The view was amazing. The customer service was lacking perhaps due to COVID-19 staffing reductions. It was a little run down.

I have had Thanksgiving for several years at
Harborside Suites at Little Harbor but the last two years have been disappointing. The room was dirty and was in disrepair. Such a disappointment after years of visiting. The location is great but I think it has changed ownership and management. So sad. We will never return.

Beautiful, great view and super clean. Walking distance from the beach and the sunset grill. Where there is music everyday.

Dirty room, pool closes at 6, not worth 250! Esp when I found it after for $115. Dont waste your time. Checked in and checked right out.

While the staff were superb, the room left a lot to be desired. The sofa was so uncomfortable that it was miserable. The chair was filthy. The shower and bathroom needed a good cleaning as well. The bed was hard and the comforter inside the duvet cover was old and yellowed. Very disappointed that such a nice looking resort was anything but … the view was beautiful, though.

My wife and I stayed here on our journey home from Key West. Clean, spacious and wonderfully located. We walked nextdoor and had dinner and drinks at the Sunset Grill. Listened to the live music and watched a beautiful sunset. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back again for a longer stay.

What an amazing hidden gem. I almost wanted to keep it a secret, but not sharing how great this place was would be selfish of me. Clean, beautifully decorated rooms, many that have balconies overlooking the harbor, pool, hot tub, pier, private beach, boat rentals, numerous outdoor spaces, beautiful sunsets, perfect location, and the rooms were well stocked with items you may need. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs. I highly recommend this place and I will be back.

Very beautiful and relaxing. Maybe a little too quiet. Our suite was sweet. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Towels nicely laid out with toiletries. We will be back.

Very rude staff, dirty old outdated Rooms, In 30 yrs of Hotels and Resorts… This is by Far the WORST!

Poor customer service. We were checked into a room that didnt have a working AC unit. It was a major hassle to get into another room as the front desk claimed they didnt have any rooms available. After wasting 30 to 40 min of our night, they found another room for us. Both rooms needed cosmetic repairs — rusting faucets, leaking tubs, etc. And, some of the furniture had stains. Bed was clean and had fresh linens. Views were decent. Both restaurants were 10 min walk from the hotel.

The experience was excellent, I would recommend if you have never been, it is worth going.

It’s a nice quiet resort. Not a lot to do here. Small pools and “okay” beach. Not super impressed. Decent for the amount spent. Don’t think it will be one of my top choices to stay here again. Rooms need some upgrades.

A very nice place, reasonably priced and certainly worth staying there again. It's very close to a small beach and the Sunset Grill which has decent food and good entertainment.

This place looks like they never clean it! There is mold and pure filth in the public areas. The bathroom by the pool has been under construction for nearly 6 months with NOTHING being done. This morning the one shower had a cigarette butt in the corner imbedded in slimey mold! It has been over a month since I was there last and the one shower stall appears to not have been touched at all! The same bar of soap with the same pubic hair stuck to it is still there! It is quite apparent that guest comfort and health code is not important to them.

This place was a joke. Dog barking loudly in room next to us. Motel is across the street from the " private homemade"beach. Water was so nasty we wouldn't allow our child to get in. Rooms weren't ready when we arrived. Beds old and uncomfy. We left 2 days early it was so bad. The pictures are deceiving on their website. The front desk laughed and said they have told upper management they needed to change it. Worst vacation ever.

If it's a rest and relaxation you desire this is definitely the place you want to be. You Meet totally fabulous people. The views of Tampa and the area around Tampa Bay breathtaking! Call today none of the pictures I took are worthy of the true essence of this Resort! See it for yourself it's the only way!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. You do have access to the amenities at other locations on the resort. I loved watching the sunset from the pier. My only complaint is the electrical outlets… The one behind the bed was hard to get too and took a lot of muscle to move the bed. Also the rooms have tile flooring so wear socks or slippers and remove before getting in bed. Otherwise, sheets may feel gritty.

The room itself was pretty good, except the A/C barely worked. They do have a very large balcony. Another issue is there is only one ice machine for the entire complex that happened to be way on the other side from my building. These are minor compared to the real issue I had with them. First off they only take credit cards so leave the cash at home. A $45 per night hold is charged to your card, $90 for my 2 night stay. I was told it could take 3-5 days to be refunded. About 7 days later I received a reimbursement for $70. When I contacted the front desk they had no information as to the missing $20 I was owed and admitted there was no damage or charges on my account to warrant charges. Still no resolution, attempted emailing their corporate office, requested an itemized statement showing all charges, nothing. I'll give them another couple days before I reverse the charges and get my bank involved. Definitely not a good way to get me thrilled about coming back or recommending this location to anyone.

The house cleaning here is a bit too lax. Dusty fixtures, soap scum in the shower. However the inn seemed to be cleaner and in better repair than the suites. The staff at the inn are far more friendly as well. The beach here is fine, free chairs, and volleyball net but the water is almost black In color and there is seaweed. The beaches on the other side of the bay (about 40 minutes away) are much more beautiful with clear blue waters.

Unfortunately, what we hoped to be a relaxing weekend getaway turned into a miserable evening cut short. We were excited to discover a hidden gem just a short drive from home, a place we could spend weekends as a family relaxing and having fun. Firstly, there was no mention when booking of a $40 a night hold on top of an $8 resort fee but not a huge deal. Secondly, the room was miserably hot! Dead middle of the summer in Florida and the AC was broken. Interestingly enough housekeeping had left the ceiling fans going full force which makes be think that they were aware of the AC being out but that's all speculation.
So, here we were after a long walk from the beach, we were ready to cool down and relax, we ordered dinner to be delivered and once we got to our room we were in misery from the heat. I called the front desk, they said they'd send maintenance, an hour went by and nothing, I called again, they said maintenance would be there shortly. Finally maintenance arrives, after about 30 minutes of tinkering still no AC, temperature continued to rise, my 5 yr old growing weary, then the very sweaty maintenance man says I'm going to need to go to the roof, I'll let you know the outcome, if I cannot fix it, we might be able to get you in another room. So here we wait, again, by now it's after 8pm, still hadn't eaten dinner, who can eat while sitting in a sauna! Ultimately we couldn't take it anymore and requested a refund and checked out.

Where to start. Well at the first glimpse, I really was excited and thought the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The view from our room was the best part of our experience. We had seen the beautiful sunsets and had a nice view of the pool and marina.
As for everything else, it was horrible. There were 8 of us including 3 children. They had 1 small pot and 1 small pan in the kitchen. No baking pans either so we couldn't cook anything in the oven. No spatulas either. The ice machine on the fridge didn't work. We told them the first day and they said they'd put in a work order. The dryer didn't work. When we first was using it, it dripped so much water into the bedroom closet. It smelled mouldy. Closet door handles were broken and no locks on any bedroom doors. The sofa back cushion was ripped and wouldn't zip. The foam was hanging out of it. The vacuum was broken. Housekeeping wasn't an option. There was no broom or mop in the room. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our room was supposed to be upstairs but we had to change with our other guests because there was absolutely no air conditioning up there. This was our first and last time there. We usually go to Orlando but was so excited to do something different. I guess we will go with what we know next time. All week one elevator was working and we usually had a wait time every day of about 5 minutes. On the website it talks about bonfires but nothing was offered once we arrived.

It would have been 5 stars but the Wi-Fi didn't work on our laptop from our room. My sister needed it for her online class so it was important but other than that I had a great stay & the pools and room were great. The beach was a little gross because of so much sea weed but the private beach was really nice.

I was working there. But the hotel was very nice. Would love to stay there. Private beach and fishing pier. Place was very clean. I see areas others don't. So if I say it's nice, it is. We go behind the scenes.

The location is really lovely right next to water. There is a nice but kind of pricey restaurant on-site, but I didn't eat there. The rooms are clean & fairly large but very basic. The front desk staff was friendly & even helped me find a discount rate when the company that referred me there hadn't renewed their discount contract. Because of its location I would stay there again even though I think it's priced too high for what it offers.

Love the property. Excellent views, clean pools, a pool with bar service, one without and one further away. Beach with umbrellas and chairs for guests. Has a restaurant on the property as well as one next door. Shuffleboard is available also. We ran into a few problems. No ice. Ice machine looks to be 20yrs old and can't keep up with excessive use. Office had ice one day but not the next. Cable was being charged while we were there, they left drywall dust and chunks on the closet (not the fault of the facility). Balconies on the upper levels area small but still enjoyable. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.

We arrived at night and it already looked amazing. Everyone from security to the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room had a gorgeous view to the marina. The room was more than we anticipated. We utilized the private beach which was very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice for late evening. We are ate the sunset grill with a lovely view of the water. The Wi-Fi is iffy however wasn't a major concern. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Although a beautiful location, I asked the front desk in advance to please give me a room with a view when I made the reservation. The front desk guy kept telling me no guarantee when I showed up today. Then when he gave me the keys he told me he gave me a room facing the water… but he was weird about it. When I get to the room yes it was facing the water but with two palm tree tops blocking the entire view. I think he knew and that's why he was all weird about it. I hate when people lie. If they couldn't give me a nice view just freaking say so. That really ruined it for me. I was picturing myself sitting in the balcony with a beautiful ocean view.

We chose the Inn at Little Harbour for our our wedding in October of 2016. We booked several rooms including 2 multi story condo like units. The rooms are gorgeous and if you're at the rear of the building you get incredible views of the gulf and all the gorgeous boats in the harbour. The staff did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed and even included the conference room for our welcome dinner for 100 guests. The beach is a short 2 min walk away. There are several dining choices as well as many adventures to take. Rent a wave runner or go on a fishing trip. Come back to the dock with your catch and have Captain Hooks cook it up for you. Doesn't get any better than that.

The location was nice, private beach, nice pool. The room had a dirty floor and was smelling bad (I can't describe the smell), but once in the room wasn't so bad. The staff was ok.

We had a standard room walking the hall the harsh musky smell that hits you make crunch the nose. But a relief it didn't carry to the room. Rooms were clean and turned well. Bathroom was a bit small not made for sharing. It would be nice to see Queen size beds the double bed didn't agree with the Misses. And the most important improvement that can be made is soft close door hearing the other guests coming and going left us with no sleep. Sorry.

Great day, beautiful place friendly staff. Sunset grill a must. Hooks bar and restaurant drinks near the pool was delightful! Fishing, jet Skies were all good. Truly enjoyed it!

This place is a hidden treasure… we had 6 adults and 4 kids, this place was perfect. If u want a perfect place to stay between two large cities… this is it. U are 30 minutes by interstate from St. Petersburg and 30 minutes from downtown Tampa. We rented a pontoon at the marina, and had some of the best food at the Sunset Grill. We also got to take amazing sunset family pictures. They were amazing! We had two, two bedroom suites. We will be back! Loved it.

The quality of the hotel was much better than the other. I stayed there for 2 days and got great sober from the management body of the hotel. The rooms were well spacious. The south corner and the swimming pool all are impressive. I will give priority to this hotel next time.
