Just stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice hotel. Very clean. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Robin, the breakfast attendant was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Very nice room for the money.

This place isn’t worth $200, and the guy at the front gave only one key card? Also the pool is very, very tiny. We were placed in the 2nd building-no cart. Had to cart stuff up the steps with a hurt knee and my husband with a bad back… Unacceptable, and very, VERY dissatisfied…

This is officially my new place to stay EVERY TIME Im in this area. Hotel was lovely inside. Our room was amazing. Food was delicious. The nightime lady at the desk was the sweetest. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She was the cherry on top.

Came down to visit friends stationed at eglin afb. When checking in I was pestered to join the rewards club. I politely say I'm not interested. What happens next? ignoring me like a car dealership the issue keeps being pushed, including notes being slipped under my door after one night of my stay to say how many points I'm missing out on. So nice hotel and all, just expect to be harrassed if you're not a rewards member. Why listen to when someone says no and is there to relax. Keep pestering them…

I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express August 5th and the 6th.
I came to FL with my good friend for a wedding and we both liked the friendly staff at this Holiday Inn, we liked the very clean rooms, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The hotel was very dirty, stunk and poorly maintained. And should have cost a whole lot less than $230 a night. We found 3 different strands of hair in the bed, the tub had a yellow ring in it. The base boards were dirty and the floor tiles cracked. The room also smelled old and moldy.

It was a great place to stay. Very friendly front desk staff. We had a wonderful time.

Great hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Also, it is a short drive to base if you have business there, and it is just far enough from the beach that there is no traffic issues during peak vacation times. I will continue to use this hotel when I am in the area.

The breakfast was decent and includes; omelets, pancakes, cerial, oatmeal, fruit, coffee and juices. The walls are relatively thin and you can hear conversations down the hallway or in the next room. Overall, great hotel for an event at Eglin AFB and surrounding airfields.

Door didn't have automatic dead bolt. Room was… humid or frigid — nothing in between. Thin walls. Shady characters in surrounding area. As a single young woman I just didn't feel very safe. Friendly staff. Breakfast was hot. Coffee was available.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I checked in for an extended work stay and they made this place feel like home. It was a relief to check in with staff that is knowledgeable and quick. Thank you for the excellent service! Also, the location is central and perfect for getting out and about.

Everything was exceptional during my stay. The only concern I had was the shower drain being clogged which they took care of immediately, but talking to other guests, they had the same issues with showers and sinks.

I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express. Courteous, friendly & professional staff. Very nice location, clean rooms, comfy beds & pillows, excellent Breakfast & all usual wonderful amenities of Holiday Inn Express except “The Cookies”. They don’t have any. My stay was June 15, 2018. I was on my way home to Okeechobee, FL from a very long drive from El Paso Texas. We had a very restful evening & they even allowed me to use their freezer to keep frozen “the Tamales” I was dragging along with me.

The staff went above and beyond — from directions and suggestions, to a lovely breakfast room with warm and friendly young woman working it, clean and tidy rooms… excellent Value.

Hotel was comfortable. A standard Holiday Inn Express where you know exactly what you're going to get (that's a good thing! ). Breakfast was good, room was spacious. The hotel was conveniently located with tons of food options a short drive away.

The hotel is ok but the room that I touched ami smelled ugly and then they plugged the bathroom and they didn't clean my room, the breakfast was rich how bad the 2 days we stayed there the two days they had the same breakfast.

Hotel is pleasant with nice amenities, but it has a funky odor. Musty like it has had water damage in the past. Staff is pleasant and the hotel is clean other than the smell.

Had a great stay at this holiday Inn Express, the room were very nice, what I have come to expect from IHG hotels. The room were clean and rather large if I must say. They recognize me as a IHG Spire membet I will try thebreakfast in the morning on my way out. The staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. I'll be coming back.

Awesome place for dinner! Sat at the bar, got a front row seat of the chefs working their culinary magic, watched college bball, and had a sweet waitress. Thank you TradeWinds!

Not exactly ready for guests. Our stay was from Feb 23 thru 24, 2018. We check-in to our room and gave it a quick walk thru… a circular commode seat had been placed on an oblong commode stool… which meant that we would be seated over the exposed oval toilet boil each time we sat down. I turned back my bed to find a long string of black hair… the lamp on the night stand was totally inoperable… On the morning of our very early departure back home… I used the toilet and flushed it only to find that I had to go into rapid action to keep the contents from spilling over to the floor… my quick action of removing the lid and jiggling the doo-dads stopped the overflow. I called the front desk to get help and was told that the plumner didnt come on duty until much later. And I said well we need to get clean up so we can leave… I was told by the front desk to come use the toilet in the lobby. And was also curtly told that "I am not a plumber"! Thats was my very last stay any any Hilton Inn Express… Wont go back.

Kind of old, but nice and good customer service.

Although usually I would have rated this place about three stars I would have to say that the customer service I received here was 5 stars worthy by itself. Staff was all super nice and supportive and never stopped smiling and offering assistance. The rooms smelled a little moldy and my pillow had stains on it but other than that it wasn’t that bad of a room. Way better than most places around here.

Rooms were very clean had quality coffee which I think is the most important part of hotel selection tbh. Lobby was aesthetically pleasing and workers were very kind.

Holiday Inn Express is the perfect place to base a working trip to the area. The location is great, the rooms are clean and the staff is accommodating.

This is an older property that needs some repairs and has that older property smell but it is clean, the staff is friendly and it has a very good breakfast plus a great location in Niceville.

Love This Hotel! Even though the elevator lights aren't working they put in the glow in the dark lights that gave it a little bit of ambiance front desk service is amazing exceptional in a go Way Beyond greeting meeting it and exceeding expectations green eggs with ham free beverage of choice wine beer water or soda they have afternoon cookies and ice cream bar and an exceptional vast beautiful delicious and fresh breakfast buffet each and every single morning they also have a separate small pool and a separate small workout room that has one washer and one dryer.

Had to find a hotel last minute and this turned out to be a jewel of a find. Great, hospitable staff — Michael and Gabriel, thank you! Nice clean rooms, awesome shower, fitness room and a full breakfast with meat options. Would definitely stay again. I rarely give 5 stars!

Checked in for evacuation from Hurricane Irma. There were tons of people, but the people working the front desk were smiling, pleasant and very helpful. Extra extra kudos to Michael at the front desk who dealt so graciously but firmly with the most awful bully of a woman checking in. He was patient, kind, and explained kindly why he could not fulfill HER DEMANDS. He's a keeper, along with the maids giving us extra bags for our dirty clothes, and the breakfast server making sure we were well fed. Thanks for making our time comfortable!

It was nice to get out and experience something new service was a bit slow though they're really friendly and supportive.

Was generally a good stay but my room was not serviced one day for no apparent reason. However, my coworker's room was serviced and he was two doors down.

I've rated other holiday in expresses with 5 stars before. I wish I could do 6 stars for this one. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the rooms comfortable. The location was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was nice because it was in walking distance of a convience store and a restaurant. It also was close to all the major beaches nearby. Service was very friendly. A good typical hotel.

Colleen and team were wonderful. I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. Fantastic service all around.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Most of all, Josh was such a nice greeter every time I came back in the evening. He would check if I needed anything, joke around and was just very warm. It made the stay feel much more personal.

This hotel is located in the bay area and is a good location for the price, 15 minutes from Destin beaches, and away from the crowd. Hotel also has a pool, great water pressure in the shower, breakfast is pretty decent and convenient if you are on a budget. The beds were extremely comfortable, overall we liked this location, close to a lot of attractions, the only thing I did not like was the hallways and room do smell a tad bit musty, room spray or a plug-in would take care of that.

The hotel was nice and clean, the clerk was very nice. The room was almost excellent, but it had a very strong musty smell. Maybe they need to invest in some plug in's. We went to Walmart and bought some frebreeze spray, and it helped a lot.

Overall, this was a great hotel. I had couple of bumps, but they were immediately taken care of by the manager and her awesome staff. Speaking of the manager, she mingled with the guests and was very hands on in a good way. The breakfast (FREE) was magnificent. Rooms were clean and comfortable and probably the best shower pressure I've ever encountered. Coffee, tea, and water are available 24/7 in the lobby. Will be a return visitor!

Never got a chance to stay at this hotel because the third party I booked through over sold their rooms on Memorial Day Weekend. Luckily Holiday Inn Niceville hired AL Rodriguze! He broke the news to me gently but ACTUALLY CALLED SEVERAL other hotels that he knew to be quality hotels in the area! I was more impressed with him than the third party I paid 3xs the rate! Holiday Inn has won me over with AL I will definitely recommend & stay without the 3rd party involvement next time! Thank You Thank You God Bless You AL!

This hotel had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They Rock.

Great hotel! First of all, it's really clean! The lobby and the room smells nice unlike the overtoxicating cheap perfume smell that other hotels give off. Also, the service there is great! The "free" breakfast is what you get so you can't complain but the biscuits and gravy are fantastic! Also free Wi-Fi :)

Amazing place hotel is very clean staff is very friendly, breakfast is a plus. Hotel is near water bay and only 15 min away from Destin Beach. Hotel is located near ocean front. I will be staying there next time we head back to destin. Hotel smells great and is very clean.

Excellent service for a Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff couldn't be friendlier and the general manager wandered around the breakfast area asking if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. Had a fantastic breakfast and a nice jog down Bayshore.
