Have to pay to park their key-cards or card readers are inoperative elevators are junk I was trying to get to the 5th floor and it kept stopping on the 3rd floor so I just took the stairs I would not recommend this motel to anyone I did not book this motel my work did.

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I will stay here every time I visit my daughter at Georgia State University.

Let me start by saying I've generally enjoyed my stays at home 2 suites. It is my preferred choice when I need a hotel. I was really looking forward to having a good, safe, and relaxing time at the one in downtown Atlanta. However, that has not been the case and I only made it here about 5 hours ago.
First things first is safety. When we arrived, there were inebriated people right at the entrance. Not only did one person attempt to engage us in unwanted conversations outside but he followed us inside as well. We did not know this person so I asked your front lobby staff if he was a guest. They stated he was. He commenced to talk aggressively to us and even started cursing us once we declined to engage with him. Your staff stood watching the exchange and did nothing to assist and didnt attempt to have the inebriated person reigned im or removed. We were literally being verbally harassed and the situation escalated. Finally, We were able to walk off from the drunken person and go to our rooms. Room quality is not what we expected at all compared to rooms at other locations that we have patronized. We can literally hear everything being done or said in the next room which is a deal breaker for me when it comes to hotels.
The room was nowhere near what we expected. It was so small I almost had a panic attack (felt like walls were closing in). If you have claustrophobia this is not the hotel for you.

Very clean and spacious. The valets were superb. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service and delay of refunding my money that this property fraudulently charged to my debit card! I was left stranded because of the negligence of this hotel! I incurred fees on my account and never once I have I heard from this property (aside from my numerous calls) I called the AGM and to date never heard back! Now they are recanting the commitment to refund my money! I travel alot to Atlanta and I will never stay at this property again! You are in a hospitality industry and know nothing about that! I authorized 40 and that turned into 349! Smh!

Sheets on the bed look like they rolled them in a ball and put on the beds. Called the front desk 3 times and it rang 30 times and no one answered. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency. I had to go down to the front desk and the desk agent said she was the only one there at 4:30 in the afternoon and could not answer my calls. I am a Diamond member and travel very week, more and more I am disheartened by Hilton properties. I’m thinking it’s time to move on.

Overall the hotel was good. Great customer service. The hotel would have a 5 start rating, but the cleaning stay needs to pay attention to detail. There was a little mold on the wall in the bathroom by the shower door and a used wash rag was left rolled up on top of the shower door.

This hotel has an amazing location and the staff was wonderful. Kelly and Dwayne were always amazing and helpful. The room I had was large and having a full sized fridge was amazing. I do wish there was a built in cook top or toaster oven rather a microwave and hot plates available from the front desk.

Great hotel! We were in town for Dragon Con 2018. Wish they had a bar/restaurant, but the room was great! Fridge, microwave, sink, utensils, and even a dishwasher. Awesome view of the ferris wheel. Would recommend.

Great place to stay o if your staying awhile. Dishes, microwave apartment since fridge. Breakfast every morning. Staff was very nice. From the check in person, the breakfast ladies, the house keeping to the check out. No compliant. Very clean walking distance to convention center. Will stay again.

The most horrible experience. If I could post pictures I would. I went to 4 different rooms bc they were all dirty. I have pictures of moldy shower head and the sheets in the last room I was in were obviously not changed and even the front desk agent agreed. They gave me a walk letter to a different hotel that I couldn’t even get into and I didn’t officially get into a room until almost midnight and I had to get up to go to work. I was looking for additional nights because my apartment is being renovated and I believe I should’ve been given not just my money back but also offered a free stay at a better location. This is the order stay I’ve ever had. Lastly I reached out to the GM who wasn’t there and was promised a call back that I never received not to mention I ended up spending $58 in parking since I had to move around so much.

My husband and I stayed for one day to celebrate my upcoming birthday everything was great! We love the suite it was so cozy and comfortable. The shower was so AMAZING I didn't want to get out. We will be back downtown and Home2Suites is the choice for us from now on!

The staff was fantastic and friendly and the room was attractive, clean, comfortable. An immediate view of the ferris wheel out the window made it neat to enter the room, while the bed was set back far enough that the light from it didn't bother us even before pulling the curtains closed. My only complaint about the stay was that the valet parking attendant couldn't drive stick, so we paid $60 over two nights for our car to be parked on the street in front of the hotel where it was parked from when we checked in. Nothing happened to the car, but it certainly felt steep for a car we parked ourselves and could see in front of the door to the lobby each time we came downstairs.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. With no doubt I would come back here.

The place was so clean and organised. Our family loved it. Things to note: The bathroom door did but lock; it was a barn type door. It was cool looking but not a lot of fun when you required privacy and you have a two year old that likes to play peek a boo. There were no additional sheets, pillows or blankets for the pullout couch. We had to request them. The breakfast was pretty carb heavy but the self made waffles were tasty. There's not a tonne of space in the breakfast area so we made our breakfast and took it back to our room. That was easiest for us with two small children.

The suite is amazing, with a kitchenette and the availability of culinary options with a cook top or skillet if requested. Very clean when we arrived, but visibly lacking a smoke detector from its spot in the ceiling. Breakfast was nice and the staff is friendly and not taken aback by the appearances of our costumes for the event we are attending.

Decided to take a last minute trip to Atlanta this past weekend, and decided to stay here. The hotel is very nice, especially for the price. The staff was very friendly, and so were the valet parking attendants. The room was clean, and the shower was AMAZING. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's no pool. Before booking, I looked through pictures but just assumed they didn't post any of the pool. I honestly didn't know it was possible for a hotel (not motel) to not have a pool. The rooftop was pretty nice also, small but nice. I'd definitely stay here again. I almost forgot the security measures taken. You absolutely cannot operate the elevator without your hotel key card. That's a first for me, but it was very much appreciated and helped me and my family feel much safer!

Location is awesome during daylight hours (close to Centennial Park, fairly close to MARTA, close to downtown) but a little spooky at night (they lock the door at 9 pm, and the one night I walked from Marta after midnight was uneventful but uncomfortable). Room was clean and quite nice. Excellent view from mine. The open rooftop where you can look towards Centennial Park was also very nice!

This is new hotel. It's an older building that has been converted to an extended stay hotel. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. The view is good, and there was parking directly across from the front door of the hotel, if you don't want to pay the $30 overnight valet parking. Cost was $20, and it was a Wednesday. Might be different on the weekends or during a special event.

I've stayed at H2 before and really liked the vibe. This one was a renovation of an older building but was still nice. Great location, close to many of the most popular points of interest.

I love these suites! These are the largest hotel suites I have ever stayed in. This is just our first night of a 2 night stay. Everything is brand new. Beds are very comfy. I love the showers! They are huge. There are a couple of reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. First they do not have a shuttle from the Airport. Before we left, I called the front desk and she told me we had to take a taxi. Did not mention a train at all. Taxi's are more expensive. If you rent a car, it is expensive to park. We took the Train but still had to walk with our luggage several blocks. Many homeless people who will give you directions and then ask for money. Haven't tried the breakfast yet. The other plus is the Atlanta Eye is in front of the hotel as well as Olympia park. Bonus… There's an outdoor sitting area on the roof with a nice view of the Atlanta Eye. Caution though a lot of smokers go up there.

Great location, nice staff. Updated nice room with kitchenette (only complaint is that some of the utensils and dishes were dirty and had to be hand washed before being able to be used). Awesome little roof deck with beautiful view!

Overall my experience was very positive at this hotel. Pluses: Free Hot Breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Minuses: Suites are quite small for a long stay (I stayed 6 nights), walls seem a little thin — I could hear my neighbours speaking and banging around in the room next door (thankfully they didn't seem to be around too often).

When checking in, the associate at the counter told us to give him a minute as he typed on his computer for a pretty weirdly long time before helping us, which by itself isnt a big deal. Then he gave us the key to our room which was unprepared when we got there (bed was unmade, door was unlocked with the bolt out). We explained to the desk and were quickly given a new room and upgraded to a more spacious room. The room was nice and clean for the most part although there were some hairs on the towels in the bathroom.

There is no parking lot for this hotel, parking is $30 a Day valet only. I called before my stay to inquire about this and the staff was combative. After effort I was able to cancel my reservation. It’s just not the caring nature I am accustomed to from a Hilton. I can’t expense valet parking since I work for a non profit, and I Am handicapped and cannot walk far.

Very nice hotel, staff, & room! Especially loved the modern deco of the room & the shower was AWESOME! Look forward to staying again in the future.

Very nice rooms! Alexis was great, friendly and helpful! Valet staff and others at the front desk could benefit from more customer service training. Valet are not very friendly nor helpful with information or assistance with bags. One young lady at the desk, I won't mention her name publicly, is better at creating obstacles rather than solutions. Management, please step in and assist your staff.

The room was very nice and the staff were personable and helpful. The free breakfast was about what you'd expect from this level of Hilton property, not amazing, but good enough. My only real complaint is that for a massive room with a kitchenette, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet was awkwardly placed.

Heart of the city with a spectacular view of the city's giant ferris wheel up close, CNN Center, World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Park! Walking distance to the best attractions and restaurants. Beautiful, modern hotel, fully stocked lobby bar. No parking lot, but valet service available. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful rooms with full kitchen and dishes, even a dishwasher!

Awesome hotel! I can't think of anything bad to say about my room. Bathroom was great also. I really need this shower at home. Decor was very cool.

Clean room. Very modern with a great layout. Staff was friendly. I love that I was able to bring my dog along. The location is great too! We walked everywhere and didn't feel like it took too long to get where we need to be in any direction.

We are staying during the chaos of Hurricane Irma and you can tell the staff is working through a lot of craziness. There was an issue with our reservation and we had nowhere else to go. The staff did their very best and finally worked out a solution to let us and our 2 dogs stay. Big thank you to Stephen and Anthony for doing everything they could to help us and staying calm, even when I didn't. We are forever grateful for your help and for providing our family with a place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel based on the cleanliness of hotel and extremely helpful staff.

Professional, friendly staff. Nice clean modern rooms. Many items to choose from on the Free breakfast menu. Breakfast was self serve. You can make your own waffles. Many toppings were available for your oatmeal, etc. Walking distance to many of the major attractions. Shakila at the front desk was awesome! Kudos to you girl. Although I am still waiting on the return of my deposit I still felt it was appropriate to give an honest review. Now if they don't return my money that becomes another issue. Sam Mackey I'm still waiting on my deposit. Update: I have not received my refund for the deposit as of yet. I placed a call and left a voicemail message. No one has returned my call.

This is a great hotel for families. Nice room with a great view of centennial Park, just minutes away from everything we wanted to do on this trip. Friendly staff and very clean facilities. Small, but nice workout center and a cool rooftop patio. Tasty breakfasts and good coffee. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. A little sad it doesn't have a pool, but you can't have everything.

Very Enjoyable Experience! The Rooms were very comfortable. Spacious and CLEAN! We stayed for 2 nights due to business ventures in Atlanta. The Staff was very attentive. The breakfast was "Okay" I would expect a little more from the HOME2 Brand, I mean I'm sure people stay here for weeks at a time and they didn't offer a full breakfast. I would FOR SURE Stay here again though!

As far as hotels go, this is by far the best value for what you get. The room is spectacular. I love the touch of wooden floors. Bathroom clean and we enjoyed the full kitchen. I also appreciate the clean energy and recycling policies this company has in place. Would stay at another again hands down no question.

Me and my friends stayed here for Momocon and we loved it! There's a full fridge and kitchen in the room along with many other amenities. The room was also spacious (which was great for fitting all of my friends when we were hanging out). I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to attend an event at the CNN Center or anywhere nearby.

Remarkably friendly staff! Each and every person I spoke with went out of their way to make my stay the best it could be. Spacious rooms. Full kitchen. Solid location. A couple blocks from Centennial Park, World of Coke, lots of great restaurants.

The rooms were clean and nice just the area at night wasn't so pleasant but hotel awesome.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel because it was close (only one block away) from the Centennial Park. Let me say this first — if you reserve the right room, the view of the park and general area is wonderful and one for the books. We stayed on the last floor. There is a rooftop hangout spot where you can use a grill or have a smoke. It really is something because you're facing ATL skyline. The room itself was quite nice. They had just cleaned the floors so everything was nice and clean. The small kitchen is a really nice feature. I ended up using the microwave multiple times during our stay. The fridge was very spacious. What I liked is that unlike the other hotels I've stayed at — this one provided a lot of bath soap and plenty of shampoo. The shower was excellent and has a very futuristic and modern feel. Overall, I will only give a 4/5 stars because of one aspect: the breakfast. I love a good breakfast and so does my girlfriend. Here — there wasn't nuch variety and what they did offer was of low quality. I would rather have some eggs than a pre-packaged egg muffin. Staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to give a helping hand! I very much appreciate the employees there.

Good location if you want to be close to everything there is in the center. The breakfast leaves something to be desired … Actually, it's pretty bad. A small gym but it has enough. There's no bathtub, just shower, and you just get soap and shampoo, that's all.

Because it is in good place.

The receptionist should be more welcoming with the guest.
Breakfast is not very varied.
