A great location. After going to 4 hotels I called them and they held a room for me. It took me over an hour to get there and people were in the lobby. They still had my room. Thanks to the staff.

Our overall experience was very poor. The shower had mold on the ceiling. The first night the room was pretty hot. Our toilet wouldn't flush and the bed post was broken. The next day they said they would send maintenance out to fix things. We left to spend the day with my father-in-law who is in the hospital. When we came back the air conditioner was completely broken and would not come on at all. The heat index was 113! WAY to hot to be in a room with no air, especially with a toddler! When we talked to them at the desk they said maintenance could not come out (when they told us that morning they would). The only thing we could do was switch rooms to a smoking room. All of us staying have asthma and cannot handle being around smoke!

Staff was great very friendly and helpful to someone not from the area. Rooms seemed out dated. Overall wasnt a bad stay.

Stayed here for one night… All night long the people below us had drug deals left and right, (yes I said drug deals, we could hear theier convos while smoking), secondly they had traffic in and out all night long and were being very loud and I had 2 kids with me, thirdly, we loaded everything up the next morning and had to call the police because someone stole our temporary tag rigjt off of our truck so we had to wait for the polive to arrive so we let the front desk know and the came and kicked us out the room 1 hpur befor we had to check out, they had no cameras in the back half of the parking lot so the thief never got caught, and all in all I wont ne returning.

Very clean beautiful pool very clear water management excellent b4eak fast good day or night you can call talk to someone about any problem they will fix great place.

After Irma the 1st day we were rescued from the 5ft of water in our home & had nowhere to go with little money. Power had been out for days & we were wet and dirty and starving but I needed to make sure my kids werent going to a crack motel so I went in and talked to the lady there & she was so nice & helpful! Put us in the room by the office for safety, didnt try to lie about the crime that occurs overnight but instead helped protect us from it. She checked us in early & gave us extra stuff. They never do that at these places. For a cheap cheap last minute quick stay, this is your best bet!

Very bad hotel are full of bedbugs very poor service of Mister K attends in the Office if you could give 0 stars would give it that they deserve.

Someone needs to report this hotel. They do false advertising. They advertise room for 47 a night. U call and they say they don't have rooms for that price! I have called different times on same advertisement on different days and months 3 months straight they advertise this and when u call it's 70 a night Not professional At all. U are not supposed to engage in false advertising.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Ice box door comes completely off, leaks water. Was suppose to get a microwave brought to us, didn't happen. You mentioned things to them and it was like they didn't care. And never tried to fix there problems. TV speakers barley work. We had to use a plunger every day more than once. We stayed here a week, and I honestly would have rather stayed in our truck… It's not worth the one star I had to put…

I wish I read these reviews before staying here. There was a guy pointing a gun and nothing was done about it! The negative reviews about Shobna might be true, because she was at the front desk during this time when several guests including myself reported it. This establishment is sketchy. Which is why you will notice a "clean-up" review in these posts right after a negative one about her. They are obviously trying to cover up something. But putting the guests, their families and kids at risk to make a quick buck is insane. Do NOT stay here! You have been warned.

Shobna at front desk is one of the kindest, friendliest and 100% customer service oriented people I have ever met and interacted with. I thank her for being so nice and treating me as a human being. She is 10 star rating and may I add honest and trustworthy. Best wishes my friend, I am glad you were sent into my life at the time I needed a friend! Be safe, stay alert and you are loved! It seems I have to rate before I can post. My star rating is not, is not on Shobna but on the hotel!

Me and my family have been staying here for about a week so far. Very enjoyable place. The front desk staff have been wonderful with the exception of one (Tony) who is very rude and and not very hospitable but try not to let one person spoil the rest of the staff. With years of experience in customer service and a front desk clerk myself I wouldn't have him on my staff. However, to my surprise the rooms are very clean and presentable. Overall I would stay again.

I agree with pretty much a lot of the reviews already. The drugs however are very rampant. In fact there is a large dealer operating out of four rooms currently and has been for the last 2 to 3 weeks. Then another male I personally know who is trying to get on and work there as well, using it as his flop pad to sell drugs and run prostitutes. Gibson is his last name and it is best to be careful as he is very slick with his words as a matter of fact it was stated he is so good with his word play he could sell snow to an eskimo. Regardless this place knows there is shady stuff going on however to continue to allow it is first and foremost putting unaware guests at jeopardy. Please avoid this place as it is very rampant in this hotel as well as the Red Roof across the road and Days Inn next to it. Need I remind you that these individuals are so broke from selling dope and using the money on their own dope that they sneak into the other hotel to steal breakfast in the mornings. Stay away from here.

To whom it may concern I have stayed at the Super 8 for awhile… Ms Shabna has been a wonderful hostess. Always overly helpful and kind. I’d definitely say from a personal point of few I do not believe she’s capable of the accusations. So witnessing an exchange of money doesn’t necessarily have to be bribes. Could be protection since she’s a sweet lady working late shifts! Jumping to assumptions isn’t the way to go.

The location is in an easily accessible area just off the interstate. It is accommodating for semi-truck parking, and surprisingly quiet given the location adjacent to the highway. The room was inviting, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure my stay was a pleasant one.

ALERT: BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS I wish I could rate this motel a 0. The front desk is horrible no customer service skills. They allow drug dealers and prostitution on the property but could careless about wholesome paying customers. Rooms are not clean there is mold in the bathrooms. Roaches and bed bugs yes bed bugs. They had the nerve to blame my family for bringing them. Please explain how one brings bed bugs and just gets bit in one of your dirty rooms and not from where they supposedly brought them from. My child was bitten from head to toe.

Meth dealer and Prostitute ring operating out of room Mexicans drug dealers also operate out of red pickup truck in the back parking lot! Shady Head manager Mr. Doshi, allows it, and is also accessory to these crimes. This place needs to be shut down Immediately!

Honestly as long as you know the area you won't have any problems. I'm used to staying in hotels on youngerman and this is the higher end to be honest. Not nearly as many "shady people" in the parking lot like the horrible motel 6 on the other side of youngerman. By shady I mean crack heads trying to rob and or get money or access to your room… But with anything just use common sense and protect yourself like an adult would and you'll have a great time in that area lots of adult dining and bars to have a great time in the area for a weekend or fun weekday if u must party like that lol.

My wife and I had a great time at the super 8 everyone was very nice and friendly. Would like to thank the staff for everything they did to make us feel comfortable.

Inside door was filthy, towel rack on the bathroom floor, no drain plug in the tub to take a bath. On top of getting a filthy room, they charged us $25 for each of our little wiener dogs. I wouldn't have minded paying a $25 fee, but considering that we were returning home after evacuating for hurricane Irma, I would have hoped for some consideration from a business that was reaping a windfall from distressed travelers. This business seemed to want to suck as much as could from the evacuees.

Checked in with a nice person… Hotel was not bad a little over priced I think… During the check out process there was another different person, old dude with tattoo with a horrible attitude and disgusting body language to me as a customer. He called another lady to help me during the check out process and again she treated me with a horrible attitude asked me for my driver license and after she completed the process instead of hand me the license like I did to her … she threw me the license on the desk really disgusting people … I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Really BAD AND RUDE PEOPLE!

Its not 5 star hotel but it was one of the better low cost hotels I've stayed at. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean room with coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and quiet.

The rooms are decent and the hotel is in a nice area. It was quiet and it's walking distance to a few stores and restaurants.

Prices was very expensive. Rooms was ok and location is ok as well.

I am a Wyndham Rewards Gold Member and I made a reservation online on July 12 — July 13. I have stayed, at this hotel 3 times and I had bad experience every time. Last night made my reservation and then got the confirmation email, went to the hotel and the lady at the front desk told me they didn't have anymore rooms like I had made the reservation for and said that I had to call the Wyndham Rewards to get my money back plus that she couldn't help me. After I left she cancelled my room. Now I have been on the phone with Super 8 on Youngerman Circle on Jacksonville Florida and Wyndham Rewards still don't have a room and no return on my money. Then the manager attitude is bad also Tina Duhl right along with her front desk employees all three of them. I have to call my bank and report fraud plus now I'm going to a lawyer because they have treated me like a dog. And I'm a black woman who is very disappointed in how the way I was treated. But God will revenge me. They messed with the wrong child of God. Don't go there all they want is your money.

I made a mistake booking room here and not reading reviews. As soon as I put in info and booked room, it said this is a non-refundable room as it is so close to the check-in time which was four days away. Uncommon for most motels. Usually you can cancel reservation the day of up to check in time. Yeah. That's my fault. Then I read reviews… so now I try to ignore the fact I just wasted seventy-five dollars and find a nicer place to stay and READ reviews. So granted, I haven't stayed here. The policy for cancelling the room says that they are glad you didn't read fine print and now you MUST stay there! Otherwise you'll get there and cancel the room when you see the place.

Checked in and IMMEDIATELY checked out! The hotel is shady, sketchy and downright unsafe. Upon check in there was a police officer in the lobby, the desk clerk asked if my husband was going to hire a prostitute. We get to the room it smelled awful! Pulled back the blanket and instead of chocolate a marijuana stem was on the pillow. My husband went to the clerk about it and she called him a liar. So he took a pic of it… showed it to the officer who confirmed it to be a stem and then showed her. She said oh. He got a refund and we left. All under 20 minutes. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER! Unless u want weed and prostitutes?

Some one should make a reality show about this place. The guy at the front desk bragged about once picking hand cuffs off himself with a paper clip. One night I asked some guys to turn their music down so they chased me into my room and basically held me hostage all day. I couldn't even leave. The next night I couldn't sleep because the two hookers next door kept ripping people off on car jobs. Twice, Johns chased them back to their room and banged on the door demanding their money back! Nuke that place!

Hotel was decent for a quick stay. Showerhead had white build up and sink would not drain properly. The bedroom TV was a CRT TV, not a big deal only; was in the room to sleep.
