I arrived around 1pm and was told the hotel.
Is at capacity and it wouldn’t be ready until.
3pm, which is check in time, so ok, even though it had been an early morning and flight I get it. We check in at 3 and get told we have a 2nd room floor, we requested to be on the top floor and they were able to provide that. Miraculously the whole hotel must have checked out even though we barely had seen anyone leave because almost every room on our floor is vacant. The parking lot also still pretty empty. We go out to the pool, it’s FILTHY. Broken tiles around the pool, and the hot tub. Hot tub is also FILTHY. You’d think since 2 hotels share this pool there would be more seating. NOPE a few moldy chairs and sun beds. NO lifeguard which is fine if you want children doing whatever they want around you and adults smoking pot. When we told the front desk, nothing was done. They seem extremely short staffed and annoyed. The grills look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The rooms, our T. V remote was broken and so was our A/C. The A/C still shuts off at night but was told its fixed. The pillows are the worst pillows ever. They go flat instantly. It definitely goes to show you get what you pay for. This was a cheaper hotel but figured since it was Hilton it would be ok. The FB page must only accept the positive reviews because there’s no way this hotel only receives good reviews.

I can’t find words to explain how I feel. Went out for fifteen minutes after checking in and this is what I found in my room when I came back. Patricia Levine the front desk receptionist is an extra ordinary person. The card was signed by all the staff who were on the clock. Small gestures can go a long way. Hilton is super fortunate to have her as their employee.

The hotel was very clean staff was friendly the only thing that was concerning is there were medical professionals staying at the hotel in their work uniforms without proper masks and that was very concerning for me & my family.

If you don’t mind sweating then this is your place. The coolest our room ever got to was 74 degrees. The halls and elevators were an easy 80+ at all times. The lobby was also very warm. I know Orlando is a warm place but I’m from South Louisiana I’m used to heat and I’ve never seen a hotel this hot. Also no ventilation in the bathroom so if the door was closed all day it was 90+ in the bathroom that evening. Please call a good AC man Hilton.

This hotel was clean as most HGI’s are. The pool area was perfect for our grandkids and a very nice hot tub area. We were close to all attractions which is always helpful.

Large clean room and bath. Refrigerator available to use for personal items and a safe in the room. Small outdoor pool great for families. Fitness room is open 24 hrs. Close to highway and attractions. Morning coffee is free, breakfast is not.

Room was nice. Clean. Pool, poorly kept grounds. Breakfast was $10.25, even for a bagel. There IS a small shop where chips are $3… NO LUNCH service. Nothing at all close, no other food, gas, shopping or entertainment, relatively speaking. Front Desk Staff could not have cared less, went through the motions. Housekeeping was superb.

Got checked in around 4am. The receptionist was certainly less than thrilled to help me, but it is 4am so I’ll give her a break. When we got up to our room, I started checking the sheets as I always do upon arriving at a hotel. I found dirt and stains in every article of bedding. I called down to the front desk to get new sheets. The receptionist handed the new sheets to me, and it ended up just being 2 sets of a flat sheet and fitted sheet. No pillow cases or new top cover. Went back down to the front desk and she handed me pillow cases and a large fleece blanket. The new sheets were “clean enough” for 4:30 in the morning. I paid a little bit more to stay in a decent hotel, and I’m not impressed with this particular Hilton.

This is a decent hotel located just off Disney property. It's pretty quiet, but near plenty of restaurants. The beds were surprisingly hard, so we didn't get the best sleep here. I expected better from a Hilton hotel. But it was definitely cheaper to stay here than one of the Disney resorts, and it only took a few minutes to get to Blizzard Beach and Disney Springs.

Nice stay but very surprised to say that they don't provide water bottles in the room. I just couldn't imagine how come one doesn't provide one of the basic necessities. And guess what I was here for Sapphire and they were charging more than $200 per room. Good location with decent food options in the vicinity. Breakfast is usually not included and is charged $10 for the usual stuff ranging from scrambled eggs, omlettes, sausages, breads, fruits, juices, coffee etc.

From the look outside you would think this place is at Hilton quality standards. When you walk into your room, you will think this looks just as I'd expect. That's where expectations being met ends. The "free parking" means unless you are there early that you'll likely be parking on a median if your lucky or a curb if not. The "free shuttle" to the Disney parks only leave and come back once, out twice (depending on the park) per day, and not at Park closing times. The shuttle is not run by Hilton and to get a ticket you need to show up hours before the shuttle leave time. Basically forget about it. The room looked nice but the bed was hard and provides little support and there are no USB chargers by the bedside. Also it's more like 6-8 miles from the Disney park entrances. If I had used cash instead of points I would want my money back. I would rate this as on par with motel 6 with a nice appearing pool.

Hotel is nice and breakfast are delicious. Rooms may need more maintenance but almost all hotels in the Orlando area are like this one. It is understandable because of the high rotation of guests.

Great hotel and super close. We had an issue in the room and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Pro tip: if you're a HHonors member, you get tree water bottles for the day. Also, staff is super friendly.

A very convenient location with clean rooms and comfortable beds. There is a bar with a Happy Hour which is inside the area were you can get a delicious made-to-order breakfast or just choose from the "buffet". Nice welcoming lobby and the staff were very friendly.

Very consistent product in the Garden Inn group of hotels. Firm, yet comfortable bed. Decent breakfast in the restaurant, but nice that you can order from the kitchen rather than being stuck with the regular buffet items. Would. Recommend and stay again. Close to attractions, especially Disney Springs.

This was an impromptu stay and booked last minute, the hotel was very well presented and offered free shuttles to the theme parks in the morning. We never managed to work out the return journey however. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Entertainment wise, there are a number of good bars and restaurants a short walk away. The pool is a good size and the jacuzzi was open until late. All-in-all as expected of a Hilton of this standard.

The hotel is clean and they offer good value. The service was nice and overall it was a nice stay. The place is right by another hotel and parking can be a bit of a walk,

My family always in this nice and comfortable place to stay every year we go to Orlando theme parks, and water parks, it very convenient. Good staff and clean room.

I just spoke with Tony the manager over the phone. I had wanted to buy a drink for my dad for Valentines day since he was staying with the hotel, but I was worried that it would show up on my dad's expense report since he was staying for work. Tony was so friendly and kind and he even GAVE me a free drink voucher for my father tomorrow. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay with them when I visit Florida. Thank you all so much!

Price does not live up to what you paid, to modernize, not always you can dine in the evening, mediocre complex.

Everyone was very pleasant. All of the employees do their jobs very well. The hamburger would have been perfect but for the cheap bun. It pretty much ruined my meal. Then, come breakfast, there was no continental breakfast. Not even a bagel without putting up $10+. Won't be coming back to this location.

Could not believe this establishment is under Hilton! We were looking forward to having dinner at the restaurant downstairs (we usually love Hilton Garden Inn food) but one of the bartenders/waitresses was unapropriately dressed for Hilton. Her top left little to imagination. No Hilton employee name identification, lots of cleaveage, push up and we could clearly see most of her breasts. We ended up going to one of the restaurants nearby. It just didn't feel like your usual Hilton atmosphere.

Nice Hotel and close enough to many attractions. Cleaning staff does a good job but maintenance needs some help. We could not turn the air conditioning off so the room was chilly. Ironically the fridge would not cool off. Also not enough parking. One night we got back to the hotel and there was not one spot. So I had to park along the curb.

The location is great, and the free parking is even better! We really enjoyed our stay here for New Year's trip to Disney! The hotel is super clean, with really nice employees! I left our DND hanger on the door one night because we got in so late and wanted to sleep in, plus we didn't really need any maid service for the few hours we were in there during the day before. When we came back to the room after a long day, there was a huge back of like 10 freshly laundered and warm towels hanging on our door! Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel after a dun day at Disney. My boyfriend put his card in online to pay for the room when we booked the hotel. When we got there the woman at the desk told me that she saw the card on the website but it was never charged so she needed the card again. My boyfriend was in the car so I just used my card to swipe. Qhen we went to then park the car we checked both of our bank accounts and we were both charged for the room. We then told the woman at the desk and she said one of the charges will fall off in a couple days. However, at Christmas time this did not work for me since I still had gifts to buy. I talked to the manager the next morning and he took my bank phone number down so he could call and have the payment dropped. Sadly, two days later nothing happened. I called the corporate office and they said it would have to go through the manager at the hotel and it was an easy fix and he should be back to me within two days of my call. I have yet to hear from them after two days and the charge is still there. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the room was clean and nice. Since the money did not go back into my account I have been unable to finish my Christmas shopping. Incredibly unfortunate.

Not a place I would recommend staying. Our Room was not up to par as far as cleanliness the bathroom paint was peeling and the shower curtain had a hole in it. They charged are card 3 times. If I was staying in a 2 star hotel this wouldn't be such a big deal for me but this is a Hilton you expect more from them. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were awesome!

Courteous, professional staff. Clean rooms with VERY comfortable beds. Shower curtains were pink… Not my favorite getaway decor. Great hotel location. I would stay again!

We are reward members so we know what to expect. We were quite surprised by the housekeeping staff repeated questions about our departure. Basically, they wanted to know what time we were checking out. It was rude, inconsiderate and uninviting. Prior to that, we kept having issues with our door keys getting deactivated. Back and forth to the front desk, constant apologies but no offer of anything… Did I mention I am a rewards member. Nonetheless, the room was decent, no frills, relatively clean and comfortable. I forgot to add that we had to make a special request to have the sheets changed because of the smell. Still no offer of anything for our inconvenience. Let me mention again that I am a honors member. I know. It means nothing.

Very disappointed. I am a gold member and stay at Hilton garden inn all the time. This is the worst. No bottled water at check in wall paper in bathroom has brown stains on it body lotion bottle was empty breakfast was not that good. I stay at this brand because of the French toast. It was hard and not made properly and seemed like they tried to cover it up with a half bottle of cinnamon. I love cinnamon but not a half bottle on 2 pieces of bread.

Our stay was great! Staff was friendly, room was beautiful and clean. The pool was very nice. I feel like the breakfast should be complimentary instead of $10.95 per person but it was very delicious also.

On October 7, 2017, I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista @11400 Marbella Palm Court. When I checked in my room 309, I noticed there were no towels none on the rack. I called the front desk to ask for 3 towels of each. As my wife took a shower she had to wait an extra 20min for someone to bring up the towels that should of been in my room when I checked in originally! Very Disappointing! I called the front desk to have the Manager contact me and guess what? No one called out of courtesy. We were trying to get ready to head towards a Convention at the Hyatt. Long story short when we arrived back to the hotel, I saw a young lady at the front desk named Katrina. My wife explained to Katrina what took place in our room and the poor service, she gave us a free complimentary for breakfast for my Husband and I. Shout out to KATRINA! For understanding and taking the time to listen to our experience. She is all about CUSTOMER ECCENTRICITY and that you can not learn! Katrina was born with that! Thank you Katrina for making our stay the next day memorable! Another thing the smoke detector in our room is right outside the bathroom door. The bathroom does not have a vent, which means if you take a shower other than cold water, once you open the bathroom door the DAM smoke detector goes OFF! VERY ANNOYING! The placement of the smoke detector in the room should have been designed better. You cant take a HOT shower with out the detector going OFF! CRAZY!

Very attentative staff and beautiful rooms. Although they were late with our check in time they were quick to resolve the issue and provide us with a very comfortable stay. Would return!

I am only using this hotel for breakfast as I have food allergies and they are helping out by providing it. Lovely food but ask for Marcella. As she has gluten alleged too.

Check in was fairly easy, and the front desk service was efficient, but we weren't greeted as Hilton Honors guests. Our room was clean, but there was a dirty towel folded with the clean ones in the shower stall, and on the second day housekeeping didn't take a used washcloth left on the shower floor. The bed is comfortable, and our room included a mini fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig coffee maker. All were clean and in working condition. There is also a 32" flat screen TV. We didn't use the pool as we spent most of our time at Disney. There is a restaurant and bar here, but we didn't use them, as we have favorite places in and around Disney Springs that we like to frequent. Parking is free, resort fees are manageable, but it is pretty far away from Disney. It's a 17 to 20 minute drive to Epcot and Disney Springs is about a 15 minute drive. The hotel is fairly off the beaten path, far enough away from the chaos of Disney Springs, but close enough to still feel the Disney vibe. It is a good place for families and couples alike, and there was some sort of event going on, but it never distracted us from our stay. The Wi-Fi is free, but a little flaky. The Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista is a decent hotel for the price, but I really can't forgive the dirty towels.

I always enjoy staying at a Hilton because of the service. Even though I was there for an overnight stay, I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste and was provided a complimentary one. Checking out was a breeze and everyone was polite as ever.

Nice location. Had problems at check in with my room being smoked in the night before. Even number room face Disney fireworks sort of. My room had been switched to odd. Mgr recovered nicely. Switching me to same room on 5th floor. Also gave a bottle of wine for the hassle. This earned some points with my wife. Highly recommend this hotel for staff and location. Very close to downtown Disney and restaurants.

At checkout (a Monday) my e-folio showed I was over charged for my stay by $67. I returned to counter and was told that the over charge would be refunded. As of this review (Thursday, 3 days later) no refund. Also, Monday evening I checked my credit card and saw that HGI-LBV also charged my account a $10 charge at check-in and a $58 charge on the second day of our stay. I called and spoken with a manager-on-duty. She promised to look into it and call me back in 10 minutes. …Never called back. So I called 50 minutes later; spoke with same manager. She said she was waiting for manager from Homewood Suites (literally right next door… the 2 hotels share same pool) and that she would call me back in next 5 minutes. You guessed it… No Return Call. I wait another half hour then back. I am once again transferred to manager, this time I wait on hold for 11 minutes, she never picked up. Two days later and no return call! Hey Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista! It's official, I am NOT SATISFIED! What are you going to do?

Kind, warm, and beautiful service when requested. There is this one beautiful awesome woman named, Katrina. She works the late grave shift. She is so kind and knowledgeable of what the hotel can offer, and if she can help the guest out, by going the extra mile, oooooh this hotel is worth it. I will take service over anything else. She is अभूतपूर्व in every way. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Hmmmm… two mornings in a row there weren't bath towels. Posting on Fb with a picture of the bath mat they gave me to use as a towel yesterday didn't evoke a response. Emailing the general manager (which the front desk told us to do) didn't evoke a response. Management disinterested at best. This has been a go-to hotel for us, but something has changed, for the worse. There are many other options in Orlando.

Great location and price. Great reception team. But staff in the restaurant area most unwelcoming bunch ever seen. They treat very bad. Will return only if I can avoid to eat at their restaurant. Definitely must avoid of travelling with family.

I was charged the wrong amount than my reservation confirmation indicated. I tried to get in touch with the General manager multiple times without any success. Customer service seems to be lacking throughout the entire management team.

The location is great near many avaliable amenities, the hotel is also very good, but I'm a frequent Hilton member and I wouldn't consider this one quite up to Hilton standards.

The front desk staff was salty. When I checked it, they didn't mention that the menu in the rooms was out of date, what time breakfast was or anything about Wi-Fi. Neither of the staff that I talked to said "hello, " "please" or even "thank you, " much less smile or look me in the eyes. The bar and restaurant staff was excellent though!

Burners hot enough to cook burgers in five minutes without a pan. Thirty minutes from Disney, woot. Beds were very comfy.

Location is close to the Disney Parks. Rooms are clean and modern. Plenty of parking.

This was our 4th time staying here as an option when we cannot get into the Disnet resorts at a good rate, and once again great experince, clean rooms, good service and will do it again in the future. The only bad thing on this trip, coffee canister was empty at the lobby and was told was by the server that it would be awhile before more come out. So we checked out without a coffee to go. No big deal.

Clean. Front desk needs work but friendly. Very helpful with early checkin. Preferred marriott because of friendly familiar atmosphere the employees portray. Not to mention The amazing FREE. Breakfast and other amenities. Not bad just more of a corporate atmosphere for those looking for that.

Stayed the night after going to Epcot. We walked in and it was freezing inside because the site conditioner was on but it was below 60 degrees so we wanted warmth. The heater made a horrible smell. The mattress is as hard as a rock and the billows are so soft you're he's falls completely down and it gives no support. Worst night sleep at a hotel.

Good service and a good nightly price. But, I don't like how they share a pool with the adjacent hotel (also a hilton). I loved the hot tub — — it's amazing how many places in FLORIDA (vacation spot) don't have a hot tub. I will not stay anywhere without a hot tub — — but that;s just me. They do need a bigger pool and THEIR OWN POOL. But, no real complaints.

I was in florida, staying in a condo, but I had to extend my stay. So, we booked a room for two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. They were so nice, and easy to work with. My mom was in a hosptial not too far from there, and we ended up needing to extend our stay (to stay with her) two different times. They were very kind to the situation, and worked with us on the use of the points, and allowing us to keep the same room we had originally asked for. Chelsea (at the front desk) remembered me from when I checked in, she inquired about how my mom was doing, which I thought was really nice and I was impressed. When my mom was able to stay with me for the last night, Chelsea found out, and sent some soup up to our room, just because she felt bad about how our vacation had been ruined. It was so kind, and unexpected, we were so pleased with her kindness, and the kindness shown by the rest of the staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks :).

Excellent service — I am a Diamond VIP and just casually mentioned that it was a trip to Disneyworld for my sister's birthday. Returning to the room we found balloons, snacks, and our breakfast vouchers. Unbelievable group here, and it really sets this Hilton apart from others in the chain. Rooms are standard HGI, which I enjoy for their simplicity and comfort. Highly recommend.

Went for a weekend trip to Orlando and stayed at this location. I've stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn four times before and have enjoyed them. I book a room with a "Disney" view and also got the breakfast included. If you stay here save the money and dont get the Disney view room you really can only see the very top of Epcot ball and it's kinda far off. Also the breakfast was a waste of money as well. Other than getting a little hopeful with the booking the hotel is better than the other Hilton Garden Inns in the area. You are moments from Downtown Disney and only five minutes more from the parks. I enjoyed my stay and the pool was pretty decent too, if you aren't looking for the ritz but you don't want to be in a dump this is a good choice. I wish there was another choice other than happy face or mad face but I was kind of not inpressed with the value but not happy or mad.
