I just checked out today stayed from 7/13-7/17. Came to Miami for friend April’s bday! I must the hotel was amazing, so clean, nice, not a lot of traffic, has a very home like feel. Everything was fresh clean and modern. The staff was super sweet! Very affordable for the area where it’s located. Just feet from the beach! Very close to everything! Me & my friends Really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back! Oh & the roof top pool is 24 hrs! If you looking for a great place to stay while in Miami this is it!

Stayed here for one night last week and the experience was excellent! The room was clean, big and even though the photo on Expedia showed no balcony, the room did have a balcony! It was so convenient and felt like I got an upgrade. They have a nice restaurant on the first floor and the bar had delicious drinks. Also a pool on the roof and very friendly staff. Its located right by the beach and away from the noise of south beach so definitely a must when you visit miami.

Thoroughly enjoyed a fusion of delectable foods that satisfied my palate. The sumptuous beachfront restaurant is intimate and elegant enhancing energy and excitement that Miami demands. My kids loved going there every time during our trips. Had a Fantabulous time while eating. Perfect ambiance, got all beyond my expectation.

Really cool place at southern tip of the strip. Reeally enjoyed our stay.

Good low key place off 4th and Ocean, really good burgers and a nice low key pool on the rooftop with an ocean view.

We did a Miami to key West road trip and stayed at 8 hotels in 10 days. Sense takes the prize as the best of them. Fantastic small boutique hotel space with a great room and the rooftop pool space it truly amazing. We ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both meals were very good. Right on ocean drive near 5th so walking distance to all the action as well.

Very nice hotel at the beginning/end of Ocean Drive. Room nicely decorated and a good nice bathroom.
The pool at the top of the roof is well done, a nice idea. All in all, a good place to stay. A star deduction because the tranquility of the guest is a side issue, and you still have to flex and lay tiles in the late evening around 22:00. Only a complaint was responded to.

Very good hotel at the quiet end of Ocean Drive. For us very well placed and comfortable. Small swimming pool on the roof. No parking, but valet available 24h.

Room was well worn, classic poor craftsmanship you see in Florida. Premises were clean and staff was polite. Location was wonderful.

Great location. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and room service was good. The resort rate is cheaper than other places in the area. Food was good and the pool upstairs is nice. A couple of comments to the management tho: the bathroom light switch timer was annoying. Had to get out of the shower twice because the lights went off. The pool had a really cold water which. And lastly I think having free coffee and water in the room could be a good idea. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff is very nice, hotel room is clean and spacious, great location and the food in the restaurant is good… the only wierd thing is the timed light in the bathroom!

Stylish and sophistaced with a "sense" of beachiness! Nice large comfortable rooms just steps from the beach. The Local House is downstairs, perfect eatery at your South Beach Hotel. The best part is is the roof top deck and pool. The sense House is the perfect alternative to the big chain Miami Beach hotels. A nice quite retreat that is classy and stylish, feels like South Beach but not in the middle of the craziness (though the crazy is only a short walk away).

Very quaint hotel with nice décor. Friendly staff, happy hour, dinner specials, and nice bar. There's also a pool on the roof. Only was able to spend 1 night here. Wish we had more time. We're definitely coming back.

Great views and location at the quiet end of South Beach. Friendly staff. Very clean and modern. Nice decor. Close to the beach. Good restaurant in lobby that is quiet and tasteful with outdoor dining too. Downside is no coffee in room or lobby, parking is expensive in the area and you have to find your own there is a lot of construction going on a few blocks away. Hotel ran out of beach towels by the second day. The pool they adversities is not a swimming pool but a giant hot tub and too hot for the summer months. The bar on the roof was closed in the summer. I did not see one other person there the entire time I was there on the roof. The views were good however. You cannot swim in the pool. So it's kind of false advertising. My room was surprisingly quiet despite floor to ceiling windows and a wrap around balcony. All in all a great stay.

Great stay, on ocean but farther away from the noisy end. Awesome and spacious room, with great amenities. Friendly staff with knowledge of the area, rooftop pool. The view from my room was to die for.

Amazing place tucked quietly in the center of everything. Staff was great, (Especially Ann! ) Just a few minutes away from everything. Great views and people watching from the pool on the roof!

Really a great place to stay in south beach. It's one block from the beach and has a restaurant and bar on site. It is quaint and quiet with good views.

This is a charming boutique hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated. My wife and I loved the memory foam mattress and pillows. We slept really well.
We had appetizers and drinks as well as breakfast at "The Local House". The deep fried goat cheese appetizer was incredible! They literally melted in your mouth. We had 2 orders of them.
For breakfast, I had steak and eggs and my wife had the key lime French toast. Both meals were cooked to order and we're fabulous! Our server, And was very friendly, efficient and incredibly on top of things. Very impressive!
We would definitely recommend this restaurant and hotel! The beach is only a block away and the hotel will supply beach chairs and towels!

The room here was perfect. I enjoyed my stay and the view. I loved that it was so close to the beach and everything nearby, but still quiet at night. The staff was friendly and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. I booked early so I got a very good rate and will definitely stay again. I will also recommend this lovely spot and atmosphere to everyone!

I stayed here last week and I absolutely loved this hotel. I love that it's on ocean drive but away from all the craziness. The room was spacious, clean and bright. I loved the shower, memory foam mattress and cute little balcony. The rooftop pool are is so chic. I can only imagine what it must be like on a warm weekend. I also loved that I didn't have to worry about a chair and towel to take to the beach. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit south beach.

Very accommodating staff filled with friendly individuals who are always ready when you need something. The roof top pool that has no closing time is a must do if you are a guest at the hotel. Would stay again!

I liked the place. Cool rooftop pool. Neat decor. Nice rooms. Good price. However, front desk staff not friendly.

The Beach House was decorated beuatifully. The staff was friendly and humble. Yoga on top of the roof was amazing. The ambiance of the Beach House was elegant yet casual/cozy. Rooms were clean and modern. However, when it says, "partial beach view" is somewhat misleading. The Beach House is located across from the beach, not directly on the beach. Besides that little hick up. Our stay was awesome!

This is a very cute hotel with a great restaurant. The only problem — which is a BIG problem for me is that there is no coffee maker in the room. We had to walk all the way to Starbucks to get coffee — 4 blocks. This did not start our day off very well.

Lovely front desk have us a great walk in price when we walked in in search for a room! Lovely large partial ocean view room! The location is great close to the fun but a little bit off that you don't get bothered by it at all times. The style of the hotel is great. It is French beachside chic, very clean and feels like home away from home. I think the only imaginable critic would be that the breakfast menus if the restaurant shows all option you imagine but the included breakfast is black coffee and fruits with a baked bread but no jam, ham or cheese. I think a credit of 15usd would be of better use to choose if you like to upgrade to some of the more exiting options.

The place is beautiful. The staff are great and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend others to stay here and when I return to South Beach this will be my 1st choice.
