The entire Marriott imperial palms is just a great place to stay.

They are very attentive to everything and the rooms are an apartment with all comfort.

This is our 2nd time staying here in a 3 bedroom! We love the layout of the rooms! The kitchen dishes and cookware cover pretty much all that’s needed! All of the Marriott team were wonderful but Kate, our front desk team member, was so thoughtful, kind and helpful! She’s fantastic!

At first we weren’t sure we’d like it as much as others we’ve been in but it turned out to be perfect for our family of 6. The staff here are truly some of the friendliest, most helpful employees and we couldn’t have been happier here this week. We will book here for next year!

This is an amazing place to stay. We had a 3 bedroom condo and it was very spacious. Check in was fast and easy. Many activities to do around the area. Will definitely be coming back!

Big rooms, great location to disney world, plenty to do and great service.

Grounds and room were immaculate! And my wife is extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I love these apartments. Perfect for families traveling to Orlando. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit which allowed us to all be together. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. The unit we stayed in had very recently been remodeled. Modern yet comfortable.

One of the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in and they have wonderful customer service.

The rooms are fantastic the staff there is just amazing they were super friendly when I got there and the pool is just amazing.

I traveled to Orlando just a couple of weeks ago and stayed at the Imperial Palms Villas through a time share exchange. I traveled with two of my grown children and they each brought someone with them. The three bedroom villas at the Imperial were perfect for us. I can not give them high enough marks. We really enjoyed our time. Although it rained the entire stay, we stayed on the property mostly and participated in the events the hotel was having. We really enjoyed the Marriott World Center. Since we were staying the same property, we had access to the World Center. The pools were gorgeous and the kids really enjoyed the slides. The only slightly negative experience we had was with a snooty concierge at the World Center but he was the only dark spot on the entire vacation. The last night, our A/C unit stopped working and the front desk made everything more than accommodating. We all voted that we will always stay at this resort every time we travel anywhere near Orlando in the future.

My stay at a 3 bdrm villa was great, beautiful inside, the restaurant bar and grill by the main pool is excellent, easy access to Disney, and all other local attractions, staff is also excellent.

Beautiful property! Our villa is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We haven't spent a lot of time on the property, but we have enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. The location to Disney World and Universal Theme Parks is great. Highly recommend!

Very nice rooms and amenities, friendly staff. Everything is clean and modern. A good place for families.

Two pools, one small one medium and 10 mins walking distance from a third huge that Marriott hotel has with water slides and lazer shows at night… All of them have hot tubs around. Fire pits, games, grills, basketball-golf-tennis courts… they provide everything! One small bad thing that I didn't like is that we asked for extended time on check out. Yes we asked a day ahead and it could be enough or not but… we kinda cought them lie to us. Because a day earlier they said that they are preparing our room for renovation the week after we leave. Yet when we asked for extended time they said they had someone staying in our room 3 hours after we leave so they can only give us one more hour. We were leaving saturday and I do not think too many people go to orlando just for sunday since Monday they start the renovation in the room. Any way, the whole experience was perfect. So you got 5 stars and you deserve them. Definitely coming back.

Great resort and very roomy. This resort was absolutely perfect for our recent family trip. We had three families in one unit and never felt crowded. The pools were in great condition and the property was beautifully landscaped. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a retreat from the Disney madness.

Good reception, transfers to other adjacent springs in an efficient way.

We love this place! It has everything you need to have a wonderful time. Close to all parks and Disney Springs. Big hotel up the road has a super huge pool that can be reached by an adorable little tram. The villas are fantastic! Roomy and comfortable! Great place. We have been there twice and will come back again!

The rooms were very neat and clean, the marketplace was tidy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The unit was clean and roomy. The third bedroom had a BED plus pullout couch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice view. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends.

3 BD condos right near Disney. Access to World Center pools, in addition to their own less crowded pools. I'll be back here again and again.

Great service and staff, close to all the parks, and spaceous three bedroom villas. The screened in patio and fully equipped kitchen are great for long stays.

Very clean and comfortable. Large three bedroom Villa with easy access to most major roads. Only disappointment is no free shuttle to Disney.

Fourth time in Orlando, first time at Marriott. First night toilet ran, drove wife crazy. Maintenance promptly came out and fixed it and a few other things. But toilet started running again. Third night, go for late night stroll only to return to our room and our keys didn't work. Had to get them reactivated. So all and all we did not like it as much as the other places.

This is a top shelf Marriott resort! It's part of a huge mega resort run by Marriott. Excellent property, very well-maintained!

Great location. Quiet nice pool, you can also visit Marriott World by van for huge pool park. Nice big units.

Pretty rooms. Very comfortable. Spacious. Can use adjacent Marriott World Center hotel pool with water slides, a plus. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay, but don't get sucked in by the timeshare presentation or the purchase incentives without doing your own math very carefully. Not as high pressure as some but it can sound better than it works out to be in the long run. Example: Yes, the airfare program gives a discount, but it was less than the maintenance cost of the points, when we did the math on several sample inquiries. Annual timeshare maintenance fees were higher than the actual value of the resort or hotel rooms we would buy instead, if you add them up. Etc. If Marriott improves the program to make it more worthwhile I'd be happy to update this review to more stars.

Our unit was great! There was lots of room for everyone and we had a wonderful time being together! The staff was friendly and responded quickly whenever we called.

Comfort, elegance and good service. Close to parks and outlets.

Great pool and amenities. Rooms are great and very big. Great for our big family of 5 (2 adults and 3 younger children 9 6 & 5). Only thing is that the main pool is very far away and you have to wait for a trolley to take you to the main pool which only fits at most 10 people. Over a half mile walk to the main pool from where our room is so its not possible to walk with 3 young hyper children since it is a very high traffic area. The smaller pools close to us are okay but not near as big and elaborate.

We're. Here on vacation got an 3 bedroomed end of block room looking over a lake its just beautiful. There's tennis courts basketball courts swimming pools 1 heated and more. The staff are great very polite and helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Marriott property. Very near Disney attractions and the rest of Orlando. You have access to the main World Center hotel and it's fabulous pools.

The villas are homey and comfy, feels like you are at home and not in a hotel. Updated kitchen and furniture. Would recommend.

Always love staying here. We have been coming here for years. Very clean and nice, always kept up to date. All the pools are wonderful especially the huge world center pool!

The villa is amazing, the cleaning staff does a great job and even cleaned our personal dishes left in the sink. The location is also extremely close to Disney and many places to eat.
