Stayed at Delux inn for several weeks while looking for a house. Owners are very attentive and rooms very clean and pleasant. Quiet and comfortable and competitive rates. Would recommend to friends and family.

Good price, Very clean & very nice rooms. Very friendly. One thing that I look for, is the water pressure, I know it sounds crazy. But I have very thick long hair. Got yo get all that salt out before heading out on the town. We'll be staying there again.

Not bad, fully renovated updated rooms, very spacious, very clean, the guy is very cool. Some beds need updated, but overall not bad at all. Worth a stay, surprised me.

Very Nice place, The rooms are very clean, and Nice, The Lighting on the king beds and in the shower definitely gives the room a romantic relaxed feel, The owners were super friendly and helpful, even offered us Drinks at checkout and gave a girl, (Me) some chocolate! The price was amazing for being just a few miles from Clearwater Beach, Very Huge mall not far either about 4 miles for Westfield Mall, And Many great places to eat! Definitely a great pick for a hotel near the beach! We will visit again!

Neil is a wonderful person to work with. I haven't had someone insist on showing me a room (ever) to make sure it was up to my expectations. As far as rate goes you will be hard pressed to find a better value than at the Deluxe Inn at Clearwater. It is a clean, safe place (my room being newly renovated! ) within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants and Neil took the time to tell me about the best places nearby! 6/5 or 12/10 they will address your every need. They truly care about their business and your experience!

The room was very cozy and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay and we'll be back again in the near future.

Delux Inn was very nice and clean. During the night the property is quite. Nil stayed up late awaiting my arrival for check in and parked my motorcycle in front of the lobby. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Horrible experience, the owner was rude and continuously harassed me. Even caught him coming out of my room as I was pulling back up from the beach. I will definitely not stay hear again.

Great place at a great price. We stayed three nights and were very happy with the location. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Delux inn is very clean and comfortable room. Great place to stay near by Clearwater beach, and don't judge from outside. Must go inside to check out rooms. Great location, everything is nearby, nice rates and recommend to stay there.

Early check in. No charge. The host is very cordial and ready to make your visit completely without hassle. The rooms are clean and comfy. The price was fair for the area and the accommodations were good quality. I will stay here when in this area. Late check out. No charge.

Small motel near downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Beach. Very large and clean rooms, comfortable mattress on the king size bed. Small refrigerator and microwave appear new. Great service, friendly hosts and the price is very reasonable. I will stay there again. Thank you!

Horrible service. Rude and creepy. Pervert owner made sexual comments to all three of us girls. Lingered outside our room and window. And kept finding reasons to knock on our door. An hour before check out he came and told us to leave because we weren't sleeping. So you can only stay till check out if you're asleep the whole time? Very unprofessional. Then the creel stood in the doorway while we packed our things and wouldn't leave until we did. The room was hot and humid, and the beds smelled of smoke. It wasn't at all worth the price. Much better options down the road. And don't go alone if you're a female cause he makes you feel VERY unsafe! Fair warning.

The hotel owners are very accommodating and showed great hospitality. Before the hurricane they made food and served all guests for free. They even provided some food for one guest that had forgotten her supplies. The owner checked with each guest before and after the hurricane to ensure they were ok and if they needed anything. The rooms are clean and well kept. Be sure to inform them at time of reserving if you have a pet. They have designated rooms for pets. The owners were onsite and just very compassionate and respectful to all guest. I would suggest this place to family and friends as we were really impressed. Not your typical motel because the owners take care of the rooms. Also, please ensure that you respect the property as they work hard to keep it well maintained. The owners are honest, respectful and nice.

I had to evacuate for hurricaine Irma, I stayed at the Delux Inn, and it was wonderful. Small place with amazing owner. Rooms are clean and very, very homey, they went above and beyond to care for all of us, and with a solid building you could not here the nightmare outside. If you come to Clearwater, fl. Do not pay those huge prices, you are on Gulf To Bay, and close to beaches. I reccomend this to anyone. Sometimes the jewels are in the small family run places. The room was huge and very comfortable. Fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. Bed was so comfy. And all is well.

My 3 week week staying at the Lux in with one of the most Pleasant stays I've had in a hotel I just recently went to San Antonio and stayed at the Marriott downtown hotel here was better than at the Marriott and is far less cheaper.

So comfortable, quiet, clean and agreeable. I had a small cozy room which had everything I needed. Lovely staff downside is 10am checkout.

It is cute. Like a small apartment. It's not updated. It has a kitchen area with a regular size fridge and sink. It has a closet. Large shower. Rooms are kind of dim. There are no bright lights. No mirror except in the bathroom. Floors need to be mopped as they were dusty. Sheets and bedding were clean. The area is quiet and not far from the beach. We got a good rate and the owners were very nice and easy to deal with. The owner also gave us some free water bottles for the room. This is a good place for families.

Great place. Nice people who recently bought it are renovating and making it even more beautiful on the inside. It's small ok the outside but a must see! Great rates and pets allowed. Also has great prices for extended stays. I shopped around and this was the most reasonable place. Thank you. You saved us. We had just come for NY with a uhaul truck and car in tow and thought our new home was ready but we needed a few days to stay until it was. Thank you so much!

The motel have great rates and sleep very good. The staff there are very great. I had a great experience. Try them for self and findout.

Charged me extra 100 cause they said I smoked in the room. I wish I did now so they would charged me for something I actually did. Will never stay there again. I advise you not to either.

Awesome hotel with super comfortable beds. We met the owner when we got here and he was an awesome dude. The rooms are newly renovated and very cozy. Price was good even as a last minute guest. Its not too far from the beach (just far enough away to get away from the beach hotel prices) I will definitely be returning to stay here next time I'm in Clearwater. Keep up the good work.

Owner extremely nice and commentating. Room was clean but need some work. Location was decent. Place was under renovation and in the future it will be a beautiful place to stay.

I went at last minute to the hotel they went well in beyond in accommodating me and making sure I was comfortable.
