Very nice and comfortable.

This is the worse motel I've ever stayed in. We arrived late as we were traveling. I booked the room online. Thinking it must be decent since it's a choice hotel. I was totally wrong. The room was unbearable hot when we got there around 9:30PM. I turned the AC on immediately and it didn't cool down enough for me to sleep until 2:00AM. The sheets had stains on them. The mattresses were stained and uncomfortable. I slept fully clothed on top of the sheets. After I stripped my bed. Then covered the pillows with my own personal towles. There is no way I was taking a shower. Because the bathroom was nasty. The AC leaked on to the ground inside the room. The room smelled horrible. Was woken up by a house keeping (I use that term very loosely). The lady that woke me up was white and probably in her 30's. She didn't have any teeth and I had a hard time understanding what she was saying. Overall this place is disgusting. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst hotel every. The tall girl that works there be messaging and calling all the guys even my old man that's from Orlando begging for money. Sex. Always on her phone to loud when you ask her a question go in the room with the workers close the door and all even comes back to the hotel after work in the evening time. The girl with the glasses can't think of her name she does a great job. When we need something always haves a smile on her face.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place was terrible. The room was very crummy and the staff was so rude. We had tried to cancel our booking & contacted the website. I was told it was denied, so when I came in I asked the managers and they told me they had never contacted them. When asked if I should call again they then told me they had called and they refused to let me cancel.

Room was fairly clean. Badly in need of updating. Charge $20 per dog pet fee, but we got them to cut that in half. They put us in a room that had multiple children and adults on the floor above us. They had dozens of other rooms to put us in, there were only ten other rooms occupied. We heard yelling and running across the floor from 8 until well after midnight. They had a hot waffle iron but no waffle mixture, cereal but no milk and offered to make more coffee when they ran out but would only make a quarter of a pot. You aren't allowed to take any food or drink back to your room to eat it. Tub is very slippery, probably dangerous for older adults.

You get what you pay for. There's stains, a musty smell, and a broken door knob. Staff were nice. Beds were decent. So all in all it was okay.

This is the worst motel/inn I've stayed at in the US. The service desk was slow. Even though the place may be old but how dirty our rooms made it unpleasant. The urine smell, the molding ground coffee left in the coffee maker, Tupperware containers with mold left from previous guests were still there, the so called free continental breakfast was completely gone by 9am, etc. I wouldn't dare walk around with barefeet or shower here.

Room was clean. Nice sized. Mattresses are AWFUL! They are hard as rocks. It was quiet. It's an older building so we could every door shut around us but for the price it wasn't bad.

This hotel is terrible. Staff is very unfriendly. My roof was leaking on the first floor. Had to move too another room at 1:00am. The next day when I came in from work my room still wasn’t cleaned at 6:00pm. No towels, trash wasn’t taken out, and bed wasn’t made. I went an asked for my money back an he refused to refund me any amount at all after I had paid for a week an only stayed one night. I was very upset. I also witnessed them doubling prices for hurricane evacuees.

Room was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was pretty poor but… I would stay there again.

Stayed here 3 nights. Tons of parking for hotshots or semis. Quiet and dog friendly.

Great beds soft comfortable room was clean but they need to air them out they have a musty smell that was not appealing other than that just fine.

This is the worst place I have ever been in. If you are looking for a nightmarish experience this is the place for you. Smelly rooms, unfriendly staff will little or no breakfast in the morning. If this place was rated — negative 5 stars — it would probably be the first on the list. It is a real shame that places like Choice hotels and Priceline advertise it. Infact they should be the once to pay you to stay there and not the other way around. If you have booked online, do not give the receptionist at the hotel your credit card because you may get charged again — and will loose an hour arguing. You will end up calling you credit card company — and Priceline which will call the owner Mr. PATEL and tell him NOT to double charge you. What can I tell you — avoid it.

Budget motel but my room was clean and large. Bed was comfortable but bathroom was a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was okay. Insanely large amount of parking for those towing trailers. Nothing fancy but a great place to stay coming from Tampa or points South for FSU Football.

We stayed there during Hurricane Irma. It's not fancy but it's clean. They do also have Continental Breakfast. The owners are very nice.

I was just happy they were no bed bugs. Considering I was looking for a cheap room that was my biggest concern.

We were coming home from running away from hurricane Irma. We could not find a Room anywhere. I pulled into my old Hometown Perry Florida polden to the kao way she had a cabin available but wouldn't let us in until one o'clock in the afternoon it was 9:00 a. M. In the morning we were exhausted handicapped and she would not let us into our Room or the cabin brother. So I called the roadway in to see if they had anything available so that I could go into a Room right now at 9 o'clock in the morning and he said yeah come on. I pulled in he gave me my key and we went and laid our head down on our pillows. 5 hours later when we woke to try to hit the road again to get home from this darned hurricane I think both of them profusely and told them I would recommend others to their hotel and that I would be back again some day. I want to thank you again thank you so much for your hospitality and letting us stay in that Room so early in the morning. Folks these are some good people.

This hotel stole my tablet after I left it in the room by mistake. I called an hour after we left and told them I left it and the manager said it wasn't there. He either lied or covered up for someone. They took advantage of us and we were trying to evacuate from a hurricane! Do NOT STAY HERE. They lie or are thieves! HORRIBLE!

This hotel was disgusting. Wouldn't even take a shower there. Bugs, smell, the carpet was wet. Had to walk around in shoes in the room. Only reason we stayed was because there were no rooms available for miles due to evacuation of the hurricane. Cannot believe it's part of choice hotels.

Exceptional! Friendly management willing to help and not price gouge during this hurricane when many Floridians are fleeing! Above all this says something about a great honest business these folks are running! Rooms are spacious, clean and affordable! If and when I head up this way again I will choose Rodeway Inn!

Everything was great from the time I opened the door to rent a room. The hotel attendants were great. Helpful just wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, sspacious, very clean. Well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel stay.

Ok room just needs more outlets… nice people.

A/C won't cool room down. Stuck us on 2nd floor even though 1st floor rooms were available. Short shower heads. Went for refund on remaining nights and was charged 70.00+ a night for the one night we stayed.

Everything was fine except the showers. The showers are about 5 ft off the ground which made it impossible to shower.

Had a very nice at the Roadway Inn in Perry Florida. Newly renovated will give this hotel a 10. Recommend anyone to stay at this site. Yours truly John Wilson.

I've stayed here multiple times and it's a nice clean spacious room at an affordable price. Now if you're looking for service beyond an affordable price look somewhere else and expect to pay way more.

A great place at a great rate! The family and I were in town for a wedding and we were very fortunate to have found this hotel. The hotel had a lot of renovations done and it looked great! The staff was very helpful and polite. Don't pay attention to the very old reviews because this place is much better now. If we're ever in town again we'll be staying here.

FABULOUS! We were absolutely amazed. The rooms are very large. Nicely painted. Good carpet. The bed linens are new and clean. There is a nice TV, microwave and fridge. Brand new hair dryer. Wow. We are very happy with the room, price and friendliness of the staff. Don't hesitate to come here.

We stay last night rooms are updated furniture are update, new carpet, clean linen… Nice for the reasonable price, they just need to take care is the shower head… Rest is good… I recomend this motel for tired traveler… The staff very friendly and helpful…

This place was absolutely disgusting. The furniture is falling apart. There is water damage everywhere. The shower curtin is one glance from falling. The sheets are dirty and look like someone shook a rug out on them. The microwave and fridge haven't been cleaned what so ever. The floors are not vacuumed. I could have paid less and stayed next door with the roaches.

Second time here and for the price you pay you get a lot in my opinion. I don't understand how people expect 5 star accommodations for an economical price. If you want those type of accommodations look somewhere else and expect to pay high prices. What you get here is friendly service, ample room with nice amenities for an economical price.

The room was large. A couple minor issues but overall a good value.

This motel is now called the Americas Best Value Inn. If you are just looking for a clean bed for the night at a very low price this will work for you. This is a basic hotel which has a 50ish FL flavor, and I don't think it has been redecorated since then. Cable was good. DSL ok, Breakfast just cereal and some honey bun rolls. Clean, but very old motel. $49.50 for the night.
