As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted by the front desk clerk in a friendly manner. We were checked in quickly. When we got into our room, it smelled fresh and everything was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was nice and hot and the water pressure was awesome. We brought our fur baby along and I really like that the hotel is pet friendly. When I was doing my research on hotels in the area that were pet friendly, most of them had poor reviews, but not Holiday Inn, this hotel is amazing and the price per night is very reasonable for any budget. The next time we travel, we will look to stay at a Holiday Inn for sure.

To be one of the host hotels for the sunbelt basketball tournament. The parking lot is to small for busses. The hotel could have reserved some parking spots.

Beautiful place great people love the staff. Will always recommend this place to others and this is our stay in Pensacola.

There are not enough stars to check for this special place. We stayed 7 days due to our daughter being hospitalized. Each day, managers, front desk ladies and other staff would ask how she was doing offering thoughts and prayers…

Nice rooms. Very modern, up to date and stylish. Check in was fast and easy. And they have a hotel bar and restaurant.

It was amazing bed was really soft great pillows.

Hotel is great. The only problem is the lackluster food served for breakfast. They can’t cook eggs to save their lives.

Very clean. Pet friendly. (50$ fee) Really good breakfast choices. No free breakfast buffet but was offered a breakfast coupon for 5$ then was able to choose anything on menu. Great value. Great suggestion for dinner! A little off freeway but worth it.

Its’s Beautiful here! I haven’t been in a Holiday Inn in so long. It’s very cozy, modern and clean!

We’ve stayed here twice and enjoy each stay. There is a nice patio area in the back to hangout, and a decent size pool as well. The workers were very friendly and almost always greeted us at the door. The rooms looked recently remodeled but the new style choice is somewhat questionable.

Great Service. Stayed here on a long road trip. Checked out and left a bag in the lobby. Called the hotel from the next stop on the road trip and the staff was wonderful. They found my bag and shipped it home for me. Bag still had expensive electronics and meds in it when it arrived. Can’t thank your staff enough. Great Job.

Amazing experience. A breath of fresh air as you walk into the lobby. Rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Exactly what you expect from a holiday inn. The beds are so comfortable, the staff is friendly and the rooms are quiet. We got a little worried while walking down the hall to our room because we could hear noise from guests in other rooms. As soon as we got in our room and shut the door, it was quiet and peaceful, despite the hotel being pretty busy. The blackout curtain is a pull down one and sits flush with the window so no light creeps in. The bathroom mirror is surrounded by a light, making it amazing for putting on makeup (and I feel like I need this in my bathroom at home now). There are SO MANY outlets, no more arguing over who's charging what, seriously I think my son counted 20 and then found a few more.

Location: my husband was in town for work, so the location was great. Shopping and eating is convenient. The hotel restaurant & bar is excellent! The rooms are nice. They have new mattresses too. Everyone was very friendly! The only issue is initially entering the parking lot. A Hilton hotel is right next to it. I turned into their parking lot thinking it was the Holiday Inn's but the craziness is you can only turn right, then go down two traffic lights, make a u-turn, come back pass the Holiday Inn and then make another u-turn to get back to the Holiday Inn parking lot. I think they need a shorter sign that sits really close to Davis Hwy with an arrow pointing you into their driveway so you don't miss it. I found out during my first visit other guests had to do the exact same thing but once you know you will make sure not to miss it again!

Went to the bar and I love the bartender Angela very professional, beautiful sweet girl.

Very clean and accomodating… Angela is DA BOMB DOT COM! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Marky Mark at the bar is the realest. Will be staying with them again next time I'm in the area.

Absolute best place in pensacola to have a training of meeting. They take excellent care of you. The meeting rooms are set up perfectly. The staff is 5 star +!

Location is great. Close to the university and my sisters apartment to visit. Service has been great and enjoyed the breakfast.

Our family has stayed here several times in the past 2 years. We've always been happy with our experience. The staff has always gone above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating! Recently they updated the rooms which look nice and clean. We recommend staying here!

A little off topic, however I was hired to build a fence around the pool area and I must say this is one of the best fences we ever built. The owners number one mission in his quest to have the best fence in town is to help give his customers the best expeirence possible. I can say he took no short cuts and could have gone cheaper but as stated before he wanted the best, he also has more updates he is excited to get to. I am very impressed at his willingness to please his customers and although I did not stay over night and can not comment on the rooms I was taken on a tour of some other places in to hotel such as kitchen and I must say everything is very clean and I would recommend this hotel whether your staying over night or just want a good breakfast or dinner, they have it all!

Great room right off the highway. Short stop on our way to Orlando. Cold a/c, hot shower what more could you ask for?

Great getaway for business, taking a course or leisure. Renovated, new gym, new rooms, restaurant, great staff. Pool still being renovated. Get discounted rate.

Rooms are small in a bit dated, but if you are looking for a budget place to stay in Pensacola it is certainly serviceable and you will feel safe and comfortable.

Pretty good place for grabbing a bed while on a road trip. Staff is friendly and has a full service restaurant on the first floor. Only issue is the access from Davis highway.

We weren't able to get a room because they were under construction but we walked over to eat from the Hilton next door. The restaurant was inviting, the help was great, & the food was very good. Hopefully if we stop off in Pensacola again we can stay there, but would definitely eat at the restaurant again.

Stay away until after these renovations are complete! I wish I could upload this video for you to hear the insane noise of hammering sawing and drilling… oh yes the drilling is the best (and loudest) We are taking a conference call so we called the Front Desk, but her hands were tied because the contractor told her they will not stop. She suggested we move to the lobby. It’s so loud you can’t hear yourself speak.

The people are friendly, service is very good. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, Florida, L. A. N. Y. And Chicago and this particular HI is by far the best. Thank you.

Newly renovated, it certainly is not the Holiday Inn that I remember. The beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were very clean and they are pet friendly (no more than 2) Ashley was at the front desk and she could certainly tell we were road weary. Check in was fast and she was so very polite to my parents (both in their 70's) that they even commented on her lovely smile. Lol. Holiday Inn has my business if all hotels base their changes on this one!

Great room brand new facility. It still has some bugs to work out. They are still painting and you are greeted with a smell of oil-based paint at the front door. They are still painting the fire escapes. Back door to the parking lot would not work with room key so you had to go all the way around and the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. I'm sure this will be a very nice place once they get it all worked out.

Business traveler and long time IHG rewards member. Overall the hotel was nice although, I do enjoy a hot breakfast with no additional charge. Not a big deal. My complaint lies with the front desk on 6/2/16. I had a schedule change last minute and had to check out late. 4pm. At check-out, I was informed I'd be charged for an additional day. As I just saw house keeping still working upstairs, I suggested I'd pay 1/2 day and the room could be cleaned and potentially sold that night. I was met with " sorry it doesn't work that way". I hope the additional $139 was worth it to you because I won't be back!

This hotel gave ME LIFE! Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean even the room (I had two) I even give five stars to the HOUSE CLEANING STAFF. When I return I will be at this location.

I stayed here one evening after a long day on the road. The staff was professional, the room was clean, and the environment hinted that we spent more money than we did. We had an early start the next day and decided to eat breakfast at the hotel. We arrived exactly when the restaurant opened, our waiter was curt and polite, and the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are passing through the area and need a place to rest your head.

This hotel was amazing! We were in town for the week for our daughter's college graduation and these folks went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations to help make our special event even more special. The pool was fabulous (warm in Dec) and the hot tub quite relaxing. The tv's in the room are bigger than other hotels I've stayed at (even Holiday Inn's) and the channel lineup was incredible (again, more channels than I have ever seen in a hotel). The location to the University and Interstate was part of my reason for picking this hotel (there's lots available). We used the lobby restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious and the ladies working there were nice and funny.

Staff is very customer service oriented. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love this hotel stay here every time I am in town.

We wanted to find a place right off the road to keep our return trip shorter and this fit the bill. It's a 3-star but might as well be 4 with friendly staff and nice accommodations. The restaurant was good too with a decent happy hour.
