We didn't stay there. We used the conference room for a family reunion. It was small. They had a lot of tables and chairs. They had a small dorm refrigerator and it was stocked with water. They had a short counter we put the food on. It was nearly $300 for four hours. We cleaned it before we left. We had a good time. House keeping was friendly.

Refrigerator did not work properly and was leaking water from it defrostingmaking the carpet wet, bed sheets did not appear to have been changed as there were hair in the sheets that was not ours. Bathtub was not cleaned either. The entire room just felt nasty. Expected more as our frequent stays at other locations have always been great.

Room was nice clean check in was smooth but when asked if pool was open was told no it was closed I then asked when would be open again she staed soon as breafast begins we went down for breakfast at 9 am pool was never opened till 930 when we were done with breakfast and getting ready to check out swim wouldve been nice b4 we started our day but by then was to late for us … breakfast was good was pancake machine was out if order and only bread was biscuits and cinn rolls not one muffin in bread box not one piece of bread in bread box and never was entire breakfast but the girl cleaned it like there was food in it so maybe 9 am was to late for toast the oj tasted like machine needs cleaning considering we live in fl the oj should always be above board but the tasted like a box drink out of a dirty box will stay again but maybe eat in town next time.

A fabulous place to stay! Beds are super comfortable! Breakfast is awesome. Evening wine and snacks are a great touch! All complimentary and served up with a smile.

Staff very nice. Nice pool. Happy hour was good. Very good breakfast.

Its was clean and friendly. I would recommend this to a friend.

Traveling with kids is never an easy task. Our youngest had a melt down in the car on our way back to our home state and we only had two more hours to our next stopping point. She wasn't having it so we just had to pull over and get her out of the car! Last minute reservation? No problem here! Staff was so friendly not to mention gave our kids a little snack to hold them over until breakfast. So sweet. Rooms were fairly priced and very clean. Can't say we will ever be back to Perry, Florida but on the off chance we do find ourselves here again we will be stayinghere. No doubts.

It use to be a favorite stop on way to and from, in October 2017, we stayed there as it was almost 2am and too tired to leave and go elsewhere. 2 adjoining rooms the ""Presidential Suite" was in every aspect from linens, floor,, to worn out furniture was, in no exaggeration, filthy.

Stayed for 2 weeks and you are not going to find a more friendlier staff. Accamamadations are what you expect from holiday inn. And the breakfast was waa above average. And I have never seen a hotel have a free HAPPY hour for guest that included beverages and soup and salad every evening. Would defiantly recommend this place.

The best place to stay in perry fl by far. Front desk help 100% sweet and helpful. Never rude.

Decent hotel but beds are very hard. Will not stay there again. Next time it will be the Hampton inn.

Stayed 2 nights. No internet, caused hardship trying to work. Informed the front desk and maids three times that the toilet seat was broken, never got a response and never repaired/replaced. However, there are multiple premium channels (HBO and Cinemax).

Shout out to Joe and Jessie and all the staff at this hotel for their hospitality to south Florida weary evacuees for sheltering us in their Lobby and letting some of us rest in our cars in their parking lot since all rooms were taken. We were headed toward Atlanta and there was no room at any of the inns. We were exhausted. Thank you so much God Bless you.

Hotel is pretty new. The rooms are nice and clean. The people friendly. Problems: Could only use their so called high speed internet intermittently. When you could connect to it you would have to re log in every 5 minutes. Took the kids to the pool and quickly left. There was dead lizard and bugs in the pool. Around the sides was algae/mildew. It really needed to be cleaned.

Location was great! Rooms were comparably spacious and very clean. We saw lots of cute frogs and lizards near the front entrance :)

Excellent location, excellent value. Breakfast included, manager's reception quite nice with wine, beer and snacks. Rooms clean and recently oainted. Staff very helpful.

Not very many hotel options in this area. It was close to midnight when we found this hotel we had a great experience from beginning to end. Barbara at the front desk was very welcoming she definitely has top notch customer service. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good and the coffee was definitely strong. Definitely would stay there again.

It was a great night after a long day the rooms were clean and spacious with a decent sized bathroom.

Check in was a breeze, front desk knowledgeable and friendly, request for a king single room was honored, room was squeaky clean, good nights sleep, what else can you ask for?

Well kept clean and nice place, I've delivered many pizzas there and the staff is wonderful.

It's was clean and had very friendly staff.

The General Manager has no heart. I could have rented all his rooms for our wedding with my fiancé who is dying of cancer but because it's a "busy" weekend rates are doubled and he can't reserve them for me without a deposit and $250 a night. Really? No wedding discount because it's a busy weekend. He must have never lost someone to cancer.

I really like this hotel. I generally stay there while in Perry on buisness. It's the newest in town and features good beds, quiet rooms and a good breakfast buffet. The only downside is a lack of restaurants within walking distance but the happy hour makes up for that.

Exceptional service, clean and great continental breakfast.
