Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The pool area is very clean and looks very nice. Rooms are big with nice comfy beds and pillows. Housekeeping came every morning and did a great job. Only downfall was the ice machine on our floor was broken. They do have a great breakfast in the morning. Great accommodations with an amazing price.

Worst hotel ever, Only good thing was airport shuttle service. Room needed to have carpets steam cleaned. REFRIG HAD MOLD IN IT! My nephew had his vehicle broken into. We used this place because we all traveled to FL for a funeral. Wyndham needs to spend some money on this property. Also had bugs in the room. I wouldn't stay there again. I feel like they should refund my money. This is a substandard location and operation.

The staffs were friendly and the place looks clean and decent. I noticed a musty smell in most part of the building. I did past by the 1st hallway towards the lobby this morning and it smells of urine. Before walking out the side door, I did notice a white worm on the carpet.

For a quick stay and on a budget. No problems. Very quiet. I use my rewars. 50 bucks.

Ice impossible to get (on any floor). Some great receptionist staff, others just want to make you run in the opposite direction, they are so awfully trained and simply lack manners. Hotel seems like on a last lap.

Absolute Garbage hotel. Even the employees say it’s a hotel that the owners don’t care about. They would rather spend money on their other hotels. Literally found a cockroach under my phone, shower wouldn’t drain, and floor had 3 different pieces of gum smashed in the floor. Complained twice and they said they would address and never did. Gm never responded to my email. Bad leadership. Stay away.

Not well run. Several reservation issues observed while here. Feels old and worn. Could be much better if they trained thwir people and put in some new carpets.

Good location for our stay. But the hotel is in need of renovation. Decor is outdated and looks worn. The beds are not comfortable. I stayed in a two star hotel the night before that in my book would have been more stars than this Ramada. I would give this Ramada a 2.5 star rating and the Laquinta a 3.5.

A very neat and clean hotel. The environment is very good and pleasing. The atmosphere so cool and nice smelling.

I had to leave a star in order to review but I don’t think it deserves any stars. Was there for 1 night and didn’t even feel like showering there almost slept in the car. The room felt grimey, the bathroom smelled like a pack of cigarettes, there’s no way to use the bathroom and open the door at the same time. The ice machine down the hall was also busted and the fridge was missing the bar to hold your items in place. Front desk was great and they deserve the star (s) but the room and experience was horrendous. I went home to shower and threw everything that was in our bags used or unused into the wash immediately.

Sexy Women at the Bar, All so a petting zoo next to it, great for the kids and adventure love the indoor pool, jacuzzi is always warm and relaxing, great for long extended business Trips, All so They have Free Food and Drinks at the Casino for only a $3 fee, I don't suggest playing poker but the pool tables are great. Also comes with household pets are included, just make sure to bring a can of Fish Food you're allowed to feed the turtles in the backyard, … I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Be careful people with this place! Manager is very nice person but I got Debit fraud Latin guy who works at the night shift he scanned my European bank card that was easy to find out for me when I never use that card and decided to use at this hotel after a month I started to get charge from gas stations and grocery stores at the areas where I never bin before. It’s sad that police they don’t care when I went to the Police station to write a report they told me that I needed to make a video on that what makes it funny I never expected to be fraud.

This place is disgusting! They gave us a dirty room! My husband went twice to talk to the front staff that told him the cleaning staff left for the day. No offer to give us a clean room or apology. I will never stay at another Ramada again if this is how they run a business! I’m not usually one to complain but this was very deserving of it. I’d give a zero if it allowed. Also this place is full of roaches.

It would get zero stars if I could. Currently here right now and this is the worst customer service ever. We booked a deluxe room two weeks ahead of time. We were given a standard room and the hotel is completely booked so had to accept it. We had to wait 3hrs for them to roll a microwave and fridge to our room. When they finally brought it after numerous calls the employee just dropped it in the corner off a dolly and left without saying a word to us the entire time. We had to shuffle it over to the correct spot to plug it in. On top of that we had no towels when we entered the room and had to wait for that also. Completely not acceptable. I have stayed here before and experience the horrible customer service when we had roaches in our room. Thought that was an isolated incident. After this I will never be back.

I needed lodging for a procedure at St. Mary's Hospital and wanted to be close. I contacted the area hotels and their rates were over $200.00 per night and that was more than I could afford for a two night stay. Ramada West Palm Beach rates were half of the other hotels and I booked my stay. The room was on the lower end of acceptable with water stains on the ceiling tiles and stains on the rug. The worst part of it was the German roaches running around. The management was very apologetic and compensated one night's stay, but even with his generous actions, I will no be staying again.

Had some shuttle issues. Had to wait over an hour, only to find out the shuttle wasn't running that day. They had a personal driver pick us up within 5 min after I called the second time. Comfy beds, nice view (if you have a pool view), but low side of average airport hotel.

The room for the most part was clean but the hotel had roaches. If roaches are here that means this hotel is not clean. Don't be fooled by the price this hotel offers, spend a little extra money and get a better room. I would not recommend nor will I stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but checking in was a big hassle. They could not find my reservation and it took almost an hour to get it straightened out and get me in my room. The first room that they put me in was on the third floor and far away from the desk and when I got up there the key did not work. Then I went back down to get a new key and was sent back up to the room. The second key did not work and maintenance had to be called because the lock was not functioning properly. They were forced to switch my room and I did not get the actual room that I paid for was a king size pool side view. Due to the lock not working they stuck me in the back corner where all I could see out my window Were Trees.

This was the worst experience of my life. This place get no Stars. First off, they want 100.00 upfront even when you prepay the hotel. The lady basically told me if I didn't pay the 100.00 I will lose the room. Even my husband was disgusted. The elevators are old and raggedy. We got stuck in it. The rooms are old and outdated. Smelled like smoke. Stains in carpet. Bed uncomfortable. Walls yellow. Even the bathroom was small and disgusting. What made it worst,. Tons of cockroaches all over bathroom. We killed at least 20 or more. No free breakfast. Dead frogs all over parking lot. Do not come here. It's a nightmare. Absolutely will never come here again!

This place is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Our party had three rooms and every room smelt like smoke. Every surface in the rooms were yellow and the grate above the sink in the bathroom was dripping with brown nicotine. The drain plug in the tub was out, mold in shower around the build-in soap dish and faucets. The carpet has cigarette burn holes in it. The beds were not at all comfortable, lumpy to say the least. I will never stay at this hotel again and my advice to anyone who reads this DON'T STAY THERE NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE. It is true, you get what you pay for. Disgusted in West Palm.

So far it's been dismal. No ride for 30 minutes from the airport. I took a cab. Paperwork at the front desk because already having everything in digital format isn't enough. Frustrated couple ahead of me stuck with paperwork hang ups as well. Find a motel 6 it'll be cheaper and easier. This place is everything that's wrong with America, overpriced, over lawyered and some employees with an unsubstantiated sense of superiority. Also, you won't feel like it was worth any of that… Welcome to hotel hell. Oh by the way there's no discount for any of that you deal with.

What a contrast when I walked in to check in I got a good vibe about this place since the lobby was flawless and it smelled amazing! I was so dissapointed the elevators had a weird smell besides they're scary to get in they seem very old and they shake a lot, the room smelled horrible, carpet was stained, and the worst part was when I found insects. I will never consider it for a future stay at wpb.

The Ramada West Palm Beach Hotel was nothing more than a place to sleep. No complimentary breakfast and the coffee was jr sized. The gentleman at the front desk at 2am 10/16/17 was absolutely perfect though!

All around the stay was good. Rooms are neat, services were great. Elevators were quick. Easy access to the interstate.

The room was spacious. However, it needed some updating. Tv didn't work well, nor did the remote. Went to use the mouthwash that is given as a free toiletrie and it was already open, gross. Even though the rooms are smoke free the room smelled of cigarettes.

It was very clean and comfortable. The bed is very firm, but I prefer firm beds and pillows. It is right off of i95 and close to a bunch of restaurants. Staff is nice.

All in all enjoyed my stay. I am from this area so I know it well, I do like the location, it's close to everything. Right down the street from the Palm Beach Outlet mall, Walgreens, publix, plenty of fast food and restaurants outside of the outlets.

Everything was fine. But don't expect a continental breakfast even though it says so because the meager breakfast is $5.95 and not worth it. You should find some place that honors their word.

This hotel is very unprofessional. Customer service is horrible especially management. Housekeeping do not do there jobs putting the supplies in the room for the customers to have access to it. The continental breakfast is horrible. White slice bread and Raisin Bran cereal and orange juice what a breakfast☹️. I would not refer this hotel to no one ever it gives the Wyndham a bad name. I will never stay there ever again. They need get from under the Wyndham and shut down under a cheap hotel name.

Booked this location so that I could save money on food and stay at a nice hotel. That is not what happened. The first night I stayed I asked for a 5 AM wake up call, never received it. No one called at all. Spoke with the front desk they said that there was no wake up call in the system for my room and I called down to the front desk and spoke to someone at 2 AM. Went to go get some more towels from the cleaning lady and she said she could only give me one set of towels if I wanted more I would have to go down to the front desk. Requested a blanket never received it. Pool was dirty with bugs and was super warm… The next day I requested a wake up call for 5 AM received it went to breakfast to see that all they had was cereal, muffins, donuts and waffles and toast. I'm on a gluten-free diet. This hotel does not cater to other customer needs there was no fruit no protein no meat just straight starch and juice. Other than that the rooms were nice the front desk people were apologetic and somewhat helpful. All the amenities and stores were very close.

All amenities were function in and when my bath tub was clogged the handyman came in about 45 mins. Which is probably the only reason I have it 4 stars. Other than that my stay at Ramada was great! Very spacious rooms, queen beds, cold ac, pool view, coffee in the morning with an option of breakfast in their restaurant. It was enjoyable.

Had my baby shower here recently. Very overpriced. We had to find staff to help us with anything day of. Also was told we would have an hour to decorate but there was a service in the room which went over their time. We only had 30 minutes to decorate. Then I was told I had to buy their food or we would be charged anyways. I spent $250 on food that would've cost me $75 at Costco. And just to pay for the room was a hassle. I should've known better and taken my 700$ to a place that better deserved it. Very disappointing as Rhonda was very helpful and the rest of the people I talked to were very nice. Just extremely over priced for what it was. They got one over on me, that's for sure.

The location is nice, right off of I95. The rooms and beds were nice, however my bedspread had a cigarette burn in it. The service for the most part was amazing. I did have a problem with one if the hotel staff. I was sitting outside near the pool area after hours (there aren't any smoking rooms) with a friend. Two males came out to take a swim in the pool. The man who was working for the Ramada came out and proceeded to tell us we need to leave. We asked him what was wrong because we did not see the signs. He said it is clear to see that the pool is closed and we need to leave. I asked him where should we sit because we cannot smoke in the room. He said we should stand by the door where the ashtray is. He then proceeded to tell us about how we shouldn't be down here because other people could see us and they would assume that they could come to the pool as well. He then told us people like you people and those people would come down. I am a black female along with another black female that was with me, and the two males that came to swim in the pool were two white men. The man looks like he could have been Middle Eastern. He then proceeded to tell us that he could get us expelled if we do not leave. That was the deciding factor that I will never stay at the Ramada Hotel again. Unless they get rid of that employee.

I've traveled a lot but the lack of care with the staff here is horrible. 2 toilet paper holders yet one new roll was in floor with empty roller. Floors in hallways are very dirty. A/C unit in room sounds like a jet engine when running. Charge $8.45 for what is a basic normally free breakfast. I plan to submit review and photos to corporate to review the lacking stardards here.

Staff @ the restaurant didn't want to give us extra silverware lied saying the restaurant is not part of the hotel, and front desk told us they dont have extra silverware. Very bad.

TERRIBLE! It's not even worth it. Better off going to a local bar. Mindy and Bonnie, the employees who work at the front desk, are terrible. Have no people skills, customer service skills F-, very rude and unprofessional. My wife purchased a "Suite". We were better off going to the red roof inn. Couldn't watch TV because of their poor selection of channels. Bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was small as hell. The bathtub was dirty and we wanted our money back. My wife went down and talked Mindy, the front desk rep, and was told that her refund would be on her visa pre paid card and we left. Our money never came and we basically were forced to stay. They provided terrible service and we had to walk down to get what we needed (towels, soap, shampoo, etc…) Whereas, the following morning, housekeeping provided us our towels and such. I would never recommend this hotel. Sucks.

Cleaning leaves much to be desired. Ideal place to stay to a gorrino. Cockroaches peers by the walls and the people who cleaned the room are limited has done the cama. La floor carpet is a nest of mites. The gym does not deserve to be called so and falls to pieces.

I wouldn't give 1 star. Rooms are old, dirty, and smell of smoke. Walls are very thin. Had to change rooms because of cockroaches, but even the new room had them. Avoid this hotel. Spend the extra $30-$40 and go stay in a better hotel.

The room was clean and the staff made every effort make our stay satisfactory. The airport shuttle was a great plus. Will definitely stay here next time we take the cruise ship or fly into West Palm. Thank you!

Have stayed here many times for business. Safe, clean, comfortable and good restaurants nearby. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Connie for returning my call to confirm the reservation.

Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Pool and environs were very nice. Room was a bit worn and small, but comfortable and clean. Was very convenient by car to downtown West Palm restaurants and the water.

Staying here for a full week and I really wish I had chosen a different hotel (But this is my jobs preferred lodging in west palm beach). Rooms are DISGUSTING carpets are severely stained and rooms stink of mold. Bugs infest the beds, im currently waking up with multiple bites each morning. Hallways smell like someone is cooking ethnic food. Update: After speaking with the manager (who has read this review) ive upgraded my rating to 2 stars. While what I wrote above remains true, I realized to be fair there were some good aspects. Customer service was excellent and when I requested room changes I was accommodated immediately and the front desk staff was very pleasant and apologetic. The condition of the rooms is not the fault of the service staff so I do believe that their employees do a good job.

Clean rooms, good price. However shower and sink didn't drain well. Location conveniently right outside the big city. The rooms looked a lot better than the outside.

Clean and comfortable, no cockroaches, and friendly staff. Keep in mind, I'm not comparing this hotel to a 4 Diamond establishment — it got the job done and done well, but it wasn't elegant or fancy. But for what I expected from a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The very friendly/accommodating staff was the best part.

This hotel is definately due for a modern revamp. The main room was fine, but the bathroom was small, cramped and didn't have a stopper for the tub. The company advertises a free shuttle from the airport, but doesn't tell you the shuttle stops at 10pm. Not good if you are flying from the West Coast. Also, they nickel and dime you here. We are used to Best Western and having at least some sort of free breakfast. Here at Ramada, you get a breakfast voucher worth $3 toward a $10.95 plus tax and gratuity breakfast buffet. I repeat, a buffet? There is someone who can make you an omlette if you want one, but other then that you have the basic breakfast every other hotel I have been at gives for free. Also, a crib is $10 for a night. Save yourself time and annoyance and just go up the road to Best Western. I know that is what I am going to do.

Ok. Other then the three large carpet stains just as you walk in the room door and cramped quarters, not a bad place to crash. Service was excellent, breakfast was meh.

Do not listen to the bad reviews from cranky customers. I had a pleasant stay, the hotel was clean and I did not see a single cockroach. I had a 6th floor room and it was clean, smelled nice, and was quiet. Parking was just right and there were a few open spaces (I admit, not right next to the entrance) even when we arrive at 1:30am. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Hotel is easy to find with excellent access to I-95 ad arterials. 10 minutes or less to downtown WPB. The only warning is that you lock your doors and do not leave valuables in the room. We had a violin stolen from our car or room during our stay.

Very clean location. Reasonable for the price I paid for my stay. Great customer services. Poor house keeping skills. Overall I was a good stay ill definitely be back if I'm in the area. I really enjoyed Resha and Sandy at front desk two very pleasant ladies.

I was very impressed with this Ramada. Especially the Florida feel poolside.

This place doesn't even deserve a rating. I wish you didn't even have to give a star. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. We got treated like absolute crap, when the things that went wrong were THEIR fault. They made us move out of our room Saturday morning, and then the room we were moving into was ready late, so we were late for our event Saturday night. When I complained, I got a snarky response of "Well that is just so inconvenient for you. " They are the worst. I can't say it enough: DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff is very rude and treats you like a 3rd class citizen. They double charge you for food. First charge is when you pay for the food, and then They charge you again when you go to check out of the hotel. If you smoke an electric cigarette they'll claim you smoked a real cigarette and charge you another $100 smoking fine. There's no disputing it because since all of the staff, including the managers are in on it together they all vouch for each other. If you have a friend or girlfriend coming to visit and staying in the room while you go out for work or whatever they say they're an unauthorized guest, kick them out of the room and will not let them back into the room even if you call authorizing them into the room they will not allow it until you come back to the hotel, show your ID, and have them show their ID. They even don't update their computers so they'll double book the room, give total strangers keys to the room while your girlfriend is half naked standing in the middle of it when they walk in. There's drug dealers and prostitution going on as well all through the night. Crack addicts going all around begging for change from other guests. Hookers arguing with their pimps at the pool about drugs. There's roaches in all the rooms. If you look dirty, which is probably from working they put you down on the first two floors where the bugs are even worse.
