Great service nice people.

It was an okay hotel, honestly the best part was the water pressure in the shower. But I went with my rowing team and stayed there before our national championship regetta and my room along with a number of teammate's rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes even though the rooms said no smoking. And several of our rooms also smelled like pot. The service was nice and they left us granola bars everyday. But it was hard to get over the very pungent smell of the rooms.

Checked in at 11:00 pm staff was friendly and check in was quick. Room was clean and bed appeared to have new linens. Would stay again.

Need to hire way better staff! I called at 3:09am to see if there was any rooms available and the guy that answered the phone was very rude!

I have tried for 3 weeks to reach the owner for a refund due to me from 9/18/17 due to roaches in my room. I have a video if anyone would like to see it. I’m told the owner is out every time I call. When I told the receptionist that the owner emailed me a receipt with a refund but it never credited to my account and I’d have no choice but to contact authorities for theft, she said go right ahead and do that. I’ve never dealt with ignorant assholes in my entire life. This place is a dump. Crackheads everywhere and clearly no issue taking my $85 for the 2 minutes I spent in their roach infested hotel. Hope they’re ready for a health inspection. Maybe then the manager who is never present when I call and now who I’ve learned will be out for another 15 days due to her grandfather passing away will get her business together. Disgusting. I wouldn’t let the FLEA off my DOG stay here.

Decent place. Small rooms.

The room was falling apart. As far as $54/night rooms go, it's better that most at that price, but everything in the room is ancient. My sheets were cleaned each night, the carpet wasn't sticky or feel dirty (but you wouldn't know that by looking at it), and the A/C worked very well (even if the insulation of the window and walls let the cool air escape). The door to the room did not exactly sit correctly in the frame when closed, but I didn't have any problem closing it or locking the dead-bolt. I am giving 2 stars because there are a vast number of improvements they need to make, even to bring this place up to make $54/night seem worth the money. For instance, a lot of people instantly judge a room by what kind of TV setup they have and it's never a good sign when there is still a CRT model.

The rooms are really nice and they are very clean. Much better than the budgetel.

At first I thought it was decent for 70$ for 1 night. Then I layed down and a roach crawled from under me! DISGUSTING. I told the management, and he had a nasty attitude about it like it was my fault he didn't check the room better. I proceeded to leave, and he specifically said " that's it. Bye" rude customer service. Don't recommend TO ANYONE. Dont come here.

The worst place I have ever been in my life I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hotel to die. I have made a reservation online and I get to the hotel and the man that was there in the morning was so hateful. Well I was having an issue with my debit card so I went to the bank to withdraw money out of the ATM and when I came back after getting groceries and getting my ATM there's a woman working behind the counter and as soon as I get in the front door she was the most hateful person I've ever met in my life. So she looked it up on the computer and found my reservations and she gave us a paper to fill out with your name etcetera. Well all the sudden he says let me see the paper and we handed it to her and she told us that we need to leave and if we wasn't she was calling the cops. I would understand if we were some drug addict or look like somebody that was going to steal something from the room but I am a good hard-working Christian that should have never have went through this. I would never tell anyone about this place besides of what they did to me if you're reading this please take this into consideration of what I'm telling you thanks for your time.

I give these facility a four star bc it has a wonderful nurse discount… they also try very hard to cater to nurses who need a room… which is refreshing after a long night at work! The room has all the bare necessities I need… including a microwave, fridge, tv, iron and ironing board. The two older gentlemen at the front desk are always super friendly… the gentlemen with gray hair and glass plus the darker hair gentlemen with glasses. The middle eastern lady can be a little abrasive/stern but I believe that just her true character and not something she purposely puts on certain people. Overall, the facility is perfect if you're looking for all the basic. It's clean enough for me. I bring my own sheets and towels so that's not my concern. I always recommended them.

Clean facility. Reasonably priced. Well located in Gainesville GA for most activities. Nice staff.

Due to us moving, we decided to stay here until our place was finished. Linen was not washed and changed. THE SAME BURNT MARKS THAT WERE ON THE COVER BEFORE I LEFT WERE STILL ON THERE WHEN I CAME BACK! Huge mistake! Do not stay here! My children's clothes were stolen. I had to go to Wal-Mart to purchase more clothes. I have the receipts to prove it. When trying to talk to the manager she would not accept responsibility and was very rude. She's a beautiful person but her attitude is not professional @ all. If you have to stay here, do not leave anything new and return. It will not be there. First she stated she came in the room, then later said the maintenance guy came in. Basically contradicting her story. It's not like I was saying everything was missing but while getting my kids ready; immediately noticed 2 bags had been taken. She never even apologized. Don't waste your time or money.

Seriously go to another hotel. It should be a motel. Dirty room, stains on the wall, and my non-smoking room was totally a smelled like smoke. Burns on the bed cover, toilet, and inside the sink. Absolutely terrible. I hate to leave a review, but I can't let another person fall victim to the false advertising in the photos.

I have never seen such a disregard for safety. On Sept 27th 2014 I made a reservation through expedia to stay at this location. 2 rooms 4 adults. I arrived at this location where I checked in and proceeded to my room. After about 1 hour of being inside the room and being totally disgusted by appearance and condition of the room the front desk clerk showed up at my door step asking me if she could come in to search the room. Apparently the prior guest had lost her hand gun and told the front desk clerk she had the gun hidden in the room. At first I remained calm until the clerk told me that we had the room now and this woman could not come into my room. I shouldn't let her in and if she arrives at the door to call the front desk so she could contact the police. At this time I started to panic. This employee of the hotel didn't seem to understand the level of security has now been breached. We contacted local law enforcement to arrive at the hotel to explain the situation in case this missing hand gun turns up. I gave two solutions to the employee. Either refund my money and I will be on my way or change our rooms to a different location. She refused to do either one. She felt I was making a big deal for nothing. Then proceeded to tell me I was cheating the hotel by booking for 1 adult and 2 children when it cleared showed 1 room 2 adults 0 children. She told the police officer I paid thru Expedia and she couldn't refund my money. That was a complete lie.

Horrible motel and drug use. If your in town dont dont dont wast your time and money here especially if your with your family.

The pictures shown are DEFINATELY not how the place looks on the outside or inside. The place is an older hotel, and it looks like the staff / owners are trying their best, but it is a bit run down and in a very bad area with people walking the street at all hours. It is very close to the road, and the owners force cars to park very close to the road giving people who walk by more than ample opportunity to break into cars. The staff was excellent, the room was clean, the coffee maker was broken and not working in two rooms, and it is not pet friendly.

I give this place 2 stars. If all you want is a cheap place to sleep, then this is your place. I was greeted by a less than courtious staff… not rude, but no smile and no welcome. The first thing I noticed in my non-smoking room was cigarette burns on the sofa, however there was no "smokey" smell to the room. I also noticed something splattered on the bottom of the bathroom door. Worst of all, the free Wi-Fi was awful. It took a while to get it to connect, and when it did, it was a very low signal. I got knocked offline several times. The real estate company next door had a stronger signal, but of course it was password protected. The things that were good were the heating and air system, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the TV and remote did work.
