Check in was very smooth and it is a very convenient place with many fast food restaurants nearby. The room appears to be recently renovated and was very clean. There is a refrigerator inside. All in all I like it and I would stay here again.

Front desk lady was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I both enjoyed her generosity and sweet southern charm. The room was huge. We are a 5 person family and it was by far the biggest room we've ever stayed in. It was perfect!

Location convenient to the interstate. Lots if dinner options close by. Very clean room and very courteous staff.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Good breakfast. No complaints.

Its ok. If you are handicap better get there early. Space is limited and baggage carts aren't always in 2 different areas. Be careful.

So far so good… it's the first night, so we will see. Great cookies and very good lemonade. Good and cold. Pool was clean and presentable.

I have a lot of family in Macon so we frequently visit and stay in hotels… this one is by far THE BEST! The kind that makes you want to get online and write a good review. Extremely spacious room, didn’t even feel like we were in a hotel, it felt more like a house. The room was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING… ten times better than the room service breakfast I paid for the last time I stayed at the Marriott Macon center. The cherry on top of the stay was the delicious coffee in the lobby, seriously, I am a bit of a coffee snob and this coffee was excellent. These people know how to do things and they do it well! We will be back!

Checked in at 1 am. The gentleman at the desk was so welcoming and helpful. When were using the laundry room late at night, he even offered to make us coffee or tea. So helpful. Room was AWESOME. Minibar and fridge. Even waterpic in shower.

Spacious room with large walk in shower. Comfortable bed with large covet and nice pillows.

We stayed for two nights. The stay was awesome. Great service the whole time we were there. I highly recommend it. We look forward to coming back.

The staff was extremely helpful with us ariving so late. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and ready when we got there. Very satisfying experience.

Sure, it’s just another hotel chain, but the friendly staff here made this stay special. From giving my son freshly-baked cookies, to making special accommodations for my wife with a broken foot, the staff went the extra mile, and was friendly & smiling the whole time. We travel from NC to FLA a couple of times a year, and this will definitely be my go-to stay for breaking up the trip from now on. Awesome stay, thanks to awesome staff. (The rooms aren’t bad either)

Stayed here last night and feel cheated. While driving south, called to inquire about availability and rates. Hotel employee, Tom, indicated that only rooms left were suites @$142 plus tax. Thanked him and made some other calls to different hotels to find a better option. Didn’t find much so tried multiple times to reach Hampton and take the suite. Couldn’t get through so called 800 number and booked. At check in Tom said we had the corner suite. There is no suite. It is a handicapped studio room and was inconvenient for people who aren’t handicapped. At check out tried to address issue and negotiate discount but told nothing could be done. Manager would call me later and she did. She refused to take responsibility because we booked through 800 number and paid through them. So, whose hotel did we stay at? Staff didn’t want to own their issue and we got the shaft. Be careful about this place.

Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Some of the clerks need training on processes and procedures. This location could greatly benefit from a hot tub! This would be a great addition!

Very nice hotel and the staff is extraordinary. Google maps didn't give us the right place to turn off the highway but you can see the hotel so it's not hard to find. Can walk to Cracker Barrel.

Room was ok. Had a little funky smell. One of the main things I did not like was the bathroom door. It was a big door that slid over the open doorway but there was no way I could find to lock it or secure it so it wouldn't slide open.

Beautiful hotel, clean and well decorated. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great beds. Breakfast was a little lite. Would stay again.

Excellent stay! Rhonda checked us in at midnight. So sweet and helpful! The staff are all so polite, courteous and everyone greets you with a smile. Breakfast was awesome. Pool is beautiful. We had a 2QN with sleeper and kitchen suite! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Very well maintained and the cleanliness of this place is over the top! Deserves 10 stars!

Stayed for 1 night while traveling on vacation. Hotel was modern, very clean and the service was great. Free parking/ free breakfast included and very convenient. Overall I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

We arrived late with tired kids and adults. The lady at the desk was excellent. She had us checked in and on our way to our rooms in just a few minutes. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The rooms were really nice and cozy. Built in usb charging ports were a nice touch. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms and great style. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again! Pool is outside and on the small side but is very clean and the perfect temperature… at least in June which is when we stayed.
