I’m having a wonderful time. Everything I wanted in a hotel experience!

Good service as far as the house keeping goes. Beautiful ambiance, we had a great time.

Filthy hotel, dirty hotel. In this day of Covid! One wonders how this hotel is operating. This is not a true Marriott property. This management company needs to be investigated. There were what appears to be Feces on the mattress’s pad cover! Awful! Dirty towels thrown in the hall. The hall looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks.

Beds feel great, clean, nice decor, would stay again and again.

Smelly rooms unhelpful staff no recommended.

Not sure why it did 3.7. Should be 5 star rating. This is a great place to stay on you visit. Quite place, clean and friendly.

Awesome stay at this hotel. Rene went well above and beyond to make my 15yr old birthday boy feel special! True meaning of excellent customer service! (PS Rene the hot air balloon was awesome! )

This was a pleasant experience. Few things that I found out… You either make coffee in your room or you have to buy it downstairs. It is not complimentary. Breakfast buffet was something like $12 although is did look yummy. Parking is $15 every night. Little things definitely add up. The room itself was clean and spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Would I stay here again… Maybe. I will probably look for something that at least doesn't charge for parking or has fresh coffee in the lobby haha.

Nice hotel especially for the low price. What was better than the rooms were the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient location. Very clean.

Nice hotel. Rooms were well taken care of, and the people seemed really nice. They had a nice sized pool, and usually only a few people in it at a time. They had a splash pad in a separate area connected to the pool, as well. Helpful concierge, well stocked bar, and a dining area, too. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Only downside in the room was the lack of microwave.

I really like this hotel, the lady at the reception was really friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Pizza was amazing. The pool was huge. Free shuttle to Disney. Council.

The staff here is amazing. From the front desk to the bartender. Room was clean along with the rest of the hotel. This is my 2nd time here. The first being Hurricane Irma last year. Simply amazing hotel.

The hotel is really beautiful, beautiful, and clean. A restaurant near the hotel like IHOP, Olive Garden, Pizza Hut and more. Delta is close to Disney I like Mickey Mouse, Donald, and Donald Duck. I really like going to Plattsburgh. So I'd be there in Plattsburgh, Plattsburgh, with restaurants like Chipotle, Perkins, Panera, and more. Plattsburgh had stores like Walmart, Target, Michaels, tj maxx, and more. I like tj maxx shop very much. Now to the room. The room of Delta Lake Buena Vista was most wonderful in the world bed there was very comfortable very sheet. Big window inside the room. The bathroom was very nice. The lady at the concierge was great and Will White was very great. Thank you very much.

This hotel is EVERYTHING! For those of you that are planning a trip to Disney listen to me… THIS is where you need to be. From the clean rooms to the super friendly staff to the kids zone, the pool and so much more, I would hands down recommend this hotel to anyone! Oh ya, did I mention Disney Springs shopping center is a quick ride away? Enjoy!

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Most recently July 4th week and had a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel to Disney is perfect plus the hotel staff is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and recently renovated. The bathrooms are a little small but the benefits of this hotel far outweighed any shortfalls. The AC works incredibly well too! Will definitely stay here again. The Delta pantry was a added surprise to my Platinum Marriott status!

The people here are really friendly and make you feel like they truly want your vacation to be a memorable experience for all the right reasons! I wish I had noted names to recognize individuals but really everyone including the housekeeping and engineering staff that we encountered in the halls and elevator delivered exceptional service! The room was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The shuttle to Disney was usually on time… it was about 20 late one morning but I think that was due to traffic and the concierge and the valet associate both called and got an update before anyone waiting for the shuttle had to ask what was going on. The hotel is close enough to Disney Springs to walk to if you're up for a 1.5 mile walk. My boyfriend and I did it a few times throughout the week we were there and it was a nice walk! Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel and if I ever go back to Orlando (which I probably will) I will definitely look to stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. I loved everything about it and the staff is very friendly, would recommend this to anyone.

As a platinum rewards member of Marriott, I was looking forward to sharing what I experience weekly in Marriott’s with my family. Instead, there was no hot breakfast provided for platinum members but rather a cold PACKAGED food ‘pantry’ without anything other than a microwave to heat food.! The food is what you buy at any gas station. It was beyond embarassing to have to tell everyone that was our breakfast. We ended up eating out and delaying travels. The hotel didn’t care and Marriott rewards line said it was up to individual hotel. I think it is prob time to switch to Hilton.

Really nice hotel. Friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Even the staff meeting you in an elevator ride ask how you are doing and enjoying your stay. Only issue we had, was one morning our shower did not work. The water shut off and wouldn't come back on. Tried again an hour later and it was fine. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, really close to Disney Springs.

A great hotel in the middle of Orlando. Close to so much fun stuff to do, includung, of course, Disney. But it was a very comfortable very grown up hotel. The rooms were nice, especially the bathrooms, and especially for the price we got. The little bar area downstairs was very nice and quiet, and the pool was great. I will seriously consider staying here when I'm next in Orlando.

We stayed at Delta for 4 nights during our Disney vacation. The hotel provides free shuttle to Epcot daily (limited schedule, but we were able to take advantage of it twice) and free bottles of water before you depart to the parks. On the day of our departure, we were able to store our bags at the hotel and get lunch at Disney springs until it's time to catch our flight. They even lend us an umbrella so we don't have to wear our ponchos to lunch! Overall, very friendly staff, attentive service, highly recommend!

Great hotel. Perfectly located near the parks, about 10 minutes away from typhoon lagoon and Disney Springs. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious with very comfortable beds. They have a pool, hot tub, and kids play area. The lobby has a nice bar inside and a place that makes pizzas. Breakfast is served downstairs in the morning, but is a little expensive for a standard continental breakfast. Customer service is great and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Got to experience with my bestie for his Birthday this month… Love Love Love this unique gem… Front desk staff were super friendly, lobby was awesome & bright, gorgeous color palette in the lobby/bar area… Front desk was on point just minutes after entering our suite after checking in, an envelope was slipped under the door. It was a card, wishing my friend A Happy Birthday with a drink coupon for the bar downstairs… Thank you guys for such a personal touch.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. I don't usually post after hotel stays but this time I have to. Staff here was so pleasant friendly and helpful. They wanted your stay to be an enjoyable one. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodations. This new Delta Hotel, what I am pretty sure is their first hotel in the US (Delta is a Canadian hotel that was acquired by Marriott) is nicer than it's Canadian counterparts, not that they are bad at all. It reminds me very much of a Westin Hotel. My only complaint is that my room was not ready around 7:30p. M. When I checked in due to late departing flight attendants. Additionally, my room was not yet serviced the second day I was there, and it was already after 6p. M. They were still cleaning rooms at the time, but I declined service because I wanted to relax in the room. Overall a good stay, but it seems like they were really behind with the housekeeping staff. If it had been a longer stay, it might have been more of an issue, but just for 2 days, I can go without having my room serviced.

Our school Junior Beta Club just returned from a 5 night stay here and I was very impressed at how accommodating the staff was to our group of 107. From the time we stepped off the bus until we pulled out for home, they were very helpful and answered any questions that we had. They grouped our rooms the way we requested, started breakfast early to help us get to our destinations on time each day and the hotel was kept very clean. It is refreshing to find a business that actually cares about their guests and strives to be the best. Thanks to all that helped make our stay great!

Great location to Disney. Can walk to Disney Springs. Liked that there was a bar to relax with a nightcap. The bartender was awesome. The front desk was also very nice. The maid service was a little lacking. Didn't clean one day, and we were gone early morning, not returning until after 9 pm. No excuse not to clean. Took all our soap and didn't leave any another day.

Definitely give this place five full stars! Not only is the place clean and fancy looking, the staff is amazing we were greeting once we walked inn by Joshua (front desk) told us where all the good food were at and gave us coupons to use at local restaurants. Stayed at this amazing hotel for 5 days and will definitely come back if we ever come to Orlando again. We got a better deal buying our Disney tickets at the hotel then buying them from the park. Delicious pizza they make there at Delta hotel, got it delivered to our room. Forgot what the delivery guys name was but he had dreads witch looked cool and he made sure my pizza was done right for my pregnant wife. Didn’t try the heated pool but I will not hesitate to book here! Five stars excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been here a few times, it's a really nice hotel. The rooms are good sized with your normal amenities. The outdoor pool (which is heated for those chillier times) is a great space. The staff is absolutely wonderful. There are a number of good places to eat in the immediate area and it's close to Disney.

We loved the Delta hotel a lot! Are family stayed here in August 2017 and we loved it the lobby smelled great and a lot of room in the lobby to sit and relax. Also Sidney at the front desk was extremely friendly. The room smelled so good and the beds were super comfortable we slept really well. Also the pillows were very comfy. I wish we stayed longer. And the best part is not over priced at all. And the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Anyone taking a vacation in Orlando I highly recommend you stay at Delta hotel. And also there are a few restaurants that are walking distance to the hotel such as Pizza Hut, Olive Garden, etc… I had a great time at Delta hotel hope we come back soon.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Had never been to a Delta hotel before and the price was lower than the surrounding hotels so I didn't expect a lot so I was really happy with our stay. We just needed a place to crash for the night since one of us wasn't feeling up to the long car ride that night. The hotel was clean and new, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were modern, all in all a nice hotel. I'd plan my stay there next time I'm in the area and not staying on prem at a Disney hotel.

Really nice "boutique type" hotel that is a Marriott! The Delta Marriott rooms were very quiet (despite the several youth football families occupying this week), very clean, great bar, amazing peets coffee, and great decor! Staff is amazing as well! Even the food is fantastic! The rooms were standard BUT the beds were extremely comfortable with better than average hotel sheets that fit perfectly, even the pillows were fully encased. Thank you owners for paying attention to the small details that make huge differences, kudos. I will be looking forward to more Delta Marriott properties (hopefully) in the near future. I've stayed at very high end properties and this little gem is impressive. Look at the beautiful pics!

Staff is great, Gregory, Darin, Hector… awesome. Clean rooms, comfortable. Nice grounds and lobby. Pool, splash pad are great… except no sun all day, it being December the sun is too low in the sky. Access to the hotel is bit of a pain off the main street. Would have been a four star if the sun reached the pool deck.

Awesome hotel! Staff is amazing and it’s in a great location! I told the lady at the desk I was up here for my birthday and I left for Disney and came back to my room with the nicest card and chocolate from the staff! So sweet! It’s little stuff like this that makes my vacations awesome! Thanks for a great stay Delta Hotels.

Amazing hotel! My new favorite in Orlando! This hotel is not as fancy or as expensive as some that are closer to Disney, but it is less than 10 minutes away from Disney, Sea World, and Universal and has all the amenities you need. The bistro and bar are amazing. The staff is friendly, and they treat you like friends and family. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. There is a kid's pool area with a pirate ship and little water cannons. The rooms are nice and are well maintained. The parking attendant up front is very friendly and very helpful. My experience here was perfect.

Conveniently located on 535 near the entrance of Disney Springs. Hotel is less then 2 yrs old and it shows. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were clean which is really all I really ask for. Updated modern look. Comfy bed and pillows. My only complaint, to no fault of the hotel, is the I was on the top floor and in the shower I had to bend down for the water to hit me. Shorts ceiling. Definitely would stay again.

Ended up getting a room here for one night due to my power being out from hurriacne Irma. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating despite clearly having their hands full with the situation of a hurricane. Our room was clean and well maintained. I'd recommend staying here for anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay when visiting the Orlando area.

Out family has been in this hotel before, during and after hurricane Irma. The staff and hotel management have done an amazing job looking after all guests. It has been a blessing to have a home away from home, specially under the threat of Irma. I felt my family was taken care of, protected, reassured at all times and genuinly welcomed. We will never forget the love and care, the patience and smiles. Thank you all @Delta, you went above and beyond in moments of crisis. We will always remember our stay here. A million thanks!

Very nice and welcoming check-in experience. Parking was simple and relatively care-free (after checking in, you need to run back out to put the ticket on your dash). Beds were pretty comfy. Great amount of phone/device charging options in the room. We were too tired to notice anything else with the room.

Nice hotel by Marriott. There's a nice pool in the back and they had a decent sized gym for a hotel. This is NOT the same as your typical Disney World Resort but a cheaper option if you want to save money. Good eating options not too far away. It's about 15 minutes from the parks and easy to get there by taxi. Unfortunately the shuttle from this hotel to the parks doesn't run often.

Was an old hotel and Marriott bought it and renamed it Delta and had it partially refurbished It's quite nice? But when you book into a hotel as a guest and you are there on holiday and also have a rented car, you should not be charged $16 a day! That is absolutely disgusting. That is the first time ever staying with Marriott Hotels that has happened. I got the cost waved, but for future reference think before you book. The staff were great, but a few more things need to be done!
