Great small and cozy location with basic amenities. Low water pressure (more than expected). Nice playground and very nice pool.

If you are looking for a 5 start and inexpensive Resort, this is the place to be. From the rooms, the amenities and on down to the service. I really enjoyed myself and I plan on coming back very soon. Over all, thia was a wonderful place to stay.

Nice resort with a beautiful view of lake Bryan I was skeptical but I love it. The staff are friendly and attentive. I will definitelyreturn.

Place is dated, pool deck gets really slick. Weird smells, had to have maintenance out 3 times in first 2 days. For the price we paid for a week its worth the money. I give it 2.5 stars. People are great, hands down the best part is the people here. Just nothing fancy or upscale.

Love the big room and full kitchen, staff nice, pool great, really close to Disney fun and being on the beautiful lake was awesome! Only complaint is when we took small paddle boat out battery died and we didn't have paddles. Luckly a gentleman from another resort saw us stranded drifting for 30 min toward them and towed us back with his jet sky. We would of swam back but heard there were alligators and snakes in the lake.

Not the highest quality suites but the rooms are large and accommodating. 5 minute drive from Disney Springs. I would recommend.

Wonderful experience. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and they took care of all our needs. Location is beautiful, right by a lake that you can kayak and paddleboat in. Minutes from Disney World and Sea World so access is easy. There is also a private pool. Breakfast is provided every other day and has a nice play area for children while you are eating. They also provide cpr classes and movie nights. The villas are spacious and clean. Plenty of parking to accommodate all the guests. Will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Very nice little place, rooms were very clean, we had a cockroach in our unit which was off putting but not something that you can exactly control. The staff was exceptional and worked very quickly to resolve the Cockroach issue and fog our unit and very apologetic. We really enjoyed the paddle boats out on the lake. The apartment-style Suites really made our holiday enjoyable and convenient.

Place was decent. There were ants in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Also, the porch area extends throughout the entire building meaning no privacy and anyone walking around in the back can look right in unless the blinds are closed.

Bryan's Spanish cove was a great place to stay. The front desk staff was extremely helpful when we needed anything. They are located in a convenient area that is close to both Disney World and Universal Studios. The suite we stayed in was clean and big enough for 5 adults. This is the second time my family has stayed at Bryan's Spanish Cove and I would do it again.

My family and I stayed here for a week in 2016. This was my first experience with a Diamond Resort and my first time at Bryan's Spanish Cove. We were all blown away by the cleanliness of the rooms — they even clean under the beds! Check in was easy and access to our unit was great. The desk clerk went out of his way to make an accomodation for a first floor unit for us. The only negative that I can say is that access to the resort isn't restricted. One of the scammer pizza delivery flyers was placed under our door. But, that did not take away from our time spent there. We will visit Bryan's Spanish Cove again!

Love place but asked for 1st floor unit. Both of us are handicapped and are now stuck in our room. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Came last year and loved it.

Clean, comfortable rooms, great location, very friendly service. The pool was nice, as was the hot tub. Walking distance from a few stores for supplies. Some Orlando-area hotels are sketchy — this is anything but. Well worth the price.

Bryan's Spanish Cove was the best place we have ever stayed in. The condo was large, clean a had everything you could possibly want or need. The staff were all the best a very helpful. The price for what you rented was very reasonable. If I ever get the chance to go to Orlando again I wouldn't want to stay at any other place. If there was such a thing as 10 star that is what I would give it. To all the staff thank you so very much for making our stay so relaxing a enjoyable.

Stayed over Thanksgiving week 2015. Room was great, kitchen was large and well stocked. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Loved the smaller size of the property, dock on lake and pool. Hot tub was a little too small. Grills were available. Only problem was early morning noise from unit above. We were able to use Diamond resort facilities next store also. On Thanksgiving a buffet of cookies and treats were placed in lobby for guests, a homey touch. It was great parking right next to unit and we were close to I-4 for parks and good restaurants. Would stay again if available.

Super Nice, big rooms, with all you need to cook your own food & do the laundry; We felt at home… Nice pool and Jacuzzi by the lake, We stayed 4 days, It was fantastic! Very close to the parks, beautiful surroundings… And at a very nice price… The guys at the front desk were amazing, the only thing is that they didnt speak spanish, At the Bryan´s Spanish Cove ;) … Muchas Gracias por todo!

Great establishment. Great people. Would definitely come back for future vacations.

The experience was awful the furniture in the rooms is outdated, no ice machines only in the rooms, the second bedrooms have no tvs in there and the TV in the master room is a small 90s outdated TV to hear the volume u have to put in earplugs, and last but not least the tub is not a real Jacuzzi tub it just has the jets u can turn on not the big round tub im used to at a resort, I will never stay here again reserved by family member and was not a good resort nothing compared to others I have stayed in Orlando area: (

My family and I had a great time in Florida this past week and it really was nice to come back each night to a clean and spacious condo and the people who work there are top notch. Pool and hot was very relaxing. They even have boats and canoes which I would have love taking my boys out on the lake had we had the time. The only thing that I think could be improved on there is there breakfast, not much of a selection. My wife and I will go back there again if we get another chance to visit the Orlando area. Mike at the service desk and Larry who does Security were very helpful in helping us with information on local restaurants and attractions.
