Clean and great location. Ask for a floor without dogs — ruined our entire stay.

I don’t typically write these but we had a great stay for 6 days. Staff is amazing, make sure you get the breakfast included it’s great, everything is modern and cleaned constantly. Pool area is nice for the younger kiddos. Bar prices are high (to be expected I guess). Location is great with bars n restaurants in walking distance. Disney entrance across the street. Great place thanks!

I loved the location. Everything was close by especially the expressway. They had everything that I needed. Will be returning for another visit.

This is an awful place to stay. Room had water rain issues from windows which caused my things to get WET. The management tried to pretend help but nothing had been replaced. My sons iphone was damaged and was never replaced. Manager doesn’t return my calls or emails now I need to get an attorney to get my sons phone cost reimbursement. The kitchen where food is stored has small ants and they kept open bread under cabinet with open pipes.
Just a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Don’t stay and waste money. Rooms all have pipe issues.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was ok, no complaints about that. But the food was terrible. The pool is dirty. Few selection and tasteless. It’s 17 mins away from disney magic kingdom. At the receiving area upon check in they ask for $15 and i’m not sure if standard for all hotel. I paid $195 for 1 night with 2 queen bed.

The staff were beyond friendly, some of they nicest and friendly hotel staff I have ever experienced in any hotel stay! They went above and beyond to make you feel special, and welcome, and at home. The hotel was clean and new. The rooms were spacious. The food was tasty. The location was perfect! (We stayed 10 nights: went to Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. ) We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend you ignore the negative comments and it give it chance for yourself. I'm not saying they don't have a right to their own feelings/opinions; but just as they do, so do you! I couldn't be more happy to have chosen this hotel; it really completed our trip and added that extra stress free and peaceful layer to our stay.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at hands down. I had food in my mini fridge in Austin then I thought I’d give them a second chance. They said they provided shuttle service to the parks. However, we got rejected by with both kids under 4 because they say “we don’t take dual stollers” (keep in mind we called twice in advance). Now we paid $300 to be at Disney, but yet we can’t get there. So instead we sit in this crappy hotel room with two very disappointed children. There solution “call an Uber”.

Lovely staff, great rooms, great value! If you're looking for a good hotel off-property, look no further. The room was spacious with a roomy bathroom, and we had no problems checking in or out. The hot breakfast buffet was an added bonus! Highly recimmend; I know we'll be staying here from now on.

I'm still checked in but on my last night here. So the pros are good free breakfast, convenient location, no daily resort fee, and modern newer spacious rooms. Now here are the cons and thus the 2 star rating: housekeeping needs major improvement. They don't clean rooms thoroughly & often forget a lot of things. For example they didn't change bed sheets, stock enough hand towels, or even vacuum. And the front desk staff needs an overhaul. I checked in at 3pm and was told I was to be contacted once a room was available. But no such call and finally checked in an hour later wasting an hour of my time. And here's the biggest con: for a hotel boasting 6 floors probably 260+ rooms total, how they got a permit to have only 2 elevators is beyond me. All hotel guests were complaining how ridicously slow and insufficient the elevators took.

The lobby smells amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is very clean and wasn’t crowded at all during our stay (which makes sense as most families were at the parks). Two minor complaints: housekeeping was very stingy on the toiletries. It took a couple days before I was able to get one bottle of lotion. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow. The location is awesome, you’re walking distance to several restaurants and a 5 minute drive to an outlet mall. There’s complimentary breakfast and the food is amazing, lots to choose from. This hotel is newer than most in the area and doesn’t charge a resort fee. I highly recommend that you book your stay here as you get a better bang for your buck.

Me & my 6 girlfriends just came back from an amazing Disney trip! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic with so much variety to choose from, the rooms were clean, the staff was amazing to deal with & always so helpful. The hotel is close to the attractions and grabbing an uber was easy. If I had to give one tip it would be just to be mindful of when cutting the grass in the mid afternoon, while being in the pool the grass kept blowing in. NO complaints, we had an amazing time :)

I rate this hotel is it a two maybe it would have been better if they had a better room service I'll have to go up front desk and order to get the room clean that was the second day but the first day I had to ask them out in the hall are they going to clean the room nothing was done the linen I everything the pull-out cot was still pull down and nothing was cleaning the room yet. I think they misunderstood that I wanted it done cuz they couldn't speak English that well The next day is when. One of my nieces went and just put the sofa bed back so they would clean the room. The breakfast was good and the idea that you do have a disability Pool and hot tub was also good. I asked him about honoring my points and they said that I don't get any points because I came through a third party but anyway it's okay about the point because I don't think I'll be staying there anymore anyway. I wish also when you book a room through a third party that you could at least get a receipt when you leaving I found out that I was overcharged so I called my bank and dispute it. I was there for three nights and also got stuck with four nights but I took one night off.

To preface this review, this would have been a 3-4 star review if the hotel had taken the time to fix the problems below that I felt were negligent and a potential safety issue. Pros:
1. ) Breakfast was good, loved the layout and the home feel of the set up. Coffee was good. … 2. ) Had a problem with Customer Service provided by the AGM, and the GM stepped in to try to correct the problem, and in my opinion went out of his way to make our stay better. 3. ) Very spacious double queen room, was comfortable for two adults and 3 kids. Cons: I’m not one to typically complain about elevators, but seriously this rivaled tower of terror… (Sorry had to throw in some humor) 1. ) Got stuck in an elevator for approximately 20-30 minutes shortly after checking in on the 6th floor which is where our room was. Of course my 8 year old was in the elevator too, so he was terrified to go into elevators the rest of the trip. 2. ) When trying to talk to the AGM about the elevator issues, he first said he had no idea what I was talking about, then became super defensive and said if I was not happy they could give me a refund and I could stay somewhere else if I wanted. He said they would try to get someone to look at the elevators when they could. 3.

Location of the hotel was good, not too much around, but just enough. Rooms weren't hard to find, signs posted at the elevator entrance/exit. Large space for a family, 2 beds, one couch bed, nice bathroom. Food served was okay, not the greatest and selection was small, but better than most. Elevators were a bit weird, sent my family to the top floor, then back down to the lowest level. Overall great hotel, needs a bit fixing though.

Great stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Shout-out to cage-free eggs. Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This place has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish. It has been such a wonderful experience. The breakfast was awesome. I would definitely state here again and again.

Attended a conference. Great facilities and staff. Whether you need a quick getaway or a place to host your conference this is a great location. The outdoor pool looked a lot of fun and the breakfast food was really good.

Friendly staff. Got a room that didn't have any fans/ventilation in the bathroom. Make sure you do a courtesy flush or it'll be hard to sleep! Haha. Other than that, the pool was nice and breakfast was your typical deal. No complaints.

Beautiful place to stay while in Orlando, would have given 5 stars if they didn't have people trying to sell you a time share right by the elevator. They have a whole booth set up right in front of the elevator claiming to sell theme park tickets to get you over there. Soon as you walk over they try and talk you into 2 hour presentation about time shares. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom. If someone does then the smell will linger for hours. Aside from that our stay was great.

Excellent family hotel. Two blocks from the entrance to the Disney area (do not follow the GPS that makes you travel 4 km before you get to the Disney area) Breakfast is excellent for Americans, for my taste lacks sweet options.

Clean and comfortable. Lots of space for our family. Wish they had more options during the breakfast service but this was overall a great stay.

Great place very close to the Disney parks area. Several restaurants around. It has close to the down town Disney. The hotel provides free service to Disney and Universal Parks. Be careful the schedules are somewhat tardios to get to the parks and apart you have to make change Porq takes you to Epcot then it takes a little more to get to the park. The room is very nice and clean. Breakfast is great the basics and a little more super full.

Stayed for two nights mid January. Clean room, friendly staff. We used our own transportation because shuttle to parks was limited. Breakfast was super and free! Coffee was great in lobby. I would highly recommend for a casual hotel stay. Rooms are large.

Great hotel. Clean. Wonderful staff. One suggestion. Get chairs out by the pool. Only lounge chairs for laying down. Not comfortable at all for having a conversation. Would have loved to spend our down time poolside. Not an option.

Room, lobby, breakfast area, and gym are all very clean. Breakfast selection is good. Pool area is very nice with some view. Staff are all friendly. The tub in our room was slow for drainage but they sent the maintenance guy up pretty quickly and fixed the problem. All in all the experience is awesome. We would recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent budget hotel for families. Great location near all major parks. Rooms are bigger than other Hyatt Place I’ve been. Rooms with two queen beds can accommodate a family of six. Got breakfast is included. They always have scrambled eggs with some type of meat or potatoes, different types of breads, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and cereals. Self parking is included as well. There also is a heated pool.

My family stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve weekend. The location is conveniently located off a main road close to Disney Springs and a 20-30 minute drive from other main Orlando attractions. The staff was warm and friendly and the room was perfect for my family of 5. The family room that we booked had a king size bed, a bunk bed, and even a pull out couch. It was spacious enough for my toddler to run around the room without getting in his siblings way. The amenities were perfect. Free breakfast and parking, mini fridge in the room, heated pool, and NO RESORT FEES! We enjoyed our stay and will keep this property in mind for our next Orlando getaway.

Very good! We stayed 4 nights the hotel Super good, the staff very friendly, the rooms Super great ideal for families, all very clean, the breakfast did not have much variety but if enough to be able to have a good breakfast, the coffee very rich. The very spacious parking no day we had problems of not finding available. There are no additional charges either for parking or Wi-Fi which works great in all the places of the hotel. Very close to the outlets and the parks. We recommend 100% and the next time we travel we will not hesitate to stay in the same place.

Was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. I had accidentally booked a suite and they let me downgrade to just a king and it was perfect. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. I love that there's a couch which makes just relaxing in the room and getting ready much easier. The bathrooms are nice and the shower is roomy. We only stayed one night but it was perfect and we will be becoming Hyatt points members after this stay. Very impressed. Wish the Breakfast was a little better with more variety but was still good taste wise and comfortable seating area. Also liked that there was a bar and heates pool.

Very nice hotel. It is a newer hotel and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has many options. The only issue has been that the staff running the breakfast seems a little overwhelmed trying to keep up with the many guests. We found ourselves waiting for them to restock food, plates, silverware, etc… Other than this small issue, our stay was great.

We spent four nights at this hotel and were very impressed. The staff made us feel like they actually cared about our experience and Carlos and Madison went out of their way to accommodate our requests'. We were traveling with our pet and many hotels that allow pets are usually not ones you want to stay at. This one was clean and beautiful and the rooms were spacious and modern. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the large picture window where we watched the fireworks each night. Breakfast was another surprise as each morning they had food with a different theme and the quality was wonderful with cage free eggs and healthy options. They also had a Starbucks cafe if you didn't want the Seattle's Best coffee that was provided with breakfast. We didn''t use the pool but it looked very inviting as well as the cocktail bar. We will tell friends and family about this hotel!

Great accommodations. Room was just as advertised, clean and home-y. There was a pool and bar. Breakfast included with eggs, sausage and fresh fruit. There was also a desk just for the amusement parks, however, I did not have any interactions with them. It helps being a Hyatt discoverist as well; nice perks!

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Ms. Kim Harvey who is an EXCELLENT BARTENDER! After a Horrific food experience we encounter at a Convention that we attended named Society of Black Belts around 9pm my Husband and I walked into your lobby and saw the Bar. Kim had a beautiful smile and she looked like Jennifer Gardner the actress. She had a pretty blue dress and she made our stay at the bar so welcoming that we had a wonderful time! Ms. Kim knows what Customer Eccentricity is all about! Your Hotel needs to recruit more people like Ms. Kim Harvey! When I come back to Orlando from Fort Lauder dale, I will definitely stop by and have Ms. Kim prepare me a DRINK! She ROCKS! She was a good sport and also took a picture with me and my wife! Thank you for last night a well deserved night cap to a HORRIFIC DINNER EXPERIENCING… FIRE THE CHEF WHO COOKED THE FOOD! HE MUST HAVE POURED THE ENTIRE SALT CONTAINER IN THE FOOD! Everyone at that Black Belt convention left there food on the table… Dumped because the chicken was salty, the rice was salty, the pasta was cold, the cauliflower and the sweet potato was salty… And not enough dessert to feed all the people that attended… THAT WAS HORRIFIC! FIRE THE CHEF!

Overall it was very good. The breakfast buffet is awesome! Room was very good too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was about the cable. It had lots of channels but there was no guide, either paper or on the TV itself, that showed what was on and when and the "info" button that you would normally press to get details of the current show didn't work. But still a great overall experience.

Super friendly personnel. Amazing room cleanliness. Bunk beds and free breakfast providing a vast array of food choices for both hot and cold items, a Starbucks on the premise makes this an ideal place for a return stay. There's also a lovely pool… take heed of the alligators and snakes cautionary signs posted just beyond the fenced in pool area though! We had a corner suite overlooking the marsh… we believe to have noticed quite a few alligators chilling just under the water.

The staff here is outstanding during Hurricane Irma. They went beyond their duty and took care of all the guests. They have a great breakfast buffet, but Monday night after the hurricane, they cooked up a dinner buffet for the guests. This hotel does not have a restaurant and they came up with a dinner buffet, that's outstanding. Great job to all the staff on duty during Hurricane Irma.

Beautiful hotel. Literally has everything you need right here (snacks, coffee, food, cocktails, etc). Staff are so friendly and professional. They made you feel right at home. My room was clean and well stocked on everything. Pool was beautiful and Jacuzzi was so relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. It was a great way to start off each morning. Plenty of free parking and a short walk to the lobby no matter where you park. It's a large hotel but noise was never an issue for me. The hotel was also surrounded by stores and restaurants and not far from the parks. This will be the only hotel we stay at from now on! I DEFINITELY recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed! Thanks for a great stay!

I really enjoyed this property. It is an exit from Disney. It's right up the road from Disney springs. A nice open parking lot. Super clean hotel which spacious rooms. Affordable Rates, A complementary breakfast bigger than most hotels but it is a bit hectic because there's lots of people eating lots of food so be prepared.
Housekeeping staff did an impeccable job at cleaning and they were always courteous with a smile and I contact.
Last but not least, the front staff is amazing. They are super sweet and caring. They are friendly. They do a really good job and I appreciate them.

Very nice and helpful staff, a beautiful pool, excellent breakfast, a very clean room with everything we needed (my daughter and I slept like a baby every night) and there's a free shuttle to the Disney parks. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, we arrived and found room available, very good deal and quick attention your dorms cozy and clean, breakfast includes very good, this in very good place of the city of Orlando.
