDENT GO EITHER. I would give this place a negative 12 star and that is good compared to what I think of them. And the swimming pool and jacuzzi was murky and smelly, I wouldn't throw my worse enemy in them… stay away if you value your family.

Terrible Dirty Filthy Scummy Hotel… spider webs above bed, holes in wall, black mold on curtains, holes in structure, pool NOT HEATED as described, broken fitness equipment, filthy breakfast area with stale food, moldy picnic area, overall joke that the Savannah health board allows this place to accept money…

November 20, 2015 We decided to leave a day early for our trip and just figure it out once we got there a day early. Since our reservations for another hotel wouldn't be ready for another day, we were going to stay the night at this one instead. The room we got had a musty smell to it and stains on nearly everything. I understand it may just be older, so no problem. Decided to check the beds and there were a bunch of dead roaches (maybe bed bugs? ) under the mattress. I'm glad they were dead, but that's a bit unnerving as the place I'm going to be sleeping. I can't speak for any of the other rooms, but if this is any indicator, then I won't be staying at these hotels going further. The staff were nice enough to give us a full refund, and apologetic.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews on this website before booking the hotel. It was old and creepy looking. The pool area was poorly lit, the hot tub was broken, and I wasn't sad at all that I forgot my swimsuit. The room was clean, and after the first night, I thought our stay would be all right. After the second night, I woke up with over 60 bed bug bites. My husband found one of the bugs, and we killed it and took it to the front desk. We weren't charged for the stay, but the bites are red and itchy, and I'm fearful that we brought the bugs home with us.

I don't usually do reviews but I have to give this hotel a review. For one I hate smoking rooms but every hotel was booked so I had to take the available one they had. It was terrible. Paint chipped, dirty bathroom, burn holes in sheets. When I woke next morning I was covered BED BUG BITES! My arms, back, face and legs have been biten! I went to front desk they gave me a refund and another room (non smoking) and theres a difference! The non smoking room was nicer, no chipped paint or dirty bathroom but microwave barely works. There's no variety at breakfast. Scratching my bites at this moment I can say I Will NOT be Coming back.

Stay over night here on my own to fl. I got into room with my boyfriend. Right away I wanted to leave. The room way dirty. The bathroom was weird. Shower looked black. Never again.

Bed bugs! My son stayed here with his grandparents. When he woke up he was covered in bites. His face, arms, back. It was awful. They pulled the plastic cover back off the mattress and the bugs were everywhere. The staff refunded them their money but basically pushed them to leave. Diagusting.

Rooms are dirty. Pool is disgusting. Everything is falling apart.

Our 2 night stay at this establishment was awful. The pool was drained on spring break and wouldn't be refilled until 24 hours. Both the pool and the hot tub were ice cold. Several different visitors were complaining. The staff weren't very helpful. We did not have a remote to change the out of date television for 2 nights. You couldn't turn the TV properly w/o the remote. The ice machine was also broken. There was an older gentleman who works there who'd stand outside and watch everything that everyone did. It was very creepy. He wouldn't smile nor attempt to help you with concerns. It was very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. I'll never return to this place.

One of the worst Hotels I ever stayed in in life. I give them a 1 star for just being a building. The pool bottom looked unclean. The ice machine had a bag of ice sitting on the ledge. My couch in my room was visibly stained with God knows what kinds of stains. My bathroom floor baseboards were dirty, the tvs were old box type. I just could not believe such a hotel exists in America. I have seen better hotels abroad.

Worst hotel experience ever! Unfriendly staff. Tried to get an extra blanket for the room and she gave me one with 10 cigarette burn holes in it. The business center was out of order the hot tub and pool heaters were broken. The ice machine was broken. They play music at the bar really loud until 3 am which you can hear in your room. The breakfast was below average. The rooms were disgusting. Stains everywhere. Ac/heaters smell weird. Pool out couch bed is the worst thing I've ever slept on. Better to sleep on floor. TLDR; Never stay here.

Experience was well staff was nice room was wonderful stayed two nights I would give 4 stars but the first night we stayed me and my wife herd a bunch of shouting so I went to "get ice" and walk by a room where blood was all over the door and ground leading to a guy who I can only assume was dead a hour later I look out and see police tape around the area all in all it was an ok place to stay.

STAY AWAY! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Well almost stayed at. We checked out 5 mins after seeing the room. We walked into the room and there was a jacuzzi tub. Fun right. No. The tub is in the room with no door just out in the sleeping area which wasn't horrible but the huge hole in the drywall that was soaking wet. Wall paper peeling off all over the place and what appeared to be mold all over the tub area. Rust and dirt all over the faucet. The door sill was half missing exposing the room to the outside (and if you have ever been to the south you know about the amount and size of bugs there). The smell of the room was hardly bareable. Wouldn't even let my 9 year old get near the bed. Do yourself a favor and save some time and money and pass on this shit shack. The only positive thing about the whole situation was the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice about everything and instantly gave us our our money back with no hassle. Too many options around Savannah to waste time here.

My family and I checked in and within 20mins immediately checked OUT! Nastiest room I ever seen. Don't think room had been cleaned, looked as though it had just been used. Had 5yr old grandson with us, we didn't let him touch anything in room and neither did we. I'm just saying. Gross. Sorry, but being honest.

The rooms were nice and larger than I expected. The staff was nice and quick to fix any problem brought to them. Old and a little run down but good for the price and I had a great stay.

First things first we were really excited our room had a Jacuzzi tub, until we tried it. The jets work for maybe 30 seconds if you're lucky then you'll hear a click and the jets will turn off. You then have to get out, open the box and hit the reset button on the outlet for the jets to work for another 30 seconds max, you have to continue doing this every time you want the jets on. Secondly, the stopper was broken and you had to use a wash cloth to slow the water from draining out. Ok, donw wanna use then tub so want to take a shower? Good luck! They fixed the handle to not go past luke warm so no hot shower for you! Thirdly that breakfast was TERRIBLE! We stayed two nights only ate breakfast the first day when we didn't know. Hardly any variety to choose from. I only thought they had milk or coffee to drink which I like neither. After leaving the breakfast area I noticed thwy do have a juice machine for breakfast, located in a different room and not even visible to those in the eating area. Fourthly the pool! We were in room 105 the pool was maybe 20 feet outside our door. So room are located in the enclosed area as the pool meaning when swimmers are playing and yelling the rolm echos and in return you hear the noise as if they are in your room! There are several notes saying pool closes at 10pm but no one enforces that rule! First night well after midnight before it quieted down. Second night at 1030 I had enough!
