The pictures of the rooms online are nothing what the rooms look like. The air conditioning had mold in it and it sounds like broken helicopter… The air vents had mold. There were bugs in the bed. When you stood in the tub to take a shower, it felt like you where on a surf board. It rocked the whole time we showered. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We will never go back to this place again… HORRIBLE.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel could use some updating. Basic, no frills hotel.

Absolutely Disgusting hotel period. Roach infested, filthy walls, destroyed furniture, dirty blankets, a tissue shoved in the peep hole, had to jimmy the door handle to get it to open. I feel like Ramada should pay you to stay in this dump.

Not horrible but not good. Smells awful in hallways outside. Dead roaches in front of rooms. Found one bug crawling on wall and half of one in our bed. Room was pretty clean as far as bedspread, no sign of bedbugs, and clean towels. Furniture was worn and ottoman was caving in. It’s a nonsmoking room people have definitely been smoking near the window. I would NOT bathe my kids in the bathtub or use the pool. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and mini coffee maker were positives.

We stayed for two nights and the only things good about this hotel is the staff was nice and the bed was comfy. The blankets had burn holes all in it, the bathroom light flickered every time we turned it on like a strobe light, the water wouldn’t get hot, the shower head was mouldy and rusty, there was a bunch of trash behind the night stands and two of the lamps in our room wouldn’t even turn on. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I deff won’t be back.

It's an older model but the room is very large. We have a refrigerator and coffee maker. They had the air on and the room nice and cool when we arrived which was so nice. It is right next to I75 but it isn't too noisy. The staff are very nice and our room was ready before our check in time which was great since we got in early.

Wonderful Surprise when we pulled off the road! Staff was great, breakfast was make your own waffles and good coffee. Beds were soft — and comfortable. 2 doubles, and a pull-out couch. Very spacious! VERY clean! Updates have been done — some "finishing work" would be good. Much more than we expected at this price point. We have put this on our "we will return" list!

This place is so nasty! The customer service here is so awful! The room here are a not fully clean they don't clean the carpets so your feet get dirty so it's best to keep shoes on which is not good at all! This place is drug infested and their is tooo much drug activity going on! Too many prostitutes in this place! I do not think it is a safe environment for children! Someone got killed here and I would NOT recommend it to anyone!

Front desk very polite Upset pool closed at dark Carpet extremely outdated… I thought I read the right reviews went back and read more… I personally havent seen any bugs snakes or bedbugs in my room… just frogs and toads everywhere So I'm posting in picture this is bedframe lovely 60's casino carpet patch in ceiling.

Customer service was great. Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Well at least the king size bed I slept in was great.

Needs a serious upgrade years past due. Amenities are lacking poorly and service was not good. Didn't feel safe at all.

This place is old and Not well cared for. Stayed on had old carpet, thick caulking in the shower, broken faucet, dirty mirrors in the bedroom, AND A FUNKY SMELL! CSI just finish up in here? What a mess. Skip this joint…

Will not go back. My night started off with finding a snake in the room and having to remove it my self with no help from the hotel staff. Then it continued with having to kill a dozen roaches or so when I tried to put drinks in the fridge. I maybe stayed 2 hour and decided to just leave and find somewhere else to go. When I went to check and tell them why I was leaving all the doors was locked and I couldn't get anyone to come to the service window. No stars.

Me and my fiancé stayed here. We will NEVER come here again. The non smoking rooms were nasty, they smelled like mold and mildew. The towels and rags were disgusting, they were full of hair and had mildew spots all over them. Not to mention the bed… The linen's were not ckean either. However we will not be spending another night here. Btw, the prices that are given on line are not honored once you get here. The booking price on line was 57.00 plus tax, the front desk clerk said he would not accept that price. Just consider yourself warned. Hope someone else has had or will have better luck if they decide to stay here.

Hello, me and my family visited this hotel, and practical had all the rooms, there but I wouldn't, advice and one to stay there they accept pets I wouldn't, bring my dog there, I drop something on the floor reach to get it hand got stuck on a rat glue, roaches crawling around, had a handicap room water runs out the shower had to get extra towels to keep from falling no maintenance worker, rug so dirty you have to have on house shoes. Please don't rent rooms until they do better, you might get a roach in your ear. They get one star because the maids are very nice and they try accommodate you with what they have to work with. And I hope the owner read this and whosoever own Ramada inn should take there name back. I could keep going but I Will stop.

We stayed here in Lake City FL. The tub in our room felt like it was going to fall through the floor. We left purses in the room to go eat breakfast, after we checked out we realized we had money missing.

Although convenient to I-75, restaurants and shopping, the hotel is old and in serious need of updating. The staff is friendly and helpful but some of the tenants appear to be permanent residents. Both nights we stayed, someone knocked on our door looking for a different person. Pizza crusts and pepperonis were thrown onto the ground, sidewalk and parking lot. The pool is small and, at the time, one of the underwater lights had come loose from it's housing and was floating in the pool, tethered only by it's wiring. Some of the lights in the rooms we had either didn't work or stayed on constantly. Despite the friendliness of the staff, it is not a place I would recommend.

Very displeased with this location! Dont believe what you see online the pictures are all lies! Stayed there last night 4/6/18 and it was disgusting. Door was falling off the hinges, couldnt lock it, TV didnt work, hair and dirt all over in the bathroom and no hot water! I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone! Price was low but still not worth what your in for!

The hotel is a disaster, from the staff who have a deal to the clients, everything else; All this decadent, bad smell in the room, the A/C is a relic, the bathrooms of the room detestable…

Horrible! If I didn't HAVE to click on a star I would not! When you first walk in the door to switch on the light it's a miracle that you didn't get electrocuted. The switch cover didn't even fit over electric box. If I were Ramada I would be totally embarrassed to have their name on this particular motel.

Warning. Do not waist your money. This place is disgusting. They have bed bugs. My little 10 yr old nephew & I got ate up with them. Welps and bites all over us. The dude in the lobby acted like he didnt even care. He never came to look at them. They were crawling on the freaking mattress when we woke up. Omg I cried and that baby had a baseball game that morning with welps and bites on his neck arm and other places. They have roaches as well. I am reporting these nasty filthy dot heads. Please don't stay there. It is horrible.

So this was a last min decision. Seen low star so I wasnt expecting to much. I got a non smoking room that smelled like musky smoke moldy smell. There was barley any toilet paper in the bathroom. When getting ready for shower look in shower and there was alot hair in the bathtub like seriously housekeepers u can washout the tub with a cup but u even failed there. The closet had so much dust on top. No dusting has prolly been done at all. Yeah free Wi-Fi that u cant connect to. I was right by office and I still could not connect due to poor signal. I would not spend more than $50 on room here. Ive worked front desk and housekeeping I know whats expected in hotel. Housekeeper just needs to step up there game and than the place wouldnt be half bad. I didnt have any bugs or anything but its not place I would stay again. Breakfast was skimpy but didnt expect much.

Got in late, left early, traveling. Clean room, quiet. Breakfast unimpressed with, but at low rate, didn't have high expectations.

Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff. The best part is they are pet friendly, so my cat Charlie also gives them 5 stars!

We were having a church service in Lake City and we had a visiting church from Jacksonville. They reserved about ten rooms for the evening and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was really close to the restaurant we love to eat. The staff is great and accommodating and they got 9 rooms for a total of around $500. Very reasonably priced.

Do not stay here. It doesn't look safe. Locks to get in the building are wide open. No key required. Laundry is done outside. There were fleas and dog hair in both rooms we booked. Horrible. Never again!

Terrible Wi-Fi, in this day in age, really? The bed felt unclean. On a positive note, the bed was big and comfy. Should be more like 40$ a night.

Only because I have to leave a star I am giving one, grossest place I have ever walked into. Lobby smelled that should have been our first warning, second warning stairs walking up. Walls are nasty. Take our things in and go to dinner, came back and there was a hole in their ceiling and it was raining inside the room. Promptly took out things to the car. I went to the lobby where owner/manager stared at me when I told him and showed him a hole, while my boyfriend took things to the car, he was fuming and they didn’t want to see that side of him. I said it’s raining inside the room, her says no it’s raining outside. I said I want my money back we are leaving. He asks did you get everything out? Of course WE ARE NOT STAYING here! Pay the extra 30 and stay at the lovely holiday inn! Don’t waste you time and energy on this place, we booked from the road thinking Ramada are nice… ewww, just stay away!

This is a nice motel the rooms are clean and really big. Its easy to see and they have good prices and pet friendly. Very nice place to stay.

The only redeeming qualities of this hotel are cheap price and a comfortable bed. Needs a really good and top to bottem cleaning. A redo in the bathroom. So much caulk, it seems to be holding the bathroom together.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. The first room I was given keys to had 2 unmade beds and some clothes on the floor. The front desk employee did apologize and assigned me to a room in their second building. She said the room was smaller than the previous room. Upon entering I was taken back by the strong smell of mold. The room was dirty, cobwebsa, filthy carpeting, outdated decor, a small television bolted to the dresser which was to the far left of the room. I honestly am so disgusted I can't even take the time to list all of the issues. Oh God, and in the morning, a small roach on the wall and one on the shower curtain. I wanted to die! We left immediately. Didn't even shower or get ready. We bolted immediately!

U really don't want me to write a review on this place. We got into it smelled so bad then we went to take showers and they put a plastic tub over a cast iron one and it felt unbalanced when u stepped in it. Then we went to lay on the bed and there was blood on the one bed sheets weren't changed from last person that was there they just fixed the bed so we went over to the other bed and I was up all night itching and so was my dog. My by was up off and on all night. I woke up with bug bites on my arms and hands. Also when I called for price she told me 59.99 for2 guests and 10.00 for dog. We were charge 82.00 and she said there was big truck parking yea right going in we had a little bit trouble but coming out was ok.

Where to start… First off, no hot water. After many hours of traveling I just wanted a hot shower and rest. After a cold shower and yes, I checked the sink and only cold there as well. I reported everything to the manager and he appeared surprised. A few roaches, filthy toilet, Tooth paste in the sink. Water damage in the bath, tub felt like you were going to fall through the floor. I have plenty of pictures to post. They should be embarrassed! Never again!

Good budget friendly place A/C makes room a fridge if turned down enough. 59 degrees when we entered. Small pool near lobby. Nice staff. Dryer takes two cycles to dry one load. Good breakfast. Waffle maker sometimes sticks.

The front desk clerk was most helpful when I called. She gave me the rate quoted in a coupon I had with no problem. The room was huge and for the most part clean. A very pleasant experience.

Nice one or two night stay. Needs updating but I lost my wallet traveling and I was still able to get a last minute room with cash and no hassles. All others turned me away at 10 pm at night. I would never go anywhere else in that town. Ramada treats you like a human being not diving in your bank account like you're a paycheck not a person. I'LL forever be thankful to the company and staff as a whole. I was stranded the Ramada changed that for me in the nick of time.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Booked this as a rest stop before our final destination. We were very tired from a 13hr drive and finally got here. Don't let the quaint look fool you. We got into the lot and my friend jokingly said this looks like a destination where people meet for confidential adult stuff, well that soon became a reality (yes, I know that's not the hotel's fault). My first impression was walking to our room and I can hear everything very clearly going on in the room across from us. Walking into the room a roach came scrambling out from under the connecting room's door. We noticed stains on the bed sheets, one on the ironing board looked like bodily fluids. There were bugs on the bed and the bathroom had a fresh rodent dropping, must explain the stray cats in the area. We found a hole in the wall to the side of their bed which may explain the slightly chewed items. We took off as quickly as possible. My only regret is not alerting the small family who just walked in. The only positive was I saw a lizard and the stray cats. We will be finishing our drive and sleeping in the car or requesting an emergency early check-in at our destination.

The website is totally misleading. The room was a dump. The chairs were nasty with stains of what I am scared to guess. The sheets on the matresses had other covers or something under them, they were not directly on the matresses so who knows what was under there. The room was dark and dreary with barely one window. The door barely closed to be able to lock it and was uneven at the top so there was a 1 inch gap on one side. Only descent thing was water pressure in the shower. Definitely not recommended and will not go back.

This good we arrived at the 1 in the morning and we followed room well comfortable and 2 beds big good night thank you for your rent.

I don't recommend anyone staying at that hotel, my wife and children we were on January 6th 2017 to 9:50pm for a storm that allowed me to drive, my eldest son told me that the furniture had pupu of rat and fatigue we pay no attention to what he I had said, at 11:30pm We turned off the lights in the room and it did not happen 30 seconds when my eldest son and I heard a sound, when I stopped to review tremendous surprise "the room had mice. " I just want my $78 back. 35 to pay for two hours we were there. We had to leave desperate 3 children and two adults under a storm to look for another place and thanks to the DAYS INN Hotel we were able to rest 8 hours.

The pillowcases were stained, bed skirt covered in what looked like blood spatter. The tub faucet came out of the wall, when turning on the water. Bottom of tub felt like a sponge, and there was mildew all over shower. The area were the washer and dryer were sitting, smelled strongly of urine; like a porta potty. We also had to go on a roach hunt. Disgusting for a hotel. Needs some updating too.

Dirty, old, disgusting. Coffeemaker didn't work. Bed platform broken, crumbs and a two by four with long nails sticking up causing bed to bounce. Ice maker broken, was told upstairs icemaker worked didn't pretty much said my husband was lying. Told me broken coffeemaker no big deal I told him it was if you like coffee he said I could have come to the lobby I thought maybe, your stuff should work. I didn't sign the check out paper. He finally, said he would give me a discount, but when I checked my bank account he didn't. Halls doors carpet NASTY. Would NEVER recommend.

This is a quaint little hotel off the highway in Lake City. It has a nice central location close to shops and dining. The room was a little bit older, but clean and cozy. There was a flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and the AC/heat worked perfectly and kept us warm when the temperature outside was in the 30s. There was no soap or shampoo and the hallways were a little messy, but the price can't be beat by surrounding hotels (I always travel with my own trial size shampoos anyway)! Only $11 for the added pet fee and we got free breakfast in the morning, including fresh waffles. Really nice staff and great service too. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for the newest accommodations in town, but would definitely recommend it if you're having a road trip adventure like we were when we found it!

The room itself was clean. Sheets and towels were laundered. Comforter was dirty and had visible stains. Lights were dark and yellow. Bathroom was clean enough. Tub floor was squishy and since mold around the tub. Ac was old analog unit but worked great. Hallway was dirty and could have been vacuumed. Rooms have doors going from one to another. Some one was smoking weed when we were there. It's an old hotel off the highway for $45 a night. It's what was expected.

OK Good queen beds (much better than doubles). Wi-Fi was ok. Paint could use some touch-ups.

Old, dirty and the worst Internet service I've experienced. No, there was this one hotel in India about 8 years ago, but aside from that, this ranks last. Pay a little more and go elsewhere. I wish I did.

Good place to put up for the night. Rooms are large and clean, beds comforatble, didn't see any bugs.

You get what you pay for. I've stayed here twice, once 2 years ago and then again on 10/9/15. I've stayed in a lot worse hotels. All I needed was a place to sleep while driving to Orlando from Missouri. The bed and sheets were comfortable enough for some sleep before hitting the road again first thing.

Not bad at all if you are staying overnight or something, everything works and was clean, so for a 63 dollar hotel room you get a decent room.

Absolutely the nastiest place I have ever stayed in! Roaches, hair in the bathtub, stinky room, everything was outdated, nothing was clean. For 60.00 a night and the Ramada name, you'd think it would have been decent. Oh and not to forget, the needle on the sidewalk!

Can't find much to complain about. The breakfast was better than the motels I have stayed at in Tallahassee, including another one of Wyndham's. It's best for a 1 or 2 night stay. We stayed the night before heading back home from Ichetucknee.

Not as bad as everyone makes it seem. I came in here expecting a lot worse from the reviews. Well worth the $46 a night, and it's the same quality as any other hotel in the area and in the price range. If you find a good deal, I say go for it. The breakfast was pretty lame, but its right next door to an IHOP!

The tub had black mold or something in the bottom. The front desk clerk was quick to put us in another room. Although this is not a top of the line hotel, it was survivable for one night. The breakfast area was small, but clean.

I spent two nights here with a friend and was a little weary because some of the bad reviews from months before but it was cheap and I'm glad we took the gamble. The on duty manager booked us a room even through it was before the check in time and it was extremely clean, especially the bathroom. It was hot in the room but the air conditioner worked fine once turned on and the pool was tidy and not crowded at all. The breakfast was pretty basic but no complaints at the price we paid, overall it was above satisfactory and we had a great time here.

Very outdated rooms, t. V. 's very poor quality, rooms look clean, feel dirty and have a stuffy odor. Hallways dirty, surrounding area not maintained. Room doors need an effort to close, bathroom door does not lineup so won't close. Went to eat and returned to a group of none-English speaking young men sitting on the ground by the door drinking and the door to the hotel won't close completely doesn't feel safe. Front desk said "not much they can do might be staying here". Will never recommend or stay here again, Ramada puts their name on this will never stay at a Ramada.

Checked in after a long day of driving. The room was clean, however, it is obvious the rooms are not air conditioned when not in use and it took 2 hours to cool the room down. The A/C kept cycling off flashing some error. Wi-Fi coverage was spotty and kept cycling (insufficient coverage). The room was good sized; however, no couch or anyplace to sit accept on small table (3'). There was no desk to work at combined with no Wi-Fi coverage—forget about working here.

Upon check-in the clerk was friendly and courteous. He gave me the corporate rate I told him about. The room smelled good, it was clean and dry but very dated. There was plenty of parking as I was towing a trailer and the clerk gave me a room that had sufficient parking just outside the room. The A/C was on and the comfortable room temp remained constant all night. The water pressure was good and the pressure and temp remained constant. The TV was clear and had a good variety of channels. Other than needing a lot of updating the room was very nice. The continental breakfast was standard and unremarkable (waffles, cereal, muffins, etc). The clerk in the morning was also friendly and courteous upon check out. I would recommend for an inexpensive nights stay.

This by far is the WORST HOTEL EVER! I checked in and the a/c barely blew when I asked to be relocated I was told no when I asked for maintenance the idiot at the front desk came to my room and argued with me about the efficiency of the untit. After about 2 1/2 hrs if was tolerable. The next issue was the Wi-Fi not working and after troubleshooting and the idiot resetting the router, which took 15 minutes, it still didnt work. He begrudgingly let me change rooms but not after giving me an attitude about it, oh yeah, and apparently, my room was the only smoking room in the joint, which he stated he could not offer another, even though most of the other rooms were empty, Finally I decided I had had enough, and requested a refund and to leave. He refused to refund my card, and we got into a yelling match, in which the clerk called me a bitch and stated that I didnt understand how the charges pending to my credit card would not be billed to me, even though he refused to re-swipe my card ensuring a refund. Also refused to provide a copy of the refund requested numerous times, after which he threw another copy of the original charge across the counter as he told me to get out. Upon checking into another hotel I found some fellow travelers who also requested a refund after getting a room and having to leave due to the blood stains on the walls in their room. Nice.
