We LOVE this hotel! The service is great, the family suite is spectacular, and super clean! I love will stay here every time we come to visit family here in Florida!

Beautiful room’s food is good and the staff is very friendly and professional.

Clean, friendly staff, and well appointed, this is a great place to stay. It’s not too hard on the pocket, either.

Clean hotel and convenient location. Free water or beer upon check in and easy check out. Bar is open late and pool has hot tub. Breakfast is not free, but still reasonable. Would highly recommend if you're staying in the area.

This place always makes my hectic travel schedule a bit more comfortable. Staff is always upbeat courteous genuine. Place is clean and well maintained. Plus it has Hallmark channel available. Restaurant/bar is nice, clean and again genuine.

Everyone of the staff were friendly and helpful my entire week there. The food in was extremely good (especially the in-house cheesecake). Couldn’t ask for a better hotel or service.

My stay was without any problems. I got a break on price and free breakfast both days in return for joining the membership program. (The breakfast buffet was simple, but very sufficient! )

Onyx Lounge in the Holiday Inn is a hotel restaurant with friendly, attentive staff. The menu features classic American fare. Recently, I ate the cod sandwich. It was panko-breaded, deep-fried, fresh-filet goodness. This is not your Gorton's frozen fish. I'll be back to try their Cowboy Reuben, a hearty sandwich another diner ordered. Perhaps, during one of their specialty evening events.

The staff is very hospitable and accommodating. Also, the property, rooms, and common areas are better than your average hotel. Though, some of the amenities do cost extra. The price is steep for a small pastry and coffee breakfast included. If you want the full buffet you must pay an extra $11. Though, twice a month they offer it for free. $130/night is the average cost. I recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere comfortable. But, if you want a convenient dinner and breakfast be prepared to dish out an extra $50 at least.

Very new, classy, and chic. The prices are high, $219 for a king bed for a mother and child, is a bit high for me, however, they offer great amenities such as a year-round swimming pool, room service, and a bar downstairs.

Visited one of the conference rooms for a retirement dinner. The service was very nice as was the room. The dinner they served was exquisite. Hats off to the chef. The food was prepared with all the right seasonings. It is a great place to plan an event. I will return to try their Sunday brunch special. They have one this weekend for mother's day.

I was here for the Spartan Super race. It was far from the ranch but the place was new and the breakfast was very good at a reasonable price. Make sure you take the half-price breakfast discount coupon from reception before proceeding to the restaurant. Staff were very courteous.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. The customer service this place provides in my opinion is second to none. I’ve stayed at the hotel next-door, mentioning no names, and did not receive half is good customer service as I got from this holiday inn. I come up from St. Petersburg once or twice a month and I have always stayed at this holiday inn. Everything is clean they have a wonderful bar and restaurant downstairs and a great pool and hot tub for relaxing. I always stay in a suite and it has a big jetted tub in the master bedroom that can help you rekindle any relationship.

Nice luncheon but did not offer regular coffee. Might have been the person who secured the menu faults. Delicious lunch.

Anytime I have business in Jacksonville I drive over to Orange Park to stay at this hotel. This time I Booked a suite with a king size bed and was given a disabled room with a sink that leaks and two full size beds. The front desk did not seem to care and said that they did not have any rooms other rooms available even with a queen. As a tall person, you make sure that you book a room that you can comfortably sleep on a bed so your feet don't hang off the end. When you don't get the bed size you request and don't get a good night's sleep you feel like you didn't get any value and wear instead ripped off. I won't be staying there again the next time I'm in Jacksonville for business, I was very disappointed in the poor and unhelpful service and not getting the room I reserved.

Good clean hotel. Not sure about the activities there after midnight. The Saturday morning we were leaving for the airport there were more than one domestic disturbance. The police were even called. The things that happen while we are usually sleeping. How often does this happen?

Great place Ryan at guest registration was very professional fast friendly and helpful. Very welcoming place I feels like home already.

Need facility improvement little old, cleaning needs to be improved. Elevators working one day and not working the other day, if you stay on the 6th floor good luck with your luggage. Rooms need to be updated.

Clean rooms and quiet. Only complaint — why isn't there a room key access on North stair entrance? South entrance has room key access, but 6-8 parking spots. If you have to park in North parking lot, you have to go around to front entrance to get in. Only hotel I've stayed at that has one keyed access point.

An extremely pleasant stay. This hotel matched and exceeded the standards I expect from the Holiday Inn brand. The hotel/grounds are clean and well-kept, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, smelling fresh. A fantastic stay.

The room was clean and quiet. We had breakfast at the buffet two mornings in a row. The food was good both times. Our waitress was very hospitable. I would recommend a stay here.

Was able to get upgraded to a suite. Staff was professional and friendly. I've stayed here several times before. Great value, friendly service, comfortable beds, good TV selection, restaurant is pretty good as well. Rooms were clean. Will be back again.

Clean rooms, decent work desk. Wi-Fi is atrocious at times but peaks ok. Must be near water treatment because it smells righteous outside at night.

My family recently attended the Holiday Inn & Suites in Orange Park for the Thanksgiving Holiday. This is the second year we have come to their Thanksgiving feast and the food and service has always been phenonmenal. I am in the service industry and although I don't want to take anyone from their families on a holiday, I am grateful for the staff and establishment and all the hard work and wonderful service. Our family lives all over the world, making it difficult to get everyone together for a holiday, so we choose to meet at the Holiday Inn for their banquet. As I said the service is always wonderful as is the food.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is awesome. I would honestly rate this 5 stars if it weren't for the elevators… The elevators are so slow and if you are on the 6th floor you have to wait a long time for it.

I was there to celebrate my Red Hat sister 70th Birthday. Everything was outstanding. The aviance, food and the beautiful room was all on point. The staff was so helpful and polite, eager to please. I would recommend Holiday Inn to my friends and relatives. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come back for other events.

This Holiday Inn and Suites was a great place to stay! I stayed here for about 6 weeks for work. The staff always went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay with them again if I return to the area.

9-12-17 We stayed here during hurricane Irma The manager Sue Hill and her staff very beyond wonderful Sold out rooms, very comforting and staff remarkable during our stay Thank you for the best experience ever to go thru during a hurricane I can't say enough on this holiday inn but a 10 We were overwhelmed.

Great location! Close to all the shops and restaurants. Close to NAS JAX. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained pool. Beer at check in and coffee ready for you down stairs In the morning and in the evening. One thing I do wish they had was a continental breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights had a suite that was nicely furnished comfortable and very clean We had 4 meals in the dining room the breakfast buffet is fantastic and affordable. The chef goes above and behond as well as the servers. Front deak staff friendly professional and so helpful. We are planning a return trip in November to see our mom and plan on staying at this location. Very clean and affordable Thanks to the staff for an hour awesome job.

We were upgraded to a handicap suite, so that is always a plus. Oddly, it had an elliptical machine in one of the rooms… Seems ironic? Room was clean, bedding was comfortable enough. There were several places to eat in a short drive, we went to Mills Basin. The hotel had a bar, no decent beers on tap though. Pool looked nice, wish I had time to try it out. Overall a decent hotel.

Nice sized rooms. Staff is very friendly & that is ALL STAFF. House keeping does a great job keeping the room tidy. The bed I had was king sized, a little firm for my liking but the sheets, blankets and pillows were always clean, house keeping changed them daily when I was at training. Food at the restaurant is up to personal preference; staff there were very friendly. Only there for a week. Traffic in any city is horrible but use your turn signals about 100 ft from the entrance let the dummy behind you know you're gonna turn. They sometimes back off. I had been to other hotels & immediately regretted paying for lodging but this place is pretty good.

Nice spacious room, friendly staff. Did not use the restaurant, but have in the past. It's ok, but nothing to write home about. Convenient location and ok rates.

The room had a stench of smoke. To "solve" the problem the staff brought in this very loud air circulation machine that kept me awake all night and never remove the smoke odor.

Sunday brunch… Disaster. Waited 33 minutes to get in. Food quality was good, for what was left. Arrived 2 hours + before they close it down and they were out of about 1/2 of the items which were displayed on the menu. They were also out of water… How do you run out of water? No manager came to the table after we expressed our disappointed. Don't know what to say…

Clean, comfortable, very warm and welcoming staff. We had an excellent stay. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Orange Park for fun or business.

The breakfast was not really that great but everything is clean and everyone is friendly. The room is comfortable and the Ac is ice cold, but the Ac is very loud while it is on it woke me up when it kicked on. The pool looks clean and the outside is well kept.

The stress of Hurricane Matthew was mind boggling. But from the moment we walked into this Hotel, the staff was incredible. We all weathered the storm together and the staff treated us like family. Lynette and China in the dining room served all of us with such exceptional care. Nerves were on edge when we lost power, but they stayed right onpoint throughout the entire ordeal. Thank you for furnishing us with meals at no cost, exceptional caring, fantastic service… if they were this great in this crazy situation — they will rock your world on a regular day! I give super high praises to, this entire staff that stayed with us from day one in the hotel. Thank you seems so small but we are so grateful!
