It is quiet and the patio is very nice.

Checked in to the hotel and with in 45 min we heard shots multiple times. We tried to check out and get a refund. Ralph denied my request. Thanks to Ralph I will never stay at another best western again. The location is dangerous and full of unsavory people. The customer service is horrible. The picture below is the manager who refused to allow us to check out and be refunded.

Atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room's an without stains on towels and sheets. (also soft) they even allowed pets. Great location. Was very pleased with everything. Will deffently stay there if in the area. And if anyone is in the area and needs a cheap place to close their eyes, I highly recommend the best Western on. Palm beach Lakes Blvd. There's no bar in the hotel but plenty within walking distance from it.

Nicely situated, hotel has itself no restaurant or bar, but within short walking distance of two minutes there are plenty of facilities. Breakfast choice is small but adequate for a short time stay. Good size room, clean and tidy nothing flashy. Nice pool area. Friendly staff.

For the price of a night its a real luxury. I am happy for the improvements that Best Western has made. I didint realize how small the pool is. I have also like the fact that the employees were respectful. I dis not order room service. That will probably be for my next visit.

Needed a disability room. Room was very nice and clean and had more than what I needed to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was very good. Front desk clerk Ron went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one.

Nice area, helpful and engaging staff. Will so stay here again. Shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as around town in a 3 or 5 mile limit. Plenty o' shopping and eateries all within walking distance. Pools great, people are usually decent, nice to see people sue the shower before jumping into the pool.

I had a convention in the area and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The check-in process was easy reservation was there and confirm payment made Keys given and I went to the room. The air condition worked, the beds were clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator but the refrigerator did not work well. The bathroom is a little small but clean. The knob of the shower was the only problem it kept falling off. The room was clean daily towels were changed out. The breakfast was a good breakfast they had eggs, sausage, ham, waffles, different types of breads fruits yogurt and cereal. The checkout process was also easy.

This Hotel looks nice on the outside and inside and the rooms are nice. The only thing that needs fixing is the room door because you have to push your room door open with your shoulder and in order to get the door to close all the way you have push it to the door hinge other than that everything is fine. They had free breakfast, The pool was very very clean and it goes to 7 feet, the scenery around the pool was super nice, and the outdoor chess station was nice. 5 stars for the Best Western in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Great visit! The hotel had great amenities, it was convenient to restaurants, shopping and such. They also offered a pet friendly room which was a requirement, I travel with my dog often!

It's a horrible experience with night staff specifically one little old lady. Day time staff is always polite and accommodating. We are regular customers staying at this hotel multiple days a month. It's a convenient location however I dread dealing with night staff which is really only this lady. She has a very negative and dismissive attitude, she's NOT helpful at all. We asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste several times and she never bothers to look or explain why she couldn't get it, she just says "ask housekeeping in the morning". Housekeeping takes very good care of us. I stay here a lot and typically I would just ignore it but I stay here to often. I would like management to please re-train this woman on good hospitality. I didn't ask her name because she makes me uncomfortable but it's the front attendant that worked May 5, 2018.

Absolutely wonderful! Room are large and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds of this hotel are truly amazing! The way the buildings are set up make it a little oasis in the middle of a busy commercial area. If we had it our way, we would have stayed forever.

Beautiful property close to everything! Rooms were very affordable for April in South Florida. The courtyard is very relaxing. They even have a shuttle van to take you to your favorite restaurants! We've come back for an annual business meeting for over 10 years now and never stay anywhere else. Be sure to ask for a courtyard view room.

Rooms are intact and very clean every visit. Huge shout out to 2-11pm receptionist. To all the house keepers. Special shout out to Miss Daran, a very hard working lady. The mall is directly across the street from the hotel for those who love to shop. Almost everything is close to this hotel to be honest, including the beach.

Beautiful pool area, but the room smelled like marijuana went we got there. Asked for an extra blanket around 9:00pm and we were told that it would be brought up to us at 9:15. After 45 minutes and three calls down to the front desk, nothing.

This is a budget hotel but livable. My biggest gripe was that there was no water in the rooms nor any on sale at the front desk. The cleaning wasn’t great. In most cases it seems that someone just made the bed and replaced the coffee in the room. On the upside the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The 25 dollar fee to use the hotel shuttle for an unlimited amount of 7 km trips from the hotel was a great way to get around without having to use an Uber each time.

We stayed at this motel on our family vacation to take in spring training of the St. Louis Cardinals. The location was very convenient as we attended games in Jupiter and West Palm Beach. Our son's family (two sets of twins aged 8 and 11) stayed in one of the hotel's suites. It was a perfect fit for their family. We were very impressed with the overall property-it seemed like a resort setting. Our grandkids loved the pool, the scuffleboard and chess game areas. The continental breakfast offered many choices. We definitely would stay at this motel again and highly recommend it to others.

The staff couldn't have been nicer, special kudos to my drivers Boyd and Allen who made sure I got where I wanted to go when I wanted to get there! The accommodations were first rate and the buffet breakfast was delicious and a helpful start to my day! No doubt this will be my go to hotel of choice the next time I visit West Palm!

Friendly motel near outlet shopping, a Russian Ballet troop stay here at Christmas Time, 20 minutes drive to the wealthiest island in the world? Palm Beach. Tj.

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Palm Beach. The pool area was beautiful and well kept and all staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location to shopping, the beaches, restaurants and more. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel — clean, and well kept. Breakfast was nice, lots of seating. Room was clean, A/C was cold, beds comfortable. Perfect stay. Not the newest property but time and attention has been paid to make sure this property does not reflect its age in a negative way. Hotel was full of young people for a dance conference and it was the QUIETEST hotel I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

I booked this cause earlier reviews were very good, I have reward points at Hilton and Marriott but the prices there at this time of year were crazy for what I needed. The BW met my expectations. With rooms that open to the outside, its always a concern when you can see lots of light coming in around the doors, not so much for weather, but for bugs and other small critters. I had no problems with either during this stay. I knew this was an older model hotel, but I think they do make an effort to keep it refreshed. Overall room did not show sign of excess wear. People did seem to take advantage of pool area. Breakfast was OK, but not equal to a Marriott Courtyard.

Very average hotel with dated decor. Internet extremely inconsistent thus unusable. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff was polite and cheery. Overall, price point was much too high. It was only due to an emergency that we selected this hotel for shelter until our car was repaired. Most likely will not stay in the future.

I just recently had a wonderful week long stay here. I booked the whole trip, and then some bad reviews, but I will say the hotel stay was wonderful, from the front desk staff (Brianna! ), to the morning pantry crew. The room was nice and very clean, the maid staff was wonderful and the beds were always made up and the sheets were clean. I really want to thank the staff and everyone,

Older property, rooms are nicely remodeled. No elevator. Room is nice, bed and pillows were not comfortable for me. Nicevpiol area. Backs up to apartment complex. Shopping next door and across street. Too bad they don't know how to value the customer.

The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is remarkably peaceful despite the fact that it sits so close to a busy road and shopping. It is convenient to outlets and a Whole Foods. It has a very nice courtyard with a very nice pool. The breakfast has lots of variety and the food is good. It is an EXCELLENT hotel for the physically handicapped. Highly recommend it for the physically handicapped.

A bit out the way. Not walking distance to downtown or palm beach. Okay breakfast. Seems to be a lot of contractors staying there and drinking beer in garden /pool area till late. Good stopover for a couple of nights. Shopping outlet mall right across the road.

I've stayed at this Best Western several times and am always pleased with my experience. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. I also enjoy some of the less common hotel amenities such as playing shuffle board! Lastly, I love that they offer a discount rate for PBA students and those visiting the university. It is extremely helpful and much appreciated!

I booked three nights and every single day there was a new issue with the room. First day my AC was not working in the room. I was told the maintenance guy is out until the following day. Second day, still no one had fixed the AC. I was given a flimsy fan as a substitution. Additionally, the shower had no running hot water. I do not recommend staying here. It is a rip off and not worth the money spend. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a best western.

Tpfoz the years, when I go to the assembly of the Jehovah's Witnesses, I hozpezo there, and I dezalluno also there, it is very comfortable!

This place is located in an incredibly lit up and vibrant area. It was very accommodating to my family and myself. Great place for a quick getaway.

Had major problem, staff took immediate action and took one night off our bill. 4 start rating is because staff and management did a very good job fixing the problem. Rooms are comfortable, outdoor area had pool and activities, very pretty.

Stayed for 4 nights for a conference. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from making reservations to check out! Facilities were nice and free breakfast was good with a fair amount of variety. Please note that this is a "motel" style of hotel, and there are no elevators, but staff offered to help carry our luggage upstairs. Would book at this hotel in the future.

Nicely kept hotel with kind and helpful staff. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We have returned many times because it is such a great hotel. I stayed with my pets and children. We were very satisfied.

I didn't pay for my room but I liked the eclectic nature of the courtyard. Lots of folks playing games, relaxing in the cabanas and playing chess. The rooms were what you would expect in a motel. The breakfast was free but not the best I've ever had. It was clean and the beds were much more comfortable than the HOTEL I stayed at in Orlando two days later!

Absolutely… the BEST PLACE EVER!. When we first walked into this place I thought wow not bad. We got up to our room and it was perfect. Staff was amazing and front desk was great (staff name: Antoine). I felt safe and it was way better than the other hotel 'MOTEL'. I highly recommend this place to… EVERYONE!

I can't say enough good things about this Best Western. It has old-fashioned charm and absolutely beautiful pool area with picnic tables and lounge chairs there's even one of those huge chess boards. Wonderful for families or couples. Free parking directly across the street from the outlet mall. You can't go wrong here. Tell them bunny recommended it!

Love the staff every one very friendly. I love the the pool area, my room is clean. The breakfast buffet isn't extravagant, but it was tastey and had enough to satisfy most people. I found this place 4 years ago and I come every year, it's close enough for most major places to shop and eat. The price is right and it's close enough to Jupiter for the Cardinal Preseason games. I will be back next year. I had friends my mine that loved it. They will be back next year also.

I stayed at the property from 6/11/16 to 6/12/16. The property is going through a major renovation. I used to stay down the block at one of you competitors on your side of the street because they did not charge for a pet deposit, the last few times that I stayed there the hotel was not kept the way it used to be, their guest looked very shady and I was nervous staying their. I did not mind paying the deposit at your hotel, the pet friendly room had tile floor, plenty of places to walk the dog and your staff was very professional. Looking forward to staying at your location again, as I have many relatives in the area, you are my new pet friendly hotel in WPB.

Clean remodeled rooms. Generous continental breakfast. Has flat screen TV microwave and mini fridge. Roomy bathroom is a plus. The building is a little confusing.

When we first a river after driving for 1100 miles. The clerk (A man 27 to 35 in age dark tan. Had a temper tantrum. Threw his hands in the air & turn & stomped off to the back office because he could not find our reservation that I had made a week ago. He came back started typing & had his head down. My daughter walk in to see what was holding me up. So I told her what was going on. He looked up & said… no I found it. He then added that will be a Xtra 100.00 for scurity deposit. I was unware off this. After all this He sticks us ALL THE WAY AROUND BACK. The shower never turned off. The toilet paper roll was broken and didn't work. The TV kept cutting out. And the room could of been way cleaner. There is plastic on a lot of the room windows (fuemigating)? not in use. I only gave it 2 stars because when I checked out the weekend staff was so much more professional.

This place is wonderful. It's modern and clean with friendly, helpful staff. New renovations have given it a resort feel. The courtyard is very charming with plenty a seating, a pool, and gas grills. Only reason for 4 stars is the courtyard gets a bit noisy at night (staff addressed issue immediately when I called). I'd stay here again in a second but request a room facing the parking lot.

The rooms are clean and big enough. Staff us super friendly. Specifically, the inner courtyard with a swimming Pool, gym and Seating was very good. The Hotel is very well accessible and there are some Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. It is located on a busy road junction. Therefore, the noise level is quite high. To recommend for a two nights but definitely more.

I loved this hotel! Its like that gem place off to the side and you don't know about until you go in. A very pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice. The grounds are beautiful, wood rocking chairs tables and chairs outside the area they serve continental breakfast. The pools clean big and beautiful. I thought the rooms were very nice large, super clean and accommodating. This is the type of hotel I could stay for a week!

Maintenance and security is an issue here and go hand in hand. Moved to three rooms due to lock issues on the rooms. One didn't lock at all, which we didn't notice until late in the evening after being in the room all day. The next room given the key card reader didn't work at all. After all that trouble a respectable hotel would have made it right by comping the room. Not Best Western. This isn't the first bad stay I have had at a BW with no apology or anything. Will skip all BW after this.

The courtyard and lobby looks amazing. Really like a 4 star! Inside of the rooms weren't so nice. They were ok but not great but it is a 2 star hotel. Front desk supervisor awesome guy he was so nice :) however the woman not sure of her position but she wasn't the friendliest. Breakfast was ok. Shower head was broke. And And a couple other things in the bathroom were broke. I just think they should spend more money on the rooms instead of the nice plants outside.

We stayed at this hotel back in July and liked its location and ambiance, and felt the price was fairly decent. The room was clean though we did find a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The front desk staff was professional and attentive to our concerns and sent someone right away to check out the problems. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again to this hotel!

The room was very quiet, clean and neatly furnished. Coffee you could cook yourself in the room. The Breakfast is typical American sweet and very simple. In our room the hot water was not. Only after about 10 Min with the water running it was getting hot. Otherwise, it was totally fine for a night.
