Very comfortable and peaceful.

Our suite is just what we needed. There is an indoor outdoor heated pool. Our breakfast was pretty darn good. If you’re ever staying in the area, I recommend staying here.

Nice quiet and clean rooms. Love the location.

A last minute home plumbing issue forced us to spend a night away from home and we were glad we chose the HGI. The front desk person, Chad, took some extra time to speak with us, share some information about the area and tell us about the lovely town of Gainesville. The room was lovely and had all the great Hilton amenities but it was the kindness of the front desk staff that helped us relax even more. Thank you, Chad.

Breakfast is $12 a guest. It’s in a setting like the other hotels serve free. Guess I’m spoiled. And Apparently cheap.

Very nice. Nice pool. Disappointed in the breakfast tho. As much as you pay for a room you should get a free continental breakfast.

Second time here with bit better experience. First room they gave me smelled smokey, but they quickly moved me to an upgrade suite. Nice. Breakfast buffet was decent, but eggs kept in container that didn't keep them warm. Lots of bacon and sausage though. Workout room has dumbbells, two treadmills, a bike, and two ellipticals. A bit small and very warm. Wine by the glass very expensive.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff is wonderful and friendly, the hotel is great, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is clean. And people are friendly located close to the hospital is the reason I stayed had a family member in the hospital the free breakfast could have been a little better not much options. For. Eating other than that there's an inside pool on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows the room is a suite so you can sit and watch TV as well would. Stay here again.

I felt very welcome. Everyone on staff was exceedingly polite, friendly and helpful. In particular Nelson and Kayla at the front desk were awesome! I typically dread staying in hotels, but I truly enjoyed my stay there due to the staff members. Service was the best I've experienced on three continents. Well done!

I'm sorry have to say this but is a horrible place to stay, I was there for a week due to a job training not even a bottle of water for the room really bad housekeeping, not offer a complementary breakfast u got paid for it, I ask for the conference call room they not even bother to help me, couple of time I ask said was already recerved by someone else, I use the coffee maker worked ok but the cream for the coffee was rotten. Horrible experience.

We walked into the lounge to eat and maybe have a drink, Sat there for 10 minutes, We weren't acknowledged, offered a menu, or even a glass of water.

Standard Hilton hotel, a little hard to find (missed it on first pass). Great staff, tho. Had a bit of a hiccup, but mentioned it to front desk and they sorted it out quick and made amends for it. Almost a given at this hotel chain. Always a nice place to stay.

Great location, best hotel close to Road Atlanta for the value! Super delicious cook to order breakfast, and clean, comfy rooms. The bed was comfy and I got a very good sleep. Front counter dude was friendly and professional. Overall very good stay.

Comfortable room, spacious especially for accessible room, Kuerig in room, staff were all professional and helpful if put to the task, pricing inline with hotels in this market. Breakfast buffet 10.95, small bar for evening gathering, only reason rated 4 is ease of access. While it sits back behind restaurant beside another major hotel, It's off a very high traffic highway.

This is a wonderful place for family and adults! Angela and Andrea are amazing. They make this more than just a hotel! Everyone was friendly and it was convenient to our family plans while there. Angela and Andrea accommodated our 5 year old and when she went to bed they took care of Mom and Dad! Absolutely wonderful people. Great pool, and breakfast. Will be staying there again in the future!

The location was convenient. The rooms were nice, with up to date amenities. Decent little bar and restaurant. The digital key system was struggling though. It forgot my room after one use and I had to go get a key. Will stay here again, but the digital key is not worth the effort.

I've stayed here several times, it is probably the best place to stay in the area. The amenities are great along with the best staff around. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the rooms are a little dated and in need of an upgrade.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The grandchildren enjoyed the heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold food which was very good.

I stayed here for one night because of its proximity to Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was a little outdated, but spacious, clean and cozy nonetheless. I didn’t have breakfast but I did see a sign for $11 buffet, which is pretty good compared to many of the Hilton Garden Inns I’ve stayed at in other places!

The Good: Comfortable, quiet rooms with pleasant staff, spacious fitness room and indoor/outdoor pool. The restaurant is standard Hilton Garden fare, but the breakfast is quite good. There is a definite "southernness" to the food preparation, which I think contributes to the good taste. The Bad: I had to take a star away due to the terrible water pressure. The Ugly: Nothing would really prevent me from staying here again.

I think it depends on what your staying here for… we where passing through and I can't recommend staying here for that. Nothing is included with your room except tiny paper coffee cups and no creamer. If you want breakfast it cost $11.00 ea no coffee to go, it cost $3.00 for a small pot you drink at a table. So for we don't recommend staying here if you are passing through.

The hotel is older. Carpet in our room was badly stained. The towel bar and shelf in the bathroom was dirty and rusted. The room was never made up the same, from day to day, some times they would replace cups, coffee, creamers, washcloths, sometimes not. Breakfast was not included, thermostat didn't work, fan in bathroom didn't work, bedside lamp didn't work. For the most part it was very clean, but I won't stay there again. They also had 2 bottles of water next to the coffee maker that were "free" to elite members otherwise you were charged and enhanced Wi-Fi was at available at an additional charge! Very nickel and dime!

I’ve stayed with the Hilton chain many times and have never had an experience quite like this. Usually Hiltons, at whatever level, are comfortable, clean, and restful. But about the Hilton Garden Inn in Gainesville, GA, I cannot say the same. Quiet? Yes. Friendly and gracious staff? Yes. Comfortable furniture? Yes, except for the bed. Restful? No. I have just now risen from an extremely unrestful night with a neck ache, headache and backache. My total amount of actual sleep, after 9 hrs in bed, probably amounts to no more than 2-3 hrs. : I was constantly waking, tossing-and-turning and being bruised by encountering my husband’s elbow. Beware of a heating/cooling system that, even though set at a constant temperature and tested at both heat and cool settings, cannot seem to maintain a constant comfortable temperature of 75deg. F. Combine that with a bed which is very narrow for a queen-size, whose pillows offer no support to the neck in either side or back position and has as coverings a stifling duvet and/or a thin sheet, and I experienced an extremely poor excuse for rest. Perhaps a simple standard blanket could be offered as an alternative (many facilities have one stored on the closet shelf for those who want less or more bed coverings). Clean? No. The bathroom floor is stained with mysterious dark brown stains: perhaps shoe polish, but who can say.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a clean, visitor friendly hotel with nice amenities including a pool and weight room. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

Typical Hilton Garden Inn, but we are here due to Hurricane Irma and they are being extremely accommodating for people which says slot about their willingness to go above and beyond!

I am a frequent guest of the Hilton Hotels. This is my second time staying here, no complaints at all, but I do need to say, that this time I didn't came for pleasure or Bussiness, I came from North Florida, escaping from Hurricane Irma, I arrived to the Hotel at 8:10am on Saturday, after driving over 7 hours that took me 5 hours and 40 minutes the first time. When I asked the From desk Manager what was the earliest time I can make the check in because I came all the way from Florida without having any rest, he allowed me to check in immediately at no extra fee.
This is a great place to do Bussiness with, when you see they are not looking for how much money you spend to give you an excellent service, they went above and beyond while showing compassion for those in needs. Kudos for Mr. Chad Grant and the Hilton's Hotel for having him here. Of course I will recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues to stay here.

Very clean with good service. Hotel staff made sure the stay was easy and requests were met with no delay. The pool was clean and plenty of clean pool towels. The beds are soft to my taste and only reason not 5 starts.

Beautiful hotel and clean. They were under staffed but those there were great. Food buffet and servers was/were wonderful. Went with a total of 7 people and we all slept very comfortably in the two queen suite with the sofa bed. I'd go back again.

My wife and I, recently had the pleasure of staying here on a business trip. Although the trip was short, we stayed two nights in a king suite and it was very roomy, clean, and very comfortable. I look forward to a return stay.

The lobby of the hotel is very inviting including iced fruit water and cookies. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very cozy with comfortable beds and soft towels. We could not adjust the temperature of our room to our liking at which time they offered to get us a new room. I would return to this hotel.

Stayed 07/09/2017. Rooms look nice but the bathroom door handle was broke and the lights in the bathroom flickered all the time. Went swimming with my 12 year old daughter and when we got down to the pool area the garbage can was overflowing with trash all over the floor. Also there were no clean towels and the basket of dirty towels was overflowing on the floor. When we checked in and went to our room there was dirty dishes in the hallway and on the table when we got off the elevator. When we left the next day all the dishes were still in the same place. Still was charged full price. My family and I expected so much more out of a Hilton. Very disappointed!

The room was nice and clean. The only complaint really is the breakfast buffet was not included with the room and was over priced for what you got. Everything else was nice including the staff.

Breakfast buffet was on point though I wish it was included but for 10.95 all you can eat, it wasn't bad! They should add more to it though! Overall, great hotel. Very clean. Extremely helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. My only issue was the noise level at times but that isn't the fault of the hotel. I'd definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Beds are really comfy. Staff is very friendly. Food was great. Walls kinda thin though. Could hear everything the family in the next room was saying.

All of the staff has been incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was slightly difficult to navigate, but the food was some of the better in quality I've had.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! All knowledgeable about the area. If you are visiting from out of town be sure to ask the staff for local restaurants (they know all of them). Close to North Georgia mountains and lots of shopping. Just a perfect location all around!

Just got back from a family wedding and we all stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Gainesville. Let me say — it was absolutely perfect! The hotel staff was AWESOME AND AMAZING! And SO FRIENDLY! There were 40 of us at least staying there. The hotel made us feel right at home. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to accomodate us! We had so much fun! The breakfast and the chef there — oh my goodness. Make sure you get him to make you an omelet! THANK-YOU MARY ANN, CHAD, AND EVERYONE ELSE FOR MAKING A SPECIAL WEEKEND EVEN MORE SPECIAL! Will definitely book here again.

We travelled to Gainesville for a family funeral. Two couples. I spoke to Chad about accommodations. I explained our circumstances. He gave us the funeral rate even though the funeral home did not contract with the hotel. We were arriving very early and needed to be able to change. Chad said they would try to have our rooms ready and if not there would be a place for us to change. The rooms were ready at our early arrival and side by side. The front desk was professional and very helpful. The lobby is beautiful and bright. The rooms are gorgeous. The beds are heavenly and the breakfast was delicious. The General Manager Richard Labriola helped me print e tickets for our departure the next day. Mr. Labriola was warm and charming. Wonderful experience.

I travel a lot for work and I try to stay at 4 star hotels when possible. Since there were none in Gainesville I thought I would give these guys a try. I was blown away. Great rate, free interent, plasma tv, room service, and a very friendly staff. If all Hilton Garden Inn's are as nice as this I will be staying with them more often in the future. Paul.

This is by far the TOP hotel in the Gainesville area! Great place to relax or get your work done! The staff is incredible and provide a perfect 10 stay everytime.
