Very friendly staff. Very new & clean hotel. Myrna is really awesome & was very kind/compassionate when I was explaining why my son & I were staying for the evening. After what had been a nightmare of a week we actually felt safe for the first time in a few days as they have security doors so only residents can enter. Full size fridge w/ microwave & two burner built in stove was a nice touch. Decent gym and lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Nice hot water & reasonably priced vending machines. Large laundry facility. Entire hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay again when back in the area. The only thing that would have made this hotel better is if it had a pool but honestly that wasn't a big deal. Overall this is a very nice place. It was built in 2015 and is kept in immaculate condition so it was like staying in a new apartment home. Bed was a little firm but I like it that way.

This place is infested with roaches, most likely because they only clean the rooms every other week and charge extra if you need it done before. The treatment by staff was horrible. The walls are too thin. You hear everything in the from your neighbors rooms and every time someone walks too hard above you. And coupled with the fact that They only clean every other week, you can smell the filth from everyone's rooms from the hallway. They will take $250 from you if they only suspect that you smoked in the room, without question or proof. You will only find that out after you're checked out and long gone. There are much better options in the area for less.

Great rates, great service, and a great location. Clean & spartan rooms. But you should bring your own utensils, pots, and pans. Kitchen sponge, dish soap, p/towels & tissues. :) Great TV and easy parking.

I love this place. The staff are so hardworking, nice and friendly, Mirna M is always so helpful and and treats everyone with respect. It's just like family here. I will always recommend this place to everyone. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. What a great place to stay…

This facility is clean and comfortable. I was only here for a few days but this place is especially good for the long haul. The laundry facilities are better than most laundromats. The fitness facility are excellent. You can walk to the Longhorn for great steaks.

Clean spacious rooms. Linens were clean and bed + pillow were comfy. All appliances worked perfectly. Be sure to understand what you're getting here, in other words some hotel accommodations that you're used to are not available here such as toiletries or daily room cleanings, as this is an extended stay hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We came for the theme parks + beaches and quickly realized other guests were here for different life situations. Overall, great stay.

Nothing short from lovely. My daughter and I have stayed at this location twice now and both times have been amazing. The hotel is clean, safe and simple. This location is right in the middle of everything. 6 min walk to plazas or a 3 min drive. The hotel is pet and child friendly. The staff are amazing, and their customer service is A 1! MIRENA and ERIN hands down made my daughter's and my stay an amazing experience!

Great place for the price. Nice clean rooms. Kitchenette with plenty of cabinets and places to put your clothes and essentials. Love it here!

I think my star evaluation is between 3.0-3.6. The location is great! you cannot beat it. The hotel is clean and newly furnished. The stuff is friendly. You cannot argue it. The rate is a bit higher, I think. We paid $145 for a day. More amenities are needed, such as fork, pan or basic cooking stuff. Considering having a fringe, cooker, and micro at the room, you will need some stuff to cook or bring your own. The bed is queen but it is a small sized queen. The pillows is like empty. Not comfortable. The walls are thin like a paper, you can hear almost all move of people supstairs and next to you. Again? maybe maybe not.

Other than the same as everywhere, no smoking, the place was great. The staff was great, Mirna was great, very attentive, very Lively… a great person! all the staff was great to us. I would love to come back again and would recommend it to anyone.

Not the best experience, over priced, we drove 2 days to get here, 2hrs from the hotel we called to let them know we were running behind. We were told they didn't have a room for us, we had a reservation for 8 days. We finished our drive, went in anyway he found a room, not what we reserved but at least it was something. There rooms offer a fridge, cooktop, and microwave, but they have no cooking pots, pans or utensils. We were offered an option to go to the lobby the next morning at 7am as first come first serve to try to try to get the room we reserved. We passed and got a refund for the days not used. They do not have any kind of Continental breakfast, only coffee in the lobby. No pool. The building is hidden behind other businesses, hard to find. Pets are allowed, but wanted to charge me $50 for my dog to stay!

Reasonable rates, which we appreciated for our 5 night stay. Personal, friendly, informative front desk staff. I saw a few of the orher reviews complaining about the lack of housekeeping, we didn't mind this at all. We enjoy our privacy. If we needed anything we checked at the front desk. We took our linens down as needed in the provided basket and received, fresh clean replacements. If you will be utilizing the kitchen, bring pots, pans and utensils. Public Grocery Store is close by and you can pick up plastic ware and paper plates and all your grocery needs. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend and stay here again. Basic simple accommodations. Mirna provided professional and friendly customer service. The suite had large fridge, microwave, and two burner stovetop. The suite I stayed in was clean and quiet. Hotel is close to restaurants, gas, and Walmart. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Clean and in a good area. Short drive down Bay Drive, straight to the beaches. Shopping and restaurants near by. Longhorn Steakhouse next door. Quiet and peaceful. Stayed 9 days and enjoyed every one of them.

Bed and pillows were a bit hard for my taste. You can hear stomping and activity from above, other than that it is clean with large size rooms, laundry service is nice, I enjoyed my stay.

Well where do I begin? I arrived at the hotel, when I did if anyway we could upgrade to a bigger room? I was told by the lady at desk it couldn't happen, they had nothing. The place was full of people staying long term on property! Even though website, said they had availability. Went to desk after arriving also — and asked if they had any silverware, pots, pans — anything as they have kitchenette's! NOTHING! they said for $30.00 they would provide to you — what a scam! We went out and bought things to get by! Next day, after no sleep all night-and lack of proper bedding, we asked for pillows — the story gets better, we were told they had none — waiting for shipment! They did after waiting all day, did provide. NO SERVICE all 3 days we were there and when asked if we could get any — the next girl told us that have to be there 2 weeks! No toiletries PERIOD provided! Room was clean yes, but bathroom, needed work! Hair all over! Lady next store to our room up all night door banging in/ out — Shady characters in/ out of building all night long — doors banging! Was a nightmare! NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed 9 nights. Very nice extended stay hotel. Quiet. Convenient location. Clean. Can't go wrong here.

Good place to stay with family, this close to food places and shopping center, the staff treatment is very good, they are very friendly and there is free Wi-Fi.

Good condition hotel, good cenyric location, reasonable prices, very clean, friendly staff. Few bad things: coffee machine is limmited until 12pm, haven't have room service for 4 days. Overall good hotel.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Its hard to find a place this nice at a better plus if you go to their website and sign up you get 10 percent off.

So far, we've had a good experience here. It's clean, modern, there's little to no riffraff hanging around outside, I feel safe to come out any time of the day or night and enjoy the breeze and palm trees. This place seems to be a hidden gem in the area. If you're traveling or relocating, definitely try this place.

You have to get your own towels, soap, iron and iron board, toilet paper at the front desk every day. You have to take a basket with dirty towels to front desk so they can give you clean ones. I stayed there for one week… The room was never cleaned. It's an extended stay so most of the people actually live there… kind of weird. The location was good and the hotel is fairly new… But I don't recommend it!

Amazing hotel. I would rate it 6 stars if I could. Building is clean, brand new and super Nice. And I almost thought it was a scam because how cheap it was. I got one night for about 85$ a night for 3 nights. I would completely recommend. Good parking too. Definitely my go too Clearwater hotel.

Very clean, rooms are a wee bit small but have full size microwave, refrigerator, stove and TV. — Right next to Wal-Mart and WaS as — 50 channels of cable, good one's — Many bus lines nearby: 19, 34, 59, 79, 52, etc. — No pool though — Longhorn Stake house, out your back door — Taco Bell, and many others — Rooms are well sound proofed, didn't hear a thing — Bring your own coffee maker — none — Nice area and the building looks like it'd be an overly expensive room, but mine was out-the-door $68 . I feel that it was a great deal for this cost and I stayed on a Tuesday, August 2017. This was one of my all time favorite rooms. The staff was kind, cordial and professional. I hope your stay is as good as mine.

Terrible place. There is a "Gentelmens club" up the street that houses their dancers at this hotel. It is full of sketchy people. The rooms were mediocre and there were constantly people walking around the hallways with no shirt on. Look somewhere else if you want to sleep with a sense of safety.

This is an extended stay hotel that has recently been remodeled. The full size refrigerator and microwave were very nice. The cooktop was quick to heat up and easy to use. Our first meal there was great. The beds were comfortable and the TV was nice. They have a nice workout area and a very nice laundry center that takes credit cards. You have to provide your own cookware and utensils, so be prepared. Every single staff member we encountered in the 5 days we spent there (our A. C. Was out in our condo over the weekend) was very friendly and accommodating, even when they were off the clock. As with any extended stay, there were some people that were living there. Not one of them was unfriendly or sketchy. I was actually impressed with the price, too.

We had 10 people so sho said we needed 2 suites that had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa in each room. We arrived after our 17 hour drive to be told that they do not havethe accommodations that we reserved. They said they do not have ANY rooms with pull out sofas. They flat out refused to help us in any way. 4 people in my family had no bed to sleep in. We all tried to squeeze in and my 75 year old mother fell out of the bed onto the hard floor during the night. I tried again the next day to see if they would remedy their mistake but they just said it wasn't their fault, it was the call center's fault. The call center said it was the Manager's fault. All I know is that it 100% was not my fault and no one would help us.

The service here was awful. The corporate lied about features of the room, and tried to charge us an entire other room for our stay. Once confronted, they tried to play off as if nothing happened. Also, they refused to send a conformation email until my father confronted them for hours. Awful place. Do not recommend.

The facilities are nice, and clean. I used to rave about this place. However, now it has gone to the dogs. Upon checking in we were located next to 3 separate rooms with dogs. Not just a couple of them either. I've counted 9 individual canines. That bark at varying hours equaling more than 2/3 my entire stay. At over 400 a week to stay here one should NOT HAVE LISTEN TO BARKING DOGS! When I complained they assured me the issue would be taken care of. It has not. Nor will it obviously be. They have no cleaning supplies available in the fitness center. The room above us has small children or they are partying non stop. One or the other. I have not been afforded sleep my entire stay. Not restful sleep anyway. From dogs barking to stuff being moved across the ceiling all night every night there is zero peace here. Go elsewhere for a restful night.

Stayed an entire week while looking for an apartment after moving to Tampa from out of town. Hotel was clean with no bugs. Offered amenities like 24 hour fitness and onsite laundry. Great location next to Wal-Mart and lots of chain restaurants.

Great Value, no frills hotel. This hotel was affordably priced and is located right off US 19. The facility is new and clean, with firm beds and a full size refrigerator. No coffee or coffeemakers in the rooms or lobby. Horrible shower head, barely a trickle. Overall a great value, just buy your coffee from Einsteins next door.

I can't complain. The room was clean and the doors close quietly. Good rates in a good safe location right near a good bagel shop. I would stay here again.

I agreed to take a room with one double bed instead of two that was in my reservation. The room was clean but noisy, being the closest room to the highway. I asked to be moved away from the highway but after waiting more than a day to be moved I checked out and found a real hotel. Their claim that they provide a 'fully equipped kitchen' is a farce, although there was a fridge, microwave and a two burner stove there was NO POTS, NO PANS, NO PLATES, NO CUPS, NO CUTLERY NOT EVEN A COFFEE MAKER. Not fully equipped.

Mostly nice staff, my biggest complaints are that 1) on multiple occasions they were out of necessities like trash bags and hand towels. And 2) that the front desk called us late at night to tell us about noise complaints when our baby son was crying. As if we didn't already know, or wasn't trying to fix the situation. I found that rude since it obviously wasn't like they were just running around playing. Besides that we had a pleasant stay.

Even the basic rate rooms have a full size refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink! Laminate flooring. Very clean, and unlike other hotels in this price range — no weird smells. Hotel is only 9 months old. No free breakfast but the price more than makes up for it. Will definitely stay again.

Everything is very good from the decor, the attention and even the cleanliness. I recommend it.
