Just fantastic! Beds, pillows, and blankets soft! Room is clean and quiet, little fridge and microwave. Lots of room. We had two queen bed‘s week so it’s a room then a little hallway then a living space with another TV and roll out couch awesome!

Nice Holiday Inn. Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Bathroom was nice, bath counter was alittle low. (? ) Morning coffee in the lobby,,, but NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. They offer a breakfast restaurant w/menu,, but just lookin for a bagel.

It was very nice and clean. It did have some minor damage in the bathroom that was repaired terrible. They had a breakfast area on the first floor. That cost and is not free or a buffet. Basically a small sit down breakfast restaurant with 6 choices. Overall a nice place to stay though a little pricey.

Very nice people. Rooms are nice and clean. Coffee is a little water down. I just wish they served breakfast a little earlier th. 6:30 so I did not have to drive somewhere far and spend extra money on breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Just off of the interstate. Has a lounge where you can relax. Rooms were a good size and very clean. All the employees were fantastic. Especially the bartender!

Nice place. Slooooooow elevators. No free breakfast. Good customer service. Location is walking distance to some good restaurants and just a short drive to loads of places. Nice pool and gym. The gym is better than advertised; more equipment.

Great place to stop and get some rest after a long trip. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and plenty to pick from close by to eat (including a kitchen inside the hotel itself). Even has a small bar and a pretty good bartender.

Great place to stop off when traveling south. Restaurants nearby, some local beers at their bar, pool for kids and very comfortable beds.

We stopped here on our long drive home from Disney. My girls were ready to be out of the car. The room was perfect. Everything was so neat and tidy. The beds/pillows were heavenly. Definitely stay a night here if you get the chance!

We had a great experience at this hotel. They have a small bar and Stephanie is an awesome bartender! The chef they had there was awesome as well. Stephanie had a trainee, named Taylor, and she was great as well. We will definitely stay here again!

I requested and paid for extended stay meaning I could check out at 2pm. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and my door was still knocked on 3 times that mornin by housekeeping. DO NOT DISTURB! Simple instructions…

Very nice property. Large open lobby with sports bar. Very comfortable newly renovated rooms. Nice variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. Ask about the 10th and 11th floors. :-)

We had to evacuate during Hurricane Irma and this was a one night stay on our way home. They got us nice accommodations last minute for our family of four and my parents. The guest staff was extremely friendly, inviting and helpful and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for allowing our two fur-babies to have comfy accommodations as well! Thank you, thank you! God bless the welcoming folks from the south!

The bell boy was an ass and unhelpful. The maids were the most helpful. It was kinda pricey for the 12 hrs we were there. And no continental breakfast. I give 3 stars because I liked the interior designing, and atleast my money went to some decent visual stimulation. Also no hot tub! Big boooooo!

No complementary breakfast. Didn't want dog over 40 pounds, but did a one time only since already prepaid and never mentioned it over phone. Good night sleep, nice room.

Beautiful hotel. I love that they allow pets. Was here for hurricane matthew. Beautiful lobby with bar. Rooms were clean and nice. Only problem. Elevators were slow. My god. You would need to press it and go back to your room.

After 12 hours of driving, I stop here to sleep. The person at the desk was a bit of jerk to me. He was a bit nicer after he saw I was a gold member. But that way I give it 2 stars. When I got to the room there was maintenance being done for a water leak. The room smelled like swamp water. I pay 120 for this? Not coming back to this place.

Nice hotel in Lake City, Fl. Great front desk service. Clean rooms and suites with an indoor pool. Ruby Tuesday's is connected next door. Close to alot of fast food joints for cheap eats.

Nicer choice from other hotels in the area. Located conveniently off the highway right behind the chik-fil-A and Rodeway Motel. Rooms were clean and there is an impressive entrance when you walk inside to check in. Service at front desk was courteous. Biggest disappoint was finding out there's no continental breakfast at this particular Holiday Inn which unpleasantly surprised us upon arrival. We had included that when considering the price and staying here.

Was VERY impressed with this hotel. It seemed to be new or newly renovated. Very friendly staff, very clean, comfy beds, easy to check in and free breakfast too!

Many locations on roadway to south Florida. Easy access from exit. Quick check-in. Clean spacious room with large mini-frige and micro.

Do not recommend! Room had strong cleaning agent, air freshener odor… bed sheets scratched our skin and had bed bugs, fleas or something! We left at 5:00 am to escape.

The staff was friendly enough but maintenance on the place was not great. Lights hanging from the wall, vents falling down in the pool area, they need to do something about the pool restroom. I know it gets a ton of traffic but the pool doesn't open until 7am and it was disgusting at 7:05 which tells me it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. Every time anyone from our group went in there they came back saying it was nasty.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Booked the rate with breakfast but it transpired that this just means you get a $10 coupon for breakfast. So if there's more than one person in your party, or if you want more than just the basic breakfast and a cup of coffee, you're going to be paying extra.

Only there for a few hours as part of my job. Was in the meeting room. The hotel seemed fairly nice. No complaints. There are several restaurants within walking distance which is nice.

This is a nice hotel. The entrance is very nice, with statues of children playing and a fountain. The staff was polite, and the bar was adequate. The room was clean and the door locked. I don't have any complaints but its not a resort either. It a good place to stay for a day or two.

Staff super nice and helpful, hotel old and needs a facelift. Our window was broken the curtains were old and tattered. It rained a bit and our cable was out. I would not return.

Slowest internet access I've ever experienced at a hotel. For the price you pay to stay here, you would think they would provide a faster service. They also don't provide coffee at the front desk because I guess its too expensive to give your guests coffee. As a IHG Platinum Rewards member who has stayed at dozens of Holiday Inns across the country, I can safely say this was by far my worst experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This hotel is mediocre and overpriced. They quoted a price of $139 plus $25 pet fee which is on the high side of what I am willing to pay for one night of sleep and a bath then when I got my receipt in am was charged $182. = $10. For tax/$7. For tax/$1.25 for tax. The room is not any more luxurious than any other and there is a not a complimentary breakfast everything costs here.

The name completely throws you off. First it took them over an hour to get us bedsheets for the pull out sofa bed. Then to make things worse, someone came into our room at 230 in the morning. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk all they said was sorry. Lol. Complete joke. Just unbelievable. All I kept thinking was American Horror Story — Hotel. If you stay here, make sure you use your door guard. You never know if the employees there are going to make a mistake and give your room to someone else or if they will take the liberty to come into your room themselves. ridiculous!

The service was good & the kids loved the pool, but the rest of the hotel is dated. The gym is only a couple treadmills & ellipticals (half of which were broken). We didn't find out until we checked in that breakfast isn't free. Our sink wouldn't drain & the wall lamp was just an exposed light bulb with no shade. These were all small problems, but all point to this not being a true 3-star hotel. It was an OK experience, but not the experience I'm used to at a Holiday Inn.

I have been staying in this Holiday Inn for the past ten years whenever we come to Lake City to visit my grandparents. The service has always been fantastic. The front desk is incredibly helpful and friendly, the facilities are always moderately clean, and the rates are very competitive. Breakfast served in the mornings is a great way to start to day. Though the hotel amenities and decor are slightly dated and in need of rennovating, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

This is a great location, with very friendly staff and very clean rooms! The beds are nice and breakfast in the morning is nice. A great place to stay when you're traveling through Florida.

This is for sure not a 3 star hotel. The place is under construction as it should be. This is a worn out tired hotel and it's only 10 years old. Just stayed there on 11/14/2015, the price is not cheap for the condition of this place. Our room was filthy dirty, bathroom was disgusting, carpeting was filthy with stains all over it. Very disappointed, stay somewhere else this place is not a 3 star hotel not even close.

I drove 2.5 hours last night only to find out that my reservations for 8 days had been canceled by the staff. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and continued to try and place the blame on me. I was ultimately turned away and as a IHG Platinum Elite Member, I find this totally unacceptable.

It's not worth the price. May 85 per night max 100/but not 150!

Very friendly staff. I checked in fine but woke up with gout on my left knee and could not move easily. Kae was going to drive my truck around for me, but decided to wheel me out in a wheel chair to my truck. — the room was great too — nice and ckean.

Stay about 3 days a week staff is a 10 easy on and off of I-75.

We were able to get a nice room on a minute's notice. Pricey for mid-week rates and amenities offered. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and room was very clean.

I booked a room at this hotel which is about half way home for us early in the morning as we were headed home form south Florida. The room was just as it had been explained to us. One of the lights in the bathroom was burned out. The service desk took care of it quickly. Later in the evening the toilet stopped up so I called the front desk and reported the problem, nothing happend for nearly 20 minutes or so. I tried to call back to the front desk and the line was busy. I called house keeping and got a message that they were not in. The front desk line was still busy. I had to physically go to the front desk after havning reported the problem 30 minutes prior and request a plunger from the night manager. About 20 minutes later a securty guard brought a plunger to our room. There is no free conntinental breakfast with this hotel. There is a resturaunt in the building but the prices are high, very high. There is a Ruby Tuesdays next door and a Cracker Barrel across the street and so you know what to expect from them. I was just shocked at the prices for breakfast. So we had breakfast from McDonalds. As for the room though it was nice and very clean, well kept linens and furniture too. We have stayed at this hotel before and likely will again. Just be prepaired to eat out. Unless money is no object for you.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn on numerous occasions as we find this hotel very clean, well taken care of and in a great location near to restaurants. The staff have excellent customer service and are very friendly. The indoor pool is heated and excellent for the children. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent Holiday Inn! Staff and Management was very friendly. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Location was convenient right off of I 75 with lots of restaurant options close by and a Ruby Tuesday at the Hotel. I highly recommend.

Ok. No micro/fridge in room. Staff seemed busy, hassled.
