This place is amazing! The rooms are clean and the entire facility is organized and clean. The staff was awesome and very very accommodating! We were in Miami to get married on the beach (8/18/18) and chose this place through a friend who recommended it to us! They went absolutely out of their way and surprised us with a cake and a few bottles of champagne, balloons, flowers/roses, and a personalized greeting card signed by the entire staff! They presented the cake to us up on the roof top and we took pics with the entire staff for that day! The next day the new manager for the weekend knocked on our door and introduced himself and congratulated us! What amazing service! Only 4 days in into our 9 day vacation and we absolutely love this place! Kudos to the entire management team and the entire staff! You guys are terrific! Because of your service our special day and special stay will be even more precious as we look back on the memories we have there!

I would stay here a thousand times! Great service, nice resort accommodation and the best part is the location right in front of the ocean! From their very cozy terrace you can actually see the ocean and have some wine! Not a regular hotel but a condo instead you have your kitchen, living room and separate rooms! ♥️

Right across the street from the beach in the Art Deco district in South Beach, one could not ask for a better location. Well done restoration of a classic old small hotel. Small rooms, but most of the amenities for comfort. Roof top deck was great spot for 4th of July fireworks. Walking distance to huge array of restaurants and clubs for the lively life style of this area. Great people watching from front deck.

Rooms are clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with kitchen minus a stove. It is comfortable to stay here since it is right on the strip. If you plan on drinking a lot, stay at these strip hotels.

Good location beach right across the street plenty of good restaurants in walking distance felt safe walking at night with my wife. Staff very friendly and attentive rooms spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again highly recommend.

Can't beat the location! Right on Ocean Drive across from the beach. Rooms and nice but need to be updated. Front desk staff are nice, but sales team is pushy.

Great location, close walking distance to everything. Clean and spacious rooms. On the quieter end of the strip. Super friendly staff and easy check in/out. Great stay!

Very good location.

Perfect for a couple stay. Had to wait 20mins to check in because the front desk clerk was not at the desk. Street parking $4 per hour or garage on Collins $20 daily. Good location.

Booked a suite here for my mom and sister. There was a livingroom, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The sofa in the livingroom could be pulled out and slept on, if one had children on the trip, which my mom and sister did not. We also spent a little time relaxing out front of the hotel and took pictures in the lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive. Many may not know this but there is a narrow outdoor stairscase out back that leads to the rooftop of the hotel, and you get views of all of Ocean Drive, the park across the street, and even the ocean. Great photo spot.

Prior to arrival construction behind prpoerty was not made known to client who booked stay. Room is next to construction. When attempt to move no other options available. This really a nice way to spend holiday. I left construction for peace and ended up with construction. Other service was fair. In future when construction is over maybe a 3 to 4 star rating could be given but because information not given initially so we could make an informed decision they get a 1 star and staff get the other star.

Great location, interesting art deco atmosphere. Spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Pocket doors separate the rooms but some don't glide well. Most rooms don't have very good views (buildings next door). Air conditioning works well in the living room but not in the bedroom. Rooftop terrace just finished, the rest of the hotel is still under refurbishment as of September 2017.

Great place to stay on SoBe. Basically at the end on ocean drive thus you are away from most heavy foot traffic but still have the livelyhood on ocean drive. Roof top patio with great views. Sofa sleeper is so comfortable, flat screens in both the bed room and the main room, 4 burner electric stove top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge all equipt. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Time share. They gave us a room facing the alley. Street lights, at night, made the whole studio suite light up. Noisy! Construction right outside the windows (cement trucks) could hear the people upstairs walking around. Awesome location! Great views! Nice staff!

Such a great location! You stay here for the location not necessarily the room quality or service. Rooms are decent, have full kitchens, sleep four. Fun roofdeck that overlooks the ocean, nice place to bring back your own drinks and hang out. Service is okay, front desk person always seems to be on break, but other than that good experience. If you're a diamond owner it's a nice place for little points!

We loved our time at the Crescent Resort. There was an issue with the room and the staff handled it by moving us to another suite. This one was perfect. The location was fantastic and the staff at the resort was awesome. Great time. We will be back.

Loved the apartment. Great location! 2 minute walk to South beach and to the restaurants! Spoilt for choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were really friendly too! :)

A little bit.

I stayed here with four friends in the one bedroom. There's a somewhat comfortable pullout sofa bed and enough space to put down a queen-sized air mattress. The front desk was helpful and anytime we needed something they helped find what we needed. The kitchenette has a nice sized fridge, microwave and stove top which help when we didn't want to eat out. Kitchen ware is in the room already also, so no need to bring anything. We used the valet to park since it was more convenient and the price for parking wasn't much more than what we would have done in the parking garage a block away. The PG is $20 a day plus you are changed if you leave and return. You have to pay the valet upfront but once you've paid that's it. A couple downsides were that the Wi-Fi didn't reach to our room whatsoever. We couldn't even attempt to connect. Housekeeping also only comes every four days and with four people in a room housekeeping would have been appreciated. Overall I liked the stay and would stay again but maybe not in the summer.

I loved the Art Deco theme represented throughout the resort! In addition to that, the staff were very friendly, the location was perfect (the beach is just a few steps outside the door, ) and the rooms had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook a night or two.

Crescent resort has an amazing location on Ocean Drive, next to the beach. Rooms are a good size, decent facilities and reasonably spacious. Only downsides, rooms not as pristine as they could be; we had a tear on the leather sofa and the staff not as available as I would hope. But overall, for location, hard place to beat on South Beach.

Very nice location and room. The jets in the tub didn't work though, and they tried relentlessly to get us to join the timeshare program.

Although the hotel was nice, I was completely screwed over. I purchased what I thought was a 3 night stay from a gentleman named Wayne Clark Jr. Just to find out later that I wouldn't be able to make a reservation at any of the Diamond Resort properties. Everything sounded good, but you really can't trust too many people these days. I received paperwork with a number to dial to make reservations for a three night stay at one of their nine destinations. When I attempted to do so the Customer Service Rep. Informed me that my reservation was cancelled and suggested I check my bank statement because a refund was issued. I then asked to speak to a manager. Elyse, the Manager on site repeated the information and assured me that a refund had been issued in January. Well since it's rather easy to check your statement online, I quickly pulled it up to see if maybe I overlooked a refund. A refund was NOT issued, but Elyse, Manager in the Customer Service Dept. Insists that a refund was issued and I am no longer eligible for a three night stay at one of the Diamond Resort properties. I am now out of the money I spent and was told I can't make a reservation until I purchase another package. Fool me once, but not twice! What a joke! I would advise you not to do business with these scam artists.

First unit had rotted rusted sink in kitchen. Had rusted refrigerator. Bedroom ceiling coming down. Water stains in ceilings. All this in unit 405 for $300 a night. Refused unit. After an argument received a good unit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed from September 15 through the 22nd. This complex is not worth $300 a night. Maybe $75 a night.

Close to the beach, comfortable.
